End the “Greater India” Project, Establish Khilafah:

On US Dictation, Pakistan’s Rulers Suppress Jihad in Occupied Kashmir to Strengthen India

As Muslims remember with pride the defiant spirit of their dear Muslim brethren in Occupied Kashmir, on 5 February, Kashmir Day, Pakistan’s rulers are busy in efforts to bury the seven decades-long aspiration for Occupied Kashmir to be liberated and unified with the Muslim Lands of Pakistan. Upon US dictation and in compliance with Indian wishes, Pakistan’s rulers have escalated a crackdown against organizations supporting the struggle to liberate Occupied Kashmir from the brutal Hindu occupation. The US insists that Pakistan suppresses support for Jihad in Occupied Kashmir against the Indian savages, just as it previously demanded the ending of support for the Jihad in Afghanistan against the US crusader forces. And this crackdown from Pakistan’s rulers is directly in line with Indian wishes, with the Indian External Affairs Spokesman, Vikas Swarup, declaring on 31 January, “Only a credible crackdown on the … terrorist organisations involved in cross-border terrorism would be proof of Pakistan’s sincerity”. And obviously, America and India would consider Jihad for the liberation of Muslim Lands as “terrorism” because being two of the world’s largest terrorist states, they would wish that no Muslim power would ever oppose their injustices!

Following US dictation weakens Pakistan and strengthens India. On US dictation, Pakistan’s rulers abandoned a Pakistan-friendly government in Afghanistan, allowing the US to install a pro-Indian government, which both strengthened India in the region and provided it a base of operations from which to destabilize Pakistan. Now on US dictation, Pakistan’s rulers are cracking down on Jihad against the cowardly Hindu troops in Occupied Kashmir, which will free India up further to pursue its mischevious regional plan for “Greater India” (Akhund Bharat). Yet, Pakistan’s rulers have the audacity to claim that the crackdown on Jihad-e-Kashmir is in Pakistan’s national interest, with the ISPR declaring on 31^st January that “It was a policy decision taken by state institutions keeping in view the national interest”! Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan asks Pakistan’s civilian and military leadership as to how exactly is American dictation, Pakistan’s interest? How is the Indian presence in Afghanistan in Pakistan’s interest? How is the crackdown of organizations, who have shaken seven hundred thousand Hindu troops to their very core in Occupied Kashmir, in Pakistan’s interest? And how is making concession after concession to India in the name of confidence building measures and “normalization,” paving the way for the rise of Greater India (“Akhund Bharat”), in Pakistan’s interest?

On the occasion of Kashmir Day, Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan asserts that Occupied Kashmir will never be liberated from Indian occupation, under the visionless current leadership which is a slave to US dictation. Only the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood will mobilize Pakistan’s armed forces and the sincere amongst the Mujahedeen to wage Jihad and liberate Occupied Kashmir, finally fulfilling the dream of the Muslims of the unification of Kashmir with the Muslim Lands of Pakistan. And only a righteous Khaleefah will decisively put an end the Greater India (“Akhund Bharat”) project and ensure the supremacy of Islam over the Indian Subcontinent, was the case for centuries before. As we solemnly commemorate the immense sacrifices of the Muslims of Kashmir, let us all solemnly commit to the Khilafah project, so that finally the fertile soil that is irrigated by the blood of tens of thousands of martyrs, is given the shade it deserves, by a righteous Khaleefah, ruling by the Deen of Allah (swt) RasulAllah (saaw) said,

إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ

“Indeed, the Imam (Khaleefah) is a shield, from behind whom you fight and by whom you are protected.” (Muslim)

“اکھنڈ بھارت” کے منصوبے کو ختم کرو اور خلافت قائم کرو

پاکستان کے حکمران امریکی حکم پر بھارت کو مضبوط کرنے کے لیے جہادِ کشمیر کو ختم کررہے ہیں

مسلمان ہونے کے ناطے ہم 5 فروری، یوم کشمیر، کے دن مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مسلمان بھائیوں کی زبردست قربانیوں اور استقامت کو یاد اور سلام پیش کررہے ہیں ، تو اسی دوران پاکستان کے حکمران سات دہائیوں پر محیط مقبوضہ کشمیر کی جدوجہد آزادی کو برباد اور پاکستان کی مسلم سرزمین سے الحاق کی خواہش کو دفن کرنے پر کام کررہے ہیں۔پاکستان کے حکمرانوں نے امریکی حکم اور بھارت کے مطالبے پر اُن تنظیموں کے خلاف کاروائیاں تیزی کردیں ہیں جو مقبوضہ کشمیر کو وحشیانہ ہندو قبضے سے نجات دلانے کی جدوجہد کی حمایت کرتی ہیں۔ امریکہ پاکستان سےمقبوضہ کشمیر میں بھارتی مظالم کے خلاف ہونے والے جہاد کو کچلنے کا ویسے ہی مطالبہ کرتا ہے جیسا کہ اُس نے اِس سے قبل پاکستان سےافغانستان میں صلیبی امریکی افواج کے خلاف ہونے والے جہاد کی حمایت سے دستبرداری کا مطالبہ کیا تھا۔ پاکستان کے حکمرانوں کی جانب سےموجودہ کاروائیاں عین بھارتی خواہشات کے مطابق ہے۔ 31 جنوری 2017 کو بھارت کی وزارت خارجہ کے ترجمان نے کہا، “ممبئی حملے کے اصل ملزم اور پاکستان کی سرزمین سے بھارت میں دہشت گردانہ کاروائیاں کرنے والی تنظیموں کے خلاف صحیح معنوں میں سخت کاروائی سے یہ ثابت ہوگا کہ پاکستان دہشت گردی پر قابو پانے میں واقعی سنجیدہ ہے”۔ اور یقیناً امریکہ و بھارت مسلم سرزمین کی آزادی کے لیے ہونے والے جہاد کو “دہشت گردی” ہی قرار دے گا کیونکہ دنیا کی دو سب سے بڑی دہشت گرد ریاستیں ہونے کے ناطے وہ یہ چاہتے ہیں کہ کوئی بھی مسلم طاقت ان کے مظالم اور نانصافیوں کے خلاف مزاحمت نہ کرے!

امریکی مطالبات کی پیروی کرنے سے پاکستان کمزور اور بھارت مضبوط ہوتا ہے۔ پہلے بھی خطے میں بھارت کو بالادست بنانے کے لیے امریکی ہدایت پر پاکستان کے حکمران افغانستان میں پاکستان دوست حکومت کی حمایت سے دستبردار ہوئے تھے، جس کے نتیجے میں امریکہ نے افغانستان میں بھارت نواز حکومت قائم کی اور اس اقدام نے نہ صرف بھارت کو خطے میں مضبوط کیا بلکہ ساتھ ہی پاکستان کو غیر مستحکم کرنے کے لیے اُسے ایک پلیٹ فارم بھی مہیا کردیا۔ اب ایک بار پھر امریکی ہدایات پر پاکستان کے حکمران مقبوضہ کشمیر میں بزدل بھارتی افواج کے خلاف ہونے والے جہاد کو کچلنے کے لیے کاروائیاں کررہے ہیں جو بھارت کو اس مشکل سے نجات دلا کر یہ موقع فراہم کرے گا کہ وہ “اکھنڈ بھارت” کی خواہش کو پورا کرنے کی راہ پر پیش قدمی کرسکے۔ لیکن اس کے باوجود پاکستان کے حکمران اس قدر بے شرمی سے یہ دعویٰ کررہے ہیں کہ جہاد کشمیر کے خلاف کاروائیاں پاکستان کے مفاد میں ہے اور آئی ۔ایس۔پی۔آر نے 31 جنوری 2017 کو یہ بیان دیا : “یہ ایک پالیسی فیصلہ ہےجو ریاست نے قومی مفاد میں لیا ہے”! حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان، پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت سے سوال کرتی ہے کہ کس طرح امریکی ہدایات پاکستان کا قومی مفاد ہے؟ افغانستان میں بھارت کی موجودگی پاکستان کے مفاد میں کیسے ہے؟ ان تنظیموں کے خلاف کاروائی، جنہوں نے مقبوضہ کشمیر میں سات لاکھ بھارتی افواج کو مفلوج کررکھا ہے، کس طرح پاکستان کا مفاد ہے؟ اور “باہمی اعتماد کی بحالی کے اقدامات” اور”معمول کے تعلقات” کی بحالی کے نام پر بھارت کو پہنچائے جانے والے فوائدجو “اکھنڈ بھارت” کے لیے راہ ہموار کررہے ہیں، کس طرح پاکستان کا مفاد ہوسکتا ہے؟

اس یومِ کشمیر پر حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان ، پاکستان کے مسلمانوں پر واضح کردینا چاہتی ہے کہ موجودہ بصیرت سے عاری امریکی ہدایات پر چلنے والی قیادت کے ہوتے ہوئے مقبوضہ کشمیر بھارتی قبضے سے کبھی آزاد نہیں ہوگا۔ صرف نبوت کے طریقے پر قائم خلافت راشدہ ہی مقبوضہ کشمیر کی آزادی کے لیے پاکستان کی مسلم افواج اور مخلص مجاہدین کو جہاد کا حکم دے گی اور کشمیری مسلمانوں کے پاکستان کی مسلم سرزمین سے الحاق کے خواب کو پورا کرے گی۔ اور صرف خلیفہ راشد ہی ہمیشہ ہمیشہ کے لیے “اکھنڈ بھارت” کے منصوبے کو ختم کرے گا اور پورے برصغیر پاک وہند پر اسلام کی بالادستی کو یقینی بنائے گا جیسا کہ اس سے قبل صدیوں تک اسلام ہی اس خطے میں غالب قوت تھا۔ جبکہ ہم کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کی عظیم قربانیوں کو یاد کررہے ہیں ، ہمیں چاہیے کہ ہم خلافت کے منصوبے کا ساتھ دینے کا عزم اور اعلان کریں تا کہ بل آخر اس سرزمین پر خلیفہ راشد کے ہاتھوں اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کا دین نافذ ہو جس کو لاکھوں شہداء نے اپنے خون سے سیراب کیا ہے اور جس کی یہ سرزمین حقدار بھی ہے۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا،

إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ

“بے شک خلیفہ ہی ڈھال ہے جس کے پیچھے رہ کر لڑا جاتا ہے اور اسی کے ذریعے تحفظ حاصل ہوتا ہے”(مسلم)۔
