The Death of the Virtuous Mother to Noble Sons, Who Are Amongst the Finest of the Carriers of the Dawah, Yet Languish in the Prisons of the Tyrants

كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَائِقَةُ الْمَوْتِ وَنَبْلُوكُمْ بِالشَّرِّ وَالْخَيْرِ فِتْنَةً وَإِلَيْنَا تُرْجَعُونَ

(Every soul will taste death. And We test you with evil and with good as trial; and to Us you will be returned.) [Surah Al-Anbiyyah 21: 35]

Dr. Maqbool Shaheen Rehman Jegranvi, the virtuous mother of sons who are amongst the finest of those that carry the Dawah to establish a rightly guided Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood in the Wilayah of Pakistan, passed away to the mercy of Allah (swt) on Sunday 18^th September. May Allah swt have great mercy upon her, enter her into His Paradise and raise her with her sons amongst the steadfast affirmers of truth, the martyrs and the righteous, and excellent are those as companions.

Dr. Maqbool was a medical doctor and the mother of Saad Jegranvi, the Chairman of the Central Contact Committee for Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Pakistan. She was the finest of mothers and raised men amongst men. She was a constant, strong pillar of support for her sons in their carrying of the Dawah, especially when they were exposed to harassment and persecution at the hands of the tyrant regime in Pakistan. And with this, it is indeed heartbreaking that such a noble woman passed away whilst her sons are still incarcerated in the tyrant’s prisons for over a year, only because they carried the great message of Islam. Certainly, this makes the burden of misdeeds of the tyrant regime in Pakistan two-fold. And thus the heartbreak of Umm-e-Saad will be a powerful plaintiff on the Day of Judgment against the rulers of Pakistan, their judges and their repressive agencies who imprisoned her noble sons.

And if there indeed is in the hearts of any of these tyrants an atom’s weight of piety or fear of Al-Aziz, Al-Jabbar, then they would be compelled to release her sons and their brethren in the carrying of the Dawah to the Truth, the call for implementing the Law of Allah (swt), the call for the establishment of the State of the honor and victory, the state of the rightly guided Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood. And here we challenge the rulers of Pakistan and their thugs to prove wrong what we think of them!

We can only extend our heartfelt condolences to our brothers, the sons of Dr. Maqbool, and the entire Jegranvi household, asking Allah (swt) to grant her forgiveness and mercy, with the good omen that she has left behind the finest and noblest of sons- though we do not commend any before Allah (swt)- who will inshaaAllah be an asset for her, confirming that which was narrated from RasulAllah (saaw), by Abu Hurayrah (ra),

إِذَا مَاتَ الْإِنْسَانُ انْقَطَعَ عَمَلُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ ثَلَاثٍ صَدَقَةٌ جَارِيَةٌ وَعِلْمٌ يُنْتَفَعُ بِهِ وَوَلَدٌ صَالِحٌ يَدْعُو لَهُ

“When a person dies, his deeds are cut off except for three: Continuing charity, knowledge that others benefited from, and a righteous son who supplicates for him.” [Tirmidhi]

((الَّذِينَ إِذَا أَصَابَتْهُمْ مُصِيبَةٌ قَالُوا إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ * أُولَئِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ صَلَوَاتٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ وَرَحْمَةٌ وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُهْتَدُونَ))

“Who, when disaster strikes them, say, “Indeed we belong to Allah , and indeed to Him we will return.” Those are the ones upon whom are blessings from their Lord and mercy. And it is those who are the [rightly] guided.” [Surah Al-Baqarah 2: 156-157]

شانداربیٹوں کی نیک پاک دامن والدہ انتقال کر گئیں، وہ بیٹے جو داعیوں میں سے بہترین ہیں لیکن جابر کی جیل میں قید ہیں

“ہر جان دار موت کا مزہ چکھنے والا ہے۔ ہم بطریق امتحان تم میں سے ہر ایک کو مشکل میں مبتلا کرتے ہیں اور تم سب ہماری طرف لوٹائے جاؤ گے”(الانبیاء:35)

ڈاکٹر مقبول شاہین رحمان جگرانوی ، جو ولایہ پاکستان میں نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت راشدہ کے قیام کی سیاسی و فکری جدوجہد کرنے والے داعیوں میں سے بہترین داعی بیٹوں کی ماں ہیں، اتوار 18 ستمبر کو انتقال کر گئیں ۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ ان پر رحم فرمائے، انہیں اپنی جنت میں داخل فرمائے اور انہیں اپنے بیٹوں کے ساتھ صدقین اور شہداء کے ساتھ روز قیامت اٹھائے(آمین)۔

ڈاکٹر مقبول میڈیکل ڈاکٹر اور ولایہ پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کی مرکزی رابطہ کمیٹی کے چیرمین، سعد جگرانوی کی والدہ تھیں ۔ وہ ماؤں میں بہترین ماں تھیں اور انہوں نےاپنے بیٹوں کو حقیقی مرد بنایا۔ وہ دعوت کی ذمہ داریوں کی ادائیگی میں اپنے بیٹوں کی مسلسل بھر پور پشت پناہی کرتی رہیں خصوصاً اُن ادوار میں جب پاکستان میں جابر حکومت کی جانب سے انہیں ہراساں اور ظلم و ستم کا نشانہ بنایا گیا۔ ایک ایسے وقت میں ایسی نیک اور پاک دامن خاتون کا انتقال بہت ہی افسوس ناک ہے جبکہ ان کے بیٹے ایک سال سے زائد عرصے سے جابر کی جیلوں میں صرف اس وجہ سےقید ہیں کہ وہ اسلام کے عظیم الشان پیغام کو پھیلاتے ہیں ۔ یقیناً اس عمل نے پاکستان میں جابر حکومت کے مظالم کے بوجھ کو دوگنا کردیا ہے۔ اُ مِّ سعد کا انتقال روز قیامت پاکستان کے حکمرانوں، ان کے ججوں اور ان کی ظالم ایجنسیوں کے خلاف طاقتور مقدمے کا باعث بنے گا جنہوں نے اُ مِّ سعد کی شاندار بیٹوں کو قیدکر رکھا ہے۔ اگر جابروں کے دلوں میں زرّہ برابر بھی العزیز، الجبار کا خوف ہے تو وہ ان کے بیٹوں اور ان کے ساتھیوں کو رہا کرنے پر خود کو مجبور پائیں گے جو حق ، اللہ کے قانون کو نافذ کرنے اور اس کامیابی و عزت والی ریاست کے قیام کی دعوت دیتے ہیں جو کہ نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت راشدہ ہوگی۔ اور یہاں ہم پاکستان کے حکمرانوں اور ان کے غنڈوں کو چیلنج کرتے ہیں کہ ہم جو ان کے متعلق سمجھتے ہیں اسے غلط ثابت کریں۔

ہم اپنے بھائیوں، ڈاکٹر مقبول کے بیٹوں اور پورے جگرانوی خاندان کے ساتھ دل کی گہرائی سے افسوس کرتے ہیں اوراللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ سے ان کی مغفرت کی دعا کرتے ہیں۔ ہم اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے سامنے کسی کی تعریف نہیں کرتے لیکن جو شاندار بیٹے وہ پیچھے چھوڑ گئی ہیں وہ انشاء اللہ ان کے لئے اثاثہ ثابت ہوں گے کیونکہ ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے رسول اللہ ﷺ سے یہ روایت کی ہے،

إِذَا مَاتَ الْإِنْسَانُ انْقَطَعَ عَمَلُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ ثَلَاثٍ صَدَقَةٌ جَارِيَةٌ وَعِلْمٌ يُنْتَفَعُ بِهِ وَوَلَدٌ صَالِحٌ يَدْعُو لَهُ

“جب کوئی شخص مرتا ہے تو اس کے اعمال ختم ہو جاتے ہیں سوائے تین کہ:صدقہ جاریہ، علم جس سے دوسرے فائدہ اٹھائیں اور نیک اولاد جو اس کے لئے دعا کرے”(ترمذی)۔

الَّذِينَ إِذَا أَصَابَتْهُمْ مُصِيبَةٌ قَالُوا إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ * أُولَئِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ صَلَوَاتٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ وَرَحْمَةٌ وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُهْتَدُونَ

“جنہیں جب کوئی مصیبت آتی ہے تو کہہ دیا کرتے ہیں کہ ہم تو خود اللہ تعالیٰ کی ملکیت ہیں اور ہم اسی کی طرف لوٹنے والے ہیں۔ ان پر ان کے رب کی نوازشیں اور رحمتیں ہیں اور یہی لوگ ہدایت یافتہ ہیں”(البقرۃ:157-156)
