Heart of Asia Conference

Peace can only be Achieved in the Heart of Asia by Eliminating American Presence 

Pakistan and Afghanistan on 9^th December 2015 jointly organized the “Heart of Asia” conference in Islamabad. A number of countries from South Asia, Central Asia, Gulf and Europe attended the conference including America and China as well. Apparently the objective of this conference is to establish peace in Afghanistan by bringing together the efforts of its neighboring countries and America. However, in reality, it is meant to fortify the colonialist American presence and eliminate resistance against it in Afghanistan.

It is a historical fact that wherever colonialists went, which includes America as well, that region was plunged into bloodshed and blood continued to spill until they were kicked out of that region. The Muslims of Afghanistan in the past defeated the British colonialists and the Soviet Union, forcing them to run away like mad dogs. This time as well the bravery and sacrifices of the Afghan Muslims almost compelled America and NATO troops to leave Afghanistan. However, America wants the survival of her puppet regime in Kabul, so that she can guard her interests in the region. In order to achieve this objective, America is streamlining the efforts of the neighboring countries using means such as the “Heart of Asia” conference. To obtain this goal the role of traitors in the political and military leadership of Pakistan has been set. Through the Operation Zarb-i-Azab in the tribal areas and the National Action Plan all over the country, they seek to force sincere Mujahideen to accept the American conceived political solution for so-called Afghan peace, which will eventually end up in strengthening the American presence in Afghanistan, the heart of Asia.

The American presence is like a dagger stabbed in the heart of Asia, Afghanistan, and until it is not pulled out, the whole region will suffer its pain and continue to witness the spilling of blood. Certainly, Pakistan and Afghanistan have a common enemy, which is America. So it is necessary that the Pakistan Army, Afghan National Army and sincere mujahideen all merge their ranks to establish a joint effort to kick out America and bring back peace to this region. However, in the presence of traitors in the leadership of Pakistan and Afghanistan this objective cannot be achieved nor can the annexation of these two Muslim Lands. Therefore it is the duty of the sincere officers in Pakistan armed forces that to provide Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for establishing Khilafah. Only then will the Khaleefah put together Muslim armies and mujahedeen to cleanse the heart of Asia from the American presence.

وَقَاتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّىٰ لاَ تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَيَكُونَ ٱلدِّينُ للَّهِ

“And fight them until there is no more Fitnah and Allah’s deen prevails Alone.” (Al-Baqarah:193)

ہارٹ آف ایشیا کانفرنس

ہارٹ آف ایشیا سے امریکی موجودگی کا خاتمہ ہی امن کا ضامن ہوگا

پاکستان اور افغانستان نے 9 دسمبر 2015 کو اسلام آباد میں “ہارٹ آف ایشیا” کانفرنس منعقد کی جس میں جنوبی ایشیا، وسطی ایشیا، یورپ اور خلیجی ممالک سمیت امریکہ اور چین نے بھی شرکت کی۔ بظاہر اس کانفرنس کا مقصد افغانستان میں امن کے قیام کے لئے اس کے ہمسائیہ ممالک اور امریکہ کا مل کر مشترکہ کوشش کرنا ہے۔ لیکن حقیقت میں اس کانفرنس کا مقصد افغانستان میں استعماری امریکی موجودگی کو برقرار رکھنا اور اس کے خلاف ہونے والی مزاحمت کو ختم کرنا ہے۔

یہ ایک تاریخی حقیقت ہے کہ استعماری ممالک، جن میں امریکہ بھی شامل ہے، جس جس خطے میں گئے وہ خطہ خون میں نہا گیا اور اس وقت تک خون بہتا رہا جب تک ان کو وہاں سے مار کر بھگا نہیں دیا گیا۔ افغانستان کے مسلمان اس سے قبل بھی برطانوی استعمار اور پھر سوویت یونین کو شکست فاش اور دم دبا کر بھاگنے پر مجبور کر چکے ہیں۔ اور اس بار بھی افغان مسلمانوں نے اپنی بے مثال بہادری اور قربانیوں سے امریکی و نیٹو افواج کو تقریباً افغانستان چھوڑنے پر مجبور کر ہی دیا ہے۔ لیکن امریکہ ہر صورت کابل میں اپنی کٹھ پتلی حکومت کی بقاء چاہتا ہے تاکہ خطے میں اس کے مفادات کی نگہبانی جاری رہ سکے اور اسی مقصد کے حصول کے لئے خطے کے ممالک کے جانب سے کی جانی والی کوششوں کو ہارٹ آف ایشیا کانفرنس کے ذریعے منظم کر رہا ہے۔ اس ہدف کے حصول میں پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کا یہ کردار متعین کیا گیا ہے کہ وہ قبائلی علاقوں اور پورے ملک میں آپریشن ضرب عضب اور نیشنل ایکشن پلان کے نام پر مخلص مجاہدین کو مجبور کر دیں کہ وہ افغانستان میں نام نہاد امن کے قیام کے لئے امریکی سیاسی حل قبول کرلیں جس کا منطقی نتیجہ ایشیا کے دل افغانستان میں امریکہ کی موجودگی کو دوام بخشنا ہوگا۔

ایشیا کے دل، افغانستان، میں امریکہ کی موجودگی ایک پیوست خنجر کی طرح ہے اور جب تک اسے نکال نہیں دیا جائے گا تکلیف سے پورا خطہ درد میں مبتلا رہے گا اور خون بھی بہتا رہے گا۔ یقیناً پاکستان اور افغانستان کا دشمن مشترک ہے اور وہ دشمن امریکہ ہے۔ لہٰذا ضروری ہے کہ افواج پاکستان، افغان نیشنل آرمی اور مخلص مجاہدین مل کر اس مشترک دشمن، امریکہ کو خطے سے نکال باہر کرنے کے لئے ایک دوسرے کے ساتھ تعاون کریں اور خطے کو اس کا امن دوبارہ لوٹا دیں۔ لیکن پاکستان اور افغانستان کی قیادتوں میں غداروں کی موجودگی اور دونوں ممالک کے انضمام کے بغیر یہ ممکن نہیں۔ لہٰذا افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران پر لازم ہے کہ وہ پاکستان میں خلافت کے قیام کے لئے حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ فراہم کریں اور پھر خلیفہ خطے کی مسلم افواج اور مجاہدین کے ساتھ مل ہارٹ آف ایشیا کو امریکی نجس وجود سے پاک کر دے گا۔

وَقَاتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّىٰ لاَ تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَيَكُونَ ٱلدِّينُ للَّهِ

“اور ان سے لڑو جب تک کہ فتنہ مٹ نہ جائے اور اللہ کا دین غالب نہ آجائے” (البقرۃ:193)
