Military Alliance of Thirty Four Muslims Countries Against Syria’s Blessed Revolution

To Prevent the Return of the Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood, Treacherous Rulers of Muslims Side with the Crusader West

On Tuesday, 15^th December 2015, Saudi Arabia announced the formation of a 34-state Islamic military coalition to combat “terrorism.” It was announced in the declaration that “The countries here mentioned have decided on the formation of a military alliance led by Saudi Arabia to fight terrorism, with a joint operations center based in Riyadh to coordinate and support military operations.” The largest contingent in this new alliance are Pakistani and Egyptian troops, some of the most capable troops in the world. Then, the very next day, after initial ambiguity, the Pakistan government confirmed its participation in a Saudi-led military alliance for ‘fighting terrorism.’ “Pakistan… is awaiting further details to decide the extent of its participation in different activities of the alliance,” a statement issued by the Foreign Office said.

After the American failure to suppress the desire of Islam and its Khilafah in Syria and in the Muslim World, she has decided to form a military alliance of the treacherous rulers of Muslims, under the leadership of the so-called Guardian of the Haramain. America knows that if she intervenes to stop the establishment of Khilafah in Syria or anywhere else, then her opposition will confirm to the Muslims that their Khilafah has arrived. In the last fifteen years, military intervention by America and its crusader alliance in Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as political conferences hosted in Western capitals, have failed to deceive and defeat the Muslims. So now America is playing its very last card by ordering the ruler of the most sacred land, wearing Islamic garb as a deception, to formulate a political and military alliance to prevent America’s greatest fear, the return of the Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood.

However, America is too late as now the Muslims cannot be deceived and the Khilafah project is near imminent completion. When the West, under the guardianship of America, wages a campaign against our beloved Prophet Muhammad (saaw), the rulers of Muslims did not awake from their slumber to mobilize the armies to avenge his (saaw) honor. When the spoiled child of America, the Jewish entity, spilled the blood of Muslims in Palestine in rivers and violated al-Aqsa, the first Kibla, the rulers of Muslim kept the armies chained to their barracks. When the idol-worshiping Hindus slaughtered Muslims and dishonored the chaste Muslim women, the rulers of Muslims did not mobilize the armies. When the Buddhist mushrikeen of Myanmar killed thousands of Rohingya Muslims, burning their bodies, the rulers of Muslims did not mobilize the armies. When Muslims of Central African Republic were burned alive and expelled from their land, the rulers of Muslims did not mobilize the armies. When America and the Western crusaders invaded Afghanistan and Iraq, and spilling blood in rivers, the rulers of Muslims did not mobilize armies in defense of Muslims, rather they assisted the crusaders as much as they could. The First Kibla of Muslims, Al-Aqsa has been under Jewish occupation for nearly five decades, yet the rulers of Muslims have never mobilized the armies even though they vastly exceed the Jewish army in both numbers and bravery. Rather than mobilizing armies in defense of Muslims, these treacherous rulers shamelessly plead to the kuffar, open enemies of Muslims, to resolve the oppression! These treacherous rulers never lift a finger to defend Muslims and their sanctities, but upon American orders become one immediately. Certainly, America, the treacherous rulers of Muslims and others cannot prevent the return of the Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood. Moreover, their increasingly desperate efforts reveals that the enemies of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw) are running out of conspiracies and the return of Islam in a magnificent way is imminent.

O sincere officers in the Pakistan’s armed forces! Is there still something left to convince you of the deep treachery of the American agents embedded in Pakistan’s political and military leadership?  When they are asked to protect the interests of Islam and Muslims, they cry and wail regarding their weakness and the “sanctity” of international borders. However, when their lord and master, America, orders them, then they neither complain of weakness nor the sanctity of borders that were carved by the hands of the colonialists to divide and weaken the Muslims. Indeed, the time of the return of the Khilafah is near, therefore you must mobilize in defense of your Ummah, uproot the traitors in the political and military leadership, give Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the return of the Khilafah and seize the reward which was only seized once before by the Ansar (ra) of Madinah. And know that even the entire whole world cannot stop the return of Islam as an authority and state, as it is the promise of Allah (swt) and glad tidings of His Messenger (saaw). The master of the Prophets, RasulAllah (saaw) said,

ثم تکون خلافۃ علیٰ منہاج النوۃ

“And there will be Khilafah on the method o Prophethood” (Ahmed)

It is not allowed for you to shed your pure blood whilst fighting against Islam and Muslims in obedience to treacherous rulers imposed on your necks, in an effort to prevent the return of the Khilafah as it is about to arise. Do not submit to treachery, for then no one can save you from severe humiliation in this world and severe punishment in Hereafter. The Lord of the Worlds, Allah (swt) warned,

أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ بَدَّلُواْ نِعْمَةَ ٱللَّهِ كُفْراً وَأَحَلُّواْ قَوْمَهُمْ دَارَ ٱلْبَوَارِ ط جَهَنَّمَ يَصْلَوْنَهَا وَبِئْسَ ٱلْقَرَارُ

“Have you not seen those who have changed the Blessings of Allah into disbelief, and caused their people to dwell in the house of destruction? Hell, in which they will burn, – and what an evil place to settle in!” (Ibraheem:28-29)

O Progeny of Khalid (ra), Salahudeen and Muhammad bin Qasim! The world has become clearly divided into two groups and the time has come to decide. There is the group led by the Crusader America and putting each and every effort in their reach to stop the return of Islam as its State of Khilafah, though their failure is assured. And then their is the group working for the return of Islam as its Khilafah state and their success and reward is assured. So the wise will expend their efforts in becoming part of the fulfillment of the promise of Allah (swt) and the glad tidings of His Messenger (saaw) and attain success in this world and the Hereafter.

يٰأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُوۤاْ إِن تَنصُرُواْ ٱللَّهَ يَنصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ

“O you who believe! If you help (in the cause of) Allah, He will help you, and make your foothold firm.” (Muhammad:07)

شام کے مقدس انقلاب کے خلاف سعودی عرب کی سربراہی میں چونتیس مسلم ممالک کا فوجی اتحاد

نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کو روکنےکے لئے غدار مسلم حکمران مغربی صلیبیوں کے ساتھ کھڑے ہو گئے ہیں

بروز منگل، 15 دسمبر 2015 کو سعودی عرب نے مبینہ دہشت گردی کے خلاف لڑنے کے نام پر چونتیس مسلم ممالک کے فوجی اتحاد کو اعلان کیا۔ اعلان میں کہا گیا ہے کہ “جن ممالک کا ذکر کیا گیا ہے انہوں نے فیصلہ کیا ہے کہ وہ سعودی عرب کی قیادت میں دہشت گردی کے خلاف لڑیں گے جس کے مشترکہ آپریشن کا مرکز ریاض میں ہوگا جو پیغام رسانی اور فوجی آپریشنز میں معاونت کرے گا”۔ اس نئے اتحاد میں سب سے زیادہ فوجی پاکستان اور مصر کے ہیں جو دنیا کی چند سب سے زیادہ باصلاحیت افواج میں سے ایک ہیں۔ سعودی اعلان کے اگلے دن پہلے پاکستان کی جانب سے اس اتحاد میں اپنی شمولیت پر حیرت کا اظہار کیا گیا لیکن پھر وزارت خارجہ نے سعودی عرب کی سربراہی میں “دہشت گردی” کے خلاف فوجی اتحاد میں شمولیت کی تصدیق کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ “پاکستان مزید تفصیلات کا منتظر ہے تا کہ فیصلہ کر سکے کہ اتحاد کی مختلف سرگرمیوں میں کس حد تک شریک ہوگا”۔

شام اور پوری مسلم دنیا میں اسلام اور اس کی خلافت کے لیے بڑھتی چاہت کو روکنے کی کوششوں میں ناکامی کے بعد امریکہ نے اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے خلاف نام نہاد خادمین حرمین کی قیادت میں غدار مسلم حکمرانوں کا فوجی اتحاد قائم کر دیا ہے۔ امریکہ یہ جانتا ہے کہ اگر اس نے خلافت کے قیام کو روکنے کے لئے شام یا کسی بھی دوسرے مقام پر مداخلت کی تو مسلمانوں پر واضح ہو جائے گا کہ ان کی خلافت آگئی ہے۔ پچھلے پندرہ سالوں میں عراق و افغانستان میں امریکہ اور اس کی اتحادی صلیبیوں کی فوجی مداخلت اور مغربی ممالک میں منعقد کی جانے والی کانفرسیں مسلمانوں کو دھوکہ اور شکست دینے میں ناکام رہیں ہیں۔ اور اب امریکہ نے اپنا آخری پتہ کھیلنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے اور دھوکہ دینے کے لئے مسلمانوں کی سب سے مقدس سرزمین پر مسلط اسلامی لبادہ پہنے ایجنٹ سعودی حکمران کوحکم دیا ہے کہ وہ امریکہ کے سب سے بڑے خوف، نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کی واپسی کو روکنے کے لئے مسلم ممالک پر مشتمل سیاسی و فوجی اتحاد کی قیادت کرے۔

لیکن امریکہ کو بہت تاخیر ہو چکی ہے کیونکہ اب مسلمان دھوکہ کھانے والے نہیں اور خلافت کے قیام کا منصوبہ پورا ہونے کے قریب ہے۔ جب مغرب امریکہ کی سرپرستی میں ہمارے پیارے رسول اللہ ﷺ کی توہین کرتا ہے تو مسلم حکمران خواب غفلت سے نہیں جاگتے اور توہین کا بدلہ لینے کے لئے فوجوں کو حرکت میں نہیں لاتے۔ جب امریکہ کا بگڑا بچہ یہودی وجود فلسطین میں نہتے مسلمانوں کے خون کو پانی کی طرح بہاتا ہے اور قبلہ اول کی بے حرمتی کرتا ہے تو مسلم حکمران اپنی افواج کے پیروں میں بیڑیاں ڈال کر بیرکوں میں بند کر دیتے ہیں۔ جب مشرک ہندو کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کا قتل عام اور عورتوں کی بے حرمتی کرتے ہیں تو مسلم حکمران افواج کو حرکت میں نہیں لاتے۔ جب برما کے بدھست مشرک ہزاروں روہنگیا مسلمانوں کو قتل اور جلا کر مارتے ہیں تو مسلم حکمران افواج کو حرکت میں نہیں لاتے۔ جب وسطی افریقی ملک میں مسلمانوں کو زندہ جلا کر مارا جاتا ہے اور انہیں جلا وطن کیا جاتا ہے تو مسلم حکمران افواج کو حرکت میں نہیں لاتے۔ جب امریکہ اور مغربی صلیبی افغانستان و عراق پر حملہ آور ہوتے ہیں اور لاکھوں مسلمانوں کا خون بہاتے ہیں تو مسلم حکمران مسلمانوں کے تحفظ کے لئے افواج کو حرکت میں نہیں لائے بلکہ جس قدر ممکن تھا صلیبیوں کی مدد کی۔ مسلمانوں کے قبلہ اول، بیت المقدس پر نجس یہودی وجود کو قابض ہوئے پچاس سال ہونے کو ہیں لیکن مسلم حکمرانوں نے افواج کو حرکت میں آنے کا حکم نہیں دیا جبکہ مسلم افواج تعداد اور بہادری میں یہود کی فوج سے کہیں زیادہ آگے ہیں۔ بلکہ ہمیشہ غدار حکمرانوں نے ظلم کے خاتمے کے لئے افواج کو حرکت میں لانے کی جگہ بے شرموں کی طرح کفار سے ہی مدد مانگی ہے، جو کہ مسلمانوں کے کھلے دشمن ہیں۔ بیت المقدس اور مسلمانوں کی پاسبانی کے لئے کبھی ایک نہ ہونے والے غدار ایجنٹ حکمران امریکی حکم پر فوراً ایک ہوگئے۔ یقیناً امریکہ، غدار مسلم حکمران اور پوری دنیا مل کر بھی نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کی واپسی کو روک نہیں سکتے۔ بلکہ مایوسی کے عالم میں ان کا پورا زور لگانا اس بات کی نشانی ہے کہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کے دشمنوں کے پاس سازشوں کے ہتھیار ختم ہوتے جا رہے ہیں اور اسلام کی شاندار واپسی اب عنقریب ہے۔

افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران! کیا سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود امریکی ایجنٹوں کی غداری ثابت کرنے میں اب بھی کوئی کسر باقی رہ گئی ہے؟ جب ان سے اسلام اورمسلمانوں کے مفادات کی حفاظت کے لئے حرکت میں آنے کا کہا جاتا ہے تو یہ اپنی کمزوری اور بین الاقوامی سرحدوں کے تقدس کا رونا روتے ہیں۔ لیکن جب ان کا آقا، امریکہ، انہیں حکم دیتا ہے تو نہ کوئی کمزوری رہتی ہے اور ناہی مسلمانوں کو تقسیم اور کمزورکرنے والی ان نام نہاد سرحدوں کا تقدس باقی رہتا ہے جنہیں استعماری طاقتوں نے اپنے ہاتھوں سے بنایا تھا۔ یقیناً خلافت کے قیام کا وقت قریب آ رہا ہے، لہٰذا اپنی امت کے تحفظ کے لئے حرکت میں آو، سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کو اکھاڑ پھینکوں، خلافت کے قیام کے لئے حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ فراہم کرو اور اس اجر کو حاصل کر لو جو اس سے قبل صرف مدینہ کے انصار رضی اللہ عنھم کے حصے میں آیا تھا۔ اور یہ جان لو کہ پوری دنیا مل کر بھی اقتدار و اختیار کی صورت میں اسلام کی واپسی کو روک نہیں سکتی کیونکہ یہ اللہ کا وعدہ اور رسول اللہ ﷺ کی بشارت ہے۔ رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا،

ثم تکون خلافۃ علیٰ منہاج النوۃ

(اور پھر خلافت قائم ہو گی نبوت کے طریقے پر “(احمد”

اور یہ بھی جان لو کہ خود پر مسلط غدار حکمرانوں کی اطاعت میں اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے خلاف لڑتے ہوئے اپنا خون بہانا تمہارے لئے جائز نہیں تا کہ اس خلافت کو روک سکوں جو کہ اب قائم ہونے ہی والی ہے۔ غداروں اور ان کے غداری کے سامنے مت جھکوں ورنہ تمہیں دنیا میں شدید رسوائی اور آخرت کے شدید عذاب سے کوئی بچا نہیں سکے گا۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ خبردار کرتے ہوئے فرماتے ہیں،

أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ بَدَّلُواْ نِعْمَةَ ٱللَّهِ كُفْراً وَأَحَلُّواْ قَوْمَهُمْ دَارَ ٱلْبَوَارِ ط جَهَنَّمَ يَصْلَوْنَهَا وَبِئْسَ ٱلْقَرَارُ

(کیا تم نے نہیں دیکھا ان لوگوں کو جنہوں نے اللہ کے احسان کو ناشکری میں بدل دیا اور اپنی قوم کو تباہی کے گھر پہنچا دیا۔ یہ لوگ جہنم میں جلیں گے اور یہ رہنے کے لئے کیا ہی بری جگہ ہے” (ابرہیم:29-28″

اے خالد رضی اللہ عنہ، صلاح الدین اور محمد بن قاسم کے وارثوں! دنیا دو واضح حصوں میں تقسیم ہو چکی ہے اور فیصلے کی کھڑی آچکی ہے۔ ایک وہ ہیں جو اسلام کی خلافت کی صورت میں واپسی کو روکنے کے لئے صلیبی امریکہ کی قیادت میں ایڑی چوٹی کا زور لگا رہے ہیں لیکن ان کا ناکام ہونا یقینی ہے، اور دوسرے وہ ہیں جو خلافت کے قیام کی صورت میں اسلام کی واپسی کے لئے جدوجہد کر رہے ہیں اور ان کی کامیابی یقینی ہے۔ تو وہ جو عقل مند ہیں، دنیا اور آخرت کی کامیابی کے لئے اللہ کے وعدے اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کی بشارت کی تکمیل میں حصہ ڈالیں گے۔

يٰأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُوۤاْ إِن تَنصُرُواْ ٱللَّهَ يَنصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ

(اے اہل ایمان اگر تم اللہ کی مدد کرو گے تو وہ بھی تمہاری مدد کرے گا اور تم کو ثابت قدم رکھے گا” (محمد:07″
