Liberation of Kashmir is not Possible without Khilafah

Kashmir is a Muslim land and its liberation is an Islamic obligation. Unfortunately successive traitors in Pakistan’s political and military leadership never endeavored sincerely to liberate Kashmir. Pakistan’s Kashmir policy has always been in accordance to American policy towards India. When America wanted to heat up border disputes to pressurize India to bring under her influence, traitors in the political and military leadership of Pakistan extended political, moral and military support to the resistance movement of Kashmiri Muslims. However, when America changed her policy towards India, traitors in the political and military leadership of Pakistan also changed their Kashmir policy and restricted themselves only to moral support, effectively abandoning the Muslims of Kashmir. The treachery of the Raheel-Nawaz regime over the Kashmir issue can be seen by considering that only in the last one year. In both the meetings of the prime ministers in Ufa, Russia, and the national security advisers of two countries in Thailand, Kashmir was not discussed as a core issue. Extending a warm welcome to Narinder Modi, the killer of Muslims in Gujarat and Kashmir, on his way back from Afghanistan, and the crackdown against those groups who are waging Jihad against the Hindu state in occupied Kashmir after the PathanKot incident, further proves that the Raheel-Nawaz regime has abandoned Kashmir and its Muslims. And now in order to provide political support to the governments Kashmir policy, a standing committee of parliament, which includes touts and cronies of the traitors, has “advised” the Raheel-Nawaz regime that they should not support militant organizations in Kashmir, meaning to end support the Jihad for Kashmir.

Kashmir will never be liberated by following the American policy of making friendship with India, or through false hope in the United Nations. Rather Kashmir will only be liberated by Jihad waged by a disciplined Muslim army. Therefore, Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan encourages the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir to continue their military struggle against the Indian occupation, relying on Allah (swt), whilst politically they must demand the mobilization of the Muslim armed forces, making the demand for the Khilafah prominent in their call because the current treacherous rulers will never mobilize for Jihad. And Hizb assures them that it is working vigorously all over the Muslim world including Pakistan for the establishment of Khilafah and that the re-establishment of Khilafah by Allah (swt)’s permission is imminent.

After the re-establishment of the Khilafah, Muslim lands will be brought together under the single flag of the Khilafah. Then its magnificent army accompanied by thousands of Mujaheedin will march towards Srinagar to liberate Occupied Kashmir, striking fear and awe in the enemy, even before the actual fighting begins. Therefore Hizb ut-Tahrir calls upon the Muslims of Pakistan to join Hizb ut-Tahrir to establish Khilafah, in order to liberate themselves from man-made law, treacherous rulers and occupied Kashmir from Indian occupation. Our strength is in Islam and being one entity under the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood. And unless we accomplish the restoration of Islam as a state, we will continue to hold Kashmir Day every year, with Kashmir under occupation by the brutal Hindu mushrikeen. Anas narrated that RasulAllah (saw) said,

جَاهِدُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنْفُسِكُمْ وَأَلْسِنَتِكُمْ

“Fight the mushrikeen with your wealth, yourselves and your tongues.” [Abu Daud]

کشمیر کی آزادی خلافت کے قیام کے بغیر ممکن نہیں

کشمیر ایک مسلم سرمین ہے جس کی آزادی ایک اہم دینی فریضہ ہے۔ لیکن بد قسمتی سے پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے کبھی بھی کشمیر کی آزادی کے لئے مخلص کوشش کی ہی نہیں ہے۔ پاکستان کی کشمیر پالیسی ہمیشہ سے امریکہ کی بھارت کے حوالے سے پالیسی سے جڑی رہی ہے۔ جب امریکہ نے چاہا کہ بھارت کو اپنے حلقہ اثر میں لانے کے لئے تنازعات کو گرم کیا جائے تو پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے کشمیر کی مزاحمتی تحریک کی سیاسی، اخلاقی اور عسکری معاونت کی۔ لیکن جب امریکہ نے بھارت کے حوالےسے اپنی پالیسی تبدیل کی تو پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے خود کو کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کی اخلاقی حمایت تک محدود کرلیا اور عملاً کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کو تنہا چھوڑ دیا۔ پچھلے ایک سال میں کشمیر کے حوالے سے راحیل-نواز حکومت کے اخلاص کا اندازہ اس بات سے لگایا جاسکتا ہے کہ چاہے دونوں ممالک کے وزرائے اعظم کی روس کے شہراوفا میں ملاقات ہو یا تھائی لینڈ میں دونوں ممالک کے قومی سلامتی کے مشیروں کی ملاقات، کہیں بھی کشمیر اصل مسئلہ کے طور پربحث میں نہیں رہا۔ افغانستان سے واپسی پر گجرات و کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کے قاتل نریندر مودی کا پاکستان میں شاندار استقبال کرنا اور واقع پٹھان کوٹ کے بعد اُن تنظیموں کے خلاف جو ہندو ریاست کے خلاف مقبوضہ کشمیر میں جہاد کررہے ہیں کریک ڈاون کرنا ، اس بات کو ثابت کرتا ہے کہ راحیل-نواز حکومت کشمیر اور اس کے مسلمانوں سے دستبردار ہو چکی ہے۔   اور حکومت کی اس پالیسی کو سیاسی کندھا فراہم کرنے کے لئےیوم کشمیر سے صرف چند دن قبل پارلیمنٹ کی اسٹینڈنگ کمیٹی، جس میں غداروں کے ٹاوٹ اور ساتھی بیٹھے ہیں، نے راحیل-نوازحکومت کو “مشورہ “دیا کہ وہ کشمیر کی عسکری تنظیموں کی حمایت نہ کرے یعنی جہاد کشمیر کی حمایت نہ کرے۔

امریکہ کی پالیسی پر چل کر بھارت سے دوستی کر کے یا اقوام متحدہ سے امید باندھ کر کشمیر کبھی آزاد نہیں ہوگا۔ کشمیر صرف اور صرف مسلم افواج کے منظم جہاد کے ذریعے ہی آزاد ہوگا۔ لہٰذا حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مسلمانوں سے یہ کہتی ہے کہ وہ صرف اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ پر توکل کرتے ہوئے بھارت کے غاصبانہ قبضے کے خلاف اپنی عسکری جدوجہد جاری رکھیں اور اس کے ساتھ ساتھ اپنی سیاسی جدوجہد میں مسلم افواج سے حرکت میں آنے اور خلافت کے قیام کا مطالبہ کریں کیونکہ موجودہ غدار مسلم حکمران کبھی بھی جہاد کے لئے حرکت میں نہیں آئیں گے۔ حزب ان کو یقین دلاتی ہے کہ وہ پاکستان سمیت پوری مسلم دنیامیں خلافت کے قیام کی بھر پور جدوجہد کررہی ہے اورخلافت کا قیام اللہ کے اذن سے مسلم دنیا میں ہوا ہی چاہتا ہے۔

خلافت کے قیام کے فوراً بعد تمام مسلم علاقوں کو خلافت کے جھنڈے تلے یکجا کیا جائے گا اور پھر اس کی عظیم افواج اور ہزاروں لاکھوں مجاہدین مقبوضہ کشمیر کی آزادی کے لئے سرینگر کی جانب چلیں گے اور ان کا رعب ودبدبہ ہی اس قدر ہوگا کہ کفار ان کا سامنا کرنے کی ہمت بھی نہ کریں گے۔ لہٰذا حزب التحریر پاکستان کے مسلمانوں سے مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ خود کو انسانوں کے بنائے ہوئے نظام، غدار قیادت اور کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کو ہندو ریاست کے غاصبانہ قبضے سے آزادی دلانے کے لئے پاکستان میں خلافت کی قیام کی جدوجہد میں حزب التحریر کے ساتھ شامل ہوجائیں۔ ہماری طاقت اسلام میں ہےاور نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کی صورت میں ایک اکائی بننے میں ہے۔ اور جب تک ہم اسلام کو ایک ریاست کی صورت میں قائم نہیں کریں گے ہم ہر سال یوم کشمیر ہی مناتے رہیں گے جبکہ کشمیر ہندو مشرکین کے قبضے میں ہی رہے گا۔ انس سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا،

جَاهِدُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنْفُسِكُمْ وَأَلْسِنَتِكُمْ

“لڑو مشرکین سے اپنے مال، اپنی جان اور اپنی زبانوں سے”(ابو داود)
