Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan conducted seminars in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad on the occasion of 28 Rajab, Day of the Fall of the Khilafah, despite the harsh persecution by the agent, oppressor rulers. There were three speeches in the seminar:  “The world economic crisis and a new economic order”, “The war on terror and the Khilafah as a global leadership” and “Nussrah is a Shar’I obligation and the practical method for change”.

Lahore seminar was addressed by Hizb ut-Tahrir’s members Mr. Zeeshan Akhtar, Taimur Butt and Agha Tahir; Karachi seminar by Siham Tayyab, Mohiudeen and Ishfaq Ahmed while in Islamabad Hizb’s deuty spokesman Mr. Imran Yousafzai, Sohaib Khan and Osama Hanif addressed the audience.  Hundreds of people attended the seminars and showed their solidarity with Hizb ut-Tahrir in its struggle to establish the Khilafah.  Following three resolutions were issued in the seminar:

1: Muslims condemn the implementation of Capitalism which has led to the concentration of wealth in the hands of a small faction, leaving hundreds of millions to poverty and misery. Establishing the Khilafah is the only method to establish the Islamic economic rulings, ensuring the basic needs of all its citizens.  Khilafah will eliminate the concentration of wealth by implementing the Hukam of the Qur’an.  Allah   سبحانه و تعالى said:

كَيْ لاَ يَكُونَ دُولَةً بَيْنَ الأَغْنِيَاءِ مِنْكُمْ

“It is so that it does not circulate solely among the wealthy from amongst you.” [Surah Al-Hashr 59: 7]

2: Regarding the War on Terror, the Muslims condemn this American war to occupy Afghanistan and Iraq, by establishing a war of Fitna between the Muslims. The Muslims called for the establishment of the Khilafah which will rally the Muslim armies and all Muslims to end foreign occupation of Muslim Lands.  Since RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم has described the Imam of the Muslims (Khaleefah) as a shield.

إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ

“Indeed, the Khaleefah is a shield, from behind whom you fight and by whom you are protected.” (Muslim)

3: Regarding Nussrah as a Shar’i obligation and the practical method for change, the Muslims call for the officers in the Muslim armies to give the Nussrah for the immediate establishment of the Khilafah, following the noble example of the Ansaar رضي الله عنهم who gave RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم the Second Pledge of Aqabah which enabled the establishment of the Islamic State in Madinah.  The people of power should trust in Allah and fulfil their obligation and surely Allah will help them.

يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنْ تَنصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ

“O you who believe! If you help Allah’s deen, Allah will help you.” (Surah Muhammad 47: 7)
