Pakistan Was Created to be an Islamic State and the Khilafah will Make that a Reality

Independence Day of Pakistan is being celebrated by the regime but the actual reason why hundred and thousands of Muslims of subcontinent sacrificed their lives for having a separate state is not given its deserved prominence in the regime’s propaganda. Certainly, Muslims did not sacrifice in one of the largest migrations in history for just having a piece of land. Rather, they wanted to establish a state where Islam is implemented, on the pattern of Madinah. Their desire was so intense that the movement against British Raj was defined by Islam and Islam was on every ones lips, whether young or old. Only Islam can ever motivate such great sacrifice, for the love of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw) is deep in the hearts of the Muslims of this region. And until this day, the slogan, “What is the meaning of Pakistan? لا الہ الا اللہ” captures the essence of the aspirations of the Muslims for Pakistan.

Sixty nine years have passed since independence, but still the kufr capitalist system in being implemented over us, which was left by British Raj. In these sixty nine years, traitors in the political and military leadership of Pakistan have ensured that Pakistan does not become an Islamic State, despite the desire of the Muslims. The Muslims made great sacrifices to rid of British Raj but traitors in the political and military leadership of Pakistan imposed the American Raj upon them. Pakistan was not created so that interest (Riba) continued to be implemented. Pakistan was not created so that courts give verdicts according to Kufr Anglo-Saxon laws instead of Quran and Sunnah. Pakistan was not created so that her Muslim army is used by colonialist states under the banner of United Nations to secure colonialist interests worldwide, instead of liberating Kashmir, Palestine and other occupied Muslim land. Pakistan was not created so that the capitalist economic system is implemented, ensuring that the poor becomes poorer and wealth is accumulated in few hands. Pakistan was not created so that enemies of Islam and Muslims like America, Britain, India and others are declared friends, whilst those who fight against occupation forces in Kashmir and Afghanistan are declared “terrorists”. And Pakistan was not created so that those who demand the implementation of Islam and Khilafah in Pakistan are labeled as “extremists.” There was only one purpose for the creation of Pakistan and that was the complete implementation of Islam so that Muslims can live their life according to Islam. And this criminal neglect is why the regime does not make Islam prominent in the celebrations.

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan calls to the Muslims of Pakistan that in order to make the slogan, “What is the meaning of Pakistan? لا الہ الا اللہ”, a reality, they must join the struggle of Hizb ut-Tahrir for the Khilafah project. They must call their sons, brothers and fathers in the armed forces to provide Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood, because only the reestablishment of Islam as a state and authority will realize the purpose of creating Pakistan, fulfilling the solemn pledge that our noble forefathers made with our Lord (swt). Allah (swt), said,

وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ

“And on that Day, the believers will rejoice” (Surah Rum 30:4)

پاکستان اسلامی ریاست کے قیام کے لئے بنا اور خلافت اس کو حقیت کا روپ دے گی

حکومت کی جانب سے پاکستان کی آزادی کا جشن منایا جا رہا ہے لیکن جشن آزادی کے حوالے سے ہونے والی تشہیری مہم میں اس بات کو اہمیت نہیں دے رہی ہے کہ برصغیر پاک و ہند کے مسلمانوں نے لاکھوں جانوں کا نظرانہ ایک الگ مملکت کے حصول کے لئے کیوں دیا تھا۔ یقیناً مسلمانوں نے اتنی عظیم قربانی، انسانی تاریخ کی ایک بہت بڑی ہجرت، محض زمین کے ایک ٹکڑے کے حصول کے لئے نہیں دی تھی بلکہ وہ ایک ایسی مملکت کا قیام چاہتے تھے جہاں ایک بار پھر مدینہ کی ریاست کی طرح اسلام کو مکمل نظام کے طور پر نافذ کیا جائے۔ مسلمانوں کی یہ خواہش اتنی شدید تھی کہ برطانوی راج سے نجات کی تحریک کی بنیاد اسلام ٹھرا اور اسلام کا ذکر ہر بڑے چھوٹے کی زبان پر عام ہو گیا۔ صرف اسلام ہی اس قدر ہمت پیدا کر سکتا ہے کہ مسلمان اس قدر عظیم قربانی دینے کے لئے تیار ہو جائیں کیونکہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ اور رسول اللہ ﷺ سے محبت اس خطے کے مسلمانوں میں رچی بسی ہے۔ اور آج کے دن تک یہ نعرہ: “پاکستان کا مطلب کیا: لا الہ الا اللہ” پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کی خواہشات کی ترجمانی کرتا ہے۔

آزادی کو حاصل کیے 69 سال گزر گئے لیکن آج بھی برطانوی راج کا چھوڑا ہوا کفریہ سرمایہ دارانہ نظام ہم پر نافذ ہے۔ ان 69 سالوں میں پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے اس بات کو یقینی بنایا کہ پاکستان کو مسلمانوں کی شدید خواہش کے باوجود اسلامی ریاست بننے سے روکا جائے۔ مسلمانوں نے برطانوی راج سےنجات کے لئے جان ومال کی لازوال قربانی دی لیکن پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے ان پر امریکی راج مسلط کر دیا۔ پاکستان اس لئے نہیں بنایا تھا کہ یہاں سود کا نظام جاری و ساری رہے۔ پاکستان اس لئے نہیں بنایا تھا کہ عدالتوں میں قرآن و سنت کی جگہ کفریہ اینگلو سیکسن قانون کے مطابق فیصلے ہوں۔ پاکستان اس لئے نہیں بنایا تھا کہ اس کی افواج کشمیر و فلسطین اور دیگر مقبوضہ مسلم علاقوں کی آزادی کی جگہ دنیا بھر میں اقوام متحدہ کے جھنڈے تلے استعماری ممالک کی فوج بن کر استعماری مفادات کے حصول کے لئے کام کرے۔ پاکستان اس لئے نہیں بنایا تھا کہ سرمایہ دارانہ معاشی نظام نافذ کر کے غریب کو غریب تر اور دولت چند ہاتھوں میں مرتکز کر دی جائے۔ پاکستان اس لئے نہیں بنایا تھا کہ اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے دشمنوں، امریکہ برطانیہ و بھارت وغیرہ کو دوست قرار دیا جائے اور افغانستان و کشمیر کی آزادی کے لئے لڑنے والو کو “دہشت گرد” قرار دیا جائے۔ اور پاکستان اس لئے نہیں بنا تھا کہ یہاں اسلامی نظام کے نفاذ اور خلافت کے قیام کا مطالبہ کرنے والوں کو “انتہاپسند” قرار دیا جائے۔ پاکستان صرف ایک ہی مقصد کے لئے بنایا گیا تھا کہ یہاں اسلام کو مکمل طور پر نافذ کیا جائے تاکہ مسلمان اسلام کے مطابق زندگی گزار سکیں۔ اور چونکہ حکومت اسلام کے نفاذ سے عملاً انکار کر رہی ہے اسی لئے آزادی کی تقریبات میں اس رخ کو اجاگر بھی نہیں کر رہی ہے۔

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان، پاکستان کے مسلمانوں سے کہتی ہے کہ اس نعرے “پاکستان کا مطلب کیا: لا الہ الا اللہ” کو حقیقت کا روپ دینے کے لئے حزب التحریر کی جدوجہد کا حصہ بن جائیں اور افواج پاکستان میں موجود اپنے باپ، بیٹوں اور بھائیوں سے مطالبہ کریں کہ وہ نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کے لئے حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ فراہم کریں کیونکہ اسلام کا ریاست و اختیار کی صورت میں ایک بار پھر قیام ہی پاکستان کے قیام کے مقصد اور مسلمانوں کے اپنے رب اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ سے کیے گئے وعدے کو پورا کرنے کا باعث بنے گا۔

وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ

“اور اس روز مسلمان شادمان ہوں گے” (الروم:04)
