US Defence Secretary Chuck Hagel’s Pakistan visit

It is forbidden to have friendly relations with the Kafir Harbi (Belligerent Enemy) State

Today US Defence Secretary Chuck Hagel arrived in Islamabad, Pakistan, on a one-day visit. His schedule was to meet the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Army Chief, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Interior Minister, Finance Minister and Chief Minister of Punjab. After the recent changes in the Pakistan’s armed forces’ leadership, it was the first visit of any high level American official to Pakistan.

Hizb ut-Tahrir condemns the visit of the US Defense Secretary’s visit of Pakistan. It expresses its deep regret that by meeting him, the political and military leadership violated the Islamic Shariah which forbids any such alliance with a Kafir Harbi (Billigerent state), which has acted in open enmity through killing Muslims, dishonoring our women, desecrating the Quran and occupying our lands. Allah سبحانہ و تعالٰی says:  فَمَنِ اعْتَدَى عَلَيْكُمْ فَاعْتَدُواْ عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا اعْتَدَى عَلَيْكُمْ “Then whoever transgresses against you, you transgress likewise against him. ” (Surah Al Baqarah 2:194).

America, whose hands are soaked with the blood of the Muslims, attacked the Salalah check post martyring our soldiers, conducts drone attacks in our tribal areas killing Muslims as well as violating our sovereignty and attacks our military and civilian targets in order to continue the war of Fitna, using its spy-assassin Raymond Davis network.

Thus, by meeting the Defense Secretary of such an open enemy state, the political and military leadership have gone against their own oath and their responsibility to protect the lands, the lives and the honor of the citizens of the state.  Thus Hizb ut-Tahrir calls upon the Ummah in general, as well as the officers and soldiers of Pakistan armed forces in particular, to make a stand against this act of the political and military leadership. They must account them harshly over having friendly relations with our enemy and the enemy of Allah سبحانہ و تعالٰی in clear violation of His سبحانہ و تعالٰی command.

InshaAllah after the establishment of Khilafah, with the help of the Ummah and the sincere officers and soldiers in the armed forces, the Khaleefah will sever ties with America and every other Kafir enemy state. The Khilafah will close the American embassy, consulates, military bases and intelligence offices, as well as expelling all her officials from the country. And the Khilafah, with its armed forces leading the sincere Mujahideens, will cleanse this land from the filth of the American presence, which is the actual cause of instability, unrest, economic exploitation and bloodshed in this region.

امریکی سیکریٹری دفاع چَک ہیگل کا دورہ پاکستان

کافر حربی (دشمن) ریاست سے دوستانہ تعلقات رکھنا ممنوع ہے

آج امریکی سیکریٹری دفاع چَک ہیگل پاکستان کے ایک روزہ دورے پر اسلام آباد آیا ہے۔ اس دورے میں اس کی پاکستان کے وزیر اعظم، آرمی چیف، جوائنٹ چیفس آف سٹاف، وزیر داخلہ،  وزیر خزانہ اور پنجاب کے وزیر اعلیٰ سے ملاقاتیں متوقع ہیں۔  افواج پاکستان کی قیادت میں تبدیلی کے بعد کسی اعلیٰ امریکی عہدیدار کا یہ پہلا دورہ پاکستان  ہے۔

حزب التحریر  امریکی سیکریٹری دفاع کے دورہ پاکستان کی پرزور مذمت کرتی ہے اور انتہائی دکھ اور افسوس کا اظہار بھی کرتی ہے کہ دشمن کے سیکریٹری دفاع سے ملاقات کر کے سیاسی و فوجی قیادت اسلامی شریعت سے انحراف کی مرتکب ہو رہی ہے جس کے تحت ایک ایسی کافر ریاست سے کسی بھی قسم کے تعلقات نہیں رکھے جاسکتے جو مسلمانوں کا قتل عام کررہی ہے، ان کی پاک دامن ماؤں، بہنوں ، بیٹیوں کی عفت و عصمت کو پامال  کررہی ہے، قرآن کی بے حرمتی کرتی ہے اور ان کی زمینوں پر قابض ہے۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالٰی فرماتے ہیں: فَمَنِ اعْتَدَى عَلَيْكُمْ فَاعْتَدُواْ عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا اعْتَدَى عَلَيْكُمْ “جو تمھارے خلاف جارحیت کا ارتکاب کرے تو تم بھی اس پر حملہ کرو جیسا کہ انھوں نے تم پر حملہ کیا ” (البقرۃ:194)۔

امریکہ جس کے ہاتھ مسلمانوں کے خون سے تَر بتر ہیں، جس نے سلالہ حملے میں ہمارے فوجی جوانوں کو بے دردی سے قتل کیا، جس نے ایبٹ آباد پر حملہ کیا،   جو ہمارے قبائلی علاقوں پر ڈرون حملے کر کے  مسلمانوں کو  قتل اور ہماری آزادی وخودمختاری کی دھجّیاں  اُڑا رہا ہے، جو ریمنڈ ڈیوس نیٹ ورک کے ذریعے ملک بھر میں فوجی و شہری مقامات کو نشانہ بنا کر فتنے کی جنگ کو جاری و ساری رکھنا چاہتا ہے، اس دشمن ملک کے سیکریٹری دفاع کے ساتھ ملاقاتیں کر کے سیاسی وفوجی قیادت اپنے اس عہد سے انحراف کی مرتکب ہو رہی ہے جس کے تحت اس سرزمین کے لوگوں کی جان  و مال اور اس سرزمین کی حفاظت کرنا ان پر فرض ہے۔

حزب التحریر  امت اور افواج پاکستان کے افسروں اور جوانوں سے مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ وہ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت کے اس عمل کی پُر زور مذمت کریں اور اللہ کے دشمنوں اور ہمارے دشمنوں سے دوستی اور تعلقات رکھنے کے خلاف اللہ کے واضح حکم کی خلاف ورزی پر  ان کا سخت محاسبہ بھی کریں۔

انشاء اللہ ،  امت اور افواج پاکستان کے مخلص افسران اور جوانوں کی مدد سے خلافت کے قیام کے بعد، خلیفہ امریکہ اور اس جیسے دشمن کافر ممالک سے ہر قسم کے تعلقات ختم کر دے گا۔ خلافت امریکی سفارت خانے، قونصل خانوں، اڈوں اور امریکی انٹیلی جنس اداروں کے دفاتر کو بند اور امریکی اہلکاروں کو ملک بدر کردے گی اور افواج اور مخلص مجاہدین کی مشترکہ قوت کو استعمال کر کے خطے کو امریکی نجاست سے پاک کردے گی جو اس خطے میں بدامنی، عدم استحکام، معاشی استحصال اور خون خرابے کی بنیادی وجہ ہے۔
