O Rulers! Do not slander Islam to cover-up your evil deeds
Linking the notorious NRO (Nation Reconciliation Ordinance) with Misaq-e-Madina (Covenant of Medina) doesn’t only amount to disgracing Islam but it also brings disrepute for the Messenger of Allah (saaw). We ask the rulers what corruption charges were dropped under Misaq-e-Medina?! How many Sahaba (r.a) were pardoned for murder?! Whose illicit money was declared legal under this covenant?! They should not dare to cover their corrupt and evil faces by slinging mud at Islam and the Mesenger of Allah (saaw). Rulers should not misguide the Ummah if they are illiterate regarding Misaq-e-Medina. Misaq-e-Medina was the legal document through which Muhammad (s.a.w) forced the Jews of Medina to recognize the newly established Islamic State. This legal document actually defined the relationship of Muslims and the Jews. One of the clauses of Misaq-e-Medinagives Muhammad (saw) the sole right to settle the disputes between Muslims and Jews. And by accepting this clause Jews of Medina actually accepted the authority and writ of the Islamic State. Not only this, Jews were actually given amnesty under the condition that they will not support any aggressor against the Islamic State. Wasn’t this clause enough to subdue the Jews? And due to the violation of this very clause, during the Battle of Badr (Trench) and their support for Quresh, Messenger (saaw) killed all the men of Banu Quredha while the women and children were taken as slaves. Even now can anyone declare this legal document, “a document of reconciliation”? In fact Misaq-e-Medina was a legal document, which established the authority of the State and forced the Jews to submit to the writ of the State. This shows the great political astuteness and the statesmanship of the Messenger of Allah (saaw) that with the help of one document the Jews were barred from providing any help to the enemies of Islam. Hence how can these illiterate rulers use Mesaq-e-Medina to disguise their corruption? These rulers are following the footsteps as Jews who used to slander their own Prophets in order to justify their evil deeds. And today these rulers are slandering Muhammad (s.a.w) in order to disguise their corruption. We are warning them that they should better stay in their limits and refrained from insulting Islam and the Prophet (saaw), otherwise Ummah will grab them by their throats and throw them out of their palaces. The rulers must not forget that the Khilafah is on the horizon and they will have to pay for their evil acts whilst the torment of the hereafter is far worse then this.

حکمرانو! اپنی سیاہ کاریوں کو چھپانے کے لئے اسلام پر کیچڑ مت اچھالو
بدنام زمانہ این آر او (NRO) کو میثاق مدینہ سے جوڑنا توہین اسلام ہی نہیں بلکہ توہین رسالت بھی ہے۔ حکمران بتائیں کہ میثاق مدینہ میں کرپشن کے کون سے مقدمات معاف کرائے گئے تھے؟ کن صحابہ کے قتل معاف کئے گئے تھے؟ کن کی لوٹی ہوی دولت کو حلال قرار دیا گیا تھا؟ حکمران اپنے منہ کی کالک چھپانے کے لئے اسلام اور نبی ۖ پر کیچڑ اچھالنے کی گستاخانہ جسارت نہ کریں۔ حکمران اگر مثیاق مدینہ کے بارے میں جہالت کا شکار ہیں تو کم ازکم عوام کو اس کے بارے میں گمراہ نہ کریں۔ میثاق مدینہ وہ قانونی دستاویز تھی جس کے ذریعے آپ ۖ نے یہودیوں سے نومولود اسلامی ریاست کی حیثیت کو منوایا تھا۔ اس قانونی دستاویز نے درحقیقت مسلمانوں اور کافر یہودیوں کے مابین اسلامی احکامات کے مطابق تعلقات استوار کئے۔ میثاق مدینہ کی ایک شق مسلمانوں اور یہودیوں کے درمیان ہونے والے تنازعہ میں صرف رسول اللہ ۖ کو فیصلے کا حق تفویض کرتی ہے اور اسے قبول کر کے مدینہ کے یہودیوں نے اسلامی ریاست کی بالادستی اور رِٹ کو قبول کیا۔ یہی نہیں بلکہ ان یہودیوں کو اس شرط پر امان دی گئی کہ وہ کسی بھی جارح قوت کا ساتھ نہ دیں گے۔ کیا یہ شق یہودیوں کو ریاست کی مطیع کرنے کے لئے کافی نہ تھی؟ جنگ خندق میں اسی شق کی خلاف ورزی اور قریش کے ساتھ سازباز کرنے پر آپ ۖ نے بنو قریظہ کے تمام مردوں کو ذبح کر دیا اور عورتوں اور بچوں کو لونڈیاں اور غلام بنا لیا۔ کیا پھر بھی کوئی اس قانونی دستاویز کو سمجھوتہ یا مفاہمت کا نام دے سکتا ہے؟ بلکہ حقیقت تو یہ ہے کہ یہ ریاست کی بالادستی کو یقینی بنانے اور یہودیوں کو مطیع کرنے والا قانونی دستاویزتھا۔ یہ آپ ۖ کی شاندار سیاسی بصیرت اور بلند پایہ حکومتی تدبر کا نتیجہ تھا جس نے یہودیوں کو ان قوانین میں جکڑ کر اسلامی ریاست کے خلاف استعمال ہونے سے روک دیا۔ ایسے میں یہ جاہل حکمران کس طرح میثاق مدینہ کو اپنی کرپشن چھپانے کے لئے استعمال کر سکتے ہیں۔ یہ حکمران اسی رستے پر چل رہے ہیں جس پر ان سے قبل یہودی کاربند تھے ۔ یہودی اپنی سیاہ کاریوں کو چھپانے کے لئے اپنے انبیاء کو تہمت کا نشانہ بناتے تھے اور آج یہ حکمران اپنے گھٹیا اعمال کو چھپانے کے لئے رسول اللہ ۖ پر کیچڑ اچھال رہے ہیں ۔ ہم حکمرانوں کو خبردار کرتے ہیں کہ وہ اپنی حد میں رہیں اور توہین اسلام اور توہین رسالت کی جسارت نہ کریں ورنہ عوام ان کو گربیان سے پکڑ کر زمین پر پٹخ دیں گے۔ حکمران یاد رکھیں کے خلافت کا قیام دور نہیں جب انہیں اس دنیا میں بھی اپنے ظلم کا خمیازہ بھگتنا ہوگا اور آخرت کا عذات تو اس سے کہیں بڑھ کر ہے۔
