Kashmir Day Emphasizes the Need for Khilafah:

The Muslims of Occupied Kashmir Await Jihad by

Pakistan’s Armed Forces for Liberation

The Muslims of Pakistan are now aware of the fact that the liberation of Occupied Kashmir is not possible through United Nations resolutions and the so-called international community. The experience of the last seventy years is quite enough to understand that the United Nations through the Security Council is a tool of the world’s colonialist powers. UN resolutions are not made upon justice, but rather to ensure the interests of those colonialist powers. Yet, despite knowing this reality, the rulers of Pakistan continually to embrace the United Nations and its chief influence the US. Moreover, when these rulers are asked to mobilize Pakistan’s armed forces for the liberation of Occupied Kashmir, these rulers harass, chase, arrest or even abduct those who make this demand. Naveed Butt, the Official Spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Pakistan, is one of those abducted in this way after having accounted the rulers for years. On 15 March 2006, Naveed Butt wrote, “The only solution to the Kashmir issue is carrying out Jihad under a single Khaleefah by getting rid of these treacherous rulers. The Subcontinent’s thousand-year history is a witness to the fact that the Hindus only understand the words of thundering cannons, rather than the words uttered by the mouth.”        

It is clear to all those of sight and insight that the liberation of Occupied Kashmir is not possible without Jihad undertaken by Pakistan’s armed forces. It is a matter of great concern for the entire Ummah that the Muslims of occupied Kashmir are continuously rendering sacrifices. They face the brutality of the Hindu forces bravely and do not accept slavery to the Hindu state. And they look to the day when the Pakistan’s armed forces mobilize in the way of modern day Muhammad Bin Qasim’s.

Although Pakistan’s political and military leadership does not mobilize Muslim armed forces for the liberation of Occupied Kashmir, they insist on sending our Muslim forces to every corner of the world to secure the interests of colonialist powers. A recent example of this treacherous behavior is the death of a Pakistani soldier serving for the UN in the Congo on 27 January 2018. Until now 153 personnel of our armed forces, including 23 officers, have given their lives while serving under the umbrella of the United Nations. At this very moment, six thousand of our soldiers and officers are posted in various corners of the world under United Nations’ missions. So why are our forces not sent to liberate Kashmir, yet find themselves in far flung places to secure the interests of the US and its colonialist institutions? Clearly, Pakistan’s rulers are not sincere to Islam and Muslims, but are loyal only to the people of  Kufr and their leader, the US.

Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah Pakistan demands from the Muslims of Pakistan that they solemnly commemorate this Kashmir day with the demand for the removal of the current rulers and the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. It is the Khilafah alone that will mobilize the Muslim armed forces of Pakistan to liberate Occupied Kashmir, as it will conform strictly to the commands of Allah (swt). Allah said,

فَمَنِ ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَٱعْتَدُواْ عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ

“So whoever has attacked you, then attack him in the same manner that he has attacked you.” [Al-Baqarah 2:194]

یوم کشمیر نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کا تقاضا کرتا ہے

مقبوضہ کشمیر اور اس کے مسلمان اپنی  آزادی کے لیےپاکستان کی مسلم افواج کے منظم جہاد کے منتظر ہیں

پاکستان کے مسلمان اب یہ جان چکے ہیں کہ مقبوضہ کشمیر کی آزادی اقوام متحدہ کی قراردادوں اور نام نہادبین الاقوامی برادری کے ذریعے ممکن ہی نہیں ہے۔ پچھلے ستر سا ل کا تجربہ یہ سمجھا دینے کے لیے کافی ہے کہ اقوام متحدہ  اور اس کی سلامتی کونسل عالمی استعماری طاقتوں کی لونڈی ہے جہاں فیصلے انصاف کی بنیاد پر نہیں بلکہ عالمی طاقتوں کے مفادات کے مطابق کیے جاتے ہیں۔ لیکن بدقسمتی  یہ ہے کہ پاکستان کے حکمران اس حقیقت کو جان لینے کے باوجود اقوام متحدہ اور اس کے سب سے بڑے سرپرست امریکہ کا دامن چھوڑنے پر تیار ہی نہیں ہیں۔  جب ان حکمرانوں سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ مقبوضہ کشمیر کی آزادی کے لیے پاکستان کی مسلم افواج کو حرکت میں لاؤ تو حکمران یہ مطالبہ کرنے والے مسلمانوں کو ہراساں، گرفتار یہاں تک کے اغوا کر کے غائب تک کردیتے ہیں جن میں نوید بٹ ، ولایہ پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کے ترجمان،بھی شامل ہیں جنہوں نے 15 مارچ 2006 کو یہ کہا تھا کہ ” کشمیر کا حل ان غدار حکمرانوں سے جان چھڑاتے ہوئے ایک خلیفہ تلے جہاد کرنے میں ہے۔  بر صغیر کی ہزار سالہ تاریخ گواہ ہے کہ ہندو بنیا الفاظ کی زبان نہیں بلکہ توپوں کی گھن گرج ہی سمجھتا ہے”۔

عقل و شعور رکھنے والے ہر شخص پر یہ حقیقت عیاں ہو چکی ہے کہ مقبوضہ کشمیر کی آزادی پاکستان کی مسلم افواج کے منظم جہاد کے بغیر ممکن نہیں ہے۔ یہ بات ہم سب کے لیے  اور خصوصاً افواج پاکستان میں موجود مسلمانوں کے لیے باعث  فکر ہونی چاہیے کہ مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مسلمان ہندو افواج کی درندگی کا بہادرانہ سامنا کرتے ہوئے  مسلسل قربانیاں دے رہے ہیں اور کسی صورت بھارت کی غلامی قبول کرنے کے لیے تیار نہیں  اور وہ پاکستان کی مسلم افواج کی جانب انتظار بھری نظروں سے  دیکھ رہے ہیں کہ کب وہ حرکت میں آئیں گے اور آج کے دور کے محمد بن قاسم بن جائیں۔      

اگرچہ پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت مقبوضہ کشمیر کی آزادی کے لیے تو پاکستان کی مسلم افواج کو حرکت میں نہیں لاتی لیکن امریکہ اور دیگر استعماری طاقتوں کے مفادات کے تحفظ کے لیے ہماری مسلم افواج کو دنیا کے کسی بھی کونے میں بھیج دیتی ہے   جس کی حالیہ مثال 27 جنوری 2018 کو اقوام متحدہ کے مشن میں پاکستان آرمی کے ایک سپاہی کی افریقی ملک کونگو میں جان سے ہاتھ دھو بیٹھنا ہے۔ پاکستانی افواج کے 153 جوان اقوام متحدہ کے جھنڈے تلے جان دے چکے ہیں جس میں 23 افسران بھی شامل ہیں۔ اس وقت بھی 6 ہزار افسران اور سپاہی اقوام متحدہ کے تحت دنیا کے مختلف ممالک میں تعینات ہیں۔ آخر کیوں ہماری فوج کو مقبوضہ کشمیر کی آزادی کے لیے تو روانہ نہیں کیا جاتا لیکن امریکہ اور اس کے استعماری اداروں کے لیے ہماری افواج کو دنیا کے کسی بھی کونے میں بھیج دیا جاتا ہے؟  ایسا صرف اس وجہ سے ہے کیونکہ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے ساتھ نہیں بلکہ کفار اور ان کے سردار امریکہ کے ساتھ مخلص ہے۔

پاکستان کے مسلمانوں سے حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان یہ مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ اس یوم کشمیر کو موجودہ سیاسی وفوجی قیادت کوہٹانے اور نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کے مطالبے کے ساتھ منائیں۔ یہ خلافت ہی ہو گی جو مقبوضہ کشمیر کی آزادی کے لیے پاکستان کی مسلم افواج کو حرکت میں لائے گی کیونکہ خلافت اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے احکامات پر عمل کرتی ہے اور اللہ تعالیٰ کا حکم ہےکہ،

فَمَنِ ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَٱعْتَدُواْ عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ

“جو تمہارے خلاف جارحیت کا ارتکاب کرے تو تم بھی اس حملہ کرو جیسا کہ انہوں نے تم پر حملہ کیا”(البقرۃ:194)۔
