Military Exercises along India Under Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO):

Political and Military Leadership Enhancing Relations with India through Shanghai Cooperation Organization

For the first time the Armed Forces of Pakistan will participate in military exercises in which Indian armed forces will also participate. These military exercises are going to take place in Russia in September 2018. How can Pakistan participate in military exercises alongside India, who is our open enemy, no matter wherever they take place or under any organization? How it can be in Pakistan’s interest to participate in military exercises in which India is also participating? Participating in military exercises in which India is also participating will severely hurt the feelings of the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir and will cause bad feelings in them against Pakistan.

According to ISPR India has violated the cease fire agreement for more than a thousand times in first four months of 2018 along the Line of Control (LoC) and Working Boundary (WB). The political and military leadership states that with the blessing of America, India is using Afghan soil and conducting terrorist activities against Pakistan. Also in this month, April, India conducted one of its largest Pan India “Gagan Shakti” exercises in which Indian Air force conducted staggering 5,000 sorties by fighter jets alone in just three days on the western front with Pakistan. The question is, that despite all these facts how can the political and military leadership of Pakistan agree to become part of military exercises under Shanghai Cooperation Organization in which is India going to participate as well?

The reality is that since Musharaf era till today every successive political and military leadership of Pakistan worked to strengthen the political and military image of India under the dictates of America by showing “Restrain”, on Indian atrocities against the Muslims of occupied Kashmir and against those who live across the Line of Control and Working Boundary. As America has totally disregarded the security concerns of Pakistan which has exposed her so called friendship with Pakistan, the political and military leadership of Pakistan is enhancing political, economic and military ties with Russia and China to create the impression that they will no longer take dictation from America and they are trying to bring back the balance of power in the region which has been tilted in favor of India by realigning with other major powers. But the political and military leadership of Pakistan has exposed her own evil attempt to deceive the Armed Forces and the Muslims of Pakistan by agreeing to take part in exercises under the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in which India will also participate.

Current political and military leadership are slaves of America and are trying to cover their slavery to US and treachery with us by giving the impression of enhancing ties with Russia and China. We must remember that America ditched Pakistan even after seventy years of so called friendship and put her weight in favor of India because she is Kafir and enemy of Islam and Muslims. Similarly relations with Russia and China will not benefit Pakistan and the Muslims of this region rather such relations will produce the same results as relations with US because both of them are enemy of Islam and Muslims as well. Allah swt said,

ٱلَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ ٱلْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَآءَ مِن دُونِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِندَهُمُ ٱلْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ ٱلعِزَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعاً

“Those who take disbelievers for Auliya’(protectors or helpers or friends) instead of believers, do they seek honor, power and glory with them? Verily, then to Allah belongs all honor, power and glory” (Al-Nisa:139).

We won’t get dignity and power by establishing ties with Kafir colonialist powers rather we will gain dignity, honor and power by establishing Khilafah on the method of Prophethood in Pakistan which will implement Islam. Treachery of the political and military leadership has been exposed and staying silent on it is suicidal. Therefore Muslims of Pakistan must join the political and intellectual struggle of Hizb ut Tahrir for establishing Khilafah and the sincere officers in the Armed Forces should extend Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for Khilafah to be established.

إِنْ يَنْصُرْكُمُ ٱللَّهُ فَلاَ غَالِبَ لَكُمْ وَإِنْ يَخْذُلْكُمْ فَمَنْ ذَا ٱلَّذِى يَنْصُرُكُمْ مِّنْ بَعْدِهِ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ

“If Allah helps you, none can overcome you; and if He forsakes you, who is there after Him that can help you? And in Allah (Alone) let believers put their trust.”(Ale Imran:160)

شنگھائی تعاون تنظیم کے تحت بھارت کے ساتھ مشترکہ فوجی مشقیں:

سیاسی و فوجی قیادت شنگھائی تعاون تنظیم کے ذریعے بھارت کے ساتھ تعلقات بڑھا رہی ہے

ستمبر 2018 میں شنگھائی تعاون تنظیم کے تحت روس میں ہونے والی مشترکہ فوجی مشقوں میں پاکستان کی افواج بھارت کے ساتھ پہلی بار حصہ لیں گی۔ بھارت جو ہمارا کھلا دشمن ہے اس کے ساتھ کہیں بھی اور کسی بھی ادارے یا تنظیم  کے زیر سایہ کیسے مشترکہ فوجی مشقیں کیں جاسکتی ہیں ؟ بھارت کے ساتھ مشترکہ فوجی مشقوں کا حصہ بننا کس طرح پاکستان کے مفاد میں ہوسکتا ہے؟ اور کیا بھارت کے ساتھ مشترکہ فوجی مشقوں کا حصہ بن کر ہم مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کے جذبات کا خون  اور انہیں پاکستان سے متنفر نہیں کررہے؟

آئی ایس پی آر کے مطابق  2018 کے پہلے چار مہینوں میں بھارت  لائن آف کنٹرول اور ورکنگ باونڈری پر  جنگ بندی (سیز فائر) کی ایک ہزار سے زائد بار خلاف ورزیاں کرچکا ہے۔ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت کے مطابق بھارت امریکی سرپرستی میں افغان سرزمین کو پاکستان کے خلاف تخریبی کارروائیوں کے لیے استعمال کررہا ہے۔  اور اس مہینے، اپریل  کے وسط میں بھارت نے اپنی تاریخ کی سب سے بڑی فضائی مشقیں “گگن شکتی 2018″منعقد کی جس کے تحت پاکستان کی سرحد پر بھارتی طیاروں نے محض 72 گھنٹوں میں 5 ہزار  پروازیں کیں۔   سوال یہ ہے کہ  ان تمام حقائق کے باوجود کس طرح پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت نے شنگھائی تعاون تنظیم کے تحت بھارت کے ساتھ مشترکہ فوجی مشقوں کا حصہ بننا قبول کرلیا؟  

درحقیقت مشرف کے وقت سے آج کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت تک ہر ایک نے امریکی ہدایت پر خطے میں بھارت کا سیاسی و فوجی قد کاٹھ بڑھانے کے لیے بھارت کی مقبوضہ کشمیر میں اور لائن آف کنٹرول پر بسنے والے مسلمانوں کے خلاف جارحانہ کارروائیوں پرآنکھیں بند رکھنے یعنی “تحمل” کی پالیسی اختیار کی۔ پاکستان کے سیکیورٹی مفادات کو مکمل نظر انداز کر کے امریکہ کی نام نہاد دوستی کا جھوٹ بے نقاب ہوجانے کے بعد پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت روس اور چین کے ساتھ سیاسی، معاشی اور فوجی تعلقات کو بڑھا کر یہ تاثر دینے کی کوشش کررہی  تھی کہ وہ اب مزید امریکی  ڈکٹیشن (ہدایات)قبول نہیں کرے گی اور دوسری بڑی طاقتوں سے تعلقات استوار کرکے خطے میں بھارت کے حق میں ہوجانے والے توازن کو  تبدیل کرنے کی کوشش کررہی ہے۔  لیکن شنگھائی تعاون تنظیم کے تحت بھارت کے ساتھ مشترکہ فوجی مشقوں کا حصہ بن کر پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت نے  افواج پاکستان اور پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کو دیے جانے والے دھوکے کوخود ہی  بے نقاب کردیا ہے۔ 

اے افواج پاکستان میں موجود مسلمانوں اور پاکستان کے مسلمانوں! موجودہ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت بھی امریکہ کی ہی غلام ہے اور امریکی غلامی اور ہمارے ساتھ غداری کو چھپانے کے لیے روس و چین کے ساتھ تعلقات کو آڑ بنا رہی ہے ۔ ہمیں یہ بات یاد رکھنی چاہیے کہ جس طرح امریکہ کے ساتھ 70 سال کی دوستی کا نتیجہ امریکہ کی جانب سے بھارت کے حق میں پاکستان کے مفادات سے دستبرداری کی صورت میں نکلا کیونکہ وہ کافر اور اسلام اور مسلمانوں کا دشمن ہے، اسی طرح روس و چین کے ساتھ تعلقات کا انجام بھی کبھی پاکستان اور خطے کے مسلمانوں کے فائدے میں نہیں نکل سکتا کیونکہ وہ بھی اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے کھلے دشمن ہیں۔ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ نے فرمایا، 

ٱلَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ ٱلْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَآءَ مِن دُونِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِندَهُمُ ٱلْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ ٱلعِزَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعاً“

جن کی حالت یہ ہے کہ مسلمانوں کو چھوڑ کر کافروں کو دوست بناتے پھرتے ہیں ،کیا ان کے پاس عزت کی تلاش میں جاتے ہیں؟ (تو یاد رکھو کہ) عزت تو ساری کی ساری اللہ تعالیٰ کے قبضے میں ہے “(النساء:139)۔

ہمیں عزت اور طاقت کافر استعماری طاقتوں سے تعلقات  استوار کرنے سے نہیں بلکہ  پاکستان میں نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کی صورت میں   اسلام کے مکمل نفاذ  سے ملےگی۔سیاسی و فوجی قیادت کی غداری بے نقاب ہو چکی ہے اور اس پر خاموشی اختیار کرنا خودکشی کے مترادف ہے۔ تو پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کو چاہئے کہ وہ نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کےقیام کے لیے حزب التحریر کی سیاسی و فکری جدوجہد کا حصہ بن جائیں اور افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران اس کے قیام کے لیے حزب التحریر کو  نصرۃ فراہم کریں۔

إِنْ يَنْصُرْكُمُ ٱللَّهُ فَلاَ غَالِبَ لَكُمْ وَإِنْ يَخْذُلْكُمْ فَمَنْ ذَا ٱلَّذِى يَنْصُرُكُمْ مِّنْ بَعْدِهِ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ

“اگر اللہ تمہاری مدد کرے تو تم پر کوئی غالب نہیں آسکتا اور اگر وہ تمہیں چھوڑ دے تو اس کے بعد کون ہے جو تمہاری مدد کرے؟ ایمان والوں کو اللہ تعالیٰ ہی پربھروسہ رکھنا چاہیے “(آل عمران:160)
