Hizb ut-Tahrir conducted countrywide protest against the kidnapping and brutal torture of its worker

Hizb ut-Tahrir held demonstrations in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad andPeshawar against the kidnapping and torture of its worker, Arsalan Qamar. Twenty-one year Arsalan Qamar is a computer engineer and a vibrant activist for the establishment of Khilafah. Two sleuths of a government agency kidnapped Arsalan on Friday 2^nd April at 5 p.m. when he was about to enter a bus at University road, Karachi. He was forcibly abducted and transferred to a black Prado jeep. Then he was handcuffed and severely tortured. He was asked to identify Hizb’s shabab but he remained steadfast and refused to answer any question. In order to break his determination they forced him to inhale some intoxicant powder, which made him partially unconscious, but even then government thugs failed to break his determination. Arsalan was shuttled and severely tortured for about two hours, later they took him to a deserted place at Super highway near toll plaza. They placed a hood over his head, kneeled him down and in order to scare him fired two shots. Eventually they get tired and run away leaving him behind. Against this state-terrorism demonstrators were caring banners and play cards stating “O Oppressor Rulers! Torture of worker of Hizb ut Tharir, Arsalan, will not prevent the establishment of Khilafah”. Addressing the demonstrators, speakers said that only crime of Arsalan is that, that he is a worker of Hizb ut-Tahrir, which works to re-establish Khilafah and unite the Muslim lands leading it to become a strong Islamic state. They said that this ridiculous action shows the government’s failure to stop the peaceful intellectual and political struggle of Hizb ut-Tahrir and they are worried with its growing popularity. For the last fifty-seven years Hizb has been facing these ridiculous tactics with bravery, they added. Despite these persecutions, Hizb’s expansion in more than forty Muslim countries shows the failure of treacherous ruler’s plan. Speakers said that rulers and their paid agencies should decide whether they put their efforts to fulfil the prophecy of Mohammad (s.a.w.w) “and once again Khilafah will be established on the footsteps of Prophethood”(Musnad Ahmed) or to put futile efforts in trying to stop it. Speakers called upon the sincere elements in the people of power to support Hizb ut-Tahrir in order to establish Khilafat and to fulfil the prophecy of Mohammad (s.a.w.w). After the demonstration, the participants dispersed peacefully.

حزب التحریر کے کارکن کے اغوا اور شدید تشدد کے خلاف حزب التحریر کے ملک گیر مظاہرے

حزب التحریر کے کارکن ارسلان قمر کے اغوا اور بہیمانہ تشدد کے خلاف حزب التحریر نے کراچی، لاہور، اسلام آباد اور پشاور میں احتجاجی مظاہرے منعقد کئے۔ اکیس سالہ ارسلان قمر کمپیوٹر انجینئرنگ کے طالب علم ہیں اور خلافت کے قیام کے ایک سرگرم داعی ہیں۔ انہیں جمعہ 2 اپریل کو تقریباً شام پانچ بجے حکومتی ایجنسیوں کے دو اہلکاروں نے اس وقت اغوا کرلیا جب وہ کراچی میں یونیورسٹی روڈ پر بس میںسوار ہو رہے تھے۔ ارسلان کو زبردستی بس سے اتار کر ایک کالے رنگ کی پراڈو جیپ میں ڈال دیا گیا، ہتھکڑی لگائی گئی اور شدید تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا گیا۔ دوران تشدد ایجنسی کے اہلکار ان سے حزب التحریر کے مختلف ممبران کے متعلق پوچھتے رہے لیکن ارسلان نے کمال بہادری کا مظاہرے کرتے ہوئے ان کے کسی بھی سوال کا جواب دینے سے انکار کر دیا۔ ارسلان کے ارادے کو توڑنے کے لیے اس کو نشہ آور سفوف بھی سونگھایا گیا جس سے ارسلان پر نیم بے ہوشی طاری ہو گئی لیکن اس کے باوجود حکومتی بدمعاش اپنے مقاصد میں کامیاب نہ ہو سکے۔ تقریباً دوگھنٹوں تک سڑکوں پر گھمانے اور شدید مارپیٹ کے بعد ارسلان کو سپر ہائی وے ٹول پلازہ کے قریب ایک ویران جگہ پر آنکھوں پر پٹی باندھ کر بٹھادیا گیا اور پھر ہراساں کرنے کے لئے دو ہوائی فائر کئے گئے ۔ بالآخر تنگ آکر یہ اہلکار ارسلان کو وہیں چھوڑ کر فرار ہو گئے۔ اس ریاستی دہشت گردی کے خلاف مظاہرین نے بینرز اور پلے کارڈز اٹھارکھے تھے جن پر تحریر تھا: ”اے ظالم حکمرانو! حزب التحریر کے کارکن ارسلان پر تشدد، خلافت کے قیام کو روک نہیں سکتا”۔ مظاہرین حکومت کے خلاف اور خلافت کے قیام کے لیے نعرے لگا رہے تھے۔ مظاہرین سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے مقررین نے کہا کہ ارسلان کا جرم صرف یہ ہے کہ وہ حزب التحریر کا کارکن ہے جو خلافت کو دوبارہ قائم کر کے مسلم ممالک کو ایک زبردست اسلامی ریاست کی شکل دینا چاہتی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ گھٹیا حرکت اس بات کی نشاندہی کرتی ہے کہ حکمران حزب التحریر کی زبردست پرامن سیاسی و فکری جدوجہد کو روکنے میں ناکام ہو چکے ہیں اور اس کی بڑھتی ہوئی مقبولیت سے پریشان ہیں۔ مقررین نے کہا کہ ہم حکمرانوں پر واضح کر دینا چاہتے ہیں کہ حزب التحریر پوری مسلم دنیا میں گزشتہ ستاون (57٥٧) سال سے اس قسم کے اوچھے ہتھکنڈوں کا بڑی جواں مردی سے مقابلہ کر رہی ہے۔ اور حزب کا چالیس سے زائد ممالک میں سرگرم ہونا اس بات کا ثبوت ہے کہ یہ غدار مسلم حکمران اپنے عزائم میں بری طرح ناکام ہوئے ہیں۔ مقررین نے کہا کہ حکمران اور ان کی تنخواہ دار ایجنسیاں اس بات کا فیصلہ کر لیں کہ کیا انھوں نے نبیۖ کی بشارت (ثما تکون خلافہ علی منھاج نبوہ) اورپھر خلافت قائم ہو گی نبوی ۖطریقے پر(مسند احمد) کو پورا کرنے میں کردار ادا کرنا ہے یا پھر اس بشارت کو روکنے کی ناکام کوشش کرنی ہے؟ مقررین نے اہل طاقت عناصر میں موجود مخلص عناصر سے مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ خلافت کے قیام کے لئے حزب التحریر کو نصرت فراہم کریں تاکہ رسول اللہ ۖ کی بشارت کو جلد از جلد پورا کیا جاسکے۔ آخر میں مظاہرین پرامن طور پر منتشر ہو گئے۔
