Islamic Political Party Hizb ut-Tahrir included in Proscribed Organizations

Declaring Hizb ut-Tahrir Proscribed is Declaring The Call for Islam and its Khilafah Forbidden

On Friday, 18^th December 2015, the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control of the Raheel-Nawaz regime presented a list of proscribed organizations to Senate of Pakistan, which includes the name of Hizb ut-Tahrir, which was circulated in the media. The Minister of State for Interior, Balighur Rehman, said any organization found to be involved in terrorism and extremism activities would not be allowed to operate in the country.

Hizb ut-Tahrir is an Islamic political party which follows the Sunnah of RasulAllah (saw) in its methodology. It conducts political and intellectual struggle for the establishment of the Khilafah. Hizb ut-Tahrir does not undertake material or militant struggle for the establishment of Khilafah, as it is against the teachings of Islam and forbidden (Haram). Hizb ut-Tahrir is not a sectarian organization and invites all Muslims to carry Islam and adopt its systems regardless of their school of thought as it looks to all of them according to the viewpoint of Islam. It recognizes Hanbali, Hanifi, Jafari, Maliki and Shafii amongst others as Islamic schools of jurisprudence and has distributed many leaflets calling for the unification of all Muslims. Hizb ut-Tahrir accounts rulers when they rule in matters regarding politics, economy, judicial, education, foreign policy and relationship of men and women according to the laws of the kuffar and make friendship and alliance with the enemies of Islam and Muslims. Hizb ut-Tahrir exposes the conspiracies of Kuffar against Islam and Muslims in front of the Ummah. Hizb ut-Tahrir calls the Ummah in general, and the people of power in particular, for the establishment of Khilafah, so the Islamic way of life is resumed once again.

Hizb ut-Tahrir undertakes its work in accordance of the command of Allah swt, وَلْتَكُنْ مِّنْكُمْ أُمَّةٌ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى ٱلْخَيْرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ ٱلْمُنْكَرِ “Let their arise out of you a group of people inviting to all that is good (Islam), enjoining Al-Ma’ruf (that Islam orders one to do) and forbidding Al-Munkar (that Islam has forbidden)” (Ale Imran:104), Hizb undertakes its work in obedience of the saying of RasulAllah saaw that,  افضل الجھاد کلمۃ حق عند سلطان جائر “Best of Jihad is to raise word of truth in front of an oppressive ruler”(Ahmed). Is it a crime to call and struggle for the abolition of colonialist borders and bring together the Muslim Ummah as one Ummah under the Khilafah Rashidah? Is it a crime to ask the armies of the Islamic Ummah to move for the liberation of Kashmir, Palestine and the First Kibla, Masjid Al-Aqsa? Is it a crime to enlighten the Ummah about the economic system of Islam so that Interest can finally be abolished and war against Allah and His Messenger saaw ended? If all these acts are not a crime in a country created in the name of Islam, then how can Hizb ut-Tahrir be proscribed? Moreover, placing Hizb ut-Tahrir in the list of proscribed organizations, arresting the advocates of Khilafah and describing their so-called crime in the media as that of denial of democracy and working for the establishment of Khilafah, all is an evidence that the Raheel-Nawaz regime has issued an unannounced declaration that the political and intellectual struggle for Islam and establishment of Khilafah is a crime.

Hizb ut-Tahrir has been following the commands of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw) even in the face of intense persecution by the oppressive rulers and will continue to do so. So if the Raheel-Nawaz regime has the courage of conviction, then it must declare openly that on the instructions of its master, America, calling for Islam and its Khilafah has now been declared crime. Otherwise, the very least it can do is to make way for Hizb ut-Tahrir in its rise for the establishment of the Khilafah. In any case, whatever the traitors do, Allah swt will perfect His light.

وَيَأْبَىٰ ٱللَّهُ إِلاَّ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ

“But Allah will not allow except that His Light should be perfected” (At-Taubah:32)

اسلامی سیاسی جماعت حزب التحریر کالعدم تنظیموں کی فہرست میں شامل

حزب التحریر کو کالعدم قرار دینا اسلام اور اس کی خلافت کی پکار کو کالعدم قرار دینا ہے

بروز جمعہ، 18 دسمبر 2015 کو راحیل-نواز حکومت کے وزیر مملکت برائے امور داخلہ اور منشیات نے پاکستان کےایوان بالا، سینٹ میں کالعدم تنظیموں کی فہرست پیش کی جس میں حزب التحریر کا نام بھی شامل ہے اور یہ فہرست میڈیا نے شائع اور نشر کی۔ وزیر مملکت بلیغ الرحمن نے کہا کہ کسی دہشت گرد اور انتہا پسند جماعت کو ملک میں اپنی سرگرمیاں جاری رکھنے کی اجازت نہیں دی جائے۔

حزب التحریر ایک اسلامی سیاسی جماعت ہے جو رسول اللہ ﷺ کی سنت کی پیروی کرتے ہوئے سیاسی و فکری جدوجہد کے ذریعے خلافت کے قیام کی جدوجہد کر رہی ہے۔ حزب التحریر عسکری جدوجہد نہیں کرتی کیونکہ وہ خلافت کے قیام کے لئے عسکری جدوجہد کو شریعت کے منافی اور حرام سمجھتی ہے۔ حزب التحریر فرقہ وارانہ جماعت نہیں اور تمام مسلمانوں کو، اس بات سے قطع نظر کہ وہ کس مسلک سے تعلق رکھتے ہیں اسلام اور اس کے نظام کو اختیار کرنے کی دعوت دیتی ہے۔ حزب حمبلی، حنفی، جعفری، مالکی اور شافعی اور دیگر اسلامی مسالک کو تسلیم کرتی ہے اور کئی ایسے مطبوعات شائع کر چکی ہے جن میں تمام مسلمانوں کو ایک اکائی کی شکل میں وحدت اختیار کرنے کی دعوت دی گئی ہے۔ حزب التحریر حکمرانوں کا اسلام کی بنیاد پر محاسبہ کرتی ہے جب وہ سیاست، معیشت، عدالت، تعلیم، خارجہ پالیسی اور مرد و عورت کے تعلقات کو کفر کی بنیاد پر منظم کرتے ہیں اور اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے دشمنوں سے دوستی اور اتحاد کرتے ہیں۔ حزب التحریر اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے دشمن کفار کی سازشوں کو امت کے سامنے بے نقاب کرتی ہے۔ حزب التحریر خلافت کے قیام کے لئے امت اور اہل نصرۃ کو پکارتی ہے تاکہ امت دوبارہ اسلامی طرز زندگی کو شروع کر سکے۔

حزب التحریر یہ تمام کام اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے اس فرمان کی روشنی میں کرتی ہے کہ، وَلْتَكُنْ مِّنْكُمْ أُمَّةٌ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى ٱلْخَيْرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ ٱلْمُنْكَرِ “اور تم میں ایک جماعت ضرور ایسی ہونی چاہیے جو خیر کی طرف دعوت دے اور امربل لمعروف اور نہی عن المنکر کرے” (آل عمران:104)، حزب یہ تمام کام رسول اللہ ﷺ کے اس فرمان کی اطاعت میں کرتی ہے کہ، افضل الجھاد کلمۃ حق عند سلطان جائر “بہترین جہاد جابر حکمران کے سامنے کلمہ حق کہنا ہے” (احمد)۔ کیا اسلام کی جانب دعوت دینا اور حکمرانوں کا احتساب کرنا جرم ہے؟ کیا استعماری سرحدوں کو مٹاتے ہوئے امت مسلمہ کو ایک بار پھر خلافت راشدہ کے جھنڈے تلے وحدت بخشنے کی کوشش کرنا جرم ہے؟ کیا کشمیر، فلسطین اور قبلہ اول بیت المقدس کی آزادی کے لئے امت کی افواج کو متحرک کرنے کی کوشش کرنا جرم ہے؟ کیا سود جو اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ سے جنگ ہے اس کو ختم کرنے کے لئے اسلامی نظام معیشت سے امت کو روشناس کرانا جرم ہے؟ اگر اسلام کے نام پر قائم ہونے والے ملک پاکستان میں یہ سب کرنا جرم نہیں ہے تو پھر حزب التحریر کو کس طرح کالعدم قرار دیا جا سکتا ہے؟ لیکن حزب التحریر کا نام کالعدم جماعتوں کی فہرست میں رکھنا اور خلافت کے داعیوں کو گرفتار کرنا اور میڈیا میں ان کا جرم یہ بتانا کہ وہ جمہوریت کی نفی اور خلافت کے قیام کے لئے کام کرتے ہیں اس بات کا ثبوت ہے کہ راحیل-نواز حکومت نے اسلام اور خلافت کے قیام کے لئے سیاسی و فکری جدوجہد کرنے کو غیر اعلانیہ طور پر جرم  قرار دے دیا ہے۔

حزب التحریر جابر حکمرانوں کے ظلم کے باوجود اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کے احکامات کی پیروی کرتی رہی ہے اور کرتی رہے گی، اگر راحیل-نواز حکومت میں ہمت ہے تو اس بات کا اعلان کرے کہ اپنے آقا امریکہ کے حکم پر اب پاکستان میں اسلام اور اس کی خلافت کا نام لینا جرم قرار دے دیا گیا، یا پھر خلافت کے قیام کے سلسلے میں حزب التحریر کے راستے سے ہٹ جائیں۔ بارحال غدار کچھ بھی کر لیں اللہ اپنے نور کو پورا کر کے ہی رہے گا۔

وَيَأْبَىٰ ٱللَّهُ إِلاَّ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ

(مگر اللہ اپنے نور کو مکمل کر کے رہے گا” (التوبۃ:32″
