Only a Foolish, Cowardly Traitor can Plead to the United Nations and the So-Called International Community for the Liberation of Kashmir

On 21^st September 2016, Pakistan’s Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif, whilst addressing the General Assembly of United Nations yet again pleaded to the United Nations, the current world powers and the so-called international community for the resolution of the Kashmir dispute. Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan strongly condemns the policy of the Raheel-Nawaz regime, which places false hopes on the Kuffar for the liberation of Kashmir from oppressive occupation of Hindu State, instead of preparing Muslims of Pakistan and their armed forces.

How can any sane, conscience and aware person, who knows the character of the United Nations, current world powers and so-called international community, plead for help for the liberation of Kashmir from them? Is this not the same United Nations and international community who patiently and silently has watched the slaughter of hundreds of thousands of Muslims from Kashmir to Palestine, Afghanistan to Syria and Myanmar to the Central African Republic? Is this not the same United Nations and international community who actively worked for the separation of East Timor from Indonesia and South Sudan from the rest of the Sudan and ensured that it happen? Is this not the same United Nations and international community who over seventy years has not only given a free hand to the Hindu State and Jewish Entity to commit brutal oppression and massacre of the Muslims of Kashmir and Palestine, but also provides excuses so that they do not even have to condemn their atrocities?

If a common Muslim knows the reality of the United Nations, current world powers and international community and that they will never act to resolve the issues of Muslims justly, forcing the oppressors to end their oppression, then how can the current rulers of Muslims be ignorant of this reality? If anyone asks for help from United Nations, the current world powers and the international community for the liberation of Kashmir from the Hindu state occupation and oppression, after knowing their character, then he is simply a fool, coward and a traitor. A sincere ruler, politician, statesman and leader will never place the Ummah on the wrong course. Therefore who ever urges the United Nations, current world powers and international community to act for the liberation of Kashmir, is not sincere with the Muslims of Pakistan and Kashmir. Moreover, he is providing an ample opportunity for the Hindu State to consolidate its occupation and continue oppression against the Muslims of occupied Kashmir.

The Muslims of Kashmir has once again made it clear that their future is tied with Pakistan. In every demonstration we see that they raise Pakistani flags, they wrap their martyrs in Pakistan flag and they shout a slogan similar to the slogan of the independence movement of Pakistan, which is: what is the meaning of Independence, لا الہ الا اللہ. So has the time not arrived for the armed forces of Pakistan to mobilize and liberate occupied Kashmir and its Muslims from the Hindu state, as these noble Muslims have made clear to the whole world that they want to become part of Pakistan? However, the current traitor leadership will never order armed forces of Pakistan for Jihad-e-Kashmir. This can only happen under a rightly guided Khaleefah who will unify all Muslim Lands and their armies within a single state, Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood, and under the banner of RasulAllah (saaw), will announce Jihad for the liberation of Kashmir.

لَأَنتُمْ أَشَدُّ رَهْبَةً فِى صُدُورِهِمْ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ ذٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ لاَّ يَفْقَهُونَ

“Verily, you (believers) are more awful as a fear in their breasts than Allah. That is because they are a people who comprehend not (the Majesty and Power of Allah)”(Al-Hashr:13)

کشمیر کی آزادی کے لئے اقوام متحدہ اورنام نہاد بین الاقوامی برادری سے مدد کی التجائیں بے وقوف، بزدل اور غدار ہی کرسکتے ہیں

21 ستمبر 2016 کو اقوام متحدہ کی جنرل اسمبلی سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے وزیر اعظم پاکستان نواز شریف نے مسئلہ کشمیرکے حل کے لیے ایک بار پھر اقوام متحدہ ، موجودہ عالمی طاقتوں اور نام نہاد بین الاقوامی برادری سے التجائیں کیں۔ حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان راحیل-نواز حکومت کی اس پالیسی کو سختی سے مسترد کرتی ہے جسکے تحت مقبوضہ کشمیر کو ہندو ریاست کے جابرانہ قبضے سے آزادی دلانےکے لئے پاکستان کے مسلمانوں اور افواج کو تیار کرنے کے بجائے کفار سے مدد کی جھوٹی امیدیں لگائی جاتی ہیں۔

کوئی بھی باشعور، باخبر اور باضمیر انسان، جو اقوام متحدہ، موجودہ عالمی طاقتوں اور نام نہاد بین الاقوامی برادری کے کردار سے واقف ہو ،کس طرح کشمیر کی آزادی کے لئے ان سے مدد کی بھیک مانگ سکتا ہے؟ کیا یہی وہ اقوام متحدہ اور بین الاقوامی برادری نہیں جو کشمیر سے فلسطین تک ، افغانستان سے شام تک اور برما سے وسطی افریقی ریپبلک تک لاکھوں مسلمانوں کے قتل عام پر خاموش تماشائی کا کردار ادا کرتے ہیں؟ کیا یہی وہ اقوام متحدہ اور بین الاقوامی برادری نہیں جنہوں نے ایسٹ تیمور کو انڈونیشیا سے اور جنوبی سوڈان کو باقی سوڈان سے الگ کرنے کے لئے سرگرم کردار ادا کیا اور علیحدگی کو یقینی بنایا؟ کیا یہی وہ اقوام متحدہ اور بین الاقوامی برادری نہیں جنہوں نےتقریباً ستر سال سے بھارت اور یہودی وجود کو کشمیر و فلسطین کے مسلمانوں پر وحشیانہ مظالم اور قتل عام کرنے کی کھلی اجازت دے رکھی ہے اور ان کی مذمت کرنے سے بھی کترانے کے بہانے ڈھونڈتے ہیں؟

ایک عام مسلمان اس حقیقت سے اچھی طرح باخبر ہے کہ اقوام متحدہ، موجودہ عالمی طاقتیں اور نام نہاد بین الاقوامی برادری مسلمانوں کے مسائل کے منصفانہ حل اور ان پر کیے جانے والے مظالم کو ختم کروانے کے لئے کبھی کوئی کردار ادا نہیں کریں گے تو کس طرح مسلمانوں کے موجودہ حکمران اس حقیقت سے بے خبر ہوسکتے ہیں؟ اقوام متحدہ، موجودہ عالمی طاقتوں اور نام نہاد بین الاقوامی برادری کے کردار کو جاننے کے باوجود کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کو ہندو ریاست کے ظلم وستم اور جابرانہ قبضے سے آزادی دلانے کے لئے انہی سے مدد مانگنے اورکردار ادا کرنے کی التجائیں بے وقوف، بزدل اور غدار ہی کرسکتے ہیں۔ ایک مخلص حکمران، سیاست دان، قیادت اور رہنما کسی صورت امت کو غلط راستے پر نہیں ڈال سکتا۔ لہٰذا جو کوئی بھی کشمیر کی آزادی کے لئے اقوام متحدہ، موجودہ عالمی طاقتوں اور نام نہاد بین الاقوامی برادری سے مدد کی التجائیں کرتا ہے وہ پاکستان اور کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کے ساتھ مخلص نہیں بلکہ وہ بھارت کو غاصبانہ قبضے کو برقرار رکھنے اور کشمیر کے مسلمانوں پر ظلم و ستم جاری رکھنے کا بھر پور موقع فراہم کررہا ہے۔

کشمیر کے مسلمانوں نے ایک بار پھر ثابت کردیا ہے کہ ان کا مستقبل پاکستان کے ساتھ جڑا ہے۔ ان کے ہر مظاہرے میں پاکستان کے جھنڈے لہرا رہے ہوتے ہیں ، وہ اپنے شہیدوں کو پاکستان کے جھنڈے میں لپیٹتے ہیں اور ان کا نعرہ تحریک پاکستان کے نعرے جیسا ہی ہے: آزادی کا مطلب کیا لا الہ الا اللہ۔ تو کیا وہ وقت نہیں آگیا کہ افواج پاکستان حرکت میں آئیں اورمقبوضہ کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کو ہندو ریاست کی غلامی سے آزادی دلا ئیں جبکہ کشمیر کے مسلمانوں نے اپنی لازوال قربانیوں کے ذریعےپوری دنیا پر واضح کردیا ہےکہ وہ پاکستان سے الحاق چاہتے ہیں ؟ لیکن موجود غدار قیادت افواج پاکستان کو کبھی جہادِ کشمیر کا حکم نہیں دے گی سوائے خلیفہ راشد کے جو مسلم ممالک اور ان کی افواج کو نبوت کے طریقے پر قائم خلافت راشدہ کی ریاست اور رسول اللہﷺ کے کلمہ طیبہ والے جھنڈت تلے یکجا کرے گا اور جہادِ کشمیر کا اعلان کرے گا ۔

لَأَنتُمْ أَشَدُّ رَهْبَةً فِى صُدُورِهِمْ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ ذٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ لاَّ يَفْقَهُونَ

“(مسلمانوں) تمہاری ہیبت ان کے دلوں میں اللہ سے بھی بڑھ کر ہے، یہ اس لیے کہ یہ بے سمجھ لوگ ہیں”(الحشر:13)
