Kayani is responsible for the misfortune of Diamer

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan rigorously condemned the brutal incident happened in Gilgit Biltistan, Diamer, on 22nd June 2013 and like Quetta incident, hold traitors with in the political and military leadership headed by General Kayani for this tragedy as well.

Is this a mere coincident that just with ten days of Quetta carnage another tragic incident took place right under the nose of security forces and this tragedy is unique in a sense that this place is almost inaccessible for any person other then mountaineers or the security forces. And is this also a coincident that we have neither seen nor heard of an attack on these American terrorists or on their hideouts, which are well-known in Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar and Quetta, as the media has so many times performed its duty to safeguard the people by publicizing their addresses but innocent foreign mountaineers have been killed. For last several years, Hizb ut-Tahrir has been warning the masses and the armed forces that the Raymond Davis network is behind all such bombings and target killings of foreign and national citizens that are taking place in military and civilian places. This network has been so successful in accomplishing their targets because they have the backing and support of the traitors in the political and military leadership headed by general Kayani.

If an area S.H.O, S.P, D.S.P even to the extend I.G would be suspended and a formal enquiry initiates immediately after any extraordinary incident which took place under their jurisdiction but when an attack on Abbotabad or G.H.Q or an attack on Kamra air base or Mehran air base happened neither the traitors in the military leadership have any shame to tender their resignation them self nor the traitors in the political leadership have ever removed them from their posts or asked them to resign and initiated any enquiry.

Traitors with in the political and military leadership never shown their keen interest in capturing the terrorist of Raymond Devis network but on the instruction of their American masters they act quickly and swiftly to arrest, abduct or torture those sincere Muslims whether in military and in masses who wants the implementation of Islamic Shria and the establishment of Khilafah. The year long abduction of Naveed Butt, spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Pakistan, is just one example. He was abducted right in front of his children on 11th May 2012 and so far neither he has been produced in court of law nor has he been released from their captivity.

Hizb ut-Tahrir asks the sincere officers in the armed forces: How long will you tolerate the treacheries of the traitors in your leadership who have just with in ten days put a question mark once again on the capability of the greatest army of the Muslims?

O sincere officers of the armed forces! Arise to seize these traitors, liberate this Ummah from the tyranny of these traitors, abolish democracy which is America’s horse, provide Nussrah to the Ameer of Hizb ut-Tahrir, Shaikh Ata Bin Khalil Abu Rashta, for the establishment of Khilafah and close American embassies, consulates and bases, expel all military and diplomatic personal and bring to an end to Raymand Davis network. Only these steps will restore the lost pride and peace and tranquillity to this Ummah.

جمہوریت کو ختم کرو اور خلافت کو قائم کرو

سانحہ دیامر کا ذمہ دارجنرل کیانی ہے

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان 22 جون 2013 کو گلگت بلتستان کے علاقے دیامیر میں ہونے والے اندوہناک واقع کی پر زور مذمت کرتی ہے اور سانحہ کوئٹہ کی طرح اس واقع کا ذمہ دار بھی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کو ہی قرار دیتی ہے جن کی قیادت جنرل کیانی کر رہا ہے۔

کیا یہ محض اتفاق ہے کہ دس دنوں میں دوسرا بڑا سانحہ ایک ایسے علاقے میں رونما ہوا ہے جو سیکیوریٹی اداروں کے زیر نگرانی ہے اور دیامیر کا سانحہ تو اس لحاظ سے بھی منفرد ہے کہ وہاں کوہ پیماؤں اور سیکیوریٹی اداروں کے علاوہ عام آدمی کی پہنچ تقریباً ناممکن ہے۔ کیا یہ بھی محض اتفاق ہے کہ ملک بھر میں دندناتے امریکی دہشت گردوں اور ان کے ٹھکانوں پر حملہ نہیں ہوتا جبکہ ان کے ٹھکانوں کی تفصیلات کہ لاہور، اسلام آباد، پشاور اور کوئٹہ کے کس کس گھر میں وہ مقیم ہیں کئی بار ملکی میڈیا میں سامنے بھی آچکی ہیں لیکن کوہ پیمائی کے لیے آئے ہوئے عام غیر ملکی قتل کر دیے جاتے ہیں۔ حزب التحریر پچھلے کئی سالوں سے عوام اور افواج کو یہ باور کراتی آئی ہے کہ ملک بھر میں فوجی و شہری تنصیبات پر ہونے والے بم دھماکوں اور ملکی و غیر ملکی افراد کی ٹارگٹ کلنگ میں ریمنڈ ڈیوس نیٹ ورک ملوث ہے۔ اس نیٹ ورک کو اپنے اہداف حاصل کرنے میں زبردست کامیابیاں صرف اس لیے مل رہی ہیں کیونکہ ان کی سرگرمیوں کو جنرل کیانی کی قیادت میں سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کی مکمل پشت پناہی حاصل ہے۔

اگر ایک تھانے کے علاقے میں کوئی غیر معمولی واقع پیش آجائے تو اس علاقے کا S.H.O، S.P، D.S.P یہاں تک کہ I.G تک معطل کر دیے جاتے ہیں اور ان کے خلاف تحقیقات کا سلسلہ شروع کر دیا جاتا ہے۔ لیکن ایبٹ آباد واقع ہو یا G.H.Q پر حملہ، کامرہ ائربیس پر حملہ ہو یا مہران نیول بیس پر حملہ، کبھی بھی فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے نہ تو اتنی شرم کا مظاہرہ کیا کہ وہ از خود اپنے عہدوں سے استعفی دے دیتے اور نہ ہی سیاسی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے ان سے استعفے طلب کیے اور ان کے خلاف تحقیقات کا آغاز کیا۔

امریکی ریمنڈ ڈیوس نیٹ ورک کے دہشت گردوں کو پکڑنے اور کیفر کرادار تک پہنچانے میں سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار کسی قسم کی سرگرمی کا مظاہرہ نہیں کرتے ہیں لیکن وہ افراد، چاہے ان کا تعلق فوج سے ہو یا وہ عام شہری ہوں، جو اس ملک میں اسلامی شریعت اور خلافت کے قیام کے لیے پرامن سیاسی و فکری جدوجہد کرتے ہیں ان کو اغوا یا گرفتار کرنے اورتشدد کا نشانہ بنانے میں اپنے آقا امریکہ کے حکم پر نہایت تیزی سے عمل کرتے ہیں جس کی مثال پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کے ترجمان نوید بٹ ہیں جنھیں 11 مئی 2012 کو ان کے بچوں کے سامنے اغوا کیا گیا اور ایک سال گزر جانے کے باوجود نہ تو انھیں کسی عدالت میں پیش کیا گیا اور نہ ہی انھیں رہا کیا ہے۔

حزب التحریر افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران سے بھی سوال کرتی ہے کہ کب تک اپنی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کی غداریوں کو برداشت کرتے رہیں گے جنھوں نے محض دس دنوں میں ایک بار پھر مسلمانوں کی اس عظیم فوج کی کارکردگی پر سوالیہ نشان پیدا کر دیا ہے؟ اے افواج پاکستان کے مخلص افسران! آگے بڑھو! ان غداروں کے ہاتھ پکڑ لو، اپنی قوم کو ان غداروں کے ظلم وستم سے نجات دلاؤ، جمہوریت کے امریکی گھوڑے کا خاتمہ کرو اور خلافت کے قیام کے لیے امیر حزب التحریر شیخ عطا بن خلیل ابو رشتہ کو نصرة فراہم کر کے پاکستان سے امریکی سفارت خانے، قونصل خانوں، اور اڈوں کو بند کرو، فوجی و سفارتی اہلکاروں کو ملک بدر کرو اور ریمنڈ ڈیوس نیٹ ورک کا خاتمہ کر دو۔ صرف اسی صورت میں یہ امت اپنی کھوئی ہوئی عزت اور امن اور چین دوبارہ حاصل کر سکتی ہے۔
