An open letter to Kayani, Gilani, Zardari and all American puppets

From Mrs. Naveed Butt, wife of Pakistan’s spokesman for Hizb ut-Tahrir

O slaves of America!

You all know too well that on 11 May 2012 on Friday at 12.30pm my husband Naveed Butt, official spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Pakistan, was bringing his children home from school. He had just got to the gate when eight to ten secret agency officials seized him and put them in their standard ISI Suzuki van as witnessed by one of our neighbors. The witness saw cars that were parked in the way of naveed’s car from which eight to ten men descended dressed in black pants and T-shirts embossed with the word “security”, accompanied by plain clothed intelligence officials, attired in their customary white shalwaar kameez. After this incident my children became very frightened and they came home crying. My one son is ten years, another son is nine and my daughter is only six, whereas my smallest is at home, a son of two years.

You are all well aware for what “crime” my husband was taken and why your “god” America has declared it a crime. My husband’s crime is that he is the spokesman for Hizb ut-Tahrir in Pakistan, the world’s biggest Islamic party that is working for the re-establishment of the Khilafah Rashida, so as to resume the Islamic way of life. In 2003 Musharraf imposed a ban on Hizb ut-Tahrir because Hizb was rapidly being accepted by the general public and elite alike. After all, there is not a Muslim that would not want that instead of 57 states, there must be a single state with one ameer. So through fear of this wide acceptance and in accordance with American dictates Hizb ut-Tahrir was banned. After this the secret agencies began a relentless campaign of harassment, arrests and abductions against the members of Hizb ut-Tahrir. They tried to abduct my husband on many occasions, surrounding him by police but Allah SWT protected him and since even before the ban we have lived under the threat of illegal abduction. And this threat is in a so-called Islamic country from so called Islamic agencies, whose real role should be to protect Muslims from the enemies of Islam and Muslims through vigilance, intelligence and prevention. But alas these institutions are now the personal servants of American puppets like you and so they instead spy on sincere Muslims and seize, imprison and abduct them just because they want Islam implemented entirely in Pakistan, a land that was established in the name of Islam. The only crime of these Muslims is that they raise their voices for Islam, spread the call that Allah’s deen should be established on Allah’s earth and struggled so that Islam is dominant in the entire world.

O sold out slaves of America! Do you think that you with such dishonorable and cowardly actions will stop the establishment of the Khilafah? or by threatening us you will stop us from working for it? By Allah we address you as RasulAllah SAW addressed the chiefs of the Quraysh: That if they were to place the sun on my right hand and the moon on my left so that I stop this work, I will not stop. So, O traitors against the Ummah and enemies of this Deen, do whatever you wish! So summon all your armies, allies and gods from America, Britain and Europe and fight the Lord of all the souls and His army. And do you actually see yourselves winning?

So what did you achieve by taking this one man, Naveed Butt? Do you think that the call for Khilafah will stop? Or that you will receive applause and accolade in the temples of America for your success in sending eight to ten thugs to pick up a single, frail and ill man and then confine him to a secret dungeon, without court or law. So much for the law under your governance, the law of the jungle!

As for you secret agency personnel, fear Allah, drown to death in shame for you are not working to protect Islam and Muslims, you are betraying them and you are working for the worst of our enemies. The hands of Kayani, Zardari and Gillani are red with the blood of innocent Muslims in Afghanistan, tribal areas and throughout Pakistan. You think that you are securing your bread and water by obeying them, but in fact you are trampling over the futures of yourselves and your children, for if there is no country left, from where then will you seek provision? And as for the life that is eternal and never ending, you are burning your chance away, have some fear of Allah for you are Muslim, not kafir and so who should your loyalty be with, Islam or Kufr, with Gillani, Kayani and Zardari or with Hizb ut-Tahrir and the Muslims? If you were all but to renounce their rule, their rule would fail for their rule lies upon the shoulders of people like you and if you were to seize back the ground from under their feet you would be successful in this life and be rewarded by Allah SWT in the next.

O Kiyani, Gillani and Zardari! Release Habibullah Saleem and my husband immediately! The days you keep them captive only lengthen the impending punishment for your crime for you must know that the Khilafah will account you for your each and every crime and by Allah’s will it will come very soon, for it hangs over your heads now, coming now or sooner, and the end of the criminals is always a lesson to those who take heed!

اے امریکہ کے غلامو!

تم سب اچھی طرح جانتے ہو کہ 11 مئی 2012 بروز جمعہ دوپہر ساڑھے بارہ بجے میرے شوہر نوید بٹ ترجمان حزب التحریر، بچوں کو ان کے سکول سے واپس گھر لے کر آئے۔ ابھی وہ گیٹ پر گاڑی پارک ہی کر رہے تھے کہ آٹھ دس خفیہ ایجنسی کے اہلکاروں نے ان کو گاڑی سے کھینچ کر اتارا اور آئی ایس آئی کی مخصوص گاڑی سفید سوزوکی ڈبہ میں ڈال کر لے گئے۔ یہ تمام واقعہ ہمارے ایک ہمسائے نے اپنی آنکھوں سے دیکھا۔ اس نے بتایا کہ دو گاڑیاں ان کی گاڑی کے اطراف میں کھڑی تھیں اور یہ اہلکار سیاہ رنگ کی ٹی شرٹ اور پینٹ میں ملبوس تھے جن کی پشت پر سیکیورٹی کے الفاظ تحریر تھے۔ ان افراد کے علاوہ کچھ آدمی سادہ شلوار قمیص پہنے ہوئے تھے۔ میرے بچے اس واقعے کے بعد انتہائی خوفزدہ ہو گئے اور روتے ہوئے گھر کے اندر داخل ہوئے۔ میرے ایک بیٹے کی عمر دس سال، دوسرے کی نو اور بیٹی صرف چھ سال کی ہے۔ جبکہ چھوٹا دو سال کا بیٹا میرے پاس گھر میں تھا۔

تم سب اس بات سے بھی اچھی طرح واقف ہو کہ میرے شوہر کا جرم کیا ہے اور تمہارے خدا امریکہ نے اسے کیوں جرم ٹھہرایا ہے۔

میرے شوہر کا جرم یہ ہے کہ وہ حزب التحریر کے پاکستان میں ترجمان ہیں۔ دنیا کی سب سے بڑی اسلامی سیاسی جماعت کے ترجمان جو خلافت ِراشدہ کے دوبارہ قیام کے ذریعے اسلامی طرزِ زندگی کے ازسرِ نو احیاء کے لیے کام کر رہی ہے۔ 2003 میں مشرف نے حزب التحریر پر پابندی لگا دی تھی کیونکہ حزب تیزی سے عوام و خواص میں مقبول ہو رہی تھی۔ کونسا مسلمان اس بات سے متفق نہ ہوگا کہ مسلمانوں کے 57 کے بجائے ایک ریاست اور ایک امیر ہونا چاہئیے۔ چنانچہ اس مقبولیت سے خائف ہو کرمشرف نے اپنے آقا امریکہ کے حکم پر حزب التحریر پر بین لگا دیا۔ اس کے بعد سے ان خفیہ ایجنسیوں نے حزب التحریر کے ممبران اور کارکنوں کو مسلسل ہراساں، گرفتار اور اغوا کرنے کا لامتناہی سلسلہ شروع کر رکھا ہے۔ میرے شوہر کو بھی انہوں نے کئی مرتبہ اغوا کرنے کی کوشش کی۔ کئی مرتبہ ان کو پولیس نے گھیر لیا لیکن اللہ نے ان کو محفوظ رکھا۔ ہم نے بارہ سال مسلسل غیر قانونی اغوا کے خوف میں گزارے۔ اور یہ خوف ہمیں اپنے اس نام نہاد اسلامی ملکِ پاکستان کی ان “اسلامی” ایجنسیوں سے تھا، جن کا کام اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے دشمنوں پر نظر رکھنا، ان کی جاسوسی کرنا اوراور ان کے شر سے مسلمانوں کو بچانا ہونا چاہئیے۔ لیکن افسوس یہ ادارے تم جیسے امریکی پٹھووئں کے ذاتی غلام بن کر رہ گئے ہیں ۔اور ان مخلص مسلمانوں کی جاسوسی کرتے اور انہیں قید و اغوا کرتے ہیں، جو اس اسلام کے نام  پرقائم کی جانے والی اس ریاست پاکستان میں اسلام کا مکمل نظام قائم کرنے کے خواہاں ہیں۔ جو اس کے لیے آواز بلند کرتے ہیں۔ جو اس کی دعوت عام کرتے ہیں کہ اللہ کی زمین پر اللہ کا نظام نافذ ہونا چاہئے اور جو اسلام کو دنیا میں غالب کرنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں۔

اے امریکہ کے زرخرید غلامو! تم کیا سمجھتے ہو کہ اپنی ان ذلت آمیز حرکتوں اوربزدلانہ کاروائیوں سے خلافت کا قیام روک لو گے۔ یا ہمیں ڈرا دھمکا کر اس کام سے باز کرلو گے۔ اللہ کی قسم آج ہم بھی تمہیں وہی الفاظ کہتے ہیں جو اللہ کے رسول ﷺ نے قریش مکہ کے بارے میں کہے تھے کہ: “اگر یہ لوگ سورج کو میرے دائیں ہاتھ پر اور چاند کو بائیں ہاتھ پر بھی لا کر رکھ دیں تب بھی میں اس کام سے نہ رکوں گا”۔ تو اے امت کے غدارو، اے دشمنانِ دین! کر لو جو کرنا ہے۔ لے آئو اپنا تمام لاؤ لشکر، اپنے تمام مددگار، اپنے تمام خدا؛ امریکہ،برطانیہ اورپورا یورپ ۔آؤ لڑ کے دیکھو تمام جہانوں کے رب اور اس کے لشکروں سے۔ دیکھیں تو جیت کس کی ہوتی ہے؟

اس ایک شخص نوید بٹ کو پکڑ کر تمہیں کیا حاصل ہوگا؟ کیا خلافت کی دعوت رک جائے گی؟ یا تم امریکہ کے دربار میں اپنی فتح مندی اور کامیابی کی داستان سناؤ گے۔ کہ تم نے اس نہتے اکیلے بیمارآدمی کو کس طرح آٹھ دس مسلح جنگجوئوں کی مدد سے اغوا کیا۔ اور کس طرح تم نے اس کو خفیہ مقام پر ماورائے عدالت اور قانون رکھا ہوا ہے۔ اور تمہارے زیرِ حکومت قانون کی کس قدر عملداری ہے؛ جنگل کے قانون کی!

اور اے خفیہ ایجنسیوں کے اہلکارو! خدا کا خوف کرو۔ شرم سے ڈوب مرو۔ تم لوگ اسلام اور پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کا دفاع نہیں ان سے غداری کر رہے ہو۔ تم جن لوگوں کی نوکری کر رہے ہو وہ ہمارے بد ترین دشمن ہیں۔ یہ کیانی، زرداری اور گیلانی ہی ہیں جن کے ہاتھ قبائلی علاقے اور افغانستان اور پاکستان کے ہزاروں معصوم مسلمانوں کے خون سے رنگے ہوئے ہیں۔ تم اپنی روٹی روزی بچانے کے لیے ان کا حکم بجالاتے ہو لیکن دراصل تم خود اپنی روٹی روزی پر بھی لات مار رہے ہو اور اپنے ہی بچوں کا مستقبل تاریک کر رہے ہو۔ جب ملک ہی نہ رہے گا تو کھائو گے کہاں سے۔ اور وہ زندگی جہاں ہمیشہ ہمیشہ رہنا ہے اسے بھی آگ میں جھونک رہے ہو۔ کچھ تو اللہ کا خوف کرو۔ تم لوگ کافر نہیں مسلمان ہو!! پھر تمہاری وفاداریاں کس کے ساتھ ہونی چاہئیں؟ کفر کے ساتھ یا اسلام کے ساتھ؟ کیانی اور گیلانی کے ساتھ یا حزب التحریر اور مسلمانوں کے ساتھ؟ اگر تم سب ایک ہی بار ان غداروں کی حکم عدولی کا فیصلہ کر لو گے تو ان کے اقتدار کا خاتمہ ہو جائے گا اور وہ اپنی حکومت صرف تمہارے کندھوں پر بیٹھ کر کرتے ہیں۔ ان کے پاؤں کے نیچے سے زمین کھینچ لو تاکہ تم دنیا میں بھی فلاح پاؤ اور آخرت میں بھی اللہ کی جناب میں سرخرو ٹھہرو۔

اے کیانی، زرداری اور گیلانی!

میرے شوہر کو اور حبیب الرحمٰن کو فوراً رہا کرو۔ تم ان کو جتنے دن مزید اپنی قید میں رکھو گے اتنا ہی تمہارے جرائم کی فہرست میں اضافہ ہوتا جائے گا۔ اور جان رکھو کہ خلافت تمہارے ایک ایک جرم کا حساب لے گی۔ اور خلافت بس اللہ کے حکم سے آنیوالی ہے۔ درحقیقت وہ تمہارے سر پر تلوار کی طرح لٹک رہی ہے۔ اب گری کہ تب گری۔ اور مجرموں کا انجام بڑا عبرتناک ہوا کرتا ہے۔
