Neither Christians nor Muslims are secure from the American terrorists without the Khilafah

On 22 September in Peshawar, a day of worship for the Christians, twin bombings upon the church killed over eighty and injured one hundred and forty. We ask the shameless Kayani-Sharif regime: For how long will you continue to sacrifice Pakistani citizens and soldiers to secure America’s interests in the region by letting rather helping America play its bloody games? Angered at the Pakistani public’s refusal to endorse and support the American occupation of Afghanistan America punishes them though a brutal campaign of bombings throughout Pakistan which is supervised by its intelligence network with the direct and full support of the Pakistani rulers. With these merciless killings America hopes that the Ummah will submit before its nefarious plans and support the continuation of the war on terror which aims to secure permanent military bases for America in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

As for those who want peace in Pakistan and pained by the death and destruction within the country we warn them from the naivety which harms and the foolishness which misguides. Peace in Pakistan is linked to peace in Afghanistan which cannot be achieved unless American presence is completed routed from the region. It is the American intelligence network which is killing the Muslims in FATA through drone attacks visible through the open eyes and it is this same network which orchestrates bomb blasts in secret throughout urban Pakistan targeting civil and military installations to keep the Pakistan military engaged in this war of Fitna. While American intelligence network is present in our lands, its embassy operates in Islamabad and its ambassador is free to roam the country ordering Pakistani civilian and military rulers to do America’s bidding, no peace can be brought to Pakistan. So direct your anger towards the real culprits, American agents, Nawaz Sharif and General Kayani who are working tirelessly to protect American presence in Pakistan and Afghanistan in the name of securing peace.

And we ask those who are sincere, brave and competent enough to return the Khilafah to Pakistan in the armed forces: How long will you allow citizens of Pakistan to count their dead elderly, women and children and lift their wounded on their own shoulders from blood soaked streets? You swore an oath to defend the people from the enemy, so how do you allow the American bases, consulates and embassy and their “conveyor belt of terrorism” to remain intact and operative on this land?  And why have you still not secured the return of the Khilafah when RasulAllah SAW ordered the protection of the non-Muslim citizens of the Islamic State, (Dhimmah), saying,

أَلا مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهِدًا لَهُ ذِمَّةُ اللَّهِ وَذِمَّةُ رَسُولِهِ فَقَدْ أَخْفَرَ بِذِمَّةِ اللَّهِ، فَلا يُرَحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا “Indeed, whoever kills a person who is granted the pledge of protection (Mu’ahid)  that has a covenant from Allah and a covenant from His Messenger (saw), then he has violated the covenant with Allah and the covenant of His Messenger, so he shall not smell the fragrance of Paradise; even though its fragrance can be sensed from the distance of seventy autumns.”

ریمنڈ ڈیوس نیٹ ورک نے ایک بار پھر حملہ کردیا

خلافت کے بغیر مسلمان اور عیسائی دونوں ہی امریکی دہشت گردی سے محفوظ نہیں ہیں

22ستمبر کو جب عیسائی پشاور کے ایک گرجا گھر  میں عبادت میں مصروف تھے،دو دھماکے ہوئے جس کے نتیجے میں اَسی(80) سے زائد افراد ہلاک اور ایک سو چالیس سے زائد زخمی ہوگئے۔ ہم بے شرم کیانی و نواز حکومت سے پوچھتے ہیں کہ آخر کب تک خطے میں امریکی مفادات کے حصول کے لیے پاکستان کے شہریوں کا خون بہانے کے لیے امریکی منصوبوں میں مدد فراہم کرتے رہیں گے؟ افغانستان میں امریکی قبضے کو قبول کرنے اور اس جنگ کو اپنی جنگ نہ سمجھنے کی پاداش میں امریکہ پاکستان کی عوام کو پاکستان بھر میں اپنے انٹیلی جنس نیٹ ورک کے ذریعے، جسے پاکستانی حکمرانوں کی مکمل تائید و اعتماد حاصل ہے ، بم دھماکے کروا کر سزا دیتا ہے۔  ان بے رحمانہ قتل و غارت گری کے ذریعے امریکہ یہ امید رکھتا ہے کہ یہ امت اس کے شیطانی منصوبوں کے سامنے جھک جائے گی اور نام نہاد  دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ میں اس کی مدد کرے گی جس کا مقصد افغانستان اور پاکستان میں مستقل امریکی اڈوں کا حصول ہے۔

جہاں تک ان لوگوں کا تعلق ہے جو موت و تباہی کا شکار ہیں اور پاکستان میں امن چاہتے ہیں ، ہم انھیں ایسی معصومیت سے جو نقصان پہنچائے اور ایسی بے وقوفی سے جو گمراہ کردے، خبردار کرتے ہیں۔ پاکستان میں امن افغانستان میں امن سے منسلک ہے اور یہ اس وقت تک ممکن نہیں جب تک خطے سے امریکہ کی موجودگی کا مکمل طور پر خاتمہ نہ کردیا جائے۔ یہ امریکی انٹیلی جنس ہے جو ڈرون حملوں  کے ذریعے فاٹا میں مسلمانوں کو قتل کررہی ہے اور یہ حقیقت سب جانتے ہیں اور یہی وہ نیٹ ورک ہے جو خفیہ طور پر پاکستان بھر میں فوجی و غیر فوجی تنصیبات پر بم دھماکے کروا کر پاکستان کی افواج کو فتنے کی جنگ میں مسلسل مصروف رکھنا چاہتی ہے۔ایسی صورتحال میں جب امریکی انٹیلی جنس نیٹ ورک ہمارے ملک میں اپنا مکروہ کھیل جاری رکھے ہوئے ہے،ا س کا سفارت خانہ اسلام آباد میں نہ صرف کام کررہا  بلکہ اس میں زبردست توسیع بھی ہورہی ہے اور اس کا سفیر  سیاسی و فوجی حکمرانوں سے ملاقاتیں کرتا ہے اور انہیں  امریکی مفادات کے حصول کے لیے احکامات جاری کرتا ہے،  پاکستان میں امن کسی صورت قائم نہیں ہوسکتا۔ لہذاپنے غم و غصے کا رخ امریکی ایجنٹوں ، کیانی و نواز شریف کی جانب موڑ دیں جو شب و روز امن کے قیام کے نام پر پاکستان اور افغانستان میں امریکی موجودگی کو برقرار رکھنے کی کوشش کررہے ہیں۔

اور ہم افواج میں موجود  ان مخلص، بہادر اور اہل  لوگوں سے پوچھتے ہیں  جوپاکستان میں خلافت کا قیام عمل میں لاسکتے ہیں کہ کب تک وہ اس صورتحال کو چلنے دیں گے کہ پاکستان کے عوام اپنے بوڑھوں ،بچوں، عورتوں اور جوانوں کی لاشوں کو اٹھاتے رہیں؟ آپ نے دشمن کے خلاف اس ملک کے عوام کے دفاع اور حفاظت کی قسم اٹھائی ہے تو پھر کیسے آپ امریکی اڈوں ، قونصل خانوں اور سفارت خانوں اور ان کے “قتل و غارت گری کے نیٹ ورک” کو اس ملک میں قائم رہنے اور چلنے کی اجازت دے سکتے ہیں؟ اور کیوں اب تک آپ خلافت کا قیام عمل میں نہیں لائے ہیں جبکہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے اسلامی ریاست کے غیر مسلم شہریوں کی حفاظت کا حکم دیا ہے اور فرمایا ہے کہ:

(أَلا مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهِدًا لَهُ ذِمَّةُ اللَّهِ وَذِمَّةُ رَسُولِهِ فَقَدْ أَخْفَرَ بِذِمَّةِ اللَّهِ، فَلا يُرَحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا)

” یقیناً جس کسی نے ایسے شخص کو قتل کیا جسے حفاظت کا عہد نامہ دے دیا گیا تھا، جو کہ اللہ اور اس کے رسولﷺ کے ساتھ معاہدہ ہے، تو اُس شخص کو جنت کی خوشبو بھی نصیب نہ ہوگی جبکہ جنت کی خوشبو ستر خزاں کے موسموں کے فاصلے سے بھی محسوس کی جاسکتی ہے”۔
