Protection of Pakistan Bill is for the Protection of the American Raj

Yesterday night, Monday night, 7 April 2014, the Raheel-Nawaz regime pressed its majority in the National Assembly to pass a draconian law in the name of “Protection of Pakistan Bill”. This law gives sweeping powers, which includes shooting suspects on sight, detention of up to 90 days and keeping secret their place of detention. Is this the way to protect Pakistan?

In name of the War on Terror traitors in the political & military leadership have been using these methods for the last thirteen years. This law has not been made to fight terrorism, as all the proposals in this bill are in place, since the start of so called War on Terror. Indeed, if the Raheel-Nawaz regime was serious in eradicating terrorism, it would have uprooted the Raymond Davis network, which is the root cause of terrorism. In fact, this law has been made to silence those who demand the expulsion of the US from Pakistan and the implementation of the Deen of Allah (swt).

Such anti-terrorism laws are subject to the political bias of America and are imposed through her agents in the Muslim World. Since the 1970s, America has generated national and international public opinion according to her viewpoint of what constitutes terrorism. Since the United States has identified Islam as her greatest enemy after the fall of communism, the Islamic countries are now seen as strategic areas in which she will use the anti-terrorism law in order to increase her influence and keep them under control. This is why we find many Islamic movements that are labeled as terrorist by the United States. Even political parties and movements that do not use material actions to realize their objectives are not exempt from this label. Thus the United States considers the activity of any movement, party or state calling for the return of Islam as a terrorist action breaching international law. With this justification, and by compelling those nations who have adopted the anti-terrorism legislation, America is able to mobilize the forces of these nations under her leadership to strike these movements, parties or states.

Approval of this American Raj law shows that the traitors in the military & political leadership want to continue America’s crusade against Islam. With the authority to legislate & power of majority, these draconian laws are being made legal. This is the brutality of man-made systems, whether it’s democracy or dictatorship, because they can turn Haram into Halal with a strike of a pen.

It is incumbent on those Muslims working for the re-establishment of the Khilafah, or supporting its re-establishment, from the media and others, to expose the reality of this law to Islamic and global public opinion. They must also expose the reality of US policy which works to dominate the world through this law, and that she is the real perpetrator of many of the bombings and explosions worldwide that have been attributed to Muslim individuals, groups or states.

قومی اسمبلی نے امریکی کالے قانون کو منظور کیا ہے

تحفظ پاکستان بِل امریکی راج کو تحفظ فراہم  کرے گا

کل رات ،پیر، 7اپریل 2014 کو راحیل۔نواز حکومت نے قومی اسمبلی میں اپنی عددی برتری کو استعمال کرتے ہوئے “تحفظ پاکستان بِل” کے نام پر ایک کالے قانون کو منظور کرلیا۔ یہ قانون مبینہ ملزمان کو دیکھتے ہی گولی مارنے، 90 دن تک بغیر کسی عدالتی کاروائی کے قید  اور قید کی جگہ کو خفیہ رکھنے کے غیر معمولی اختیارات فراہم کرتا ہے۔ کیا پاکستان کو تحفظ فراہم کرنے کا یہ طریقہ ہے؟

دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ کے نام پر سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار اِن طریقوں کو پچھلے تیرہ سالوں سے استعمال کررہے ہیں۔ یہ قانون دہشت گردی کےخلاف لڑنے کے لئے نہیں بنایا گیا کیونکہ اس بِل میں جتنی بھی تجاویز دیں گئی  ہیں وہ تمام کی تمام نام نہاد دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ کی شروعات سے استعمال کی جارہی ہیں۔ اگر راحیل۔نواز حکومت دہشت گردی کو ختم کرنے میں سنجیدہ ہوتی تو وہ ریمنڈ ڈیوس نیٹ ورک کا خاتمہ کرچکی ہوتی جو  دہشت گردی کی اصل وجہ ہے۔ درحقیقت یہ قانون اُن لوگوں کی زبانوں کو تالا لگانے کے لئے بنایا گیا ہے جو ملک سے امریکی راج کے خاتمے اور اللہ سبحانہ و تعالٰی کے دین کے مکمل نفاذ کا مطالبہ کرتے ہیں۔

دہشت گردی کے خاتمے کے نام پر اس قسم کےقوانین کا مقصدامریکی مفادات کو تحفظ فراہم کرنا ہوتا ہے اورامریکہ مسلم دنیا میں اپنے ایجنٹوں کے ذریعے ان قوانین کو نافذ کرواتا ہے۔ 1970 سے امریکہ نے اپنی مرضی کے مطابق داخلی اور بین الاقوامی سطح پر دہشت گردی کی تعریف کا تعین کیا ہے۔ کمیونزم کے خاتمے کے بعد  جب سے امریکہ نے اسلام کو اپنا سب سے بڑا دشمن قرار دیا ہے، وہ دہشت گردی کے خلاف قوانین  کو مسلم ممالک میں اپنے اثرو رسوخ کو  بڑھانے اور انہیں اپنی گرفت میں رکھنے کے لئے استعمال کرتا ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ کئی اسلامی تحریکوں کو امریکہ دہشت گرد قرار دیتا ہے یہاں تک کہ ان سیاسی جماعتوں اور تحریکوں کو بھی  دہشت گرد قرار دیتا ہے جو اپنے مقصد کے حصول کے لئے عسکری یا مادی جدوجہد نہیں کرتیں۔ لہٰذا امریکہ ہر اس جماعت، تحریک یا ریاست کو دہشت گرد قرار دیتا ہے جو اسلام کی واپسی کی جدوجہد کرتیں ہیں اور اُن کی اِس جدوجہد کو بین الاقوامی قوانین کی خلاف ورزی قرار دیتا ہے۔ اس جواز کو استعمال کر کے اور ان ریاستوں کو مجبور کر کے جنہوں نے دہشت گردی کے خلاف قوانین اختیار کررکھے ہوتے ہیں ،امریکہ اس قابل ہوتا ہے کہ  مسلم ممالک کی افواج کواپنی قیادت میں حرکت میں لائے اور اِن جماعتوں، تحریکوں اور ریاستوں کی قیادت کو نشانہ بنائے۔

اس امریکی راج کے قانون کی منظوری اس بات کا ثبوت ہے کہ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت  میں موجود غدار اسلام کے خلاف امریکی صلیبی جنگ کو جاری و ساری رکھنا چاہتے ہیں۔ قانون بنانے کی طاقت اور عددی اکثریت کے زور پر ان غیر انسانی اعمال کو قوانین کا درجہ دے دیا گیا ہے۔ یہ ہے انسانوں کے بنائے ہوئے نظام کی حشرانگیزیاں کیونکہ چاہے جمہوریت ہو یا آمریت ، ایک دستخط سے حرام کو حلال قرار دیا جاسکتا ہے۔

اب میڈیا اور دوسرے شعبوں میں موجود اُن مسلمانوں پر یہ لازم ہے جو خلافت کے قیام کی جدوجہد کررہے ہیں یا اس کی حمائت کرتے ہیں کہ وہ اس قانون کی حقیقت کو اسلامی اور بین الاقوامی رائے عامہ کے سامنے بے نقاب کریں۔ وہ لازمی اِس امریکی پالیسی کو آشکار کریں کہ امریکہ اِن قوانین کے ذریعے دنیا پراپنی بالادستی کو برقرار رکھنا چاہتا ہے اور یہ کہ دنیا بھر میں ہونے والے بم دھماکوں اور حملوں کے پیچھے کسی مسلم فرد، جماعت یا ریاست کا ہاتھ نہیں بلکہ  درحقیقت امریکہ کااپناہی  ہاتھ ہوتا ہے۔
