Pervaiz Rasheed’s Slur Against Islamic Seminaries and Students

Raheel-Nawaz Regime Attacks Islam under the Cover of Attacking Islamic Seminaries

The Information Minister of Raheel-Nawaz regime while addressing a national conference organized by the Pakistan Academy of Letters in Karachi on May 3, described the seminaries as ‘centers of ignorance and illiteracy’. He accused Islamic seminaries of spreading ideology of hatred and conservativeness to the society. In the days since, his remarks have provoked a strong reaction from Islam loving people in Pakistan.

In reality the Raheel-Nawaz regime is attacking Islam and Muslims under the cover of attacking Islamic seminaries in a similar way to the West when it attacks Islam, Islamic commands and Muhammad (saaw) but under the guise of “Freedom of Speech”. This attack on seminaries is in accordance with the National Action Plan, part of America’s war against Islam, to put pressure on Ulema to completely abandon the call for implementing Islam, establishment of the Khilafah and Jihad against the Kuffar occupying forces. The regime is trying to create an impression that the Islamic seminaries are responsible for all the miseries that Pakistan is facing today. After the creation of Pakistan, Islamic minded people have never been in ruling, rather a small club of traitors amongst the political and military elite, who scorn upon Islam, have been ruling Pakistan. They are the ones solely responsible of its current demise. Pakistan is engulfed by severe problems today because of the 1973 secular constitution, not because of Islam or Islam loving people. Did Islam, or people who want its implementation, create the unjust rural-urban divide in Sindh? Did Islamic teachings create ethnic tensions between North and South Punjab? Did Islamic seminaries create division between the Hazara and Pakhtoon belt of KPK province? Did the students of Islamic seminaries create strife between the Pakhtoon and Baloch communities in Baluchistan? And if today much of the population is living below the poverty line, is this just because of 1973 constitution which allows implementation of Kufr capitalist economic system, not because of Islam or Islamic seminaries!

As far as the issue of sectarianism is concerned, rulers are responsible for this menace as well, because they have allowed sectarian groups to operate and divide the Ummah on sectarian lines, just as they have allowed secular parties to divide the Ummah on ethnic and linguistic lines. Is it not strange that rulers persecute Hizb ut Tahrir and its shabab and arrest them under the Anti Terrorism Act and Protection of Pakistan Act, even though the Hizb asks Muslims to set aside ethnic, linguistic and sectarian differences and to identify themselves as Muslims only because that is the name which Allah (swt) has given them.

Hizb ut Tahrir says to the Raheel-Nawaz regime that people clearly see that when America wanted to defeat Soviet Russia in Afghanistan, the rulers neither denounced the Islamic seminaries nor persecuted the Muslims who wage Jihad against Russia. However, when America herself became the aggressor, on the orders of America, the traitor rulers started a campaign against seminaries and Muslims who wage Jihad against America in Afghanistan. And as far as the minister’s mocking the description of death is concerned, we only say to you that no doubt it has to happen and for those who seek guidance, Allah (swt) described the severe tribulation of Judgment Day in His book as:

يَوْمَ يَكُونُ ٱلنَّاسُ كَٱلْفَرَاشِ ٱلْمَبْثُوثِ ط وَتَكُونُ ٱلْجِبَالُ كَٱلْعِهْنِ ٱلْمَنفُوشِ

“It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, And the mountains will be like carded wool”(Al-Qariah:4-5)

پرویز رشید کا اسلامی مدارس اور دینی طلبا کے خلاف توہین آمیز بیان

راحیل-نواز حکومت   مدارس پر حملے کی آڑ میں اسلام پر حملہ آور ہورہی ہے

راحیل-نواز حکومت کے وزیر اطلاعات نے 3 مئی 2015 کو کراچی میں پاکستان اکیڈمی آف لیٹرز کے زیر اہتمام ایک قومی کانفرنس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے اسلامی مدارس کو  “جہالت و گمراہی کے مراکز ” قرار دیا۔  انہوں نے اسلامی مدارس کو نفرت آمیز آئیڈیالوجی (نظریہ حیات) کی ترویج اور معاشرے کو قدامت پسند بنانے کا ذمہ دار قرار دیا۔اس دن سے پاکستان کے عوام ،جو  اسلام سے محبت کرتے ہیں،وزیر موصوف کے اس بیان کے خلاف احتجاج  کررہے ہیں۔

جس طرح مغربی ممالک اسلام ، اسلامی شعائر اور رسول اللہﷺ کی توہین کرنے کے لئے “آزادی رائے” کی آڑ لیتے ہیں بالکل ویسے ہی راحیل-نواز حکومت مدارس پر تنقید کی آڑ میں اسلام اور مسلمانوں پر حملہ آور ہورہی ہے۔ مدارس پر یہ حملہ نیشنل ایکشن پلان اور اسلام کے خلاف امریکی جنگ  کا حصہ ہے جس کا مقصدیہ  ہے کہ وہ اسلام کے نفاذ، خلافت کے قیام اور کفار کی قابض افواج کے  خلاف جہاد سے مکمل کنارہ کشی اختیار کریں۔  حکمران  یہ تاثر دے رہے ہیں  کہ پاکستان کے مسائل کے ذمہ دار مدارس ہیں جبکہ پاکستان میں آزادی کے بعد سے حکمرانی کرنے والوں کا تعلق کبھی بھی دینی حلقوں سے نہیں رہا ۔  آج پاکستان کی تمام تر تباہی و بربادی کے ذمہ دار  سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود دین بیزار طبقہ ہے۔  پاکستان میں اگر آج شدید قسم کے مسائل موجود ہیں تو اس کی وجہ 1973 کا سیکولر آئین ہے ناکہ اسلام اور دینی حلقے۔ کیا سند ھ میں دیہی و شہری کی تفریق اسلام اور دینی حلقوں نے پیدا کی ہے؟ کیا پنجاب میں شمالی و جنوبی پنجاب کی کشمکش دینی تعلیمات نے پیدا کی ہے؟ کیا خیبر پختون خواہ میں پختون اور ہزارہ کی تقسیم وہاں کے دینی مدارس نے پیدا کی ہے ؟ اور کیا بلوچستان میں بلوچ اور پختون کے درمیان خلیج دینی مدارس کے طلباء نے پیدا کی ہے۔ ملک کی آدھی سے زیادہ آبادی خطے غربت سے نیچے زندگی گزارنے پر مجبور ہے تو اس کی وجہ  1973 کے آئین کے تحت کفریہ سرمایہ دارانہ معاشی نظام کا نفاذ ہے نا کہ اسلام یا دینی مدارس۔

جہاں تک فرقہ واریت  کا تعلق ہے تو جیسے حکمرانوں نے سیکولر جماعتوں کو اس امت کو زبان و نسل کی بنیاد پر تقسیم کرنے کی اجازت دے رکھی ہے  بالکل ویسے ہی  فرقہ پرست گروہوں کو اس امت کو مسالک  کی بنیاد پر تقسیم کرنے کی بھی اجازت انہیں حکمرانوں دی ہوئی ہے۔ کیا یہ  عجیب بات نہیں کہ حزب التحریر جو امت مسلمہ  کو زبان، نسل اور فرقہ پرستی ترک کرنے اور اللہ نے ان کے لئے جو نام پسند کیا ہے یعنی مسلم  کو اختیار کرنے کا درس دیتی ہے ، اسے  کام کرنے سے روکا جاتا ہے اور اس کے شباب کو گرفتار کر کے ان کے خلاف انسداد دہشت کردی ایکٹ اور پی۔پی۔اے کے تحت مقدمے قائم کیے جاتے ہیں۔

حزب راحیل-نواز حکومت سے یہ کہنا چاہتی ہے کہ لوگ صاف دیکھ رہے ہیں کہ جب امریکہ کو افغانستان میں روس کو شکست دینے کے لئے مسلمانوں اور جہاد کے تصور کی ضرورت تھی تو حکمرانوں نے نہ تو  مدارس کی مذمت کی اور نہ ہی روس کے خلاف جہاد کرنے والوں پر ظلم کیا لیکن جب خود امریکہ افغانستان پر حملہ آور ہوا تو حکمرانوں نے امریکی حکم پر مدارس اور افغانستان میں اس کے خلاف جہاد کرنے والوں پر زندگی تنگ کردی۔  اورجہاں تک وزیر موصوف کا موت کے بعد کے منظر کا تمسخر اڑانے کی بات ہے توہم حکمرانوں کو صرف اتنا ہی کہیں گے کہ موت تو آکر رہنی ہے اور اللہ نے ان کے لئے جو ہدایت چاہتے ہیں اپنی کتاب میں روز قیامت کی ہولناکی کو بیان کردیا ہے:

يَوْمَ يَكُونُ ٱلنَّاسُ كَٱلْفَرَاشِ ٱلْمَبْثُوثِ ط وَتَكُونُ ٱلْجِبَالُ كَٱلْعِهْنِ ٱلْمَنفُوشِ

“جس دن انسان بکھرے ہوئے پروانوں کی طرح ہو جائیں گے۔ اور پہاڑ دھنے ہوئے رنگین اون کی طرح ہو جائیں گے”(القارعۃ:5-4)
