Non-Implementation of Islam is the Cause of “Fitna”
Pakistan’s Rulers are Distorting the Concept of Jihad to Please their Kafir Masters
Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif asked Ullema to inform people of wrong narrative of “extremists” and that the concept of Jihad has been distorted. Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan asks the rulers: what is their narrative? Is their narrative the comprehensive implementation of Islam in Pakistan or is their narrative to eliminate those who demand the implementation of Islam and those who do Jihad against American occupying forces in Afghanistan and Indian occupying forces in occupied Kashmir, under the banner of “extremism” and “terrorism” to please America?
The Muslims of Pakistan want the comprehensive implementation of Islam but secular and American agents in the political and military elite have always worked against this desire and demand to sabotage it. In a country established in the name of Islam, the regime allows Riba, sale of liquor, alliances with the enemies of Islam and Muslims and assistance to the Kuffar in their conspiracies against Islam and Muslims. And when the Muslims of Pakistan raise their voice against the treacheries of the rulers and demand the implementation of Islam, they are labeled as “extremists” and the rulers try to suppress their voices. It is bad enough that the rulers of a country which was created in the name of Islam, do not initiate Jihad to liberate Occupied Kashmir from the Indian occupation and Afghanistan from American occupation. However, it is worse that when Muslims of Pakistan wage Jihad for the liberation of their brothers in occupied Kashmir and Afghanistan, they are declared “terrorists.” In fact the rulers do not use the terms of “extremism” and “terrorism” to explain the true narrative of Islam. Instead, the rulers use these terms to replace the Islamic narrative with a secular narrative of Freedom of Expression, which justifies ridiculing Islam, its criterion and conceptions. That is why, on the one hand, secular bloggers are set free after a few weeks, facilitating their resumption of evil activities which ridicule Islam. However, on the other hand, the strongest voice of Islam and its Khilafah in Pakistan, the Official Spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Pakistan, Naveed Butt, has suffered almost five years of abduction by the regime’s agencies, without his family being able to visit him and without him being produced in front of any court.
Previously, the Muslims of Pakistan witnessed how American agents in political and military leadership never declared Jihad as “terrorism” and the demand for the implementation of Islam as “extremism,” when the Soviet Union invaded and occupied Afghanistan. However, when their master, America, occupied Afghanistan, the lowly rulers denounce Jihad as “terrorism” and the demand for Islam’s implementation as “extremism”. The Muslims of Pakistan know that killing innocent people is not Jihad and those who do this are backed by America and India. Yet, the rulers declare the same America as an ally, helping her to strengthen her occupation in Afghanistan and allowing her to establish the world’s second biggest US embassy in Islamabad, after Baghdad.
Thus, the Muslims in Pakistan in general, and the Ulema in particular, must not assist in the rulers’ evil designs and turn away from these evil leaders. Instead, they must account them severely, because it is these rulers who do not implement Islam comprehensively, and undermine Jihad and other Islamic rulings to please their Kafir masters. The Muslims of Pakistan in general and the Ulema in particular must become part of the struggle of Hizb ut-Tahrir to uproot the secular system and establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood in Pakistan. Then the Khilafah will implement Islam comprehensively, liberate Kashmir, Afghanistan and Palestine by waging Jihad and will present the light of Islam to all of humanity through Dawah and Jihad.
يَوْمَ تُقَلَّبُ وُجُوهُهُمْ فِى ٱلنَّارِ يَقُولُونَ يٰلَيْتَنَآ أَطَعْنَا ٱللَّهَ وَأَطَعْنَا ٱلرَّسُولَاْ ط وَقَالُواْ رَبَّنَآ إِنَّآ أَطَعْنَا سَادَتَنَا وَكُبَرَآءَنَا فَأَضَلُّونَا ٱلسَّبِيلَاْ
“On the Day when their faces will be turned over in the Fire, they will say: “Oh, would that we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger. And they will say: “Our Lord! Verily, we obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they misled us from the (Right) Way.”(Al-Ahzab:66-67)

اسلام کا عدم نفاذ “فتنہ و فساد” کا باعث ہے
پاکستان کےحکمران اپنے کافر آقاوں کی خوشنودی کے لیےجہاد کے تصور کو مسخ کررہے ہیں
پاکستان کے وزیر اعظم نواز شریف نے علماء سے مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ “انتہاپسندوں” کے بیانیہ کی غلطی سے عوام کو آگاہ کریں اور یہ کہ جہاد کا تصور مسخ کیا گیا ہے۔ حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان حکمرانوں سے پوچھتی ہے کہ آخر اُن کا بیانیہ کیا ہے؟ کیا اُن کا بیانیہ پاکستان میں اسلام کا مکمل نفاذ ہے یا امریکہ کی خوشنودی کے لیے “انتہاپسندی” اور “دہشت گردی” کے نام پر اسلام کے نفاذ کا مطالبہ کرنے والوں اور افغانستان و مقبوضہ کشمیر میں امریکہ و بھارتی قابض افواج کے خلاف جہاد کرنے والوں کو ختم کرنا ان کا بیانیہ ہے؟
پاکستان کے مسلمان اسلام کا مکمل نفاذ چاہتے ہیں لیکن پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود سیکولر اور امریکی ایجنٹوں نے ہمیشہ اس خواہش کے خلاف اور اس مطالبے کو ناکام بنانے کے لیے کام کیا ہے۔ اسلام کے نام پر قائم ہونے والے ملک میں حکومت سود اور شراب کو جائز ، اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے دشمنوں سے اتحاد اور اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے خلاف کفار کی سازشوں میں کھلے عام معاونت کرتی ہے۔ اور جب پاکستان کے مسلمان حکمرانوں کی غداریوں کےخلاف آواز بلند اور اسلام کے مکمل نفاذ کا مطالبہ کرتے ہیں تو انہیں “انتہاپسند” قرار دے کر حکمران ان کی پکار کو کچلنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں۔یہ بات بہت ہی بری ہے کہ اسلام کے نام پر قائم ہونے والے ملک کے حکمران مقبوضہ کشمیر کو بھارتی قبضے سے اور افغانستان کو امریکی قبضے سے آزادی دلانے کے لیے جہاد کا آغاز نہیں کرتے۔ لیکن اس سے بھی بری بات یہ ہے کہ جب پاکستان کے مسلمان مقبوضہ کشمیر و افغانستان میں اپنے مسلمان بھائیوں کی آزادی کے لیے کفار کے خلاف جہاد کرتے ہیں تو انہیں “دہشت گرد” قرار دے دیا جاتا ہے ۔ درحقیقت حکمران “انتہاپسندی” اور “دہشت گردی” کے الفاظ اسلام کا صحیح بیانیہ بیان کرنے کے لیے استعمال نہیں کرتے بلکہ ان اصطاحات کو اسلامی بیانیے کو ختم کر کے اس کو سیکولر بیانیہ سے تبدیل کر دینا چاہتے ہیں جو آزادی رائے کے نام پر اسلام ، اس کے پیمانوں اور اس کےتصورات کا مذاق اڑانا جائز سمجھتا ہے ۔یہی وجہ ہے کہ ایک طرف سیکولر بلاگرز کو تو نہ صرف چند ہفتوں میں چھوڑ دیا جاتا ہے بلکہ انہیں ملک سے باہر جا کر اسلام کے خلاف اپنی شیطانی سرگرمیاں دوبارہ شروع کردینے کی سہولت فراہم کی جاتی ہے۔ جبکہ دوسری جانب پاکستان میں اسلام اور اس کی خلافت کے قیام کی مضبوط ترین آواز، پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کے ترجمان نوید بٹ کو حکومتی ایجنسیوں کے ہاتھوں اغوا ہوئے تقریباً پونے پانچ سال بعد بھی نہ تو رہا کیا جاتا ہے، نہ ہی ان کے بیوی بچے ان سے اب تک مل پائے ہیں اور نہ ہی کسی عدالت میں پیش کیا جاتا ہے۔
پہلے پاکستان کے مسلمان نےدیکھا کہ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود امریکی ایجنٹوں نے اُس وقت جہاد کو “دہشت گردی” اور اسلام کے نفاذ کے مطالبے کو “انتہا پسندی” نہیں کہا تھا جب سوویت یونین افغانستان پر قابض ہوا تھا۔ لیکن جب اُن کے آقا ،امریکہ، نے خود افغانستان پر قبضہ کیا تو اِن گھٹیا حکمرانوں نے جہاد کو”دہشت گردی” اور اسلام کے نفاذ کے مطالبے کو”انتہا پسندی” قرار دے دیا۔ پاکستان کے مسلمان یہ جانتے ہیں کہ بے گناہوں کو قتل کرنا جہاد نہیں اور ایسا کرنے والوں کی پشت پناہی امریکہ و بھارت کرتے ہیں۔ لیکن حکمران اُسی امریکہ کو اپنا اتحادی کہتے ہیں، افغانستان میں اس کے قبضے کو مستحکم کرنے کے لیے اس کی مدد کرتے ہیں اور اسلام آباد میں بغداد کے بعد دنیا کا دوسرا بڑا امریکی سفارت خانہ کھولنے کی اجازت بھی دیتے ہیں۔
لہٰذا پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کو عموماً اور علماء کو خصوصاً حکمرانوں کے اس گھناونے شیطانی منصوبے میں تعاون نہیں کرنا چاہیے بلکہ انہیں حکمرانوں کا کڑا احتساب کرنے چاہیے کیونکہ یہ حکمران ہی ہیں جو اسلام کو مکمل نافذ نہیں کرتے بلکہ جہاد اور اسلام کے احکامات کو اپنے کافر آقاوں کی خوشنودی کے لیےمسخ کررہے ہیں۔ پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کو بلعموم اور علماء کو بلخصوص پاکستان میں کفر سیکولر نظام کے خاتمے اور نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کی حزب التحریر کی جدوجہد کا حصہ بننا چاہیے۔ پھر خلافت اسلام کو مکمل طور پر نافذ کرے گی، جہاد کے ذریعے کشمیر ، افغانستان اور فلسطین کو کفار کے قبضے سے آزاد کرائے گی اور دعوت و جہاد کے ذریعے اسلام کے بیانیہ کو پوری دنیا کے سامنے پیش کرے گی۔

“اُس دن اُن کے چہرے آگ میں الٹ پلٹ کیے جائیں گے۔(حسرت و افسوس سے) کہیں گے کہ کاش ہم اللہ تعالیٰ اور رسول کی اطاعت کرتے۔ اور کہیں گے اے ہمارے رب! ہم نے اپنے سرداروں اور اپنے بڑوں کی مانی جنہوں نے ہمیں راہ راست سے بھٹکا دیا”(الاحزاب:67-66)
