Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan’s Campaign: “End Alliance with US”

Islam Forbids Alliance with the Belligerent US and Orders Jihad to Liberate Muslim Lands from Occupation

Hizb ut Tahrir wilayah Pakistan has been conducting a campaign entitled “End Alliance with US” throughout Pakistan. This campaign began with the distribution of a leaflet, “The Rulers of Pakistan Loudly Denounce Alliance with the US, Whilst Quietly Working to Rescue the US Military from Humiliation”. Beside the distribution of this leaflet, demonstrations and addresses being undertaken at Masaajid, markets and other public places, as well as delegations and contacting the people.

Seventeen years ago, the traitor Musharraf provided bases, air corridors, logistical support and intelligence to enable the US to attack and occupy Afghanistan, a land of Muslims. He insisted his treachery was in the interest of Pakistan claiming that by securing US largesse, Pakistan will be able to secure her interests, including the economy and the Kashmir cause. However, today it has been proved that through alliance with the US in its war Pakistan only secured huge political, economic, security and human losses. The US paid back Pakistan’s support for its war by allowing India, an arch rival of Pakistan, to enter Afghanistan and use it as a base to conduct subversive activities in Pakistan, with Kulbhushan Jadav’s confessionary statement as a proof of this fact.

After America’s flagrant hostility and so much humiliation and disgrace, Pakistan’s rulers should have ended alliance with US, expelled her diplomats, private military and intelligence, severed the supply line and mobilized the Muslim armed forces of Pakistan in Jihad to end US poisonous presence in the region. However, instead, Pakistan’s political and military leadership are still ensuring the US of all out support. According to an ISPR press release, on 7 February 2018, the 208th Corps Commanders Conference “reiterated that gains of years long counter terrorism efforts shall be consolidated  …… and concluded that national interest shall be kept at premium while cooperating with all other stake holders for regional peace and stability.”

It’s high time that the ongoing humiliation and disgrace is ended. Consider that a few thousand lightly armed Afghan Mujahideen have exhausted the US, whilst the US is pleading with them to enter the negotiation process, whilst forcing Pakistan Army to pressurize them through operations. And then consider that Pakistan and its armed forces are far more capable and better placed to force the US to run with its tail between its legs. This is not difficult for Pakistan if she has a leadership that implements Islam comprehensively, rejects alliance with the US and declares Jihad against occupation. Allah swt said,

فَمَنِ ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَٱعْتَدُواْ عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ

“Then whoever attacks you, you must attack likewise against him.” [Surah Al Baqarah 2:194].

Such a sincere leadership can only be provided by the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. It is upon the Muslims of Pakistan to strive alongside the shabaab of Hizb ut Tahrir for the re-establishment of Khilafah on the method of Prophethood. Let us strive so we become the blessed Muslims that fulfil the glad tidings of RasulAllah (saaw) at our hands. RasulAllah (saaw) said,

ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ

“and then there will be Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood” [Ahmed].

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان کی “امریکی سے اتحادختم کرو” مہم

اسلام جارح امریکہ سے اتحاد کی ممانعت اور مسلم علاقوں کی آزادی کے لیے ریاستی جہاد کا حکم دیتا ہے

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان نے ملک بھر میں “امریکہ سے اتحاد ختم کرو” مہم شروع کررکھی ہے۔ اس مہم کا آغاز ایک پمفلٹ سے ہوا جس کا عنوان ہے “پاکستانی حکمران بظاہر امریکہ سے اتحاد پرپُرزور ملامتیں بھیج رہے ہیں لیکن اندر ہی اندر خاموشی سے امریکی فوج کو ذلت سے بچانے کے لیے کوشاں ہیں  “۔ اس پمفلٹ کی تقسیم کے ساتھ ساتھ مساجد کے باہر، بازاروں اورعوامی مقامات پر مظاہرے اور عام  اور بااثر لوگوں کے پاس وفودبھی بھیجے جارہے ہیں۔

سترہ سال قبل غدار پرویز مشرف نے مسلم ملک افغانستان پر حملے اور قبضہ کرنے کے لیے امریکہ کو پاکستان میں اڈے  اور پاکستان کے انٹیلی جنس اداروں کا تعاون فراہم کیا، امریکی افواج کے لیے پاکستان کےزمینی اور فضائی راستے کھول دیے۔اس نے اپنی غداری کو پاکستان کامفاد قرار دیا کیونکہ امریکہ کی خوشنودی حاصل کرکے پاکستان علاقائی اور عالمی سطح پر اپنے مفادات،جس میں معیشت اور کشمیر بھی شامل ہے، کا تحفظ کرسکے گا۔ لیکن آج یہ ثابت ہو چکا ہے کہ امریکہ کی اس جنگ میں اس کا اتحادی بن کر پاکستان نے سیاسی، معاشی ، دفاعی اور انسانی جانوں کا عظیم نقصان ہی برداشت کیا ہے   اور اس کے بدلے میں امریکہ نے پاکستان کے ازلی دشمن بھارت پر افغانستان کے درازے کھول دیے ہیں جہاں سے بیٹھ کر وہ پاکستان کے خلاف تخریبی کارروائیاں کررہا ہے جس کا ثبوت کلبھوشن یادیو کا اعترافی بیان ہے۔

امریکہ کی وعدہ خلافی بلکہ کھلی دشمنی کے بعد ہونا تو یہ چاہیے تھا کہ پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت امریکہ سے اتحاد ختم کردیتی، اس کے سفارت کاروں اور سرکاری و غیر سرکاری انٹیلی جنس اہلکاروں کوملک بدر کرتی، اس کی سپلائی لائن کاٹ دیتی اور خطے سے ا س کی زہریلی موجودگی کے خاتمے کے لیے جہاد کا اعلان کر کے پاکستان کی مسلم افواج کو حرکت میں لاتی۔ لیکن پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت الٹا امریکہ کو تمام تر ذلت و رسوائی کے بعد بھی تعاون کا ہی یقین دلارہی ہے۔آئی ایس پی آر کے مطابق  7 فروری 2018 کو اسلام آباد میں ہونے والے” 208 ویں کورکمانڈرز اجلاس  میں شرکاء نے  انسداد دہشت گردی کی کوششوں کے ثمرات کومستحکم کرنے کا عزم کرتے ہوئے واضح کیا کہ خطے کے امن و استحکام کے لئے فریقین سے تعاون میں قومی مفاد ہر صورت مقدم رکھا جائے گا”۔

اب وقت آچکا ہے کہ ذلت و رسوائی کے اس سلسلے کو ختم کیا جائے۔  اگر چند ہزار ہلکے ہتھیاروں سے لیس افغان مجاہدین نے امریکہ کو اس قدر نڈھال کردیا ہے کہ وہ ان سے مذاکرات کی بھیک مانگ رہا ہے اور ساتھ ہی ساتھ انہیں مذاکرات پر مجبور کرنے کے لیے پاکستان پر دباؤ ڈال رہا ہے کہ وہ اپنی فوج ان کے خلاف استعمال کرے تو پاکستان  اور اس کی مسلم افواج کو تو اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ نے اس قدر صلاحیت سے نوازا ہے کہ وہ امریکہ کواس خطے سے  زخمی خارش زدہ کتے کی طرح بھاگنے پر مجبور کرسکتے ہیں۔ اور پاکستان کے لیے ایسا کرنا کچھ مشکل نہیں اگر اسے ایک مخلص قیادت میسر ہو جو اسلام کو مکمل طور پر نافذ کرے اور اسلام کے حکم پر عمل کرتے ہوئے امریکہ سے اتحاد ختم  اور جہاد کا اعلان کرے۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا،

فَمَنِ ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَٱعْتَدُواْ عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ

“جو تمہارے خلاف جارحیت کا ارتکاب کرے تو تم بھی اس پر حملہ کرو جیسا کہ انہوں نے تم پر حملہ کیا”(البقرۃ:194)۔

اور ایسی مخلص قیادت صرف اور صرف نبوت کے طریقے پر قائم خلافت ہی فراہم کرتی ہے۔ لہٰذا پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کو نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کی جدوجہد میں حزب التحریر کے شباب کے شانہ بہ شانہ جدوجہد کرنی چاہیے اور رسول اللہﷺ کی بشارت  کو پورا کرنے والوں کا اعزاز حاصل کرنا چاہیے۔رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا،

ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ

“پھر خلافت قائم ہوگی نبوت کے طریقے پر”(احمد)۔
