6 September Defence Day Message:

“Kashmir will be Liberated through Jihad by the Pakistan Army”

Hizb ut Tahrir  Wilayah of Pakistan held demonstrations across Pakistan to convey a message for Defence Day regarding the liberation of Kashmir. Participants held banners and placards declaring, “Kashmir will be Liberated through Jihad by the Pakistan Army, Not By Dialogue Nor UN Resolutions” and “Criminal Silence Over Indian Aggression Is Treachery Against Pakistan, Muslims and Islam”.

Since the independence of Pakistan, traitors in the political and military leadership have been playing with the emotions of the Muslims of Kashmir and Pakistan, repeatedly pinning their hopes on the resolutions of the United Nations. The Muslims of Kashmir and Pakistan have come to the conclusion that Kashmir and Indian aggression issue can never be solved by the United Nations resolutions, nor through the mediation of the “international community.” The United Nations and the “international community.” led by America can never be friends of Muslims because they are open enemies of Islam, Rasool Allah (saaw) and the Muslims. The so-called international institutions are in fact tools of colonialist powers and they use them to secure their interests in the international arena, even if this leads to the killing of hundreds of thousands of people, or usurping of the rights of other nations.

The message of the Defence Day of Pakistan is that the issue of Kashmir and Indian aggression can be addressed comprehensively, if the Pakistan Army and the Muslims place their trust in Allah (swt) and respond in a manner which India understands, as they did fifty years back, in 1965, when they heroically struck their enemy with all their might, even though the Muslims were heavily outnumbered.

Hizb ut Tahrir makes it clear to Pakistan’s armed forces and the Ummah that the real power of Muslims lies in their Deen (Islam), and whenever Muslims have made their Deen as a source of power, Allah swt granted magnificent victories, despite the greater numbers of their enemies. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the sincere officers in the Pakistan Army, who have pledged to defend their Deen and land, to uproot the traitors within the political and military leadership that are burdens on the neck of the Ummah  and establish the Khilafah in Pakistan, by providing Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir. Only then will we have a state based on Allah’s Deen. Only then will our armed forces mobilize in Jihad for the liberation of Kashmir, ending Indian aggression, with the help of Allah (swt). And beyond His help, no other help matters.

إِنْ يَنْصُرْكُمُ ٱللَّهُ فَلاَ غَالِبَ لَكُمْ وَإِنْ يَخْذُلْكُمْ فَمَنْ ذَا ٱلَّذِى يَنْصُرُكُمْ مِّنْ بَعْدِهِ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ

“If Allah helps you, none can overcome you; and if He forsakes you, who is there after Him that can help you? And in Allah (Alone) let believers put their trust.”(Al-Imran)

6 ستمبر یوم دفاع پاکستان کا پیغام:

“کشمیر پاک فوج کے جہاد سے آزاد ہوگا”

حزب التحریرولایہ پاکستان نےیوم دفاع پاکستان کا پیغام برائے آزادیِ کشمیر کی ترویج کے لئے ملک بھر میں مظاہرے کیے۔ ۔مظاہرین نے بینرز اور کتبے اٹھا رکھے تھے جن پر تحریر تھا کہ:”کشمیر مذاکرات یا اقوام متحدہ کی قراردادوں سے نہیں پاک فوج کے جہاد سے آزاد ہوگا“،”بھارتی جارحیت پر مجرمانہ خاموشی پاکستان کے عوام اور ان کے دین سے غداری ہے“۔

پاکستان کی آزادی کے وقت سے آج تک کشمیر  اور پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کو سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں  موجود غدار وں نےاقوام متحدہ کی قراردادوں کے ذریعے بہلایاہے۔ پاکستان اور کشمیر کے مسلمان یہ جان چکے ہیں کہ کشمیر اور   بھارتی جارحیت کا مسئلہ کبھی بھی اقوام متحدہ کی قراردادوں یا بین الاقوامی برادری کی ثالثی کے ذریعے  حل نہیں ہوگا۔ اقوام متحدہ اور بین الاقوامی برادری جس کی سربراہی امریکہ کررہا ہے کبھی بھی مسلمانوں کے دوست نہیں ہو سکتے کیونکہ یہ تو اسلام ، رسول اللہﷺ اور مسلمانوں کے دشمن ہیں۔ یہ  نام نہاد بین الاقوامی ادارے درحقیقت استعماری طاقتوں کے آلہ کار ہیں جنہیں وہ عالمی سیاست میں اپنے مفادات کے حصول کے لئے استعمال کرتے ہیں چاہے اس وجہ سے لاکھوں کروڑوں لوگوں قتل کردیے جائیں اور مختلف اقوام اپنے حقوق سے محروم ہو جائیں۔

یوم دفاع پاکستان کا پیغام یہی ہے کہ جس طرح پچاس سال قبل افواج پاکستان اور عوام نے قیادت میں موجود غداروں کی غداری کے باوجود صرف اللہ سبحانہ و تعالٰی کی نصرت پر بھروسہ کرتے ہوئے خود سے کئی گنا بڑے دشمن کو بچھاڑ دیا تھا اسی طرح آج بھی کشمیر اور بھارتی جارحیت کا مسئلہ حل کیا جاسکتا ہے اگر اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی ہی نصرت پر بھروسہ کرتے ہوئے بھارت کو اسی زبان میں جواب دیا جائے جو وہ سمجھتا ہے۔

حزب التحریرافواج پاکستان اور امت پر یہ واضح کردینا چاہتی ہے کہ مسلمانوں کی اصل طاقت ان کے دین میں ہے اور جب جب مسلمانوں نے اپنے دین کو اپنی طاقت کا مرکز بنایا اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے عددی کمزوری کے باوجود انہیں بڑی بڑی کامیابیاں عطا فرمائیں۔ لہٰذا افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران  پر لازم ہے کہ جنہوں نے اپنے دین اور اپنی سرزمین کے دفاع کی قسم کھا رکھی ہے کہ وہ امت کو ان پر مسلط سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں سے نجات دلائیں اور اللہ کے سائے، خلافت کو پاکستان کی سرزمین پر قائم  کرنے کے لئے حزب التحریرکو نصرۃ فراہم کریں۔ جب ہماری ریاست اور ہمارا نظام اللہ کے دین کی بنیاد پر قائم ہوگا  اور افواج اور امت متحد ہوکر کشمیر کی آزادی اور بھارتی جارحیت کی خاتمے کے لئے جہاد کا علم بلند کرے گی تو اللہ کی مدد بھی آجائے گی۔ اور اس کی مدد کے سامنے باقی تمام دنیا کی مدد کوئی حیثیت نہیں رکھتی۔

“اگر اللہ تمہاری مدد کرے تو تم پر کوئی غالب نہیں آسکتا اور اگر وہ تمہیں چھوڑ دے تو اس کے بعد کون ہے جو تمہاری مدد کرے؟ ایمان والوں کو اللہ تعالیٰ ہی پر بھروسہ رکھنا چاہیے”(آل عمران)
