Engineer Saham Qamar Family Holds Press Conference

Raheel-Nawaz Regime Has Crossed Every Limit in Oppression

The family of Engineer Saham Qmar, an advocate of the Khilafah, along with their lawyer, held a press conference at the Karachi Press Club. The purpose of this press conference was to answer the lies propagated by the Raheel-Nawaz regime with respect to Saham Qamar’s arrest.

The family lawyer said that Saham Qamar was abducted on the morning of 27^th October 2015, when he was on his way to his office, by the regime’s intelligence personnel. The application for registration of this abduction was submitted the same day, at the Nazimabad police station and its copies were sent to the Chief Justice Sindh High Court, DG Rangers, DG CTD and the Prime Minister, through a courier service. After a few days, when his whereabouts still remained unknown, a writ petition number 6847/15 was filed in the Sindh High Court and notices were issued to the relevant authorities on 12^th November 2015.

The lawyer of Engineer Saham Qamar further said that we did a press conference on 12^th November at this same place and conveyed the reality of Saham Qamar’s abduction to the authorities, which was published the next day in the newspapers. He said it is astonishing that the same Saham Qamar was presented on 28^th November, a full month later, through a bogus claim of his arrest that day and through a ninety day detention order his remand was secured by the anti-terrorist court. A separate constitutional petition 7599/15 has been filed which will be heard on 18^th December 2015.

The lawyer said that the family of Engineer Saham Qamar wants to convey a message through this press conference that in a country which was created in the name of Allah (swt) they must not play with the lives of innocent Muslims just because they say there is only one Allah (swt). Therefore they demand that this detention order, which is based on a blatant lie, be withdrawn and Saham Qamar be released immediately.

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan makes clear to the Raheel-Nawaz regime that its lies, accusations and oppression will not stop the establishment of Khilafah because it has been promised by Allah (swt) and foretold by His Messenger (saaw). And despite knowing this fact, the regime does not change its course, so certainly it has lost its senses because the sane would not try to prevent the promise of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw). And no matter what the Raheel-Nawaz regime does, the sons and daughters of this noble Ummah have faith in the promise of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw). They will continue to sacrifice for the accomplishment of this promise, because the success in this world and the hereafter, lies in the obedience of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw).

إِنَّا لَنَنصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ فِى ٱلْحَيَاةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ ٱلأَشْهَادُ

انجینئر سہام قمر کے گھر والوں کی پریس کانفرنس

راحیل-نواز حکومت ظلم کی ہر حد کو پار کر چکی ہے

خلافت کے داعی انجینئر سہام قمر کے گھر والوں نے اپنے وکیل کے ہمراہ کراچی پریس کلب میں ایک پریس کانفرنس منعقد کی۔ اس پریس کانفرنس کا مقصد  سہام قمر کی گرفتاری کے حوالے سے راحیل-نواز حکومت کی جانب سے جھوٹے میڈیا پروپیگنڈہ کا جواب دینا تھا۔

وکیل نے کہا کہ سہام قمر کوط27 اکتوبر 2015 کو صبح آفس جاتے ہوئے خفیہ ایجنسی نے اغوا کیا تھا۔ اغوا کی اس واردات کے متعلق 27 اکتوبر 2015 کو ہی متعلقہ ناظم آباد تھانے میں اندراج مقدمہ کے لئے درخواست داخل کی گئی اور اس کی کاپی معزز چیف جسٹس سندھ ہائی کورٹ، ڈی جی رینجرز، ڈی جی سی ٹی ڈی اور وزیر اعظم پاکستان کو بذریعہ کورئیر سروس ارسال کر دی گئیں۔ چند دن تک جب ان کے متعلق کچھ بھی پتہ نہ چل سکا تو 3 نومبر 2015 کو سندھ ہائی کورٹ میں رٹ پٹیشن 6847/15 دائر کی گئی، جس کے تحت 12 نومبر 2015 کو مسئول علیہان کو نوٹسز جاری کیےگئے۔

انجینئر سہام قمر کے وکیل نے مزید کہا کہ ہم نے 12 نومبر 2015 کو اسی جگہ پریس کانفرنس کے ذریعے حکام بالا تک سہام قمر کے اغوا کی حقیقت پہنچائی تھی جو کہ 13 نومبر 2015 کے اخبارات میں شائع ہوئی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ انہونی بات یہ ہے کہ اسی سہام قمر کو 28 نومبر 2015 کو جھوٹی گرفتاری کا ڈرامہ رچا کر نوے دن کی قید میں رکھنے کا حکم نامہ جاری کر کے انسداد دہشت گردی عدالت سے ریمانڈ حاصل کر لیا گیا۔ اس جھوٹی گرفتاری کا ڈرامہ رچانے کے خلاف ایک الگ آئینی پٹیشن 7599/15 دائر کر دی گئی ہے جس کی آئندہ سماعت 18 دسمبر2015 مقرر ہے۔

وکیل نے کہا کہ انجینئر سہام قمر کے اہلِ خانہ حکام بالا تک اس پریس کانفرنس کے ذریعے یہ بات پہنچانا چاہتے ہیں کہ اسلام پسندوں کو ایک ایسے ملک میں جو بنا ہی اسلام کے نام پر ہے اور جس کا نعرہ ہی یہ ہے کہ “پاکستان کا مطلب کیا، لا الٰہ الا اللہ”، وہاں اب الا اللہ کہنے کی پاداش میں معصوم لوگوں کی زندگیوں سے نہ کھیلا جائے۔ لہٰذا فوری طور پر یہ ڈیٹینشن آرڈر جو کہ جھوٹ پر مبنی ہے اور اس میں کوئی صداقت نہیں ہے، واپس لیتے ہوئے سہام قمر کو فوری رہا کیا جائے۔

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان راحیل-نواز حکومت پر واضح کر دینا چاہتی ہے کہ ان کا جھوٹ، بہتان اور ظلم و ستم خلافت کے قیام کو روک نہیں سکتا کیونکہ اس کے دوبارہ قیام کا وعدہ اللہ  سبحانہ و تعالیٰ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ نے کیا ہے۔ اور اگر یہ جاننے کے بعد بھی حکومت اپنی روش تبدیل نہیں کرتی تو یقیناً اپنے ہوش و ہواس کھو چکی ہے کیونکہ کوئی ہوش مند اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کے وعدے کو روکنے کی کوشش نہیں کرسکتا۔ اور چاہے راحیل-نواز حکومت کتنی ہی کوشش کر لے اس امت کے بیٹے اور بیٹیوں کو اپنے رب اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کے وعدے پر کامل یقین ہے اور وہ اپنی جانیں اس وعدے کی تکمیل کے لئے نچھاور کرتے رہیں گے کیونکہ دنیا و آخرت کی کامیابی اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کی اطاعت میں ہے۔
