“Social System of Islam” Describes the Relationship of Men and Women in Society from Correct Perspective
Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan has launched the Urdu translation of Hizb ut-Tahrir’s book, “Social System of Islam”. This book describes the relationship of men and women in a society from its correct perspective and defines the roles of men and women for the progress of the society, obliged by Islam, derived only from the Quran and Sunnah.
The perception of many people, including the Muslims, of the social system in Islam has become confused and in need of clarification. Their understanding became far removed from the reality of Islam, due to their alienation from its thoughts and rules. They went to extremes, holding the view that a woman has the right to be in seclusion with a man, as and when she wished, or that she can go out with her “awrah” uncovered, wearing whatever she pleased. Whilst others went to the other extreme, taking the view that women did not have the right to engage in trade or meet with men under any circumstances. Due to these extreme positions there was a degeneration of morals and stagnation in thinking. The result of all this was the break-up of the social aspect, unrest within the Muslim family, the prevalence of dissatisfaction and discontent amongst family members and numerous disputes and divisions between them.
Therefore, it becomes necessary that the Islamic social system be studied comprehensively and to understand the relationships and its details resulting from the meeting of men and women. This book “Social System of Islam” from Hizb ut-Tahrir describes these relationships and its details in a simple manner, which is easy to understand. The Hizb has described these relations and their details solely according to the Quran and Sunnah and did not make human intellect the basis of discussion. In this book various issues and their solutions were discussed including: the relationship of men and women in a family life and their rights and obligations, the issue of veiling of face, the activities of women in society, marriage, divorce, polygyny, guardianship and custody of child as well as many more aspects.

With the permission of Allah swt, the upcoming Khilafah will manage the relationships of men and women only on the basis of the Quran and Sunnah and will bring society out of the current two extremes and put it on the road which Islam asked us.
مَنْ عَمِلَ صَالِحاً مِّن ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثَىٰ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلَنُحْيِيَنَّهُ حَيَاةً طَيِّبَةً وَلَنَجْزِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْرَهُم بِأَحْسَنِ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ
“Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer verily, to him We will give a good life in this world, and We shall pay them certainly a reward in Hereafter in proportion to the best of what they used to do.” (An-Nahal:97)

“اسلام کا معاشرتی نظام” معاشرے میں مرد و عورت کے درمیان تعلق کو صحیح تناظر میں بیان کرتا ہے
حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان نے حزب التحریر کی کتاب “اسلام کا معاشرتی نظام” کا اردو ترجمہ جاری کر دیا ہے۔ یہ کتاب معاشرے میں مرد و عورت کے درمیان تعلق کو اس کے صحیح تناظر اور معاشرے کی ترقی میں اسلام کی جانب سے ان دونوں پر عائد کیے جانے والے فرائض اور ذمہ داریوں کو صرف اور صرف قرآن و سنت کی روشنی میں بیان کرتا ہے۔
اسلام کے معاشرتی نظام کے متعلق مسلمانوں سمیت لوگوں کے فہم و تصور میں بے انتہا غلط فہمیاں پائی جاتی ہیں اور یہ غلط فہمیاں فی الحقیقت اسلامی افکار اور احکامات سے ان کی ناواقفیت کی بناء پر پیدا ہوئی ہیں۔ ایک انتہاء پر وہ لوگ ہیں جو عورت کو اُس کی مرضی سے مرد کے ساتھ خلوت میں موجود ہونا اور ایسے لباس میں گھر سے باہر نکلنا اس کا حق سمجھتے ہیں جس سے اُس کا ستر بھی نہ ڈھکتا ہو۔ جبکہ دوسری انتہاء پر وہ لوگ ہیں جو عورت کے حق تجارت و زراعت سے انکار کرتے ہیں اور اسے مرد سے ملنے سے مکمل طور پر روک دیتے ہیں۔ یہ متضاد انتہائیں ایک طرف اخلاقی پستی کا باعث ہیں تو دوسری طرف اس سے فکری جمود نے جنم لیا اور، معاشرہ، اسلامی گھرانے اور اہل خانہ اضطراب، عدم اطمینان اور ٹوٹ پھوٹ کا شکار ہوئے۔
لہٰذا یہ ناگزیر ہو گیا کہ اسلام کے معاشرتی نظام کا جامع مطالعہ کیا جائے اور مرد و عورت کے میل اور اس سے پیدا ہونے والے تعلقات اور اس کی تفصیلات کو سمجھا جائے۔ حزب التحریر کی جانب سے جاری کی جانے والی کتاب “اسلام کا معاشرتی نظام” میں مرد و عورت کے میل اور اس سے پیدا ہونے واے تعلقات اور اس کی تفصیلات کو وضاحت سے آسان زبان میں بیان کیا ہے۔ حزب نے تعلقات اور ان کی تفصیلات کو انسانی عقل کے معیار سے نہیں بلکہ صرف اور صرف قرآن و سنت کی روشنی میں بیان کیا ہے۔ اس کتاب میں خانگی زندگی میں مرد و وعورت کے تعلقات کی نوعیت اور ان کے حقوق و فرائض، عورت کے چہرےکا پردہ، معاشرے میں خواتین کی سرگرمیاں، شادی، طلاق، تعداد ازدواج، اولاد کی کفالت کی ذمہ داری اور دیگر اہم امور پر بحث اور ان کے حل بیان کیے گئے ہیں۔

انشاء اللہ آنے والی خلافت معاشرے میں مرد و عورت کے درمیان تعلقات کو صرف اور صرف قرآن و سنت کے روشنی میں ہی منظم کرے گی اور معاشرے کو موجودہ دو انتہاوں سے نکال کر اس راہ پر ڈالے گی جس کا اسلام ہم سے تقاضا کرتا ہے۔
