Violation of a Mosque and Martyrdom of Seven Muslims in Occupied Kashmir

Organized Jihad through Pakistan’s armed forces against India is required, not alliance with the Hindu thugs

On Wednesday night, Indian border security forces tried to force entry into a mosque in Kohl, situated in the southern district of Occupied Kashmir, Rambun. The Imam of the mosque heroically resisted the Hindu thugs and was martyred by them. The next day, when locals demonstrated against this outrageous crime, Hindu security forces opened fire on them as well, resulting in the martyrdom of six more Muslims, whilst dozens were injured.

Such regular atrocities against the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir is a source of grief and shame, when it occurs on the doorstep of a powerful Muslim state, with a population of more then 180 million people and the seventh largest armed forces in the world, equipped with nuclear missiles. India is only encouraged to oppress Muslims because the traitors in Pakistan’s political and military leadership are not challenging India in any matter, as per the instruction of their masters in Washington. First the Musharraf-Aziz regime, then the Kayani-Zardari regime, and now the Kayani-Sharief regime are all towing the same American line. Whether India holds back our river water, or accuses us of attacks on the Indian parliament or on the people of Mumbai, or treats the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir and India as third-class citizens, lower than their low-caste Hindu “Untouchables,” martyring them as she pleases, Pakistan’s oath-breakers never respond in a language that Hindus would understand.

It is a duty upon the Muslims of Pakistan and their armed forces to liberate Kashmir and its people from Indian aggression and occupation. The Kayani- Sharif regime touts are not only throwing this obligation behind their backs in order to please America, they are flattering, kneeling and prostrating before the Hindu state. Hindu hands are completely drenched in Muslim blood, they violate the honor of our mothers, sisters and daughters, yet we have been told that making economic and diplomatic alliances with such unjust, untrustworthy thugs is in our interest! Allahسبحانه و تعالى says: إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمُ ٱللَّهُ عَنِ ٱلَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِى ٱلدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُواْ عَلَىٰ إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَن تَوَلَّوْهُمْ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُوْلَـٰئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّالِمُونَ “It is only as regards those who fought against you on account of Deen, and have driven you out of your homes, and helped to drive you out, that Allah forbids you to ally with them. And whosoever will befriend them, then such are the Oppressors.” [Surah Al-Mumtahina 60:9]

O sincere officers of the armed forces! The Muslims of Kashmir, your brothers and sisters, are calling you for help. If a handful of mujahideen of Afghanistan can bring the American forces, re-enforced by forces from around forty countries, to their knees, than you are more than able to fight the Hindu murderers and rapists. To be freely able to do your duty, you must remove the traitors in your leadership, who are chains of slavery to Washington, and provide the Nussrah (Support) to Hizb ut-Tahrir, led by its Ameer, the eminent scholar, Shaikh Ata ibn Khalil Abu Ar-Rashta for the establishment of the Khilafah. Only then will a Khaleefah Rashid prepare a magnificent force of Muslims, to liberate Kashmir and all occupied Muslims territories from the evil grasp of the Kuffar.

مقبوضہ کشمیر میں مسجد کی بے حرمتی اور سات مسلمانوں کی شہادت

بھارت سے دوستانہ تعلقات کی نہیں فوج کے ذریعے منظم جہاد کی ضرورت ہے

مقبوضہ کشمیر کے جنوبی ضلع رام بن کے علاقے کول کی ایک مسجد میں بدھ کی رات بھارتی باڈر سکیوریٹی فورسز نے گھسنے کی کوشش کی اور  امام مسجد کی مزاحمت پر اسے گولی مار کر شہید کردیا گیا۔ علاقے کے مسلمانوں نے جب اگلے دن اس واقع پر احتجاجی مظاہرہ کیا تو ان پر بھی گولی چلادی گئی اور مزید چھ مسلمانوں کو شہید اور سیکڑوں کو زخمی کردیا گیا۔

مقبوضہ کشمیر میں مسلمانوں پر ہونے والے مظالم اس حوالے سے انتہائی شرمناک ہیں کہ ان کے عین ہمسائے میں 18کروڑکی آبادی کا ایک مسلمان ملک پاکستان موجود ہے جس کے پاس ایٹمی اسلحے سے مسلح دنیا کی ساتویں بڑی فوج بھی ہے۔ بھارت کو مظالم کرنے کی جسارت اس لیے ہوتی ہے کیونکہ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار جن کی قیادت جنرل کیانی کررہا ہے امریکی حکم کے مطابق بھارت کو کسی بھی معاملے میں چیلنج نہیں کرتے۔ پہلے مشرف پھر کیانی و زرداری حکومت اور اب کیانی و شریف حکومت اسی امریکی پالیسی پر عمل پیرا ہے۔ بھارت چاہے ہمارے دریاوں کا پانی روک لے ، بھارتی پارلیمنٹ یا ممبئی حملوں کا الزام پاکستان پر لگائے یا کشمیر سمیت بھارت بھر میں مسلمانوں کو شودروں سے بھی کمتر درجے کا شہری بنادے اور جب چاہے ان کا قتل عام کردے ،سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار کبھی بھی بھارت کو اس زبان میں جواب نہیں دیں گے جو وہ سمجھتا ہے۔

حزب التحریریہ یاد دہانی کراتی ہے کہ کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کو بھارت کے مظالم اور تسلط سے آزاد کرانا پاکستان کے مسلمانوں اور افواج پر فرج ہے اور اس فرض سے کوتاہی سخت گناہ کا باعث ہے۔ کیانی و شریف حکومت بھی اس فرض کو بھلا کر امریکی خوشنودی کی خاطر بھارت کے قدموں میں بیچھے جارہے ہیں۔  جس بھارت کے ہاتھ مسلمانوں کے خون سے تربا تر ہیں اور جو ہماری مسلمان ماوں،بہنوں کی عزتوں کو تاراج کرتا ہے اسی سے دوستانہ تعلقات اور تجارت کو ملکی مفاد میں قرار دیا جارہا ہے۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالی فرماتے ہیں(إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمُ ٱللَّهُ عَنِ ٱلَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِى ٱلدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُواْ عَلَىٰ إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَن تَوَلَّوْهُمْ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُوْلَـٰئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّالِمُونَ) “جن لوگوں نے دین کی وجہ سے تمھارے ساتھ قتال کیا اور تمھیں تمھارے گھروں سے نکال دیا اور تمھارے نکالنے میں اوروں کی مدد کی اللہ تعالی ان لوگوں سے دوستی کرنے سے تمھیں منع کرتا ہے اور جو لوگ ان سے دوستی کرتے ہیں وہی ظالم ہیں” (الممتحنہ:9)۔

اے افواج پاکستان کے مخلص افسران! کشمیر کے مسلمان بھائی ،مائیں اور بہنیں تمھیں اپنی مدد کے لیے پکار رہی ہیں۔ اگر افغانستان کے مٹھی بھر مسلمان مجاہدین امریکہ سمیت چالیس سے زائد ممالک کی فوج کو دھول چاٹنے پر مجبور کرسکتے ہیں تو تم ان سے کہیں زیادہ طاقت رکھتے ہو۔ لہذا اپنی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کو ہٹاو اور خلافت کے قیام کے لیے شیخ عطا بن خلیل ابو الرشتہ کی قیادت میں حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ فراہم کرو۔ پھر خلیفہ مسلمانوں کی ایک عظیم شان فوج تیار کرے گا اور کشمیر سمیت تمام مسلم مقبوضہ علاقوں کو کفار کے تسلط سے آزاد کرائے گا۔
