Those responsible for furthering the American War in Pakistan should be put on Trial for their Crimes

Lal Masjid Operation was part of America’s War on Terror

The Supreme Court of Pakistan announced the formation of a judicial commission to fix responsibility for those who were responsible for the casualties during the siege and raid on the Red mosque. The court ordered the formation of the commission while it was aware that then DG ISI and present Army Chief General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani was one of the key players who played an instrumental role in the Lal Masjid massacre on the orders of his former boss General Pervez Musharaf. The Lal Masjid Operation was a turning point in Pakistan’s role in the War on Terror. This was the start of a series of military operations in which the Pakistan Army was dragged in to a War of Fitna by traitors within the military leadership. The brutal manner in which the operation was conducted stoked the flames of anger and rage in the tribal areas of Pakistan and the operation served as a fuel for igniting America’s War of Fitna in Swat and later in FATA.

It was in the immediate aftermath of the Lal Masjid operation that Musharaf ordered an increase in the number of soldiers in Pakistan’s tribal areas, escalating the confrontation in these areas and setting the stage for bigger military operations. On 12 July 2007, US Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs, Richard Boucher, while congratulating Musharaf on the Lal Masjid Operation declared, “This is the vision for Pakistan that President Musharraf has articulated and demonstrated by reiterating his resolve to stop Talibanization in the frontier areas as well as extremism within urban areas such as the Red Mosque compound. It is strongly in the US national interest that Pakistan succeeds in realizing this vision.”

After the downfall of Musharaf, General Kayani took it upon himself to carry on the vision articulated by Richard Boucher and led the Muslim soldiers of Pakistani military in to Swat to fight their own brothers in an operation which led to the displacement of almost 4 million Muslims, the largest internal displacement suffered by the citizens of Pakistan since its creation. Since then tens of thousands of civilians and military personnel have died in a war which is financed by American dollars and which is aimed at securing American interests in the region. Even when the Supreme Court ordered the formation of the judicial commission, General Kayani and Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar were in Brussels pledging their support to their Western masters and ensuring Pakistan’s continued support for this murderous War and ensuring the continuation of Richard Boucher’s vision for Pakistan.

This is the vision of America for Pakistan, which was religiously implemented by her slave General Musharaf, and which continues to be implemented by America’ Guardian in Pakistan General Kayani. Hizb ut-Tahrir advocates an alternate vision for Pakistan, where Pakistan’s armed forces will be used to protect its own people and not do America’s bidding in the region. Where Pakistan’s armed forces, together with their brothers in the Pashtun areas push America out of this region and annex Afghanistan, Pakistan and Central Asia in to a single Islamic state; the second Khilafah e Rashidah. The Khilafah which will liberate Kashmir from the clutches of the HinduState, which will implement divine laws on its citizens and which will unite the resources of Muslim lands for the benefit of its own people. O People of Nussrah! We ask you then, which vision do you support? General Kayani’s vision or Hizb ut-Tahrir’s vision for Pakistan?

پاکستان میں امریکی جنگ کو ہوا دینے والوں پر مقدمہ چلایا جانا چاہیے

لال مسجد آپریشن دہشت گردی کے خلاف امریکی جنگ کا ہی حصہ تھا

سپریم کورٹ آف پاکستان نے لال مسجد پر حملے اور اس دوران ہونے والی اموات کے ذمہ داروں کے تعین کے لیے ایک عدالتی کمیشن بنانے کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ عدالت نے اس بات کو جاننے کے باوجود کہ اس وقت کے آئی۔ایس۔آئی کے سربراہ اور موجود آرمی چیف جنرل اشفاق پرویز کیانی نے اپنے سابقہ سربراہ جنرل پرویز مشرف کے حکم پر لال مسجد سانحہ میں ایک اہم کردار ادا کیا تھا، اس کمیشن کے قیام کا حکم جاری کیا ہے۔ امریکہ کی دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ میں پاکستان کے کردار کے حوالے سے لال مسجد آپریشن ایک اہم موڑ تھا۔ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے اس سانحہ کے بعد قبائلی علاقوں میں فوجی آپریشنز شروع کیے اور پاکستان آرمی کو فتنے کی اس جنگ میں ملوث کیا۔ جس ظالمانہ طریقے سے یہ آپریشن کیا گیا اس نے پاکستان کے قبائلی علاقوں میں غصے اور نفرت کی آگ لگا دی اور اس آپریشن نے سوات اور اور پھر فاٹا میں امریکی فتنے کی جنگ کو بھڑکانے میں اہم کردار ادا کیا۔

لال مسجد آپریشن کے فوراً بعد مشرف نے پاکستان کے قبائلی علاقوں میں فوجیوں کی تعداد بڑھانے کا حکم دیا جس کے نتیجے میں ان علاقوں میں کشیدگی بڑھ گئی اور بڑے فوجی آپریشنز کرنے کی راہ ہموارکی گئی۔ 12 جولائی 2007 کو جنوبی اور وسطی ایشیائی امور کے لیے امریکہ کے اسسٹنٹ سیکرٹری آف سٹیٹ رچرڈ بائوچر نے لال مسجد آپریشن پر مشرف کو مبارک باد دیتے ہوئے کہا: “یہ پاکستان کے مستقبل کا ویژن (vision) ہے، جو مشرف نے بیان کیا اور جو مشرف کے شمالی علاقوں میں طالبانائزیشن کے خاتمے اور شہری علاقوں جیسا کہ لال مسجد میں انتہاء پسندی کے خاتمے کے عزم کے اعادے سے ظاہر ہے۔ یہ امریکہ کے بہترین قومی مفاد میں ہے کہ پاکستان مستقبل کے اس ویژن (vision) کو پورا کرنے میں کامیاب رہے”۔

مشرف کے جانے کے بعد جنرل کیانی نے رچرڈ باؤچر کے ویژن کو آگے بڑھانے کی ذمہ داری اٹھالی اور پاکستان کی افواج کو سوات میں اپنے مسلمان بھائیوں کے خلاف آپریشن پر مجبور کیا جس کے نتیجے میں پاکستان کے قیام کے بعد سب سے بڑی اندرونِ ملک ہجرت کا واقع پیش آیا جس میں تقریباً چالیس لاکھ لوگوں کو اپنا گھر بار چھوڑنا پڑا۔ اس آپریشن کے بعد سے اب تک ہزاروں فوجی اور شہری اس جنگ کی نذر ہو چکے ہیں، وہ جنگ جس کو امریکی ڈالروں سے لڑا جا رہا ہے اور جس کا مقصد خطے میں امریکی مفادات کو پورا کرنا ہے۔ جس وقت سپریم کورٹ نے عدالتی کمیشن کے قیام کا حکم نامہ جاری کیا اس وقت بھی جنرل کیانی اور وزیر خارجہ حنا ربانی کھر براسلز میں اپنے مغربی آقاوں کو اپنی وفاداری اور رچرڈ باؤچر کے پاکستان سے متعلق ویژن کو جاری و ساری رکھنے کی یقین دہانی کرا رہے تھے۔

یہ ہے امریکہ کا پاکستان کے لیے ویژن جس کو پوری قوت سے امریکہ کے غلام جنرل مشرف نے نافذ کیا تھا اور اس کے جانے کے بعد پاکستان میں امریکی مفادات کا محافظ جنرل کیانی مسلسل اس ویژن کو نافذ کر رہا ہے۔ حزب التحریر پاکستان کے لیے ایک متباد ل ویژن رکھتی ہے اور اس بات کی طرف دعوت دیتی ہے کہ پاکستان کی فوج خطے میں امریکی مفادات کے تحفظ کے لیے نہیں بلکہ صرف اور صرف پاکستان کے عوام کے تحفظ کے لیے لڑے گی۔ ایک ایسے پاکستان کا ویژن جس کی فوج پشتون علاقوں میں اپنے بھائیوں کے ساتھ مل کر امریکہ کو خطے سے نکال باہر کرے گئی اور افغانستان، پاکستان اور وسطی ایشیأ کو ایک ریاست میں شامل کر کے دوسری خلافت راشدہ کو قائم کرے گی۔ وہ خلافت جو کشمیر کو ہندو ریاست سے آزادی دلوائے گی، اپنے شہریوں پر اسلام کو نافذکرے گی اور مسلم علاقوں کے وسائل کو اپنے شہریوں کے مفادات کو پورا کرنے کے لیے یکجا اور انھیں استعمال کرے گی۔ اے اہل قوت! ہم آپ سے پوچھتے ہیں آپ کس ویژن کی حمائت کرتے ہیں؟ جنرل کیانی کے ویژن کی یا پھر حزب التحریر کے ویژن کی؟
