Desist from the Sin of Slander Against Hizb ut-Tahrir

Ending the US and Indian Presence in the Region is the Real Raddul Fassad (Repulsion of Corruption)

The wicked regime has responded with bare-faced lies to the truthful campaigns of Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan, demanding the release of the advocate of the Khilafah, Naveed Butt, exposing the regime for paving the way for Akhand Bharat, by prostrating before the Hindu State culturally, politically, economically and militarily and calling the security agencies to mobilize against the US and Indian presence in the region, which has devastated Pakistan through bombings and assassinations for so long. In a particularly shoddy piece of journalism, in the typical, brash regime agencies’ style, the Dawn newspaper undermined its own credibility by publishing a report on its website on 23 February 2017 entitled “Militants, facilitators behind shrine blast traced, CM told” which stated, “One of the three teams was sent to Punjab for arresting some people belonging to the banned Hizbut Tahrir who had been identified as “facilitators” of the man who blew himself up in the Qalandar’s shrine.” (http://www.dawn.com/news/1316402/militants-facilitators-behind-shrine-blast-traced-cm-told)

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan advises the media persons involved to repent sincerely before Allah (swt), Al-Baseer (All-Seeing), As-Samee (All-Hearing), Who forgets nothing of sin, including slander. It is upon them to contact our media office, which is easily done, to verify any slander by the wicked regime against the advocates of the Khilafah, ahead of printing this very press release, as a clarification for its esteemed readers, whom it has willfully mislead. Allah (swt) said,

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِن جَاءكُمْ فَاسِقٌ بِنَبَأٍ فَتَبَيَّنُوا أَن تُصِيبُوا قَوْمًا بِجَهَالَةٍ فَتُصْبِحُوا عَلَى مَا فَعَلْتُمْ نَادِمِينَ

“O you who believe! If a wicked person comes to you with any news, ascertain the truth, lest you harm people unwittingly, and afterwards become full of repentance for what you have done.” [Surah al-Hujaraat 49:6]

As for the wicked regime itself, it has fallen to new depths of evil by turning against that very project which will save the Ummah from its enemies, the Khilafah project, instead of standing firmly against Washington and New Delhi, whose agencies, spies and assassins are behind the bloodshed which has rocked Pakistan for too long, which is the real Raddul Fassad (Repulsion of Corruption). By labeling this false accusation regime has confirmed that RaddulFasad is just a cover as that was Zarbi Azab or National Action Plan to oppress the call of Islam and to target sincere callers of Islam in Pakistan because Hizb ut-Tahrir strongly condemned Sehwan incident as she always do on such incidents because killing innocent lives whether Muslims or non-Muslims is highly condemnable by Islam and there is a severe punishment in hereafter. Through its lies, the regime has confirmed its status as a slandering defamer that cares nothing for sin, as long as it continues to receive financial rewards for itself from Washington. Allah (swt) said,

﴿وَيْلٌ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُّمَزَةٍ * الَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالًا وَعَدَّدَهُ * يَحْسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُ أَخْلَدَهُ﴾ ‘

“Woe to every slandering defamer, who collects wealth and [continuously] counts it, He thinks his wealth will make him immortal.” [Surah Al-Humaza 104: 1-3].

It has confirmed its undying loyalty to Washington and New Delhi through its actions against those who fight the American crusaders in Afghanistan, those who fight the Hindu occupiers of Kashmir and those who call to re-establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood, which is the sole guarantor for the repulsion of enemy corruption, whatever its form.

Hizb ut-Tahrir will continue its march to re-establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood whose dawn is near, and nearer than many allow themselves to think. It is assured by the fact that the Quraysh lost their mind, employing force and slander, in frustration and desperation over the unrelenting march of Islam. Not only did slander and persecution prevent the supremacy of Islam, it sped its arrival, because it confirmed to the sincere and aware as to who those who will really bring relief from the tyrants, are. Hizb ut-Tahrir is certain that the victory over which the believers will rejoice will be achieved through the strict adherence to the Method of the Prophethood to establish Islam as a state, which includes demanding Nussrah (Material Support) from the people of power and protection, the officers of the armed forces. And Hizb ut-Tahrir is committed, from the first hour of taking command of the reigns of power, to directing our security agencies for a real Raddul Fassad (Repulsion of Corruption), which is to cut the head of the snake, by cleansing the region of the diplomatic, intelligence and military presence of the crusading America and the scheming Hindu State. And on that day the truth will be manifest and the falsehood destroyed. Allah (swt) said,

بَلْ نَقْذِفُ بِالْحَقِّ عَلَى الْبَاطِلِ فَيَدْمَغُهُ فَإِذَا هُوَ زَاهِقٌ

“Rather, We dash the truth upon falsehood, and it destroys it, and thereupon it departs” [Surah al-Anbiyaa 21: 18].

بدنیت اور بداعمال حکومت نے حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان کی خلافت کے داعی نوید بٹ کی بازیابی ، اکھنڈ بھارت کی راہ ہموار کرنے کے لیے حکومت کا ہندو ریاست کے سامنے ثقافتی، سیاسی، معاشی اور فوجی لحاظ سے جھک جانے اور پاکستان کی سیکیورٹی ایجنسیوں سے خطے میں امریکہ و بھارت کی موجودگی ، جس نے بم دہماکوں اور قتل و غارت گری کے ذریعے ایک عرصے سے پاکستان کو عدم استحکام کا شکار کررکھا ہے،کو ختم کرنے کے مطالبے پر مبنی مہم کا جواب سفید جھوٹ بول کر دیا ہے۔ ڈان نیوز اخبار نےخاص حکومتی ایجنسیوں کی ایماء پر تمہت و جھوٹ پر مبنی خبر کو شائع کر کے انتہائی بری صحافت کا مظاہرہ کیا جب 23 فروری 2017 کو اس کی ویب سائٹ پر یہ خبر شائع کی گئی کہ، “مزار بم دھماکے کے عسکریت پسندوں کے سہولت کاروں کا سراغ لگالیا گیا، وزیر اعلیٰ کو بتایا گیا” (Militants, facilitators behind shrine blast traced, CM told)۔ اس خبر میں یہ کہا گیا کہ تین میں سے ایک ٹیم کو پنجاب کچھ لوگوں کو گرفتار کرنے کے لیے بھیجا گیا ہے جن کا تعلق کلعدم جماعت حزب التحریر ہے، جن کی شناخت اُس شخص کے سہولت کاروں کے حوالے سے ہوئی ہے جس نے قلندر کے مزار پر خود کو اڑالیا تھا”۔ (http://www.dawn.com/news/1316402/militants-facilitators-behind-shrine-blast-traced-cm-told)

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان میڈیا کے اُن اشخاص کو جو اِس خبر کی اشاعت میں ملوث ہیں یہ مشورہ دیتی ہے کہ وہ اخلاص کے ساتھ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ سے معافی مانگیں جو البصیر اور السمیع ہے اور تہمت سمیت کسی گناہ کو نہیں بھولتا۔ میڈیا کے اُن اشخاص پر لازم تھا کہ وہ ہمارے میڈیا آفس سے رابطہ کرتے، جو کہ آسانی سے ہوجاتا ہے، اور بدنیت حکومت کی جانب سے خلافت کے داعیوں پر لگائے گئے کسی بھی بہتان کی اشاعت سے قبل تصدیق کرتے جیسا کہ “ذرائع” کے حوالے سے اس خبر میں لگایا گیا ہے تا کہ اس کے معزز قاری کے سامنے معاملہ واضح ہوجاتا جن کو جانتے بوجھتے گمراہ کرنے کی کوشش کی گئی۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا،

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِن جَاءكُمْ فَاسِقٌ بِنَبَأٍ فَتَبَيَّنُوا أَن تُصِيبُوا قَوْمًا بِجَهَالَةٍ فَتُصْبِحُوا عَلَى مَا فَعَلْتُمْ نَادِمِينَ

“اے مسلمانو! اگر تمہیں کوئی فاسق خبر دے تو تم اس کی اچھی طرح تحقیق کر لیا کرو ، ایسا نہ ہو کہ نادانی میں کسی قوم کو ایذا پہنچا دو پھر اپنے کیے پر پشیمانی اٹھاؤ”(الھجرات:6)

بد نیت اور بد اعمال حکومت کا جہاں تک تعلق ہے تو وہ خلافت کے منصوبے کے خلاف کھڑی ہو کر شیطانیت کی نئی پستیوں میں گرگئی ہے جو کہ امت کو اس کے دشمنوں سے بچائے گی ۔ ہونا تو یہ چاہیے تھا کہ حکومت واشنگٹن اور نئی دہلی کے خلاف مضبوطی اور استقامت کے ساتھ کھڑی ہوتی جن کی ایجنسیاں ، جاسوس اور قاتل پاکستان میں ہونے والےعظیم سانحات کے منصوبہ ساز اور سہولت کار ہیں اور جن کی کارروائیوں کی وجہ سے پاکستان ایک عرصے سے عدم استحکام کا شکار ہے۔ واشنگٹن اور نئی دہلی کے خلاف کھڑے ہونا ہی حقیقی ردالفساد ہے۔ حزب التحریر پر یہ تہمت لگا کر حکومت نے یہ ثابت کیا ہے کہ ردالفساد بھی ضرب عضب اور نیشنل ایکشن پلان کی طرح ایک پردہ ہے جس کی آڑ میں پاکستان میں اسلام کی آواز کو کچلا اور اسلام کے مخلص داعیوں کو نشانہ بنانا مقصدہے کیونکہ حزب التحریر نے سہون دھماکے کی شدید مذمت کی تھی ، جو وہ ہر بار کسی بھی ایسے سانحے پر کرتی ہے، کیونکہ معصوم لوگوں کی جانوں کا نقصان چاہے وہ مسلمان ہوں یا غیر مسلم اسلام کی رو سے انتہائی قابل مذمت ہے اور اس کی روز آخرت شدید سزا ہے۔ یہ جھوٹ بول کر حکومت نے ثابت کیا ہے کہ وہ تہمت لگانے والی ہے جس کو گناہ میں ملوث ہونے کی کوئی پراہ نہیں جب تک کہ اسے واشنگٹن سے پیسہ ملتا رہے۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا،

وَيْلٌ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُّمَزَةٍ * الَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالًا وَعَدَّدَهُ * يَحْسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُ أَخْلَدَهُ

“بڑی خرابی ہے ہر ایسے شخص کی جو عیب ٹٹولنے والا، غیبت کرنے والا ہو۔ جو مال کو جمع کرتا جائے اور گنتا جائے۔ وہ سمجھتا ہے کہ اس کا مال اس کے پاس سدا رہے گا”(الھمزۃ:3-1)۔

حکومت نے اپنے اعمال کے ذریعے واشنگٹن اور نئی دہلی سے وفاداری کی تصدیق کی ہے کیونکہ وہ ان لوگوں کے خلاف کارروائیاں کررہی ہے جو افغانستان میں صلیبی امریکی افواج اور مقبوضہ کشمیر میں قابض بھارتی افواج کے خلاف لڑ رہے ہیں اور وہ لوگ جو پاکستان میں نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کی سیاسی و فکری جدوجہد کررہے ہیں کیونکہ خلافت ہی دشمن کے فساد کو یقینی طور ہر ختم کردے گی چاہے وہ کسی بھی شکل میں ہو۔

حزب التحریر نبوت کے طریقہ کار پر خلافت کے قیام کی جدوجہد کرتی رہے گی جس کا قیام قریب ہے اور کئی لوگوں کی سوچ سے بھی قریب ہے اگر وہ سوچنے سمجھنے کی کوشش کریں۔ قریش بھی اسلام کی دعوت کی مسلسل کامیابیوں کو دیکھ کر اپنے ہوش و حواس کھو بیٹھے تھے اور مایوسی کے عالم میں قوت اور تہمتوں کے استعمال پر اُتر آئے تھے۔ نہ صرف یہ کہ جبر اور جھوٹ اسلام کی بالادستی کو روکنے میں ناکام رہا تھا بلکہ اس کے نتیجے میں اس کا ظہور مزید تیز تر ہوگیا تھا کیونکہ مخلص اور باخبر لوگوں پر یہ واضح ہو گیا تھا کہ وہ کون ہیں جو جابروں کو ہٹائیں گے اور ان کے ظلم سے لوگوں کو نجات دلائیں گے۔ حزب التحریر کو اس بات پر کامل یقین ہے کہ وہ کامیابی کہ جس پر ایمان والے خوشیاں منائیں گے صرف اسلامی ریاست کے قیام کے لیے سختی سے نبوت کے طریقے پر چلتے رہنے میں ہی ہے جس میں اہل قوت و طاقت، افواج کے افسران سے نصرۃ کا مطالبہ بھی شامل ہے۔ اور حزب التحریر طاقت اپنے ہاتھ میں لینے کے فوراً بعد بغیر کسی التواء کے ہماری سیکیورٹی ایجنسیوں کو اصل ردالفساد کرنے کا حکم جاری کرے گی جو خطے سے امریکہ و بھارت کے سفارت کاروں، انٹیلی جنس اور فوجی اہلکاروں کو نکال کر ان کی موجودگی کا خاتمہ کر کے سانپ کا سر کاٹ ڈالے گی۔ اور پھر اس دن سچ واضح اور جھوٹ تباہ برباد ہوجائے گا۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا،

بَلْ نَقْذِفُ بِالْحَقِّ عَلَى الْبَاطِلِ فَيَدْمَغُهُ فَإِذَا هُوَ زَاهِقٌ

“بلکہ ہم سچ کو جھوٹ پر پھینک مارتے ہیں پس سچ جھوٹ کا سر توڑ دیتا ہے اور وہ اسی وقت نابود ہوجاتا ہے”(الانبیاء:18)
