Liberate Kashmir Through Jihad by Armed Forces

Why Lose Through Negotiations that Which Would Never be Lost on the Battlefield?

The injustice of the Hindu State knows no limits. Within days of hoisting a Kashmiri youth as a “human shield” on an Indian military jeep, there are now videos revealing Kashmiri youth being forced to shout anti-Pakistan slogans and being beaten mercilessly as a humiliation. And these actions add to the flood of injustices unleashed upon the Muslims of occupied Kashmir, including killing, blinding, maiming and raping.

These, then, are the actions of the Hindu State, and these actions are consistent with the general nature of the Hindu State whether now or in the past. It is this Hindu State that has illegally occupied Kashmir and brutally suppressed its brave resistance. It is this Hindu State that has ensured the continual oppression of its own Muslim citizens for almost seventy years. It is this Hindu State that has oppressed non-Muslim minorities such as the Sikhs and the Christians, inspiring several separatist movements that weaken India from within. It is this Hindu State that continues to permit the underhand oppression of many of its own Hindus, cruelly termed as ‘Untouchables,’ confirming the inability of the Hindu ruling elite of establishing justice. It is this Hindu State that works tirelessly to undermine Pakistan’s stability through its shadowy RAW intelligence arm. The Hindu State’s continuously belligerent stance confirms the deep enmity of the mushrikeen towards the believers,

لَتَجِدَنَّ أَشَدَّ النَّاسِ عَدَاوَةً لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا

“You will surely find that of all the people, the most hostile to the believers are the Jews and the mushrikeen.” [Surah al-Maidah 5:82]

Yet, despite the reality of the Hindu State, the current rulers of Pakistan insist that the way to peace and prosperity is to have dialogue and negotiations with it! How, when it is known that the Hindu State wastes no opportunity to strike at Muslims? How, when even if the Muslims of occupied Kashmir are granted some degree of authority, the Indians will not contain their mischief against such a small state, when they cannot contain their mischief against Pakistan? How, when any concession to the oppressor only encourages more oppression, as it is received as a sign of weakness? How, when such dialogue will achieve for the Hindu State on the negotiation table that which it could never achieve in the battle field over small bands of poorly armed, yet highly motivated Kashmiri mujahiddeen in seven decades? No, far from peace and stability, these despicable rulers seek to herd the Muslims into unprecedented dangers through their call for dialogue and negotiations. They are breathing life into the Hindu elites dream for a Greater India, in which Pakistan is reduced to the status of Bhutan or Nepal, or even a virtual province of India.

The Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood alone is the true guarantor of peace and security for all of the inhabitants of the Indian Subcontinent. It alone is the platform by which the Muslims of this vast Ummah will be gathered as one powerful state against their enemies. It alone is the state which will effectively challenge the relentless hostility of the Hindu State. It through the just dealings with all its citizens, regardless of race or belief, will be a beacon of hope for all those oppressed by the Hindu State. And it alone is the state capable of bringing an end to the Indian occupation of Kashmir, through the mobilization in Jihad of our armed forces.

O sincere officers of Pakistan’s armed forces! Grant the Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir so finally these rulers are uprooted, the second Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood is established and you are mobilized to liberate Kashmir. Don’t listen to these rulers excuses and justifications aimed at paralyzing you, for they are merely speaking on behalf of their foreign masters, who fear you. You are capable of changing the situation of Pakistan, Kashmir, Afghanistan and indeed the entire Muslim World. For this change to be practically realized, you must be led by a Khaleefah Rashid, ruling by Islam, to lead you towards glory, might and honor in this world and the Akhirah. Allah swt said,

يا أيها الذين ءامنوا إِنْ تَنْصُروا اللّـهَ يَنْصُرْكم ويثبِّتْ أقْدامَكم

“O you who believe! If you help (in the cause of) Allah, He will help you and consolidate your foothold.” [Surah Muhammad 47:7]

افواج کو جہاد کے لیے حرکت میں لاؤ اور کشمیر کو آزاد کراؤ

جومعرکہ میدان جنگ میں جیتا جاسکتا ہے اسے مذاکرات کی میز پر کیوں ہار دیں؟

ہندو ریاست کی ناانصافی کی کوئی حد نہیں ہے۔ ابھی ایک کشمیری مسلمان کو “انسانی ڈھال” کے طور پر ایک بھارتی فوجی جیپ کے آگے باندھ کر گاؤں گاؤں گھمائے جانےکے واقع کو گزرےصرف چند دن ہی ہوئے تھے کہ کئی نئی وڈیوز سامنے آئیں ہیں جن میں کشمیری نوجوانوں کو شدید مارا پیٹا جارہا ہے اوراس بات پر مجبور کیا جارہا ہے کہ وہ پاکستان مخالف نعرے لگائیں۔ یہ مظالم مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کے خلاف ہونے والے مظالم کے سیلاب ،قتل، اندھا کرنا، زخمی کرنا اور عصمت دری کے علاوہ ہیں۔

یہ ہندو ریاست کے اعمال ہیں اور یہ اعمال ہندوریاست کے موجودہ یا ماضی کےعمومی مزاج کے مطابق ہیں۔ یہ ہندوریاست ہی ہے جس نے غیر قانونی طور پر کشمیر پر قبضہ کیا اور اس کی بہادارنہ مزاحمت کو کچلنے کے لیےوحشیانہ مظالم ڈھائے۔ یہ ہندوریاست ہی ہے جس نے مسلسل اس بات کو یقینی بنایا ہے کہ اس کے اپنے ہی مسلمان شہری 70 سال سے مظالم کا شکار ہیں۔ یہ ہندوریاست ہی ہے جس نے غیر مسلم اقلیتوں جیسا کہ عیسائی اور سکھ برادری پر مظالم ڈھائے جس کے نتیجے میں کئی علیحدگی کی تحریکوں نے جنم لیا جس نے بھارت کو اندرونی طور پر کمزور کردیا ۔ یہ ہندوریاست ہی ہے جو خاموشی سے اپنے ہی ہندو شہریوں، شودروں پر مظالم ڈھانے کی اجازت دیتی ہے اور اس سے یہ بات ثابت ہوتی ہے کہ ہندو اشرافیہ انصاف کی بنیاد پر حکمرانی کرنے کی اہلیت سے مکمل طور پر نابلد ہے۔ یہ ہندو ریاست ہی ہے جو دن رات اپنے انٹیلی جنس ونگ ‘را’ کے ذریعے پاکستان کو عدم استحکام کا شکار کرنے کی کوشش کرتی ہے۔ ہندوریاست کا مستقل جارحانہ رویہ   مشرکین کا اہل ایمان کے خلاف انتہائی گہری نفرت و دشمنی کا ثبوت ہے،

لَتَجِدَنَّ أَشَدَّ النَّاسِ عَدَاوَةً لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا

“یقیناً آپ ایمان والوں کا سب سے زیادہ دشمن یہودیوں اور مشرکوں کو پائیں گے”(المائدہ:82)

لیکن ہندوریاست کی اس حقیقت کے باوجود پاکستان کے موجودہ حکمران اس بات پر اصرار کررہے ہیں کہ امن و خوشحالی ہندو ریاست کے ساتھ بات چیت اور مذاکرات کے ذریعے ہی ممکن ہے!امن و خوشحالی کیسے ممکن ہے جبکہ یہ بات ہر با شعور کے علم میں ہے کہ ہندو ریاست مسلمانوں پر حملہ کرنے کا کوئی موقع نہیں چھوڑتی؟ امن و خوشحالی کیسے ممکن ہے اگر مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کو محدود خودمختاری بھی دے دی جائے کیونکہ اگر بھارت پاکستان جیسی بڑی ریاست کے خلاف سازشوں سے باز نہیں آتا تو کیا وہ ایک چھوٹی سے ریاست کے خلاف سازشیں کرنے سے باز آجائے گا؟ امن و خوشحالی کیسے ممکن ہے جب جارح کو کسی بھی قسم کی رعایت دینا اس کی حوصلہ افزائی کا باعث بنتی ہے کیونکہ وہ اسے کمزوری کی علامت کے طور پر دیکھتا ہے؟ امن و خوشحالی کیسے ممکن ہے جب مذاکرات کا مقصد ہندو ریاست کے لیے وہ کامیابی حاصل کرنا ہے جو وہ میدان جنگ میں چھوٹے اور ہلکے اسلحے سے لیس لیکن جوش و جذبے سے بھر پور کشمیری مسلمانوں کے خلاف 70 سالوں میں حاصل نہیں کرسکا؟ بات چیت کا رستہ امن و خوشحالی سے بہت دور ہے کیونکہ یہ بے شرم حکمران بات چیت و مذاکرات کی دعوت کے ذریعے مسلمانوں کو شدید خطرات میں دھکیل رہے ہیں۔ یہ بے شرم حکمران ہندو اشرافیہ کے “اکھنڈ بھارت” کے خواب میں رنگ بھر رہے ہیں جس میں پاکستان کی حیثیت بھوٹان و نیپال   یا عملاً ایک بھارتی صوبے جیسی ہوجائے گی۔

برصغیر پاک و ہند کے تمام رہنے والوں کے لیے امن و خوشحالی کی واحد ضامن نبوت کے طریقے پر قائم خلافت ہی ہے۔ یہ وہ واحد طریقہ ہے جس کے ذریعے اس وسیع امت کو اپنے دشمنوں کے خلاف ایک طاقتور ریاست میں یکجا کیا جائے گا۔ یہ وہ واحد ریاست ہے جو ہندو ریاست کی مسلسل جارحیت کا بھر پور اور موثر جواب دے گی۔ یہ ریاست نسل و مذہب سے بالاتر ہو کر اپنے تمام شہریوں سے انصاف کے ساتھ پیش آئے گی جس کے نتیجے میں ہندو ریاست کے مظالم کا شکار مظلوموں کے لیے یہ ایک روشنی کا مینار ہو گی۔ اور یہ ریاست اکیلے اس قابل ہو گی کہ وہ اپنی افواج کو جہاد کے لیے حرکت میں لاکر کشمیر پر بھارتی قبضے کا خاتمہ کردے گی ۔

افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران! حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ فراہم کریں تا کہ ان حکمرانوں کو اکھاڑ پھینکا جائے، نبوت کے طریقے پر دوسری خلافت قائم کی جائے اور کشمیر کی آزادی کے لیے آپ کو حرکت میں لایا جائے۔ ان حکمرانوں کے بہانوں اور توجیہات کو مت سنیں جن کا مقصد آپ کو مفلوج کرنا ہے کیونکہ یہ حکمران صرف اپنے بیرونی آقاوں کی زبان بولتے ہیں جو آپ سے ڈرتے ہیں۔ آپ پاکستان، کشمیر، افغانستان اور پوری مسلم دنیا کے صورتحال کو تبدیل کرنے کی صلاحیت رکھتے ہیں۔ اس تبدیلی کو حقیقت میں بدلنے کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ آپ کی قیادت اسلام کی بنیاد پر حکمرانی کرنے والا خلیفہ راشد کرے تا کہ عزت و عظمت اور طاقت کی جانب اس دنیا اور آخرت میں آپ کی رہنمائی کرے ۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا،

يا أيها الذين ءامنوا إِنْ تَنْصُروا اللّـهَ يَنْصُرْكم ويثبِّتْ أقْدامَكم

“اے ایمان والو! اگر تم اللہ (کے دین) کی مدد کرو گے تو وہ تمہاری مدد کرے گااور تمہیں ثابت قدم رکھے گا”(محمد:7)
