Central Contact Committee of Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan Sent Delegations to Human Rights Commission Pakistan

The Central Contact Committee of Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan sent delegations to the Human Rights Commission Pakistan’s Offices in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. The delegations submitted a letter calling for the human rights activists to mobilize for the release of the advocates for Khilafah. It also presented detailed profiles of some of the prominent cases, including that of Naveed Butt, Spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir who has been held in abduction since 11^th May 2012, his whereabouts still unknown, as well as Saad Jagranvi, Chairman of the Central Contact Committee who was arrested on 22^nd April 2015. Many of those arrested and abducted in Pakistan have suffered severe torture, including sleep deprivation, merciless beatings, forced mind-altering medication and electric shocks at the hands of security agencies. The authorities have repeatedly denied essential medical treatment and visitation rights to those in prison. And families, friends and well-wishers of both the imprisoned and abducted have been repeatedly, threatened by the Pakistani security agencies.

The Central Contact Committee of Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah of Pakistan demands from the sincere Muslims in Pakistan, particularly from the people of influence within Pakistan’s judiciary, legal fraternity, security apparatus and human rights sections, to speak up now on behalf of these sincere advocates of Khilafah (Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood, in order to end the severe persecution being inflicted upon them.

ہیومن رائٹس کمیشن پاکستان سے ملاقاتیں کیں

مرکزی رابطہ کمیٹی حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان نے کراچی، لاہور اور اسلام آباد میں ہیومن رائٹس کمیشن کے دفاتر اپنے وفد بھیجے۔ ان وفود نے ایک خط انسانی حقوق کے کارکنان کے حوالے کیا جس میں ان سے خلافت کے داعیوں کی رہائی کے لئے اپنا کردار ادا کرنے کا مطالبہ کیا گیا تھا۔ اس خط کے ساتھ ایک فہرست بھی دی گئی جس میں کچھ نمایاں کیسس کی تفصیلات بیان کی گئی ہیں۔ اس فہرست میں پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کے ترجمان نوید بٹ، جنہیں 11 مئی 2012 کو اغوا کیا گیا اور جو آج کے دن تک لاپتہ ہیں اور سعد جگرانوی، چیرمین مرکزی رابطہ کمیٹی، جنہیں 22 اپریل 2015 کو گرفتار کیا گیا تھا، کے کیس بھی شامل ہیں۔ پاکستان میں گرفتار اور اغوا کیے گئے زیادہ تر افراد کو سیکیورٹی ایجنسیوں نے شدید تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا جس میں سونے نہ دینا، بے رحمانہ مار پیٹ، دماغی تواز خراب کرنے والی ادویات زبردستی پلانا اور بجلی کے جھٹکے تک شامل ہیں۔ جو لوگ گرفتار ہیں ان کو مناسب طبی سہولیات کی فراہمی اور گھر والوں کو ان سے ملنے کے حوالے سے حکام نے مسلسل روکاٹیں پیدا کی ہیں۔ گرفتار اور اغوا ہونے والوں کے گھر والوں، دوستوں اور ہمدردوں کو پاکستانی سیکیورٹی ایجنسیاں حراسہ کرتی رہتی ہیں۔

ولایہ پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کی مرکزی رابطہ کمیٹی پاکستان کے مخلص مسلمانوں، خصوصاً پاکستان کی عدلیہ، وکلاء برادری، سیکیورٹی اداروں اور انسانی حقوق کی تنظیموں سے مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ وہ نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے داعیوں کے لئے اپنی آواز بلند کریں تا کہ ان کے خلاف ہونے والے شدید ظلم کو ختم کیا جاسکے۔
