Obama’s statement on Kashmir is a slap in the face of Pakistani rulers. In an interview with an Indian journalist, published on 16 July 2012, Obama said, “It is not the place of any nation, including the United States, to try to impose solutions from the outside.” For decades, Pakistan has been declaring Kashmir an international issue and demanded that it should be settled according to United Nations resolutions and international mediation. On the other hand, India for several decades declared Kashmir a bilateral dispute and rejected any international mediation or solution, even if it was initiated from United Nations. Obama completely rejected the Pakistani stance and fully endorsed the Indian position. After 9/11, dictator of that time and American agent, General Musharraf, tried to pacify the emotions of the people of Pakistan, after giving his support to America in the slaughtering of the Muslims of Afghanistan and to end the government in Kabul, which was Pakistan friendly. He took this step whilst promising that America will safe guard Pakistan’s interest in Afghanistan, support Pakistan’s nuclear program, economy, and Kashmir. But America’s animosity against Pakistan’s nuclear program and economy exposed this as false and she provided full support to India to spread its influence in Afghanistan. Now by endorsing the Indian position on Kashmir, it has been proved beyond any doubt that America is a friend of India and an enemy of Pakistan. Just like Musharraf, the current traitors in the political and military leadership are American agents, who are still pursuing the American policies and declaring that they are in the interest of Pakistan. Obama’s endorsement of the Indian position on Kashmir is a slap in the face of the traitors in the political and military leadership and to all of those who still insist that Pakistan should follow American dictates. Reliance on America or United Nations to resolve the Kashmir dispute is an un-Islamic act and it will never lead to the liberation of Kashmir. Allah سبحانه و تعالى says:

أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُوا بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يَتَحَاكَمُوا إِلَى الطَّاغُوتِ وَقَدْ أُمِرُوا أَنْ يَكْفُرُوا بِهِ وَيُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَنْ يُضِلَّهُمْ ضَلاَلاً بَعِيدًا

(النساء: 60)

“Have you not seen those (hyprocrites) who claim that they believe in that which has been sent down to you, and that which was sent down before you, and they wish to go for judgment (in their disputes) to the Taghut while they have been ordered to reject them. But Shaytan wishes to lead them far astray.” (Surah An-Nisaa 4:60)

Hizb ut-Tahrir asks the sincere ones in the armed forces as to how along they will be fooled with the false claims of these traitors in the political and military leadership. This mirage of American assistance and support had already caused a severe blow to Pakistan, when we lost half of the country in 1971 and even today we are paying its bloody price. Today, there is no argument left to support the idea that pursuing American policies are in the national interest of Pakistan. The only solution of Kashmir is the establishment of Khilafah, which will mobilize its armies to wage Jihad. O sincere officers of Pakistan armed forces! Up root these traitors from amongst the political and military leadership and give Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir to establish Khilafah and wage Jihad to liberate Kashmir.

اوبامہ کی مسئلہ کشمیر پر بھارتی موقف کی حمائت، پاکستان کے حکمرانوں کے منہ پر طمانچہ ہے

مسئلہ کشمیر پر امریکی صدر اوبامہ کا بیان پاکستان کے حکمرانوں کے منہ پر طمانچہ ہے۔ اوبامہ نے ایک بھارتی صحافی کو انٹرویو دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ “امریکہ سمیت کسی بھی ملک کو باہر سے اپنا حل تھوپنا نہیں چاہیے”۔ پاکستان سال ہا سال سے کشمیر کو ایک بین الاقوامی مسئلہ قرار دیتا آیا ہے اور اقوام متحدہ کی قراردادوں کے مطابق اس کے حل اور بین الاقوامی ثالثی کا مطالبہ کرتا آیا ہے۔ جبکہ بھارت کئی دہائیوں سے کشمیر کو دو ممالک کے درمیان ایک مسئلہ قرار دیتا رہا ہے اور کسی بھی قسم کی بین الاقوامی مداخلت چاہے وہ اقوام متحدہ کی صورت میں ہی کیوں نہ ہو کو ہمیشہ مسترد کرتا رہا ہے۔ اوبامہ نے پاکستان کے موقف کو مکمل طور پر مسترد اور بھارتی موقف کی بھرپور حمائت کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ 9/11 کے بعد اس وقت کے امریکی ایجنٹ جنرل مشرف نے افغانستان میں پاکستان کی ہمدرد حکومت کے خاتمے اور افغانستان کے مسلمانوں کے قتل عام میں شمولیت کے بدلے ایٹمی پروگرام، معیشت، افغانستان میں پاکستان کی دوست حکومت کے قیام اور کشمیر کے مسئلے پر امریکی حمائت کا پاکستان کے عوام کو یقین دلایا تھا۔ جس طرح ایٹمی پروگرام اور پاکستان کی معیشت کے خلاف امریکی دشمنی اور افغانستان میں بھارتی اثر و رسوخ کو پھیلانے میں امریکی حمائت واضع ہو چکی ہے، اسی طرح کشمیر پر بھارتی موقف کی حمائت سے یہ بات بھی ثابت ہو گئی ہے کہ امریکہ بھارت کا دوست اور پاکستان کا دشمن ہے۔ مشرف کی طرح موجودہ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار بھی امریکہ کے ایجنٹ ہیں جو اس حقیقت کے واضع ہو جانے کے باوجود امریکی پالیسیوں کے مسلسل نفاذ کو قومی مفاد میں قرار دے رہے ہیں۔ اوبامہ کا کشمیرپر بھارتی موقف کی حمائت سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں اور امریکی چاکری کے مشورے دینے والوں کے منہ پر طمانچہ ہے۔ مسئلہ کشمیر پر امریکہ اور اقوام متحدہ پر انحصار کرنا ایک غیر اسلامی عمل ہے اور اس کے ذریعے کشمیر کا مسئلہ کبھی بھی حل نہیں ہوسکتا۔ اللہ سبحان و تعالی فرماتے ہیں:

أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُوا بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يَتَحَاكَمُوا إِلَى الطَّاغُوتِ وَقَدْ أُمِرُوا أَنْ يَكْفُرُوا بِهِ وَيُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَنْ يُضِلَّهُمْ ضَلاَلاً بَعِيدًا
(النساء:60)

ترجمہ:کیا آپ ﷺ نے نہیں دیکھا ان لوگوں کو جو دعوی کرتے ہیں کہ ایمان لائے ہیں اس پر جو آپ ﷺکی طرف اور آپ ﷺ سے پہلے نازل ہوا، چاہتے ہیں کہ اپنے فیصلے طاغوت (غیر اللہ) کے پاس لے جائیں حالانکہ ان کو حکم ہو چکا ہے کہ طاغوت کا انکار کر دیں۔ (النسائ۔60)

حزب التحریر افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران سے پوچھتی ہے کہ کب تک سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کے جھوٹے دلاسوں سے دھوکا کھاتے رہیں گے۔ امریکہ کی مدد و حمائت کی خوش فہمی میں ہم پہلے ہی آدھا ملک گنوا چکے ہیں اور آج بھی مسلسل نقصان اٹھا رہے ہیں۔ آج امریکی پالیسیوں کی حمائت کا یہ جواز یکسر ختم ہو چکا ہے کہ یہ پاکستان کے قومی مفاد میں ہیں۔ مسئلہ کشمیر کا واحد حل خلافت کا قیام اور اس کی افواج کے ذریعے جہاد ہے۔ اے افواج پاکستان کے مخلص افسران سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کو ہٹاو اور حزب التحریر کو نصرة دو تا کہ خلافت کا قیام عمل میں لایا جا سکے اور بذریعہ جہاد کشمیر کو آزاد کروایا جائے۔
