Jail for callers to Khilafah, freedom for American spies and killers!

Head of the Central Contact Committee of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Pakistan moved to Kot Lakhpat Jail

Head of the Central Contact Committee of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Pakistan, Saad Jagranvi has been shifted to Lahore’s notorious and harsh, Kot Lakhpat Jail. Saad Jagranvi’s only crime is that he undertakes peaceful political struggle for complete implementation of Islam in Pakistan through the establishment of Khilafah. It is a shameful situation that in a country, which was created in the name of Islam and for whose creation about half a million Muslims sacrificed their lives, sincere politicians, must suffer like this. Politicians who peacefully strive politically for the complete establishment of Islam, such as Naveed Butt, Spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Pakistan, who has been missing since he was abducted by the thugs of Kayani six months ago and the head of Central Contact Committee of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Pakistan, Saad Jagranvi, has been implicated under fabricated terrorism and treason charges.

Now Saad Jagranvi has been moved to Kot Lakhpat Jail Lahore, the same jail where the American spy and the killer of three Muslims, Raymond Davis, was imprisoned for some days. But traitors in the political and military leadership, Zardari and Kayani facilitated in shelving the cases against Raymond Davis and arranged his secure exit from Pakistan, whilst Saad Jagranvi, who follows the methodology of the Prophet (s.a.w) in undertaking peaceful political activities for the establishment of Khilafah, has been booked on four baseless and forged cases so that he is unable to come out of jail, for as long as possible. Raymond Davis was provided with five-star facilities and treated as a state VIP guest whilst in prison, whilst Saad Jagranvi was subjected to mental and physical torture during interrogation and his internment!

Zardari, Kayani and their small group of traitors must know that they have made a very bad choice by choosing slavery to America, who is the enemy of Islam and its Ummah. They have taken the path of destruction for themselves in this world and in the Hereafter. Bin Ali, Qaddafi and Hosni Mubarak have already faced the wrath of the Ummah and soon you will hear the demise of Bashar, the Butcher of Syria. Zardari, Kayani and their small clout of traitors should know that their time is also at an end soon inshaaAllah and their master America knows this well too. Their utmost efforts in pursuing the Shebaab of Hizb, arresting them and torturing them will never avert the establishment of Khilafah because it has been promised by Allah SWT and foretold by His Messenger SAW.

Hizb ut-Tahrir demands from the sincere officers of Pakistan armed forces that they should seek motivation from the steadfastness and dedication of the Muslims of Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq, and especially from the Muslims of Syria and never bow before oppression. They must move forward to uproot the American agents and traitors against this Ummah from our political and military leadership. They must give Nussrah (Material Support) to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of Khilafah, so as obtain honor and dignity in this world and the Hereafter.

خلافت کے داعی کے لیے جیل جبکہ امریکی جاسوس اور قاتل کے لیے رہائی

پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کی مرکزی رابطہ کمیٹی کے سربراہ کو کوٹ لکھپت جیل منتقل کر دیا گیا

پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کی مرکزی رابطہ کمیٹی کے سربراہ سعد جگرانوی کو کوٹ لکھپت جیل لاہور منتقل کر دیا گیا ہے۔ سعد جگرانوی کا قصور یہ ہے کہ وہ پاکستان میں اسلام کے مکمل نفاذ اور خلافت کے قیام کے لیے پر امن سیاسی جدوجہد کرتے ہیں۔ یہ انتہائی افسوس اور شرم کا مقام ہے کہ جو ملک اسلام کے نام پر حاصل کیا گیا اور جس کے لیے لاکھوں مسلمانوں نے اپنی جانو ں کا نظرانہ پیش کیا آج اسی ملک میں اسلام کے مکمل نفاذ کے لیے پرامن سیاسی جدوجہد کرنے والے مخلص سیاست دان، پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کے ترجمان نوید بٹ کو کیانی کے غنڈوں کے ہاتھوں اغوا ہوئے چھ ماہ سے زائد کا عرصہ گزر چکا ہے اور پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کی مرکزی رابطہ کمیٹی کے سربراہ سعد جگرانوی کے خلاف دہشت گردی اور بغاوت کے مقدمات درج کیے گئے ہیں۔

اب سعد جگرانوی کو ان الزامات کی بنا پر کوٹ لکھپت جیل، لاہور منتقل کر دیا گیا ہے۔ یہ وہی جیل ہے جہاں ایک امریکی جاسوس اور تین پاکستانیوں کے قاتل ریمنڈ ڈیوس کو بھی چند دنوں کے لیے رکھا گیا تھا۔ لیکن سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار زرداری اور کیانی نے ریمنڈڈیوس کو مقدمہ ختم کروا کر بحفاظت ملک سے باہر بھجوا دیا تھا جبکہ خلافت کے قیام کے لیے نبوت ﷺ کے طریقے پر چلتے ہوئے پرامن سیاسی جدوجہد کرنے والے سعد جگرانوی پر چار بے بنیاد اور جھوٹے مقدمات ڈال دیے گئے ہیں تا کہ وہ ایک لمبے عرصے تک جیل سے باہر نہ نکل سکے۔ ریمنڈ ڈیوس کو مختصر قید کے دوران فائیو سٹار ہوٹلوں والی سہولیات فراہم کی گئیں جبکہ اسلام کے نفاذ کی جدوجہد کرنے والے سعد جگرانوی کو دوران تفتیش ذہنی اور جسمانی تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا گیا۔

زرداری، کیانی اور ان کے ساتھی غداروں کا ٹولہ یہ جان لے کہ انھوں نے اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے دشمن امریکہ کی غلامی اور چاکری قبول کر کے دنیا اور آخرت کی بربادی کو اپنے لیے مقدر بنا لیا ہے۔ بن علی، قذافی اور حسنی مبارک دنیا میں امت کے غم و غصہ کا نشانہ بن چکے ہیں اور جلد ہی تم شام کے کذاب بشار کے خاتمے کی خبر سنوں گے۔ زرداری، کیانی اور ان کے ساتھی غدار یہ جان لیں کہ ان کی مہلت کا بھی جلد ہی خاتمہ ہونے والا ہے اور اس حقیقت کو ان کا آقا امریکہ بھی اچھی طرح جانتا ہے ۔تمھارا حزب کے شباب کا پیچھا کرنا، انھیں گرفتار کرنا، انھیں تشدد کا نشانہ بنانا کسی صورت خلافت کے قیام کو روک نہیں سکتا کیونکہ یہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کا وعدہ ہے۔

حزب التحریر افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران سے مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ وہ کشمیر، فلسطین، افغانستان اور خصوصاً شامی مسلمانوں کے عزم و استقلال سے تحریک حاصل کریں اور آگے بڑھیں، سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود امریکی ایجنٹوں اور امت کے غداروں کو اکھاڑ پھینکیں، خلافت کے قیام کے لیے حزب التحریر کو نصرة فراہم کریں اور دنیا و آخرت کی عزت اور سربلندی کو اپنے نام کر لیں۔
