Pakistan-Russia Joint Military Exercises

Alliance with the Enemies of Islam and Muslims will only bring Humiliation not Strength

To take part in exercises with the Pakistan Army until 10 October 2016 a “contingent of Russian ground forces” arrived in Pakistan on 23^rd September 2016 according Pakistan’s military spokesman, Lieutenant General Asim Bajwa. Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan strongly condemns military exercises with Russia, a staunch enemy of Islam and Muslims which is currently supporting the tyrant Bashaar in his open massacre of the Muslims of Aleppo (حلب). It further clarified that if decades of political, economic and military relations with America failed to protect the borders of Pakistan and the interests of Islam and Muslims, then how will any sort of alliance with another belligerently hostile state such as Russia bring anything other than further pain and humiliation?

The traitors in the political and military leadership of Pakistan have been propagating that in order to face India, Pakistan must have a support of a major world power and America is best suited for this purpose. However, relations with America that began substantially in the era of General Ayub Khan have always been a relation of that of a master and his slave. Until today such alliance has failed to protect the interests of Pakistan, Muslims and Islam because such alliances are always to secure the interest of the more powerful state. Within military circles it is often lamented that both in the 1965 war with India and the 1971 division of Pakistan, despite its alliance America did not come to the rescue. Instead America exploited the capability of Pakistan with the help of traitors in Pakistan’s political and military leadership, first against USSR in Afghanistan and then to attack and consolidate America’s own occupation of Afghanistan and to counter the resistance of Pushtoon Muslims within the tribal regions either side of the Pak-Afghan borders. And now in order to counter the rising power of China and the Islamic revival of the Muslims in the region, America is openly supporting the arch rival of Pakistan, India, politically, economically and militarily. All this confirms that alliance with the enemy of Islam and Muslims has only brought disaster and humiliation to Pakistan.

Whilst traitors in the political and military leadership continue their slavery to America, they deceive the Ummah by establishing military relations with Russia to convey the impression that we are going to take the support of Russia against India. If America has placed all his support in India’s favor after decades of friendship with Pakistan, then how Russia will go against India in favor of Pakistan whilst Russia has had decades of relations with India, particularly during the Cold War and the invasion of Afghanistan? The traitors in the political and military leadership are still agents of America and a recent proof of this fact is the visit of General Raheel Sharif to Germany to participate in a conference of armed forces chiefs being held under auspices of US CENTCOM. So regardless of continuous betrayal by America, the traitors in the political and military leadership are still using Pakistan’s capabilities for fulfilling American interests.

The Muslims of Pakistan and armed forces must know that alliance with the open enemies of Islam and Muslims, no matter whether it is America, Russia or whoever else, will never result in enhancing Pakistan political, economic and military strength nor will it secure us against India. The Muslims of Pakistan can only increase their strength many folds through the immediate re-establishment of the Khilafah on the method of Prophethood because only Khilafah will gather all the Muslims and their armies under a single state and will transform them into a strong unbreakable chain. RasulAllah (saaw) said,

إنما الإمام جُنة يُقاتَل من ورائه ويُتّقى به

“Indeed the Imam is a shield, from whose behind (one) would fight, and by whom one would protect oneself” (Muslim).

And Allah swt informed us that His help is with us and even the combined power of all the people of kufr will never be enough against us,

إِنْ يَنْصُرْكُمُ ٱللَّهُ فَلاَ غَالِبَ لَكُمْ وَإِنْ يَخْذُلْكُمْ فَمَنْ ذَا ٱلَّذِى يَنْصُرُكُمْ مِّنْ بَعْدِهِ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ

“If Allah helps you, none can overcome you; and if He forsakes you, who is there after Him that can help you? And in Allah (Alone) let believers put their trust” (Surah Aali-Imran 3:160).

There is no doubt that the way for strength is the Khilafah project and not alliances with the enemies of Islam and Muslims.

پاک روس مشترکہ فوجی مشقیں

اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے دشمنوں سے اتحاد طاقت کا نہیں ذلت و رسوائی کا سبب بنے گا

افواج پاکستان کے ترجمان لیفٹیننٹ جنرل عاصم باجوہ نے کہا کہ 23 ستمبر 2016 کو “روس کا زمینی فوجی دستہ” پاکستان پہنچا اور پاکستان آرمی کے ساتھ 10 اکتوبر تک مشترکہ فوجی مشقوں میں حصہ لے گا۔ حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے ایک اور شدید دشمن روس کے ساتھ فوجی مشقوں کی شدید مذمت کرتی ہے جو شام کے جابر بشار کی حمایت میں حلب کے مسلمانوں کا قتل عام کررہا ہے۔ اس کے علاہ حزب یہ بھی واضح کردینا چاہتی ہے کہ جس طرح امریکہ کے ساتھ دہائیوں پر مبنی سیاسی ، معاشی و فوجی اتحاد پاکستان کی سرحدوں اور اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے مفادات کا تحفظ کے لئے ناکام ثابت ہوا تو کس طرح ایک اور کھلے دشمن روس کے ساتھ کسی بھی قسم کا اتحاد تباہی و رسوائی کے علاوہ کوئی فائدہ پہنچا سکتا ہے؟

پاکستان کی سیاسی فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار ہمیشہ سے یہ تصور پیش کرتےچلے آئے ہیں کہ بھارت کا مقابلہ کرنے کے لئےپاکستان کو کسی بڑی عالمی طاقت کی مدد لازمی حاصل ہونی چاہیے اور اس مقصد کے حصول کے لئے امریکہ سے بہتر کوئی اور نہیں ہوسکتا۔ لیکن جنرل ایوب خان کے دور سے شروع ہونے والے پاک امریکہ تعلقات ہمیشہ آقا اور غلام کے تعلقات ہی رہے ہیں۔ آج تک اس قسم کا اتحاد پاکستان، اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے مفادات کا تحفظ کرنے میں ناکام رہا ہے کیونکہ اس قسم کے اتحاد کا مقصد صرف اور صرف بڑی طاقت کے مفادات کا تحفظ کرنا ہوتا ہے۔فوجی حلقوں میں یہ بات اکثر کہی جاتی ہے کہ 1965 کی بھارت کے خلاف جنگ اور 1971 میں پاکستان کی تقسیم کے وقت، فوجی اتحاد کے باوجود امریکہ مدد کو نہیں پہنچا۔ لیکن اس کے باوجود امریکہ نے پہلے افغانستان میں سوویت یونین کے خلاف اور پھر افغانستان میں اپنے حملے اور قبضے کو برقرار رکھنے اور پاک افغان سرحد کے دونوں جانب موجود قبائلی علاقوں میں پشتون مسلمانوں کی مزاحمت کو کچلنے کے لئے پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کی مدد سے پاکستان کی طاقت کو بھر پور طریقے سے استعمال کیا ۔ اور اب خطے میں چین کی ابھرتی طاقت اور مسلمانوں کی نشاۃ ثانیہ کو روکنے کے لئے امریکہ کھل کر پاکستان کے دشمن بھارت کی سیاسی ، معاشی اور فوجی حمایت کررہا ہے۔ یہ تمام باتیں اس بات کا ثبوت ہیں کہ اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے دشمن، امریکہ سے دوستی و اتحاد کرنے سے پاکستان کے حصے میں تباہی اور ذلت و رسوائی کے سوا کچھ نہیں آیا۔

اب بھی پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے امریکہ کی غلامی جاری رکھی ہوئی ہے اور امت کو دھوکہ دینے کے لئے روس کے ساتھ فوجی تعلقات بنائے جارہے ہیں اور یہ تاثر دے رہے ہیں کہ بھارت کا مقابلہ کرنے کے لئے ہم روس کی معاونت حاصل کررہے ہیں۔ اگر امریکہ نے پاکستان سے دہائیوں کی دوستی کے بعد بھارت کے پلڑے میں اپنا سارا حصہ ڈال دیا ہےتو روس جس کے بھارت کے ساتھ دہائیوں سے تعلقات ہیں، خصوصاً سرد جنگ اور افغانستان پر حملے کے وقت، وہ کس طرح پاکستان کے مفاد میں بھارت کے خلاف پاکستان کا ساتھ دے گا؟ پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار آج بھی امریکہ کے ہی ایجنٹ ہیں اور اس کا تازہ ثبوت یہ ہے کہ جنرل راحیل شریف جرمنی میں امریکہ کی سینٹرل کمانڈ (CENTCOM) کے تحت ہونے والی کانفرنس میں شرکت کے لئے پہنچے ہیں۔ لہٰذا امریکہ کی تمام تر دھوکے بازیوں کے باوجود سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار پاکستان کی طاقت کو اب بھی امریکی مفادات کی تکمیل کے لئے ہی استعمال کررہے ہیں۔

پاکستان کے مسلمانوں اور افواج کو یہ جان لینا چاہیے کہ اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے کھلےدشمنوں سے اتحاد، چاہے وہ امریکہ ہو یا روس یا کوئی بھی اور، کسی صورت پاکستان کی سیاسی، معاشی اور فوجی طاقت میں اضافے اور بھارت کے خلاف استعمال نہیں ہوسکتا۔ پاکستان کے مسلمان اپنی طاقت میں اضافہ نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کے ذریعے سے ہی کرسکتے ہیں کیونکہ خلافت تمام مسلمانوں اور ان کی افواج کو ایک ریاست میں یکجا کرکے ایک مضبوط زنجیر میں تبدیل کردے گی۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا،

إنما الإمام جُنة يُقاتَل من ورائه ويُتّقى به

“بے شک خلیفہ ہی ڈھال ہے، جس کے پیچھے رہ کر لڑا جاتا ہے، اور اسی کے ذریعے تحفظ حاصل ہوتا ہے”(مسلم)۔

اور اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ بھی فرماتے ہیں کہ ساری دنیا کے کفار مل کر بھی تمہارا مقابلہ نہیں کرسکتے اگر میری مدد تمہارے ساتھ ہے،

إِنْ يَنْصُرْكُمُ ٱللَّهُ فَلاَ غَالِبَ لَكُمْ وَإِنْ يَخْذُلْكُمْ فَمَنْ ذَا ٱلَّذِى يَنْصُرُكُمْ مِّنْ بَعْدِهِ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ

“اگر اللہ تمہاری مدد کرے تو تم پر کوئی غالب نہیں آسکتا اور اگر وہ تمہیں چھوڑ دے تو اس کے بعد کون ہے جو تمہاری مدد کرے؟ ایمان والوں کو اللہ تعالیٰ ہی پر بھروسہ رکھنا چاہیے”(آل عمران:160)۔

اس بات میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ پاکستان کو طاقتور بننے کے لئےاسلام اور مسلمانوں کے دشمنوں سے اتحاد کرنے کی نہیں بلکہ خلافت کے منصوبے کی ضرورت ہے ۔
