Only the Khilafah can avenge Aafia Siddiqui and similar other sisters
After torturing for five years and depriving her of her children; America has pronounced Dr. Aafia Siddiqui guilty of the act she never committed. Expecting justice from the American administration, who has even left behind the pharaoh andHalaku Khan in its cruelty, is equivalent to deceiving oneself. Despite the contradictory statements of the witnesses, jury pronounced the chaste daughter ofPakistan, Dr. Aafia, guilty as charged. Thus Dr Aafia could be sentenced for 60 years for an attempted murder in which not a single person was even wounded rather it was Dr. Aafia who was shot in the stomach. Along with America the traitor rulers of Pakistan are equally responsible in this brutal and vicious crime. Nobody dared to ask as to how come Dr. Aafia reached the notorious Bagram jail fromPakistan in the first place. On whose order was she kidnapped along with her three children? Where was she for the past five long years? Where are her remaining two children? Pakistani democratic rulers are as deaf, dumb, blind and treacherous slaves to America as their predecessor dictators. Where have all those disappeared now who depicted the rosy picture of democracy? This injustice is the pinnacle and the hallmark of the Capitalist democratic system where innocent are immolated to appease the majority. The injustice with Dr. Aafia is nothing new; infact the ordeal of the caged sisters in Abu Ghuraib may be even worse and heart breaking. But even today our rulers act like hunting dogs and assist their master in arresting Muslim sons and daughters to hand them over to these wolves. Hizb ut-Tahrir wishes to inform the Ummah that Aafia Siddiqi and similar other sisters can not be retrieved from these Kuffar by merely requesting and begging the enemy. For this we need to do what Muhammad Bin Qasim and Mu’tasim did to avenge their sisters i.e. Jihad through the professional armies of the Khilafah. Today also we need to mobilize our forces by establishing the Khilafah. Then we will see how America does not set our brothers and sisters free from their dungeon in order to free its captured soldiers from this region. Hizb calls to the armed forces of Pakistan; for how long will you see the dishonoring of your sisters? Rise and protect the honour of your sisters and liberate them from the squalid captivity of these Kuffar. Accept martyrdom in this cause; by Allah this is the success of this world and the Akhira (Hereafter). You know this is not possible unless these treacherous rulers are sitting over your necks. So provide Nusra (support) to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the re-establishment of the Khilafah and remove these traitor rulers along with this kufr system. This is the only practical and swift method to bring Dr. Aafia home.
Today, Hizb staged protest demonstrations in Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore andPeshawar against this brutal and malicious judgment. The demonstrators carried banners and placards inscribed with slogans such as: “O Pak Army! Avenge Aafia, Establish Khilafah, end US presence”. They demanded from the Armed Forces of Pakistan to provide Nusra (support) to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the re-establishment of the Khilafah so that organized Jihad could be started to stop the brutalities against Muslims.

عافیہ صدیقی کے فیصلے پر حز ب التحریر کے ملک گیر مظاہرے
عافیہ صدیقی اور اس جیسی کئی بہنوں کا بدلہ صرف خلافت ہی چکا سکتی ہے
امریکی حکومت نے عافیہ صدیقی کو پانچ سال تک ٹارچر کرنے اور اس کے بچے چھیننے کے بعد اب اسے ناکردہ گناہوں کی پاداش میں مجرم بھی قرار دے دیا ہے۔ ہلاکو خان اور فرعون کو مات دینے والی امریکی حکومت سے انصاف کی توقع کرنا اپنے آپ کو دھوکا دینے کے مترادف ہے۔ گواہوں کے متضاد بیانات کے باوجود جیوری نے تمام الزامات کو درست قرار دیتے ہوئے پاکستان کی عفت مآب بیٹی عافیہ کو گناہ گار قرار دے دیا۔ عافیہ کو ایک ایسے اقدام قتل میں 60 سال تک سزا ہو سکتی ہے جس میں کوئی بھی شخص زخمی نہ ہوا الٹا عافیہ کے پیٹ میں گولیاں ماری گئیں۔ اس ظلم میں امریکہ کے ساتھ ساتھ پاکستان کے غدار حکمران برابر کے شریک ہیں۔ کوئی یہ پوچھنے کی جسارت نہیں کرسکتا کہ آخر وہ پاکستان سے بگرام کے بدنام زمانہ جیل کیسے پہنچی؟ اسے کس کے حکم پراپنے تین بچوں سمیت اغوا کیا گیا؟ وہ پانچ سال تک کہاںرہی؟ اس کے دیگر دو بچے کہاں ہیں وغیرہ۔ پاکستان کے جمہوری حکمران بھی اس طرح کے زر خرید، گونگے بہرے اور غدار غلام ہیں جیسے کہ ان سے قبل آمر حکمران تھے۔ ہمیں جمہوریت کے سہانے سپنے دکھانے والے آخر آج کہاں دفن ہو گئے ہیں؛ یہ ہے وہ ظلم جو سرمایہ دارانہ جمہوریت کی معراج ہے۔ جہاں اپنی اکثریت کو خوش کرنے کے لئے معصوموں کو بھینٹ چڑھا دیا جاتا ہے۔ عافیہ کے ساتھ ہونے والا ظلم کچھ نیا نہیں۔ بلکہ ابو غریب میں محصور بہنوں کی داستانیں تو شاید اس سے بھی زیادہ ہولناک اور دل دھلا دینے والی ہیں۔ لیکن ہمارے غدار حکمران آج بھی پکڑ پکڑ کر مسلمان بیٹیاں اور بیٹے ان بھیڑیوں کے حوالے کر رہے ہیں۔ حزب التحریر امت کو بتا دینا چاہتی ہے کہ عافیہ صدیقی اور اس جیسی دیگر بہنوں کو منت سماجت کر کے دشمن سے چھڑایا نہیں جاسکتا بلکہ اس کے لئے وہ کرنا ہو تا ہے جو محمد بن قاسم ؒ اور معتصم باللہ نے کیا تھا یعنی خلافت کی فوجوں کے ذریعے کفار سے جہاد۔ آج بھی ہمیں خلافت قائم کرتے ہوئے اپنی فوجوں کو متحرک کرنا ہوگا۔ پھر دیکھیں کہ امریکہ اس خطے سے پکڑے جانے والے امریکی فوجیوں کے بدلے عافیہ سمیت تمام مسلمان بہنوں اور بھائیوں کو اپنے زندانوں سے کیسے رہا نہیں کرتا۔ حزب التحریر افواج پاکستان کو پکارتی ہے کہ تم کب تک اپنی بہنوں کی عزت کو پامال ہوتے دیکھتے رہو گے؟ اٹھو اور اپنی بہنوں کے سروں پر چادریں رکھو، انہیں کافروں کی غلیظ قید سے آزادی دلواو۔ ان کی حفاظت کے لئے شہادت قبول کرو، بخدا یہ اس دنیا اور آخرت کی کامیابی ہوگی۔ تم جانتے ہو کہ یہ سب کچھ اس وقت تک ممکن نہیں جب تک یہ غدار حکمران تمہارے سروں پر مسلط ہیں۔ چنانچہ حزب التحریر کو خلافت کے قیام کے لئے نصرت فراہم کرو اور ان غداروں کو اس کفر نظام سمیت اکھاڑ پھینکو۔ عافیہ صدیقی کو گھر لانے کا یہی واحد قابل عمل اور فوری طریقہ ہے۔
اس ظالمانہ فیصلے کے خلاف حزب التحریر نے اسلام آباد، کراچی، لاہور اور پشاور میں احتجاجی مظاہروں کا انعقاد کیا ۔ مظاہرین نے بینر اور کتبے اٹھا رکھے تھے جس پر تحریر تھا: ”اے افواجِ پاکستان! قیام خلافت کا بیڑا اٹھاﺅ، عافیہ پر ظلم کا بدلہ چکاو“۔ مظاہرین نے افواج پاکستان سے مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ خلافت کے قیام کے لئے مدد و نصرت فراہم کریں تاکہ مسلمانوں پر ہونے والے ظلم کو بذریعہ منظم جہاد روکا جاسکے۔
