Myanmar’s Muslims are slaughtered as world remains silent and country’s criminal president calls for their expulsion

In the first days of the blessed month of Ramadan, and after six successive weeks of the genocide and ethnic cleansing of Muslims in Myanmar, including the systematic operations of slaughtering and expulsion, in the face of treacherous international silence and in the deliberate absence of the Arab and international media, the scene looked like a worldwide collusion against the Muslims of Myanmar, rather it looked like a conspiracy to annihilate their presence there. Even the statements of Amnesty International which were published yesterday Thursday (19/7/2012) regarding what is happening there, attracted no media coverage!

After this bloody and outrageous criminality, which killed more than 2,000 Muslims and displaced more than 90,000 of them, Myanmar’s murderous president, Thein Sein, during his meeting with the UN High Commissioner for refugees, Antonio Guterres on July 11^th, wanted to assemble the members of the Muslim minority in Myanmar, the Rohingya, in refugee camps until they are expelled from the country. He also said in the meeting that “it is not possible to accept Rohingya, who entered the country illegally and that they are not from our race”, then he further said that they “pose a threat to national security”.

What type of despicable and racist viewpoint it is to classify people based on their ethnicity, race and religions! While Islam treated the Magians, the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) justly on a par with Muslims without any difference in the treatment. So, what a great difference between the criminal and defective man-made systems and the ideal system of Islam, consisting of the high and superior set of rules and regulations! Moreover, they are being slaughtered and killed for nothing except for saying that our Lord is Allah. They are alleged to be a threat to the national security. The Messenger of Allah (saw) truly said: If you do not feel ashamed, then do as you wish”.

Myanmar is home to about 800 thousand “Rohingya” Muslims in the state of “Arakan” and the United Nations considers them one of the most vulnerable minorities in the world exposed to persecution. It is worth mentioning that the regime in Myanmar does not recognize Rohingya and look at them as illegal immigrants, who came from Bangladesh.

In the absence of news and information being reported about what happened and is happening there, we seek information about the part of the injustice and criminality afflicting Muslims in that country, through the report of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, which says: “The Rohingya” in Myanmar are vulnerable to all types of persecution, including forced labor, extortion, restrictions on freedom of movement, the lack of right to residence, unfair marriage rules and land confiscation.

The blood of Burmese Muslims is indeed on the neck of three sides;

1-      The criminal state of Myanmar, an agent of the West, and our address to her will be the same as we address all the countries of the West, that the days of oppression even though it become longer, it will be a loss and regret for the country. Even if the tyranny and arrogance of Pharaoh lasted for a long time, yet Allah humiliated and destroyed him. And this is Allah’s law concerning the wrongdoers

2-      Myanmar’s neighboring State of Bangladesh, is an Islamic country and majority of its population are Muslims, but it did not react or respond to the operations of killing and expulsion happening just a few meters away. So, it is like the State of Myanmar and both are akin in the criminality and treachery.

3-      The subservient and politicized media, hence there is no honest, transparent and objective information and the slogans of “opinion and the other opinion” are just lies and deception, and the truth behind “to know more” is nothing but to know what they want to know and “the reality as it is”, is only the falsification of reality as they desire. Rather, what their masters wish the world to know, so they are just servants of this colonialist state or that.

Even though we have identified those who bear the blood of Muslims in Myanmar, it does not mean that they alone are to blame; rather the responsibility falls on the neck of every Muslim capable of assisting them. So what awaits the Muslim soldiers in the neighboring countries to Myanmar; Bangladesh, Indonesia and Malaysia? Do they not see the killing and displacement being perpetrated upon their brethren? Is the fervor of Islam and faith is not aroused in their body and soul? Did they not hear the words of the beloved Prophet (saw):

“المسلمون تتكافأ دماؤهم، ويسعى بذمتهم أدناهم، وهم يد على من سواهم“

“The bloods of Muslims are equal, their subordinates are under their protection and they are one with the exception of others”?

We ask Allah, the Almighty that our appeal and supplication do not get longer, as the pain and suffering of our brothers has grown longer and the nations have madly rushed upon them from all directions and everyone wants to have a share of them. However, the injustice no matter how long it’s night may be, the dawn of Islam will certainly come to re-establish the justice and restore every injustice to their owners through Khilafah Rashidah, thus filling the earth with justice and fairness after it was filled with oppression and injustice.

We in Hizb ut-Tahrir, while bringing the ongoing crimes against our people and brothers in Myanmar to light, call upon the whole ummah to have the pledge of allegiance as ordained by Allah the Almighty, to an Imam (Khalifah) who will govern by the laws of Allah, protect the bloods, honors and wealth of Muslims from plans and ambitions of criminals and aggressors. And Muslims are like one body and by Allah, He will certainly ask you about your brothers and He will hold you accountable regarding your brothers’ protection.

(وَاللَّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ)

(And Allah has full power and control over his affairs; but most among mankind know it not.)

رمضان کے مبارک مہینے کے پہلے چند دنوں میں اور پچھلے چھ ہفتوں سے مسلسل میانمار کے مسلمانوں کا منظم طریقے سے قتل عام پوری دنیا کے سامنے جاری ہے جبکہ نام نہاد عالمی برادری نے اس قتل عام پر مجرمانہ خاموشی اختیار کررکھی ہے اور ایک سوچے سمجھے منصوبے کے تحت عرب اور عالمی میڈیا نے اس ظالمانہ اور مجرمانہ فعل پر اپنی آنکھیں بند کی ہوئی ہیں۔ ایسا نظر آتا ہے کہ جیسے پوری دنیا نے ناصرف میانمار کے مسلمانوں کے خلاف سازش کی ہوئی ہے بلکہ وہ وہ ان مسلمانوں کے وجود کو مٹا نے کا منصوبہ رکھتے ہیںیہاں تک کہ ایمنسٹی انٹرنیشنل کا 19جولائی2012کو جاری ہونے والے بیان کو بھی میڈیا میں کسی قسم کی کوئی پذیرائی نہیں ملی۔

اس خونی اور انتہائی خوف ناک مجرمانہ فعل کے بعد جس میں دو ہزار سے زائد مسلمانوں کو قتل کیا گیا اور نوے ہزار سے زائد بے گھر ہو گئے ،میانمار کے قاتل صدر Thein Seinکو 11جولائی بروز بدھ اقوام متحدہ کے ہائی کمشنر Antonio Jaterresسے ملاقات کے دوران یہ کہنے کی ہمت ہوئی کہ میانمار میں موجود اقلیتی روہنگیا مسلمانوں کو پناہ گزینوں کے کیمپوں میں منتقل کردیا جائے اور اس کے بعد انھیں ملک سے بے دخل کردیا جائے۔اس نے اس ملاقات کے دوران مزید کہا کہ یہ ممکن نہیں کہ ان روہنگیا لوگوں کو قبول کیا جائے جو ملک میں غیر قانونی طور پر داخل ہوئے ہیں اور وہ ہماری نسل سے بھی نہیں ہیں اور یہ لوگ ہماری قومی سلامتی کے لیے خطرہ بھی ہیں۔

یہ کس قسم کے انتہائی متعصبانہ اور قابل مزاحمت خیالات ہیں کہ رنگ،نسل اور مذہب کی بنیاد پرلوگوں کی درجہ بندی کی جارہی ہے۔جبکہ اسلام اہل کتاب اور مشرکوں کے ساتھ بغیر کسی امتیاز کے وہی سلوک روا رکھتا ہے جس کے مسلمان مستحق ہوتے ہیں۔کتنا بڑا فرق ہے انسانوں کے بنائے ہوئے ناقص اور مجرمانہ نظام میں اوراسلام کے مثالی نظام میں جو کہ انتہائی اعلی اور عمدہ صفات کے قوانین سے مزین ہے۔ان لوگوں کو صرف اس لیے قتل کیا جارہا ہے کہ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہمارا رب اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ ہے اور انھیں قومی سلامتی کے لیے خطرہ قرار دیا جارہا ہے۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے بالکل درست فرمایاکہ ”اگر تمھیں شرم نہیں تو جو چاہے کرو‘‘۔

میانمار میں تقریباًآٹھ لاکھ روہنگیا مسلمان صوبے اراکان میں رہتے ہیں ۔ اقوام متحدہ ان مسلمانوں کو دنیا کی سب سے زیادہ مظلوم اور کمزور اقلیت قرار دیتی ہے جن کے خلاف انتہائی آسانی سے ظلم و جبر کا سلوک روا رکھا جاسکتا ہے۔یہ بات قابل ذکر ہے کہ میانمار کی حکومت روہنگیا مسلمانوں کو اپنا شہری تسلیم نہیں کرتی بلکہ انھیں غیر قانونی تارکین وطن قرار دیتی ہے جو بنگلادیش سے آئے ہوئے ہیں۔
میانمار میں ہونے والے واقعات کے متعلق کسی بھی قسم کی مصدقہ خبروں اور اطلاعات کی غیر موجودگی میں ہم روہنگیا مسلمانوں کی انتہائی قابل رحم حالت زار کے حوالے سے اقوام متحدہ کے کمشنربرائے پناہ گزین کی رپورٹ کا حوالہ دیتے ہیں جس کے مطابق” میانمار میں روہنگیا ہر طرح کے جبر کا شکار ہیں جس میں جبری مشقت، زبردستی ان کا مال لے لینا،نقل و حرکت پر پابندی، رہائشی حقوق کی کمی، شادی کے غیر منصفانہ قوانین اور زمین ضبط کر لینا شامل ہے‘‘۔

برما کے مسلمانوں کے قتل عام کے تین فریق ذمہ دار ہیں:

.1میانمار کی مجرم ریاست جو کہ مغرب کی آلہ کار ہے اور اس کے خلاف ہمارا وہی موقف ہے جو دیگر مغربی ممالک کے خلاف ہے کہ اگرچہ جبر و استبداد کے دن کتنے ہی طویل کیو ں نہ ہوجائیں بلا آخر اس ملک کے لیے افسوس اور خسارے کا باعث ہی ہوتا ہے۔فرعون کے جبر اور غرورکا دور اگر چہ بہت طویل تھا لیکن بلا آخر اللہ نے اس کو ذلیل ورسوا کیا اور اس کو تباہ کردیا۔اور ظالموں کے لیے اللہ کا یہی قانون ہے۔

.2 میانمار کی پڑوسی ریاست بنگلادیش ایک مسلم ریاست ہے اور اس کی آبادی کی اکثریت مسلمان ہے لیکن اس نے اپنی سرحدوں سے چند گز کے فاصلے پر ہونے والے قتلِ عام اور بے دخلی کے خلاف کوئی قدم نہیں اٹھایا۔لہذا بنگلادیش کی ریاست بھی اتنی ہی غدار اور مجرم ہے جتنا کہ میانمار کی ریاست۔

.3میڈیا بھی اس ظلم میں معاون ہے۔کوئی ایمان دارانہ ،شفاف اور مقصد سے مزین خبر میسر نہیں ہے ۔ ”رائے اور اختلاف رائے‘‘اور”مزید جاننا‘‘ کے نعرے محض جھوٹ اور دھوکہ ہیں۔ صرف وہ کچھ جانیں جو وہ آپ کو بتانا چاہتے ہیں اور میڈیا کایہ دعوہ کہ ہم حقیقت کواس کی اصل صورت میں پہنچاتے ہیں بھی ایک جھوٹ ہے کیونکہ وہ حقیقت کو بھی جھوٹ کا تڑکا لگا کر ویسے دیکھاتے ہیں جیسا کہ ان کے آقا دنیا کو دیکھانا چاہتے ہوں۔لہذا میڈیا بھی استعماری ریاستوں کا ایک باج گزار غلام ہے۔

اگرچہ ہم نے ان لوگوں کی نشان دہی کردی ہے جن کے ہاتھ مسلمانوں کے خون سے رنگین ہیں لیکن اس کا مطلب یہ نہیں کہ صرف یہ لوگ ہی اس کے ذمہ دار ہیں۔ درحقیقت وہ تمام مسلمان اس کے ذمہ دار ہیں جو ان کی مددو معاونت کرسکتے ہیں۔تو کیا چیز ہے جو میانمار کے پڑوسی مسلمان ممالک بنگلادیش،انڈونیشیا اور ملائیشیا کے فوجیوں کو ان مسلمانوں کی مدد سے روکتی ہے۔کیا وہ اپنے مسلمان بھائیوں کواپنی آنکھوں کے سامنے بے دخل اور قتل ہوتے ہوئے نہیں دیکھ رہے؟کیا اسلام اور مسلمانوں کی محبت ان کے جسم اور روح کو اس ظلم کو روکنے کے لیے نہیں اکساتی؟کیا انھوں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کے الفاظ نہیں سنے کہ

((المسلمون نتنکافا دماو ھم ویسعی بذمتھم ادناھم، و ھم ید علی من سو اھم))

”مسلمانوں کا خون ایک جیسا(برابر)ہے،

ان کے ماتحت ان کی امان میں ہیں اور وہ ایک امت ہیں تمام دوسروں کو چھوڑ کر‘‘۔

ہم اللہ تعالی سے دعا کرتے ہیں کہ ہماری التجاوں کو جلد شرفِ قبولیت عطا فرمائیں کیونکہ ہمارے بھائیوں کی تکلیفیں بڑھتی جارہی ہیں اور اقوام ان پر ہر طرف سے ایسے جھپٹ رہی ہیں جیسا کہ وہ اپنا اپنا حصہ چاہ رہی ہوں۔ بہرحال ظلم و ناانصافی کی رات کتنی ہی طویل کیوں نہ ہوجائے اللہ کے حکم سے دوبارہ خلافت راشدہ قائم ہوگی جو دوبارہ انصاف کا بول بولا کرے گی اور ظالموں سے ان کے مظالم کا حساب لے گی اور دنیا کو ایک بار پھر انصاف کے زیور سے مزین کردے گی۔

حزب التحریرمیانمار میں اپنے بھائیوں کے ساتھ ہونے والے مظالم کو دنیا کے سامنے لاتی رہے گی لیکن ہم امت سے یہ مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ اللہ کے حکم کے مطابق ایک خلیفہ ایک امام کو بیعت دیں جو ہم پر اللہ کے احکامات کے مطابق ہم پر حکومت کرے،مسلمانوں کے خون،مال اور عزت کی ظالموں اور مجرموں سے حفاظت کرے۔اور مسلمان ایک جسم کی مانند ہیں اور اللہ یقیناًآپ سے آپ کے بھائیوں کے متعلق سوال پوچھے گا اور آپ کا احتساب کرے گا۔

وَاللّہُ غَالِبٌ عَلَی أَمْرِہِ وَلَکِنَّ أَکْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ یَعْلَمُونَ
اللہ اپنے ارادے پر غالب ہے لیکن اکثر لوگ بے علم ہوتے ہیں
