Hizb ut-Tahrir launches the Urdu translation of the “Economic System  in Islam” Book

Only the Islamic Economic System can save the world from exploitation and starvation

Hizb ut-Tahrir announce with pleasure the launching of the Urdu translation of its book “The Economic System in Islam.” Hizb ut-Tahrir first produced this book in the language of Islam, Arabic, and it is now in its Sixth Edition, Seventh Print 1425/1428 A.H (2004/2008 CE). And now it is available in the Urdu language, the language of more than 500 million Muslims, Alhamdulilah.

The book is launched in Urdu in a critical period when Capitalist economic ideas and rules are being imposed upon the Muslims globally, even though it is collapsing in its own backyard, the West. In these troubled days, Muslim and non-Muslim intellectuals both are looking for salvation from the Western free market model, so there is a pressing need for a clear presentation of the Economic System of Islam. This unique book is an intellectual treasure in this subject, giving a crystal clear picture of the Islamic economic system.

The book explains the Islamic view of economy and its objectives, the rule of lands, the concept of public ownership of energy resources, adopting the gold and silver standard for currency, internal and foreign trade, revenues that prevent the need for taxing the poor, difference between Islamic companies and capitalist companies, the prohibition of insurance & stock markets, ensuring the distribution of wealth among the people, the state budget, amongst many other issue as well.

The uniqueness of this book is that in adopting the rules of Islam regarding economy the sole sources are the revealed Quran and Sunnah. حزب التحریر نے کتاب “اسلام کا نظام اقتصاد” کا اردو ترجمہ جاری کردیا

صرف اسلام کا اقتصادی نظام ہی دنیا کو استحصال اور بھوک سے بچا سکتا ہے

حزب التحریر مسرت سے اس بات کا اعلان کرتی ہے کہ کتاب “اسلام کا نظام اقتصاد” کا اردو ترجمہ جاری کردیا گیا ہے۔ حزب التحریر نے یہ کتاب سب سے پہلے اسلام کی زبان عربی میں شائع کی تھی اور اس کا چھٹا ایڈیشن  1425 ہجری بمطابق 2004 عیسوی اور ساتواں پرنٹ 1428 ہجری بمطابق 2008 عیسوی میں شائع ہوا تھا۔ الحمد للہ اب یہ کتاب اردو زبان میں بھی میسر ہے، وہ زبان جو 500 ملین مسلمانوں کی زبان ہے۔

یہ کتاب اردو زبان میں اس وقت جاری کی جا رہی ہے جب  سرمایہ دارانہ نظریات اور احکامات مسلمانوں پر عالمی سطح پرنافذ ہیں اگرچہ اب یہ نظریات اور احکامات خود اپنے ہی گھر یعنی مغرب میں بُری طرح سے زوال پزیر ہیں۔ آج کی مشکل صورتحال میں مسلم اور غیر مسلم دانشور حضرات مغربی آزاد منڈی کے نمونے (Free Market Model) سے نجات کی تلاش میں ہیں۔ لہٰذا اس وقت اس بات کی شدید ضرورت ہے کہ اسلام کے اقتصادی نظام کو مکمل شفافیت  اور جامعیت کے ساتھ پیش کیا جائے۔ یہ منفرد کتاب اس موضوع پر ایک فکری خزانہ ہے جو اسلام کے اقتصادی نظام کو مکمل وضاحت سے ساتھ پیش کرتی ہے۔

یہ کتاب معیشت اور اس کے اہداف کے متعلق اسلام کے نقطہ نظر، زمینوں سے متعلق قوانین، توانائی کے وسائل کے متعلق عوامی ملکیت کے تصور، سونے اور چاندی کو کرنسی کی بنیاد، اندرونی و بیرونی تجارت، محصولات جن کے ذریعے غریب ٹیکس سے محفوظ رہتے ہیں، اسلامی اور سرمایہ دارانہ کمپنیوں کے درمیان فرق، انشورنس اور اسٹاک مارکیٹ کے حرام ہونے، لوگوں کے درمیان دولت کی تقسیم، ریاست کا بجٹ  اور دوسرے کئی امور کو بیان کرتی ہے۔

اس کتاب کی انفرادیت یہ ہے کہ معیشت سے متعلق اسلام کے احکامات کو اخذ کرنے کے لیے صرف اور صرف قرآن و سنت سے رجوع کیا گیا ہے۔ یہ کتاب تفصیل کے ساتھ سرمایہ دارانہ اور سوشلسٹ معاشی نظام کی نفی کرتی ہے اور ان میں موجود نقائص اور تضاد کو  اسلام اور زمینی حقائق سے واضح کرتی ہے۔
