End the Persecution of Hizb ut-Tahrir:

Pakistan’s Regime Affirms Commitment to Trump’s Crusade by Ruthlessly Suppressing the Call for Khilafah

In a week where the new President of the United States, Donald Trump, re-affirmed his commitment to the Western crusade against Islam and Muslims, Pakistan’s rulers continued their relentless, vicious assaults against the advocates of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood. As he emerged from jail having secured bail, Kamran Sheikh, a respected 39 year old lecturer and father of three children, was forcibly seized by government agents as he joined his awaiting family in a car. This assault is just one of several human rights abuses perpetrated against the intelligent, diligent and gentle Kamran Sheikh. Previously, on 9 February 2016, Kamran was abducted by government covert agencies for months, enduring severe torture over this prolonged period, including severe beating and starvation. Then, even after being handed over to the judiciary for trail and successfully securing bail, Kamran was re-arrested again. And now that he successfully secured bail a second time, he has been seized again as he stepped out of jail. All this oppression is in addition to the abduction of Naveed Butt, the official spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Pakistan, since 11 May 2012, as well as the torturing and confining to prison of dozens of the shebaab of Hizb ut-Tahrir, since it was banned in the era of the criminal Musharraf, upon the orders of Washington.

Any fair observer cannot but frown upon such criminal acts perpetrated against a Muslim, or any other human-being, for they are devoid of any noble morals which are supposed to be embodied within a man charged to establish security, a cherished goal for humankind. Such tyranny is also devoid of the high values nurtured by Islam in the hearts of Muslims. The regime has reached the stage in its brutality that it has stripped itself of even human values ​​that respect the dignity of a man in his capacity as a human being, let alone the high Islamic values that establish great respect for the dignity of the Believer in Allah (swt). And what a sorry state has the regime fallen to, when it has trampled over any regard for the sincere guardians of the Deen of Allah (swt), the shebaab of Hizb ut-Tahrir, who strive for the revival of the great Ummah of Islam so as to rescue the entire humanity, including the American nation, from the deep oppression and arrogant greed of capitalism, to the light of the justice of Islam. It is painful for the sensing and feeling, possessed of sight and insight, that the draconian policy of this regime and its masters in Washington, the policy of oppression and persecution of the sincere of this Ummah, is only in place to prevent the impending arrival of the light of Islam and justice for all mankind, including the Muslims.

Surely, the fallen regime has confirmed that there is no law in Pakistan but the law of the US State Department, for it is the colonialists that demand the forceful suppression of Islam, within a state which was established in the name of Islam. Surely, the regime has confirmed that it wants to revive the long dead spirit of the cruel British Raj occupation which used the judiciary and police to forcefully suppress the Muslims, whose only desire was for Islam to be supreme in these pure lands. And surely, in its lust to please its masters in Washington, the regime has lost itself by failing to heed the severe warning of Allah (swt) against those who torture the sincere Muslims for their commitment to Islam, in His Saying,

﴿إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَتَنُوا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُوبُوا فَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ الْحَرِيقِ﴾

“Indeed, those who have tortured the believing men and believing women and then have not repented will have the punishment of Hell, and they will have the punishment of the Burning Fire.” [Surah Al-Buruj 85: 10].

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan assures the regime and its masters in Washington, that it will not slow down its march or yield before their oppression. The Trump administration and its door-men in the Muslim World must not estimate the sincere and committed Muslims, as they estimate themselves, for the believers fear only Allah (swt), know that they are on the side of Truth and will sacrifice all that He (swt) has bestowed upon them to earn His Help to overwhelm oppression, no matter what its scope and severity. Allah (swt) said,

﴿الَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمْ النَّاسُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ جَمَعُوا لَكُمْ فَاخْشَوْهُمْ فَزَادَهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَقَالُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ﴾

“Those unto whom the people said: “Verily, the people have gathered against you (a great army), therefore fear them.” But it (only) increased them in Faith and they said: “Allah (Alone) is Sufficient for us and He is the Best Disposer of affairs.” [Surah Ale Imran: 173]

حزب التحریر کے خلاف ظلم و جبر ختم کرو

ٹرمپ کی صلیبی جنگ سے وفاداری ثابت کرنے کے لیےپاکستان کی حکومت خلافت کی پکار کو وحشیانہ طریقے سے کچلنے کی کوشش کر رہی ہے

ایک طرف نئے امریکی صدر ڈونلڈ ٹرمپ اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے خلاف مغرب کی صلیبی جنگ کو جاری رکھنے کا اعلان کرتا ہے تو دوسری جانب پاکستان کے حکمرانوں نے نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے داعیوں کے خلاف بے رحمانہ اور وحشیانہ حملوں میں اضافہ کردیا ہے۔ کامران شیخ، 39 سالہ معزز استاد اور تین بچوں کے والد، جیسے ہی ضمانت ملنے کے بعد جیل سے نکل کر اپنے خاندان کے ساتھ گاڑی میں بیٹھے ہی تھےکہ حکومتی ایجنسیوں کے غنڈے انہیں زبردستی گاڑی سے نکال کر اپنے ساتھ لےگئے۔ یہ حملہ نرم مزاج کامران کے خلاف انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیوں میں سے ایک خلاف ورزی ہے۔ اس سے قبل 9 جنوری 2016 کو کامران کو حکومتی ایجنسیوں نےاغوا کرکے کئی ماہ تک اپنے قبضے میں رکھا تھا جس کے دوران انہیں بھوکا رکھا جاتا تھا اور شدید تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا گیا ۔ پھر اس کے بعد عدالت کے سامنے انہیں پیش کیا گیا جہاں انہیں ضمانت مل گئی لیکن کچھ ہی عرصے بعد انہیں دوبارہ گرفتار کرلیا گیا۔ اور اب جب انہوں نے دوسری بار ضمانت پر رہائی حاصل کی تو انہیں دوبارہ گرفتار کرلیا گیا جب انہوں نے جیل سے قدم باہر رکھا ہی تھا۔ یہ تمام تر ظلم و ستم اس ظلم کے علاوہ ہے جو نوید بٹ، پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کے ترجمان کو 11 مئی 2012 کو اغوا کر کے اور حزب کے درجنوں شباب کو جیلوں میں قید کرکے کیا گیا اور یہ سلسلہ اس وقت شروع ہوا تھا جب مجرم مشرف نے واشنگٹن کے کہنے پر حزب التحریر کو کلعدم قرار دیا تھا۔

کوئی بھی غیر جانبدار شخص مسلمانوں یا کسی بھی انسان کے خلاف ان مجرمانہ اعمال کی مذمت کیے بغیر نہیں رہ سکتا جو کسی بھی قسم کی اخلاقیات سے عاری ہیں جبکہ حفاظت پر مامور افراد میں اس کاپایا جانا ضروری ہے جوکہ انسانیت کا شرف ہے۔ اس قسم کا جبر کسی بھی اعلیٰ اقدار سے خالی ہے جو اسلام مسلمانوں کے دلوں میں پیدا کرتا ہے۔ حکومت اپنی بے رحمی میں اس سطح تک گر گئی ہے کہ اس نے خود کو انسانیت کے شرف سے گرا دیا ہے جو انسان ہونے کے ناطے دوسرے انسان کے احترام کا سبق دیتی ہے جبکہ اسلامی اقدار اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ پر ایمان رکھنے والے کی عزت و احترام کو انتہائی لازمی قرار دیتی ہے۔ اور حکومت کس حد تک پستی میں گر گئی ہے کہ وہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے مخلص رکھوالوں ، حزب التحریر کے شباب کو شدید ظلم و ستم کا نشانہ بنا رہی ہے جو اسلام کی عظیم امت کی نشاۃ ثانیہ کے لیے جدوجہد کررہے ہیں تا کہ پوری انسانیت بشمول امریکی عوام کو سرمایہ داریت کے ظلم او رمتکبرانہ ہوس سے بچا کر اسلام کے نور اور سائے میں لے آیا جائے۔ یہ بات انتہائی تکلیف اور افسوس کا باعث ہے کہ اس حکومت اور واشنگٹن میں بیٹھے ان کے آقاوں کی شیطانی پالیسی کا مقصد یہ ہے کہ اسلام کی لازمی واپسی کو روکا جائے اور اس مقصد کے حصول کے لیے اس امت کے مخلص لوگوں کو ظلم و ستم کا نشانہ بنایا جائے اور پوری انسانیت بشمول مسلمانوں کو اسلام کے نور اور انصاف سے محروم رکھا جائے۔

یقیناًانسانی اقدار سے گری ہوئی حکومت نے ثابت کردیا ہے کہ پاکستان میں کوئی قانون نہیں ہے بلکہ امریکی اسٹیٹ ڈپارٹمنٹ (دفتر خارجہ) کا قانون ہی قانون ہے کیونکہ اس ملک میں، جو اسلام کے نام پر قائم کیا گیا تھا ،اسلام کو سختی سے کچلنے کا مطالبہ استعماری طاقتوں کا ہے ۔ یقیناً حکومت نے ثابت کردیا ہے کہ وہ طویل عرصے سے مردہ پڑی قابض برطانوی راج کی مکرو جذبے کو زندہ کررہی ہےجس نے عدلیہ اور پولیس کو مسلمانوں کو سختی سے کچلنے کے لیے استعمال کیا تھا جن کی صرف یہ خواہش تھی کہ اس خطے میں اسلام کا ہی بول بالا ہو۔ اور یقیناً حکومت واشنگٹن میں بیٹھے اپنے آقاوں کو خوش کرنے کی ہوس میں اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی ان لوگوں کے خلاف انتہائی سخت وعید کو فراموش کربیٹھی ہے جو اسلام سے وفاداری کی وجہ سے مخلص مسلمانوں کو تشدد کا نشانہ بناتے ہیں۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا،

﴿إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَتَنُوا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُوبُوا فَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ الْحَرِيقِ﴾

“یقیناً وہ جنہوں نے مسلمان مردوں اور مسلمان عورتوں پر تشدد کیا اور پھر اس پر توبہ بھی نہ کی تو ان کے لیے جہنم کا عذاب ہے اور ان کے لیے آگ میں جلنےکی سزا ہے”(البروج:10)۔

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان حکومت اور واشنگٹن میں بیٹھے اس کے آقاوں کو یقین دلاتی ہے کہ وہ ان کے ظلم کے سامنے نہ تو کمزور پڑے گی اور نہ ہی جھکے گی۔ ٹرمپ انتظامیہ اور مسلم دنیا میں اس کے دربان مسلمانوں کے اخلاص اور استقامت کا غلط اندازہ نہ لگائیں جیسا کہ وہ اپنے متعلق غلط اندازے لگاتے ہیں کیونکہ ایمان والے صرف اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ سے ڈرتے ہیں، یہ جانتے ہیں کہ وہ حق پر ہیں اور ہر اس چیز کو قربان کردیں گے جو اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے انہیں عطا کی ہے تا کہ ظلم پر، چاہے وہ کتنا ہی وسیع اور سخت کیوں نہ ہو، غالب آنے کے لیے اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی مدد شامل حال ہوجائے۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا،

﴿الَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمْ النَّاسُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ جَمَعُوا لَكُمْ فَاخْشَوْهُمْ فَزَادَهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَقَالُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ﴾

“وہ جن سے لوگوں نے کہا کہ لوگوں نے تمہارے خلاف جتھا جوڑا ہے تو ان سے ڈرو، تو ان کا ایمان اور زیادہ ہوگیا اور بولے ہمارے لیے اللہ ہی کافی ہے اور وہ کیا ہی اچھا کارساز ہے”(آل عمران:173)
