Hizb ut-Tahrir held countrywide demos to mark the ‘Kashmir-Day’

Rulers will not be allowed to surrender Kashmirunder the guise of “peace”

Like Musharraf, the rulers are once again preparing to surrender Kashmir under the guise of “peace”. Few years ago, it was the ceasefire, which provided ample opportunity to India to fence the Line-of-Control. Subsequently, Musharraf, through his various formulas, gave this impression to the Kashmiri people that people of Pakistan are not interested in accepting Kashmir as a part of Pakistan rather they are more interested in a honeymoon with the Hindu Baniya. The real motive behind Pak-India dialogue is to achieve American political agenda on Kashmir which amounts to creating small autonomous states of Jammu and Kashmir. The recent autonomy granted to Gilgit-Baltistan by the Pakistani government is a significant step in this direction. America wants to bury Kashmir issue rather than to solve it so that she could forge India and Pakistan into a political block to counter China. This block cannot be realized unless all political and territorial disputes between India and Pakistan are buried for good; including that of Kashmir and Siachin. America continues to play with the lives and properties of the people of Pakistan no matter whether it is democracy or dictatorship. We would like to warn the rulers that as long as Hizb ut-Tahrir exists she will never allow the rulers to betray the Kashmir issue.

It is Fard (obligation) upon Muslims to liberate Kashmir from the occupation of the Hindu and the only method to do this is via an organized Jihad. This organizedJihad is only possible through the army and Pak-Army is fully capable to do the job. The only thing missing is the political-will and the courage on the part of the rulers. Hence, the only solution for Kashmir lies in establishing the Khilafah by uprooting these agent rulers and then conducting organized Jihad through the armies. The Khilafah will very quickly spread from Pakistan to Central Asia and then it will not be difficult at all to liberate millions of Muslims living in India let alone Muslims of Kashmir; InshAllah!

Today, to mark the ‘Kashmir Day’, Hizb ut-Tahrir held protest demonstrations inLahore, Islamabad and Peshawar. The objective of these demonstrations was to remind the people of Pakistan especially the army, of their duty to liberateKashmir besides showing solidarity with the Kashmiri people.  The protesters were holding banners and placards inscribed with slogans. The speakers highlighted the need for establishing the Khilafah and conducting Jihad for the annexation of Kashmir to Pakistan.

یوم کشمیر کے سلسلے میں حزب التحریر کے ملک بھر میں مظاہرے

”امن“ کی آڑ میں حکمرانو کو کشمیر سے دستبردار ہونے کی ہرگز اجازت نہیں دی جائیگی

حکمران مشرف کی طرح ایک بار پھر ”امن“ کے نام پر کشمیر کا سودا کرنے کے لئے تیاریاں کر رہے ہیں۔ یہ سیز فائر ہی تھا جس نے بھارت کو لائن آف کنٹرول پر باڑ لگانے کا موقع فراہم کیا۔ پھر رنگ برنگے فارمولے دے کر مشرف نے کشمیری عوام کو یہ تاثر دیا کہ پاکستان کے عوام کو الحاق کشمیر سے کوئی دلچسپی نہیں اور وہ کشمیریوں کو تنہا چھوڑ کر ہندو بنیے کے ساتھ ہنی مون منانے کے لئے تیار بیٹھے ہیں۔ پاک بھارت مذاکرات کا مقصد اس امریکی منصوبے کو پایہ تکمیل تک پہنچانا ہے جس کے تحت امریکہ جموں و کشمیر کی ریاست کو چھوٹی چھوٹی خودمختار ریاستوں میں تقسیم کرنا چاہتا ہے۔ گلگت-بلتستان کو دی جانیوالے خودمختاری اس سلسلے کی ایک اہم پیش رفت ہے۔ امریکہ مسئلہ کشمیرکو حل کرنے کے بجائے دفن کرنا چاہتا ہے تاکہ پاکستان اور بھارت کو چین کے خلاف بلاک کے طور پر استعمال کر سکے۔ یہ بلاک اس وقت تک ممکن نہیں جب تک کشمیر اور سیاچن سمیت دیگر تصفیہ طلب مسائل دفن نہ کر دئے جائیں۔ پاکستان میں ڈکٹیٹر آئے یا سلطان ِ جمہور امریکہ ان دونوں کو استعمال کر کے عوام کی جان اور مال سے کھیلتا رہتا ہے۔ حکمران جان لیں کہ جب تک حزب التحریر موجود ہے وہ حکمرانوں کو کشمیر پر غداری کرنے کی اجازت نہیں دے گی۔ کشمیر کو بھارت کے تسلط سے آزاد کرانا شرعاً فرض ہے اور اس کا واحد طریقہ ایک منظم جہاد ہے۔ یہ منظم جہاد فوج کے ذریعے ہی ممکن ہے اور پاکستان کی فوج اس کی مکمل استطاعت رکھتی ہے کہ وہ کشمیر کو بذریعہ جہاد حاصل کر لے۔ کمی سیاسی جرات و فیصلے (political will) کی ہے۔ کشمیر کا واحد حل ان ایجنٹ حکمرانوں سے نجات حاصل کرتے ہوئے خلافت قائم کرنے اور پھر افواج کے ذریعے جہا دکرنے میں مضمر ہے۔ خلافت بہت جلد پاکستان سے وسط ایشیاء تک پھیل جائیگی ایسے میں صرف کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کو ہی نہیں بلکہ بھارت میں رہنے والے کروڑوں مسلمانوں کو ہندو بنیے سے آزاد کرانا کچھ بھی دشوار نہ ہوگا۔

حزب التحریر نے “یوم کشمیر” کے موقعے پر لاہور، اسلام آباد اور پشاور میں مظاہرے کئے۔ ان مظاہروں کا مقصد نہ صرف کشمیری مسلمانوں کے ساتھ اظہار یکجہتی تھا بلکہ پاکستان کے عوام اور خصوصاً فوج کو ان کی ذمہ داری کا احساس دلانا تھا۔ مظاہرین نے کتبے اور بینر اٹھا رکھے تھے جس پر نعرے تحریر تھے۔ مظاہرین سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے مقررین نے خلافت کے قیام اور جہاد کے ذریعے کشمیر کے پاکستان کے ساتھ الحاق پر زور دیا۔
