Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan Demonstrates for the Liberation of Occupied Kashmir

Occupied Kashmir will Be Liberated by the Army’s Organized Jihad, under the Khilafah, not Empty Statements

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan held demonstrations in the major cities of Pakistan for the liberation of occupied Kashmir from the brutal Hindu State’s occupation. Protestors carried banners and placards including, “Occupied Kashmir will Be Liberated by the Army’s Organized Jihad, under the Khilafah, not Empty Statements” and “The US Declaration of Kashmir Liberation Movement as Terrorism is the Consequence of Bajwa-Nawaz Regime’s Slavery to US”.

The Muslims of Occupied Kashmir have written in blood a new chapter in the history of the Ummah’s sacrifices in their struggle liberation from brutal Hindu state. Yet, the Muslims are limited to civilian and armed groups in confronting the Hindu armed forces, when the situation demands that a Muslim armed forces is mobilized. Today, the defiant Muslims of Occupied Kashmir have shaken the cowardly Hindu armed forces to their core, preparing the firm ground for the mobilization of Pakistan’s armed forces to march to ensure liberation. However, the Musharraf-Aziz regime until the Bajwa-Nawaz regime of today, every successive Pakistani political and military leadership has turned its back upon Islam’s commands to mobilize our powerful armed forces for the liberation of occupied Kashmir from the Hindu State, even though Allah (swt) said:

وَإِنِ ٱسْتَنصَرُوكُمْ فِى ٱلدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ ٱلنَّصْرُ

“If they seek your support in Deen, it is your duty to support them”

[Surah Al-Anfal 8:72].

Financial corruption is not the only corruption that must concern Muslims. Indeed the root of all corruption and its greatest form of corruption (Fassad), is that our rulers rule by other then all that Allah (swt) has revealed, even though Allah (swt) said:

وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَآ أنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـٰئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّالِمُونَ

“And whosoever does not judge by that which Allah has revealed, such are the oppressors.” [Surah Al-Maidah 5:45].

Had the political and military leadership been acting according to the commands of Allah (swt), they would have immediately ordered Pakistan’s armed forces to wage organized Jihad. However, the Bajwa-Nawaz regime watches the blinding, maiming, torturing, murdering of our Muslim brothers and sisters in Occupied Kashmir by Hindu forces but insists on “restraint.” The criminal regime has abandoned the command of Allah (swt) in favor of the orders of its kufr masters sitting in Washington, issuing bland statements in a failed attempt to quell the growing anger within the Muslims in general and our armed forces in particular.

Indeed, Occupied Kashmir will never be liberated by empty statements, United Nations resolutions, appeals to the international community or begging to America to mediate or by direct negotiation with the Hindu State. Muslim Lands will only be liberated by organized Jihad by Muslim armed forces as has happened throughout the era of the Khilafah. It is obligatory for the Muslims of Pakistan to join the struggle of Hizb ut-Tahrir for the re-establishment of the Khilafha on the Method of the Prophethood. And it is an obligation upon the sincere officers in the armed forces to provide Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for ensuring the practical restoration of the Shield of the Ummah, the Khilafah. Only then will a Khaleefah Rashid order our armed forces, who earnestly desire victory or martyrdom, to wage Jihad for the comprehensive and complete liberation of Occupied Kashmir, finally healing the hearts of the believers.

يٰأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُوۤاْ إِن تَنصُرُواْ ٱللَّهَ يَنصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ

“O you who believe! If you help (in the cause of) Allah, He will help you, and make your foothold firm” (Muhammad:7)

 مقبوضہ کشمیر کی آزادی کے لیے حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان کے مظاہرے

کشمیر کھوکھلے بیانات سے نہیں خلافت تلے پاک فوج کے منظم جہاد سے آزاد ہوگا

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان نے ملک کے بڑے شہروں میں عوامی مقامات پر جارح اور غاصب ہندو ریاست سے مقبوضہ کشمیر کی آزادی کے لیے مظاہرے کیے۔ مظاہرین نے بینرز اور کتبے اٹھا رکھے تھا جن پر تحریر تھا: “کشمیر کھوکھلے بیانات سے نہیں خلافت تلے پاک فوج کے منظم جہاد سے آزاد ہو گا“، “امریکہ کا تحریک آزادی کشمیر کو دہشت گردی کہنا، نواز-باجوہ حکومت کی امریکی غلامی کا نتیجہ ہے“۔

مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مسلمانوں نے جابر ہندو ریاست سے آزادی کے لیے قربانیوں کی ایک نئی تاریخ اپنے خون سے رقم کی ہے۔ لیکن ہندو فوج سے براہ راست لڑائی چند عسکری گروہ اور عوام کر رہے ہیں جبکہ صورتحال مسلم افواج کو حرکت میں لانے کا تقاضا کرتی ہے۔ آج مقبوضہ کشمیر کے بہادر اور مضبوط مسلمانوں نے بزدل ہندو فوج کو مکمل طور پر ہلا کر رکھ دیا ہے اور صورتحال کو اس مقام پر پہنچا دیا ہے کہ اگر افواج پاکستان کو حرکت میں لایا جائے تو پورے مقبوضہ کشمیر کی آزادی محض چند دنوں کی بات ہے۔ لیکن مشرف سے لے کر آج باجوہ-نواز حکومت تک آنے والی تمام سیاسی و فوجی قیادتوں نے اپنی اسلامی ذمہ داری کے ادائیگی سے منہ موڑا ہے کہ وہ مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کو ہندو ریاست کے ظلم و ستم سے نجات اور آزادی کے لیے افواج پاکستان کو حرکت میں لاتے جبکہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا:

وَإِنِ ٱسْتَنصَرُوكُمْ فِى ٱلدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ ٱلنَّصْرُ

“اگر یہ دین کے بارے میں تم سے مدد چاہیں تو تم پر ان کی مدد لازم ہے” (الانفال:72)۔

صرف مالیاتی کرپشن ہی وہ کرپشن نہیں جس پر امت کو تشویش اور پریشان ہونا چاہیے۔ یقیناً ہر طرح کی کرپشن کی بنیاد اور اس کی سب سے بڑی قسم یہ ہے کہ ہمارے حکمران اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی اتاری ہوئی وحی کو چھوڑ کر انسانوں کے بنائے ہوئے قوانین کی بنیاد پر حکمرانی کر رہے ہیں جبکہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا:

وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَآ أنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـٰئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّالِمُونَ

“اور جو اللہ کی اتاری ہوئی وحی کے مطابق فیصلہ نہ کریں وہی ظالم ہیں” (المائدہ:45)۔

اگر پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت اس وقت اللہ کی اتاری ہوئی وحی کے مطابق فیصلے اور عمل کر رہی ہوتی تو فوراً افواج پاکستان کو جہاد کا حکم دیتی۔ لیکن باجوہ-نواز حکومت روز اپنی آنکھوں کے سامنے مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مسلمان بھائیوں اور بہنوں کو ہندو فوج کے ہاتھوں تشدد، زخمی اور قتل ہوتے دیکھتی ہے لیکن اس کے باوجود “تحمل” کی پالیسی پر اصرار کرتی ہے۔ اس مجرم حکومت نے واشنگٹن میں بیٹھے اپنے کافر آقاوں کے حکم کو اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے حکم پر فوقیت دی ہے اور مجبوراً ہندو ریاست کے خلاف مذمتی بیان جاری کرتی ہے تاکہ مسلمانوں اور ہماری افواج میں بڑھتے غصے کو ٹھنڈا کر سکیں۔

مقبوضہ کشمیر کھوکھلے نعروں، اقوام متحدہ کی قراردادوں، بین الاقوامی برادری سے مداخلت کی اپیلوں، امریکہ سے ثالثی کی التجاؤں اور بھارت سے مذاکرات کے ذریعے آزاد نہیں ہو گا۔ مسلم علاقے مسلم افواج کے منظم جہاد سے ہی آزاد ہوں گے اور خلافت کی پوری تاریخ اس بات کی گواہ ہے۔ تو پاکستان کے مسلمانوں پر لازم ہے کہ وہ نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام میں حزب التحریر کی جدوجہد کا حصہ بنیں۔ اس کے علاوہ افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران پر لازم ہے کہ امت کی ڈھال خلافت کو حقیقت کا روپ دینے کے لیے حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ فراہم کریں۔ پھر خلیفہ راشد ہماری غازی یا شہادت کے منصب کی آرزومند افواج کو مقبوضہ کشمیر کی مکمل آزادی کے لیے جہاد کا حکم دے گا اور ایمان والوں کو دلی سکون ملے گا۔

يٰأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُوۤاْ إِن تَنصُرُواْ ٱللَّهَ يَنصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ

“اے اہل ایمان! اگر تم اللہ کی مدد کرو گے تو وہ بھی بھی تمہاری مدد کرے گا اور تم ثابت قدم رکھے گا” (محمد:7)
