Should we abandon the commands of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw) and the love of fellow Muslims for the sake of China?

Hundreds of Thousands Uighur Muslims are detained by China to Pressure them in to abandoning their Islamic values yet the Political and Military Leadership of Pakistan moves to assure the Chinese leadership of the Continuity of CPEC

On 30^th August 2018 a committee of UN human rights experts said that China must immediately release Uighur Muslims being held in alleged political re-education camps on the “pretext of countering terrorism”. Up to one million Uighurs, a large Muslim minority, may be held involuntarily in extra-legal detention in China’s far western Xinjiang province, according to estimates cited by the committee. A former inmate in one of the internment camps said Muslims were forced to eat pork and drink alcohol, acts which are forbidden by their religion.

This is not the first report which has mentioned the persecution of Uighur Muslims of East Turkistan by Chinese authorities. There have been reports that Chinese authorities have forcefully stopped Muslims from performing fasting in the month of Ramadhan, prohibit men from growing beards, stop women from wearing Hijab, force abortions upon Muslim mothers and stop young Muslims from visiting the Mosques. For the last couple of decades China has been using the US war against Islam, which she claims as the “war on terror”, as a cover for her atrocities against Uighur Muslims. Whenever there is a report about Chinese persecution against Muslims, the Muslims of Pakistan get very upset and worried. In 2017 when the Myanmar regime started a brutal crackdown against the Rohingya Muslims and hundreds of thousands were forced to migrate, even then China announced her support for the criminal Buddhist regime of Myanmar instead of supporting the oppressed Muslims. The Muslims of Pakistan were angry at China even then. Actually the ideology of the Chinese state is based on a falsehood, and every regime which is a flag bearer of falsehood hates Muslims because they are the carrier of Islam which is the ideology of truth.

But despite of this the conduct of the Political and Military leadership of Pakistan is shameful. China is persecuting the Uighur Muslims heavily yet the chief of the strongest Army of the Muslim World met the political and military leadership of China and assured them of his support for the security of CPEC. And the federal Minister for Religious Affairs while meeting Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan requested to ease restrictions on the Muslims of East Turkistan but declared CPEC a project of National importance. Should the Muslims of Pakistan abandon the commands of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw) for the sake of CPEC and China? Should the Muslims of Pakistan quietly observe the persecution of Uighur Muslims for the sake of CPEC and China? Can we achieve prosperity in this world and get the pleasure of Allah (swt) and His messenger (saaw) on the Day of Judgment by abandoning the Uighur Muslims for the sake of CPEC and China?  Allah (swt) said,

الَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِنْ دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۚ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِنْدَهُمُ الْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ الْعِزَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعًا

“Those who take disbelievers for helpers or friends instead of believers, do they seek honor, power and glory with them? Verily, then to Allah belongs all honor, power and glory.”(Al-Nisa:139).

TheCurrent Political and Military leadership of Pakistan have a slavish mentality which is deprived of the power of the Islamic Aqeedah. Despite Pakistan possessing material wealth and power such a leadership cannot fathom moving in the world without the support of foreign powers. Isn’t the Islamic Aqeedah our biggest source of strength? As long as Muslims relied completely on their Aqeeda they were victorious against enemies who were much bigger in numbers than them. During the era of the Khilafah state, the Muslim commander Qutaiba bin Muslim Al-Bahilee’s Army was about to set foot on Chinese soil, the Chinese Emperor was so stricken by fear and panic that he sent a delegation to the Muslim commander to pay Jizyah as well as present him with soil from his land so that Qutaiba could fulfill his oath to step on Chinese soil. The Muslims of Pakistan must abandon this coward Political and Military leadership and join the struggle of Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood, so that our steel, fire and blood is a fuel for the dominance of Islam, rather than the plots of our enemies, from the Atheists, Mushrikeen and the People of the Book.

 کیا اللہ تعالیٰ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کے احکامات اور مسلمانوں سے محبت کو چین پر قربان کردیا جائے؟

لاکھوں ایغوری مسلمانوں کو چین نے قید کررکھا ہے تا کہ وہ اسلامی شعائر سے دستبردار ہوجائیں اور پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت چین کو سی پیک کو جاری رکھنے کی یقین دہانیاں کرارہی ہے 

30 اگست 2018 کو اقوام متحدہ کی حقوق انسانی کمیٹی کے ماہرین نے چین سے مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ ایغور مسلمانوں کو رہا کریں جنہیں  مبینہ طورپرچینی  حکومت  نے”انسداد دہشت گردی“ کے نام پر سیاسی تعلیم نو کے کیمپوں میں قید کررکھا ہے۔ اس کمیٹی کے تخمینوں کے مطابق 10لاکھ کے قریب ایغوری مسلمانوں کو مغربی صوبہ سنکیانگ کے غیر قانونی قید خانوں میں رکھا گیا ہے۔ ان قید خانوں کے ایک سابق قیدی کے مطابق مسلمانوں کو وہاں سور کا گوشت کھانے اور شراب پینے پر مجبور کیا جاتا ہے جو کہ ان کے مذہب میں حرام ہیں۔ 

یہ کوئی پہلی خبر نہیں ہے جو مقبوضہ مشرقی ترکستان میں ایغور مسلمانوں کے خلاف چینی حکومت کے مظالم کو بیان کررہی ہے۔ اس سے پہلے بھی یہ خبریں آتی رہی ہیں کہ چینی حکام مسلمانوں کورمضان کے روزے نہیں رکھنے دیتے، داڑھی پر پابندی لگاتے ہیں، خواتین کو حجاب کے استعمال سے روکتے ہیں ، زبردستی اسقاط حمل پر مجبور کرتے ہیں اور نوجوانوں کو مساجد جانے سے روکتے ہیں ۔ پچھلے چند عشروں سے امریکہ کی اسلام کے خلاف جنگ، جسے وہ  دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ قرار دیتا ہے، نے  چین کو یہ موقع فراہم کردیا ہے کہ وہ ایغوری مسلمانوں کے خلاف  مظالم کو دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ کے نام پر انجام دے ۔ جب بھی چین میں مسلمانوں کے خلاف چینی حکومت کے مظالم کی خبریں آتی ہیں تو پاکستان کے مسلمان شدید بے چین ہو جاتے ہیں۔  اس سے قبل جب 2017 میں میانمار کے روہنگیا مسلمانوں کے خلاف میانمار کی بدھسٹ حکومت نے ظلم و ستم کے پہاڑ توڑ دیے  اور وہ لاکھوں کی تعداد میں ہجرت  پر مجبور ہو گئے تو چینی حکومت نے مظلوم مسلمانوں کی جگہ ظالم میانمار کی حمایت کی تھی اورپاکستان کے مسلمان حیران تھے  کہ چین ایسا کیوں کررہا ہے۔  درحقیقت چین کی حکومت کا نظریہ ، آئیڈیالوجی بھی ایک باطل نظریہ ہے اور ہر باطل نظریے کی علمبردار حکومت مسلمانوں سے نفرت کرتی ہے کیونکہ  مسلمان ،اسلام جو کہ نظریہ حق  ہے،کے علمبردار  ہیں جو باطل  نظریے  کا مخالف اور اس کو پاش پاش کردیتا ہے۔ 

لیکن اس تمام  ترصورتحال میں پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت کا رویہ اور طرز عمل انتہائی افسوسناک اور شرمناک ہے۔  جب ایک جانب چین ایغوری مسلمانوں پرمظالم کے پہاڑ توڑ رہا ہے تو مسلم دنیا کی سب سے طاقتور آرمی کا سربراہ  چین کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت سے مل کر سی پیک کی حفاظت کی یقین دہانیاں کرارہاہے اور وفاقی وزیر برائے مذہبی امور پاکستان میں چین کے سفیر سے ملاقات کر کے مشرقی ترکستان میں مسلمانوں پرعائد پابندیوں میں نرمی کی گذارش کررہا ہے اور ساتھ ہی سی پیک کو قومی اہمیت کا منصوبہ قرار دے رہا ہے۔ کیا پاکستان کے مسلمان چین اور اس کے سی پیک کے لیے اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ، اس کے رسول ﷺ کے احکامات سے منہ موڑ لیں؟ کیا پاکستان کے مسلمان چین اور سی پیک کے لیے ایغوری مسلمانوں کو چین کے مظالم کی بھینٹ چڑھتا خاموشی سے دیکھتے رہیں؟ کیا  ایسا کر کے ہم دنیا  میں ترقی اور آخرت میں اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کے سامنےسرخرو ہو سکیں گے؟   اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا،

الَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاء مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِندَهُمُ الْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ العِزَّةَ لِلّهِ جَمِيعًا

”جو مومنوں کو چھوڑ کر کافروں کو دوست بناتے ہیں۔ کیا یہ ان کے ہاں عزت حاصل کرنا چاہتے ہیں تو عزت تو سب اللہ ہی کی ہے“(النساء:139)۔

موجودہ سیاسی و فوجی  قیادت ذہنی غلامی کاشکار ہے جو تمام تر مادی و معاشی طاقت رکھنے کے باوجود اسلامی عقیدے کی طاقت سے محروم ہے اور دوسروں کی طاقت پر انحصار کرنے کو اپنی بقاء کے لیےلازمی سمجھتی ہے۔ کیا مسلمان کا عقیدہ   اس کی سب سے بڑی طاقت نہیں ہے؟ جب تک مسلمانوں نے اپنے عقیدے پر بھروسہ کیا تو تعداد میں کم ہونے کے باوجود اپنے سے کئی گنا بڑے دشمنوں پر کامیابی حاصل کی، اور اس چین کی تو بات ہی کیا کرنی۔ جب خلافت موجود تھی تو مسلم کمانڈر قتیبہ بن مسلم البھیلی  چین کی سرحد پرپہنچے تو چین کا شہنشاہ ان کی آمد کا سن کر خوفزدہ ہوگیا اور جلدی جلدی ایک وفد چین کی مٹی کے ساتھ ان کے پاس بھیجا تا کہ  وہ چین کی سرزمین پر اپنے   قدم رکھنے کی قسم کو پورا کرسکیں اور جزیہ کی ادائیگی کو  بھی قبول کرلیا۔تو پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کو چاہیے کہ وہ اس بزدل اور کمزور سیاسی و فوجی   قیادت کو مسترد کردیں  اور نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کی جدوجہد میں حزب التحریر کا ساتھ دیں تا کہ ہمارا خون، وسائل اور ہتھیار ہمارے دشمنوں،ملحدوں، مشرکین اور اہل کتاب کے منصوبوں کے لیے  نہیں بلکہ اسلام کی بالادستی اور مظلوموں کو ظلم سے نجات دلانے کے لیے استعمال ہوں۔

وَإِنِ اسْتَنْصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ

”اگر یہ دین کے بارے میں تم سے مدد چاہیں تو تم پر ان کی مدد لازم ہے“(الانفال:72)۔
