Launch of Booklet on the Obligation of Khilafah Written By Naveed Butt, Before His Abduction

Today, 11 November 2014, two and half years have passed since the Official Spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Pakistan, Naveed Butt, was abducted by government agency thugs. Naveed’s only crime was that he dedicated his life for Islam, so that this precious Ummah could understand Islam and strive with Hizb ut-Tahrir for Islam’s complete implementation through the establishment of Khilafah.

Since the destruction of the Khilafah in 1924 CE, the Ummah has been drowned in crises and she is in search of true liberation. The Muslims of Pakistan know that they had a magnificent past under the Khilafah, but they must remember that the Khilafah is an Obligation (Fard) from Islam, which compelled every previous generation of Muslims to sacrifice for this Fard. In order to revive the neglected Obligation of the establishment of Khilafah, Naveed Butt, spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Pakistan, wrote a booklet on this subject, “Establishing Khilafah is the Mother of all Obligations” before his abduction on 11 May 2012. In this clear and detailed booklet, Naveed discusses the Obligation of Khilafah and gives explicit evidences from Quran, Sunnah and Ijma as-Sahaba, so that there is no doubt left for any Muslim about the Obligation of establishing Khilafah.

On the passing of two and half years of his abduction, Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan has launched this booklet in its original Urdu and in its translation into English. It is launched for the benefit of Muslims and a reminder of their noble son, Naveed Butt, who remains in the dungeons of the tyrants. Now it is upon every Muslim to strive with Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of this Mother of All Obligations, as per the methodology of the Prophet (saw), for success in this Dunya and the Aakhira.

نوید بٹ کو رہا کرو!

خلافت کی فرضیت پرنوید بٹ کا تحریر کردہ کتابچہ جاری کردیا گیا (یہ کتابچہ اغوا سے قبل لکھا گیا  تھا)

آج 11 نومبر 2014 کو پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کے ترجمان نوید بٹ کو حکومتی ایجنسیوں کے غنڈوں کے ہاتھوں اغوا ہوئے ڈھائی سال مکمل ہو گئے ہیں۔  نوید بٹ کا جرم محض یہ تھا کہ اسلام کے نام پر قائم پاکستان میں انہوں نے اپنی زندگی اسلام کے لئے وقف کر رکھی تھی تا کہ یہ پیاری امت اسلام کو سمجھ سکے اور خلافت کے قیام کے ذریعےاسلام کے مکمل نفاذ کے لئے حزب التحریر کی جدوجہد کا حصہ بن جائے۔

1924 میں خلافت کے خاتمے کے بعد  امت مسلمہ کئی بحرانوں میں ڈوب گئی اور وہ ایک حقیقی آزادی کی تلاش میں سرکردہ رہی ہے۔ پاکستان کے مسلمان یہ بات تو جانتے تھے کہ ہمارا شاندار ماضی خلافت ہی کے مرہون منت تھا لیکن ان کے لیے یہ بھی جاننا ضروری تھا  کہ خلافت کا قیام اسلام نے فرض قرار دیا ہے جس کی بنا پر ماضی میں مسلمانوں نے نسل در نسل اس فرض کی حفاظت کی ہے۔ خلافت کے قیام کی فرضیت کے اس بھولے ہوئے سبق کی یاد دہانی کے لئے پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کے ترجمان نوید بٹ نے اس موضوع پر ایک کتابچہ “خلافت کا قیام اُمّ الفرائض ہے” 11 مئی 2012 کو اپنے اغوا سے قبل لکھا تھا۔ اس کتابچہ میں نوید بٹ نے خلافت کے قیام کی فرضیت پر قرآن، سنت اور اجماع اصحابہ سے واضح اور کھلے دلائل پیش کیے ہیں تا کہ کسی مسلمان کے ذہن میں خلافت کے قیام کی فرضیت کے حوالے سے کوئی شک و شبہ باقی نہ رہ جائے۔

نوید بٹ کے اغوا کے ڈھائی سال مکمل ہونے پر حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان نے اس کتاب کو  اس کی اصل زبان اردو اور انگریزی ترجمے میں جاری کردیا ہے۔ یہ کتاب اس لئے جاری کی گئی ہے کہ مسلمان اس کتاب سے فائدہ اٹھانے کے ساتھ ساتھ اس امت کے قابل قدر بیٹے نوید بٹ کو بھی یاد رکھیں جو اس وقت بھی ظالم و جابر حکمرانوں کی قید میں ہیں۔ نوید بٹ کا تحریر کردہ یہ کتابچہ “خلافت کا قیام اُمّ الفرائض ہے” درج ذیل پتے سے ڈاون لوڈ کیا جاسکتا ہے:

اب یہ ذمہ داری ہر مسلمان پر عائد ہوتی ہے کہ وہ اس “اُمّ الفرائض” کے لئے منہج نبوی کے مطابق سعی اور کوشش  حزب التحریر کے ساتھ مل کر کرے تاکہ وہ دنیا اور آخرت میں سرخرو ہو سکے۔
