Palestine will never be Liberated through United Nation Resolution

It’s a Shar’i Obligation upon Pakistan’s Armed Forces to Perform Jihad in the Way of Allah swt with the Passion of Martyrdom or Victory to Liberate Palestine

On 21st December 2017, Pakistan supported and voted in favor of the resolution in the United Nations General Assembly rejecting the US’s recognition of Jerusalem as the capital the Jewish entity. Pakistan’s representative Maleeha Lodhi in United Nations said that no solution is acceptable for resolution of the issue of Palestine except the two state solution. Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilyah Pakistan completely rejects the stance of Pakistan’s political and military leadership regarding Palestine because it is completely in line with the US policy, which intends to declare a tiny Palestine state, comprising of the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and a small portion of Jerusalem and secure recognition of the Jewish state from Muslim countries, which Islam absolutely forbids.

The Muslims are not fools that they could be deceived with the lollipop of UN resolutions. The Ummah is completely aware of the reality of the United Nations. The UN is a tool of the US and other colonialist nations, to achieve their objectives. Muslims also have no doubt that since the creation of the United Nations until today, it has not resolved problems faced by the Muslims, whether Palestine or Kashmir. Instead if there is a matter which is in the interest of the colonialists, than this organization moves quickly and swiftly. This was in the case of the separation of East Timor from Indonesia and South Sudan from the rest of the Sudan. The Muslims have also seen that the United Nations never moves to stop the slaughter of the Muslims in Palestine, Kashmir, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and the Central African Republic. It would be unfortunate that despite knowing this reality, any Muslim would be deceived by the traitorous rulers. It is foolish to place hopes upon the United Nations that it will resolve the matter of Palestine with justice. Its failure to scure justice for Muslims is because it is a tool of Kuffar. Allah (swt) warned,

يَا أَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُوۤاْ إِنْ تُطِيعُواْ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَلَىٰ أَعْقَابِكُمْ فَتَنْقَلِبُواْ خَاسِرِينَ

“O you who believe! If you obey those who disbelieve, they will send you back on your heels, and you will turn back (from Faith) as losers”

[Surah Aali Imran 3:149).

The United Nations is a tool of the colonialist Kuffar, led by America, therefore taking any initiative through it against US policy is only a deception. If the rulers of Pakistan and other Muslim countries had been sincere to the liberation of Palestine, they would have not been merely moving their tongues in the UN, rather they would have moved Muslim armies. However, they have not done this. Nor will they ever do so because they are the agents of Kuffar. All occupied Muslim Lands, including all of Palestine, will only be liberated when the Muslim armies move for jihad in the way of Allah (swt), with the passion of martyrdom or victory. However, this will only happen after the establishment of Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood because the Khaleefah Rashid will rule on the basis of Islam and so will move the Muslim armies to liberate all of Palestine, including Masjid Al-Aqsa, and purify this blessed land from the filth of the Jewish presence. Islam has made clear that issues related to the occupation of the lands of Muslims are not resolved by resolutions, rather by the fire and steel of war. Allah (swt) said,

فَمَنِ ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَٱعْتَدُواْ عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ

“Then whoever transgresses the prohibition against you, you transgress likewise against him”

(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:194).

اقوام متحدہ کی قرارداوں سے فلسطین آزاد نہیں ہوگا!

افواج پاکستان کی یہ شرعی ذمہ داری ہے کہ وہ شہادت یا کامیابی کے جذبے کے تحت فلسطین کی آزادی کے لیے اللہ کی راہ میں جہاد کریں

         21 دسمبر 2017 کو اقوام متحدہ کی جنرل اسمبلی میں پاکستان نے امریکہ کی جانب سے یروشلم کو یہودی وجود کا دارلحکومت قرار دینے کے اعلان کے خلاف قرار داد کے حق میں ووٹ ڈالا۔ اقوام متحدہ میں پاکستان کی مندوب ملیحہ لودھی نے فلسطین کے مسئلے کے حل کے لیے کہا کہ دو ریاستی حل کے علاوہ کوئی فیصلہ قبول نہیں ہو گا۔ پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت اور مسلم حکمرانوں کی جانب سے اقوام متحدہ میں فسلطین کے مسئلے پر اختیار کیے جانے والے موقف کو حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان مکمل طور پر مسترد کرتی ہے کیونکہ یہ موقف عین امریکی پالیسی کے مطابق ہے جس کے تحت غزہ کی پٹی، مغربی ساحل اور یروشلم کے کچھ حصے کو فلسطینی ریاست قرار دے کر یہودی وجود کو مسلم ممالک سے قبول کروانا مقصود ہے جس کی اسلام قطعی اجازت نہیں دیتا۔

         مسلمان بے وقوف نہیں کہ انہیں اقوام متحدہ کی قراردادوں کے لالی پاپ سے مزید بہلایا جا سکے۔ اس اقوام متحدہ کی حقیقت سے امت اب بخوبی آگاہ ہے کہ یہ امریکہ اور دوسری استعماری طاقتوں کے مفادات کی تکمیل کے لیے ایک آلہ کار ادارہ ہے۔ مسلمان اس بات سے اچھی طرح آگاہ ہیں کہ اقوام متحدہ کے قیام کے دن سے آج تک مسلمانوں کا کوئی بھی مسئلہ، چاہے فلسطین ہو یا کشمیر، حق و انصاف کی بنیاد پر حل نہیں ہوا لیکن جب کبھی مسلمانوں کے مفاد کے خلاف کوئی کام ہو تو یہ ادارہ فوراً حرکت میں آ جاتا ہے جیسے ایسٹ تیمور کی انڈونیشیا اور جنوبی سوڈان کی سوڈان سے علیحدگی کے معاملے میں ہوا۔ مسلمان یہ بھی دیکھ چکے ہیں کہ فلسطین، کشمیر، میانمار، افغانستان، عراق، شام، وسطی افریقی ریاست میں مسلمانوں کا خون پانی کی طرح بہایا جا رہا ہے لیکن اقوام متحدہ قطعی حرکت میں نہیں آتی۔ یہ بہت ہی بدقسمتی کی بات ہو گی کہ امت یہ حقیقت جاننے کے باوجو دغدار حکمرانوں کے ان دھوکوں سے مطمئن ہو جائے۔ اقوام متحدہ سے فلسطین کے مسئلے کے حل کی امید لگانا بے وقوفی اور اس کا انجام ناکامی ہے کیونکہ یہ کافروں کا آلہ کار ادارہ ہے اور اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے ہمیں پہلے ہی اس سے خبردار کر دیا ہوا ہے:

يَا أَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُوۤاْ إِنْ تُطِيعُواْ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَلَىٰ أَعْقَابِكُمْ فَتَنْقَلِبُواْ خَاسِرِينَ

“مومنو! اگر تم کافروں کا کہا مان لو گے تو وہ تم کو الٹے پاؤں پھیر کر (مرتد کر) دیں گے پھر تم بڑے خسارے میں پڑ جاؤ گے”

(آل عمران:149)۔

         اقوام متحدہ استعماری کافروں کا آلہ کار ادارہ ہے جس کی سربراہی امریکہ کرتا ہے لہٰذا ایسے ادارے میں بیٹھ کر امریکہ کی پالیسی کے خلاف اٹھایا جانے والا کوئی بھی قدم دھوکے کے سوا کچھ نہیں۔ اگر پاکستان اور مسلم دنیا کے حکمران ارض فلسطین کی آزادی کے لیے مخلص ہوتے تو اقوام متحدہ میں زبانیں نہیں چلاتے بلکہ اسلامی ممالک کی افواج کو فوراً حرکت میں لاتے۔ لیکن نہ انہوں نے ایسا کیا اور نہ یہ کبھی ایسا کریں گے کیونکہ یہ حکمران کفار کے ایجنٹ ہیں۔ فلسطین سمیت تمام مقبوضہ مسلم علاقے صرف اور صرف اس وقت آزاد ہوں گے جب مسلم افواج شہادت یا کامیابی کے جذبے کے تحت اللہ کی راہ میں جہاد کے لیے نکل پڑیں گیں۔ لیکن ایسا صرف نبوت کے طریقے پر قائم خلافت کے قیام کے بعد ہی ہوگا کیونکہ خلیفہ راشد اسلام کی بنیاد پر حکمرانی کرے گا اور مسجد الاقصیٰ سمیت پورے فلسطین کو یہودی وجود کی نجاست سے پاک اور آزاد کرانے کے لیے مسلم افواج کو حرکت میں لائے گا کیونکہ اسلام واضح طور پر بتاتا ہے کہ ایسے مسائل کا حل قرادادوں سے نہیں تلواروں سے نکلتا ہے۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا:

فَمَنِ ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَٱعْتَدُواْ عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ

“جو تمہارے خلاف جارحیت کا ارتکاب کرے تو تم بھی اس پر حملہ کرو جیسا کہ انہوں نے تم پر حملہ کیا”

(البقرۃ:194)۔
