Military Assistance to Afghanistan will Ensure US Objectives

On 6 November 2014, General Raheel Sharif visited Afghanistan and offered military assistance on behalf of the Raheel-Nawaz regime in order to strengthen its forces. This visit was held at a time when America after the end of 2014 is trying to secure its own and India’s presence in Afghanistan, under the guise of a limited withdrawal. America knows very well that after a limited withdrawal, its thousands of personnel will not be able to provide security for itself and India, when facing brave Muslim tribal fighters of Afghanistan.

In order to overcome this weakness, America is working on two fronts. On the one hand it has initiated military operations in North Waziristan, through the Raheel-Nawaz regime, to weaken the resistance in Afghanistan. On the other hand, America wants to strengthen the Afghan National Army with the help of Pakistan. The success of military operations in North Waziristan has been described by the commander for US and NATO forces in Afghanistan, Lt. Gen. Joseph Anderson, in the following damning words, “operation Zar-i-Azab has helped disrupt the Haqqani network’s ability to launch attacks on Afghan territory.” As if this was not enough, the Raheel-Nawaz regime offered the new US puppet government in Afghanistan weapons for Afghan forces and to send instructors to train them. The US is in dire need of bodyguards who can provide security for its cowardly military. Moreover, these bodyguards will safe guard American personnel along with India’s men as well.

Pakistan is already facing a cunning Hindu enemy on its eastern borders, who for the last couple of months is continuously targeting civilians, killing them and destroying their property. And now the Raheel-Nawaz regime is actively assisting America and India in establishing themselves on its western borders, which is like dropping an axe on your foot. The open treachery of the Raheel-Nawaz regime is the assistance of the enemies of Pakistan, India and America, on its eastern and western borders, so that Pakistan becomes sandwiched between strengthened hostile forces. The sincere officers in the armed forces, supported and encouraged by the people of Pakistan, must uproot this regime and establish the Khilafah. The Khilafah will end military operations against those who are fighting US forces in Afghanistan, rather it will be providing them with weapons and training. The Khilafah will erase the Durand Line which separates Pakistan and Afghanistan and the Khilafah will unify the Muslims of the region and employ their combined strength to eject the Crusader America and end the Hindu State influence in Afghanistan.

(وَلاَ تَهِنُوا وَلاَ تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنْتُمُ الأَعْلَوْنَ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُّؤْمِنِينَ)

“So do not become weak (against your enemy), nor be sad, and you will be superior (in victory) if you are indeed (true) believers” [Surah Aali-Imran 3:139].

افغانستان کو فوجی امداد کی پیشکش امریکی اہداف کو یقینی بنائے گا

6 نومبر 2014 کو جنرل راحیل شریف نے افغانستان کا دورہ کیا اور راحیل-شریف حکومت کی جانب سے افغانستان کی فوج کو مضبوط بنانے کے لئے فوجی تعاون کی پیشکش کی۔ یہ دورہ اس وقت کیا گیا ہے جب امریکہ افغانستان سے 2014 کے اختتام کے بعدمحدود انخلاء کے منصوبے کے دھوکے میں افغانستان میں اپنی اور بھارت کی مستقل موجودگی کو یقینی بنانے کی کوشش کررہا ہے۔ امریکہ یہ جانتا ہے کہ محدودو انخلاء کے بعدافغانستان میں اس کی اور بھارتی اہلکاروں کی موجودگی اور ان کے تحفظ کو یقینی بنانے کے لئے اس کی 10 ہزار افواج ناکافی ہوں گی اور  افغانستان کے بہادر مسلم مجاہدین کا سامنا کرنا اس  کے لئے انتہائی مشکل ثابت ہوگا۔

اس کمزوری کو دور کرنے کے لئے  امریکہ دو جہتوں پر کام کررہا ہے۔ ایک طرف افغانستان میں  مزاحمت کو کمزور کرنے کے لئے راحیل-نواز حکومت کے ذریعے امریکہ شمالی وزیرستان میں فوجی آپریشن کروا  رہا ہے اور  دوسری جانب پاکستان کے ہی ذریعے افغان نیشنل آرمی کو مضبوط کروانے کا ارادہ رکھتا ہے۔ شمالی وزیرستان میں جاری آپریشن کی افادیت کو واضح کرتے ہوئے افغانستان میں امریکی اور نیٹو افواج کے کمانڈر لیفٹننٹ جنرل جوزف انڈریسن نے کہا کہ “آپریشن ضرب عضب نے افغان سرزمین پر حملے کرنے کی حقانی نیٹ ورک کی اہلیت کو کمزور کیا ہے”۔ جبکہ راحیل-نواز حکومت نے نئی کٹھ پتلی افغان حکومت کو اِس بات کی پیشکش کی ہے کہ پاکستان افغان سیکورٹی فورسز کو نہ صرف اسلحہ دینے کا خواہش مند ہے بلکہ وہ افغان سکیورٹی فورسز کی تربیت کے لیے فوجی ٹرینر بھیجنے پر تیار ہے۔ امریکہ کو اپنی بزدل افواج کو تحفظ فراہم کرنے کے لئے باڈی گارڈز کی اشد ضرورت ہے  اور یہ باڈی گارڈز امریکیوں کے ساتھ ساتھ افغانستان میں بھارتی اہلکاروں کے تحفظ کو بھی یقینی بنائیں گے۔

پاکستان پہلے ہی اپنی مشرقی سرحدوں پر بھارت جیسے شاطر دشمن کا سامنا کررہا ہے اور پچھلے چند ماہ سے اس کی جانب سے لائن آف کنٹرول اور ورکنگ باونڈری پر شہریوں کو مسلسل نشانہ بنا نا، انہیں قتل کرنا اور ان کی املاک کو تباہ کرنا روز کا معمول بن گیا ہے  اور اب راحیل–نواز حکومت کا اپنی مغربی سرحد پر امریکہ کے ساتھ ساتھ بھارت کو بھی جگہ فراہم کرنے اور ان کی موجودگی کو مستحکم کرنے میں بھر پور کردار ادا کرنا خود اپنے پیر پر کلہاڑی مارنا بلکہ کھلی غداری ہے۔ راحیل-نواز حکومت کی غداری بالکل واضح ہے ۔ یہ حکومت پاکستان کو چکی کے دو پاٹوں میں پیسنے کے لئے  دشمنوں کو مشرقی اور مغربی دونوں سرحدوں پر مستحکم کرنے کے لئے بھر پور معاونت فراہم کررہی ہے۔ لہٰذا افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران اور مسلمانوں کو اس غدار حکومت کو اکھاڑ پھینکنا چاہیے اور خلافت کا قیام عمل میں لانا چاہیے۔  خلافت افغانستان میں امریکی قبضے کے خلاف لڑنے والے مجاہدین کے خلاف فوجی آپریشن کا خاتمہ کرے گی ، انہیں مسلح کرے گی، پاکستان اور افغانستان کے درمیان استعمار کی قائم کی ہوئی ڈیورنڈ لائن کو مٹا کر مسلمانوں کی قوت کو یکجا کرے گی اور افغانستان سے امریکی صلیبی اور نجس بھارتی وجود کا خاتمہ کرے گی۔ وَلاَ تَهِنُوا وَلاَ تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنْتُمُ الأَعْلَوْنَ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُّؤْمِنِينَ “تم نہ سستی کرو اور نہ غمگین ہو، تم ہی غالب رہو گے اگر ایمان دار ہو” (آل عمران:139)
