Only the Khilafah Will Liberate Kashmir

The Muslims of Kashmir Await Jihad by Pakistan Armed Forces Against Hindu Aggression

The Hindu State has unleashed new levels of oppression against the Muslims of Kashmir, as is its habit. After the martyrdom of the Mujahid Burhan Wani on Friday 8^th July 2016, protests erupted in Occupied Kashmir, in which more than twenty Kashmiri Muslims have been martyred and a number of Kashmiri leaders have been detained by Indian security forces so far. Despite this Indian brutality, the Foreign Office of Raheel-Nawaz regime has issued its routine bland statement that, “the murder of Wani and scores of other innocent Kashmiris is deplorable… Oppressive measures such as these cannot deter the valiant people of Jammu and Kashmir from their struggle for the right to self-determination in accordance with the UN Security Council resolutions.”

Kafir occupiers are crossing every limit of brutality in order to eliminate the Muslim resistance in Muslim occupied lands, including Kashmir. It is deplorable that they are able to do so with impunity, despite the presence of hundreds and thousands of Muslim troops in their neighborhood, such as the Pakistan’s armed forces, which collectively comprise the seventh largest armed forces in the world, whilst its army alone is the sixth largest army in the world. The Kuffar do not fear that their brutality and oppression will force the mobilization of the Muslim armed forces against them, as they have complete confidence that traitors in the political and military leadership will never allow Muslim troops to move in order to liberate Muslims from the oppression of the Kuffar. Now when, once again, the Hindu state has written in blood a new chapter in oppression against the Muslims of Kashmir, the Raheel-Nawaz regime is not ready to even move a single army company to grant relief for the Muslims of Kashmir from the oppression and occupation of the Hindu. This is even though this regime has deployed almost two hundred thousand soldiers in the tribal regions of Pakistan and forced more than a million tribal people to live in camps for years, only to ensure the continuation of the poisonous American presence and the security of her coward soldiers in Afghanistan.

The military wing of the Raheel-Nawaz regime led by General Raheel, reacts promptly to any incident within the country to create an impression that he is a brave and strong man. However, his inaction and neglect towards the continuous Indian aggression on Line of Control and Working Boundary and Indian oppression in Kashmir have established that he is neither brave nor strong before the open enemies of Muslims. Had he been brave and strong, he would have from the very first day given such a strong befitting response to Indian aggression, that the Hindu State would have thought a hundred times before committing further aggression against the Muslims of Kashmir. In reality, General Raheel is weak-willed and has allowed himself to be a slave to Washington and according to the wishes of his master, he has engaged Pakistan’s armed forces completely in America’s war against the tribal Muslims, retreating from the decades long India-centric focus of the armed forces and so India is relieved from its nightmare of facing the lions of Pakistan’s armed forces.

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan confirms that statements of condemnation, requests to international community to play her role and demands of implementing UN resolutions will never end the oppression of the Muslims of Kashmir nor can they liberate Kashmir from Indian occupation. The issue of Kashmir will only be resolved when a truly strong and brave man, a Khaleefa Rashid, ruling by Islam, will declare Jihad to attain the glad tidings of the Messenger of Allah (saaw) about the conquest of Hind and mobilize the mighty army of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood. If India can neither eliminate a few thousand mujahideens nor extinguish the desire of liberation from the Muslims of Kashmir, then how will the Hindu State be able to face the mighty army of the Khilafah? Therefore Hizb ut-Tahrir asks the sincere officers of Pakistan’s armed forces to provide Nusrrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir, under its Ameer, the eminent statesman and jurist, Sheikh Ata Ibn Khalil Abu Al-Rashta, to establish Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood and respond to the cries of their Muslims brothers and sisters of Kashmir according to the command of Allah (swt).

وَمَا لَكُمْ لاَ تُقَاتِلُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلْوِلْدَانِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَآ أَخْرِجْنَا مِنْ هَـٰذِهِ ٱلْقَرْيَةِ ٱلظَّالِمِ أَهْلُهَا

“And what is wrong with you that you fight not in the Cause of Allâh, and for those weak and oppressed among men, women, and children, whose cry is: Our Lord! Rescue us from this town whose people are oppressors”(Al-Nisa:75)

صرف خلافت ہی کشمیر کو آزادی دلائے گی

کشمیر کے مسلمان ہندو جارحیت کے خلاف افواج پاکستان کے جہاد کا انتظار کر رہے ہیں

ہندو ریاست نے ایک بار پھر کشمیر میں مسلمانوں پر ظلم و ستم کے پہاڑ توڑ ڈالے ہیں۔ 8 جولائی بروز جمعہ مجاہد برہان ونی کی شہادت کے بعد سے مقبوضہ کشمیر میں شروع ہونے مظاہروں میں اب تک بیس سے زائد کشمیری مسلمانوں کو بھارتی سیکیورٹی فورسز نے شہید اور کئی کشمیری رہنماوں کو قید کر دیا ہے۔ اس بھارتی وحشت اور درندگی کے خلاف راحیل-نواز حکومت کے دفتر خارجہ نے ایک روایتی بیان جاری کر دیا کہ، “ونی اور دیگر کئی معصوم کشمیریوں کا قتل قابل مذمت ہے۔۔۔۔۔ اس قسم کے ظالمانہ اقدامات اقوام متحدہ کی قراردادوں کے مطابق جموں کشمیر کے بہادر لوگوں کو اپنی حق خود ارادیت کی جدوجہد سے باز نہیں رکھ سکتے”۔

کشمیر سمیت تمام مسلم مقبوضہ علاقوں میں قابض کفار مسلمانوں کی مزاحمتی جدوجہد کو ختم کرنے کے لئے درندگی کی ہر حد کو پار کرتے جا رہے ہیں۔ افسوس ناک بات یہ ہے کہ وہ یہ سب کچھ پڑوس میں ہی لاکھوں کی تعداد میں موجود مسلم افواج کی موجودگی کے باوجود کرتے ہیں جیسا کہ افواج پاکستان جو دنیا کی ساتویں بڑی فوج اور اس کی آرمی دنیا کی چھٹی بڑی آرمی ہے۔ کفار کو قطعاً اس بات کا کوئی خوف نہیں ہوتا کہ ان کا ظلم و ستم ان عظیم مسلم افواج کو حرکت میں آنے پر مجبور نہ کر دے کیونکہ انہیں اس بات کا یقین ہوتا ہے کہ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار کسی صورت مظلوم مسلمانوں کو کفار کے ظلم و ستم سے نجات دلانے کے لئے مسلم افواج کو حرکت میں آنے ہی نہ دیں گے۔ اب جب ایک بار پھر قابض ہندو ریاست نے کشمیر میں ظلم و ستم کی نئی تاریخ انہی کے خون سے رقم کر دی ہے تو راحیل-نواز حکومت جو افغانستان میں امریکی موجودگی اور اس کے بزدل فوجیوں کے تحفظ کو یقینی بنانے کے لئے دو لاکھ کے قریب افواج پاکستان کو قبائلی علاقوں میں بھیج دیتی ہے اور لاکھوں قبائلی مسلمانوں کو اپنے ہی ملک میں کیمپوں میں سالوں تک رہنے پر مجبور کر دیتی ہے لیکن کشمیری مسلمانوں کو ہندو ظلم و ستم اور قبضے سے کچھ نجات دلانے کے لئے فوج کی ایک کمپنی تک حرکت میں لانے کے لئے تیار نہیں۔

راحیل-نواز حکومت کے عسکری بازو کی نمائندی کرنے والے جنرل راحیل ملک میں ہونے والے کسی بھی واقع پر حرکت میں آکر یہ تاثر دینے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں کہ وہ بہادر اور ایک مضبوط قائد ہے۔ لیکن پچھلے دو سالوں سے لائن آف کنٹرول اور ورکنگ باونڈری پر جاری مسلسل بھارتی جارحیت اور کشمیر میں ہندو ریاست کے ظلم و ستم کے خلاف ان کی بے عملی نے ثابت کر دیا ہے کہ وہ مسلمانوں کے دشمنوں کے سامنے نا تو بہادر ہے اور ناہی مضبوط ۔ اگر وہ مضبوط و بہادر قائد ہوتے تو پہلے ہی دن بھارتی جارح افواج کو لائن آف کنٹرول اور ورکنگ باونڈری پر ایسا منہ توڑ جواب دیتے کہ وہ کشمیری مسلمانوں پر ظلم و ستم کرنے سے قبل سو بار سوچتے۔ حقیقت میں جنرل راحیل کی قوت ارادی کمزور ہے اور خود کو امریکہ کی غلامی میں دے کر اپنے آقا کی مرضی کے مطابق ہی کام کرتے ہیں۔ اس نے مکمل طور پر افواج پاکستان کو قبائلی علاقوں میں امریکہ کی جنگ میں ملوث کر دیا ہے اور کئی دہائیوں سے جاری افواج پاکستان کی بھارت پر مرکوز توجہ کو ہٹا دیا ہے اور اس طرح بھارت کو افواج پاکستان کے شیروں سے بے خوف کر دیا ہے۔

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان واضح کر دینا چاہتی ہے کہ مذمتی بیانات، بین الاقوامی برادری سے کردارا دا کرنے کی التجائیں کرنا اور اقوام متحدہ کی قراردادوں پر عمل درآمد کے مطالبے کرنا کسی صورت نہ تو کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کے مصائب میں کمی کر سکتا ہے اور نہ ہی انہیں بھارتی قبضے سے نجات دلاسکتا ہے۔ کشمیر کا مسئلہ صرف اسی صورت میں حل ہو گا جب حقیقی مضبوط اور بہادر قائد، جو صرف خلیفہ راشد ہوتا ہے، نبوت کے طریقے پر قائم خلافت کی افواج کو رسول اللہ ﷺ کی غزوہ ہند سے متعلق بشارت کے حصول کے لئے جہاد کا اعلان کرےگا۔ اگر بھارت کشمیر میں چند ہزار مسلم مجاہدین کو دہائیوں سے جاری فوج کشی کے باوجود ختم نہیں کر سکا اور نا ہی مسلمانوں کے دلوں سے جذبہ حریت کو ختم کر سکا تو وہ خلافت کی زبردست افواج کا مقابلہ کیسے کر سکے گا؟ لہٰذا حزب التحریر افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران سے مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کے لئے حزب التحریر کو اس کے امیر شیخ عطا بن خلیل ابو الرشتہ کی قیادت میں نصرۃ فراہم کریں اور اپنے کشمیری مسلمان بھائیوں اور بہنوں کی چیخ و پکار پر لبیک کہیں کیونکہ یہی اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کا حکم بھی ہے۔

“بھلا کیا وجہ ہے کہ تم اللہ کی راہ میں اور ان ناتواں مردوں، عورتوں اور ننھے ننھے بچوں کی آزادی کے لئے جہاد نہ کرو؟ جو یوں دعائیں مانگ رہے ہیں کہ اے ہمارے پروردگار! ان ظالموں کی بستی سے ہمیں نجات دے۔” (النساء:75)
