Quetta Bomb Blast

If the Raheel-Nawaz Regime Does not Declare the US and India as Enemy States Now, then When?

On Monday, 8^th August 2016, at least seventy people were killed in Quetta bomb blast. Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan severely condemns this brutal act and prays for salvation of the dead souls and patience for their relatives.

Pakistan has been engulfed in fires of chaos since the American invasion of Afghanistan with US intelligence and private military orchestrating such animalistic carnage, through shadowy organizations, in order to pressurize the Pakistan Army to fulfill its demands to prevent tribal resistance against the US occupying forces in Afghanistan. Yet, the traitors in the political and military leadership of Pakistan have declared the American war as our war. After every bomb blast with the killing of dozens of people, the rulers neither openly declare America as the root cause of all the carnage, nor do they work to kick the US out of this region. Instead, they spread the fires of war in their own country by deploying the Pakistan Army in accordance to US demands. After 9/11 and before the attack on Peshawar Army Public School in December 2014, every bomb blast and attack was exploited to launch military operations in the tribal areas of Pakistan. However, now whether it is attack on Peshawar Army Public School or the bomb blast in Lahore Gulshan-i-Iqbal park, carnage is used by the traitors in the political and military leadership to make military courts, National Action Plan and black laws like the Protection of Pakistan Act (POPA), to suppress the political call for the implementation of Islam, establishment of Khilafah as well as to target groups who perform Jihad against American and Indian occupation forces in Afghanistan and Indian held Kashmir respectively. Now this Quetta carnage will be used once again by the traitors in the political and military leadership to suppress the voices for Islam throughout the country.

It is also noted that the traitors in the political and military leadership placed the responsibility of the Quetta bomb blast indirectly on India, by stating that the purpose of this attack was to undermine China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). So, Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan asks the traitors in the political and military leadership, as to why they do not have the guts to name the Hindu State openly? Moreover, if the Hindu state is indeed behind the sabotage activities in Pakistan, then in this case also, it is America again that has provided India the opportunity to do this by allowing it to enter in Afghanistan and establish bases for operations there. Thus, by indicating the Hindu state as the root cause for insecurity in Pakistan, the Raheel-Nawaz regime has accepted that America is the real cause of instability in Pakistan, which is the reality. And since America is the root cause for the sabotage activities, until America and the Hindu state are declared as enemy states and dealt with as enemy states, how can peace ever be established in Pakistan?

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan declares before the Muslims of Pakistan and its armed forces that America is an open enemy of Islam and Muslims. If an enemy is allowed to enter our house, roam freely and provided support to establish its military footprint on our door step, Afghanistan, then peace can never be established in Pakistan. In order to establish peace in Pakistan, it is mandatory that the alliance with America is abolished and the US presence is eradicated, which only the Khilafah will do. So, in order to protect the life and property of Muslims, to bring them out of American slavery and to ensure the implementation of Islam, it is upon the sincere officers in Pakistan armed forces to grant Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. The Khilafah alone will rescue Pakistan and the region from the devastating American war.

يٰأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ بِطَانَةً مِّنْ دُونِكُمْ لاَ يَأْلُونَكُمْ خَبَالاً وَدُّواْ مَا عَنِتُّمْ

“O you who believe! Take not as (your) Bitanah (friends, etc.) those outside your religion since they will not fail to do their best to corrupt you. They desire to harm you severely.” (Surah Aali Imran 3:118)

کوئٹہ بم دھماکہ

راحیل-نواز حکومت امریکہ و بھارت کو اب دشمن قرار نہیں دے گی تو کب دے گی؟

پیر، 8 اگست 2016 کو کوئٹہ میں ہونے والے بم دھماکے میں کم از کم 70 افراد اپنے خالق حقیقی سے جا ملے۔ حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان اس وحشیانہ عمل کی شدید مذمت کرتی اور دعا گو ہے کہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ مرحومین کی مغفرت اور درجات بلند فرمائے اور ان کے لواحقین کو صبر جمیل عطا فرمائے (آمین)۔

جب سے امریکہ نے افغانستان میں قدم رکھا ہے پاکستان بدامنی کی آگ میں جل رہا ہے۔ امریکی انٹیلی جنس و نجی سیکیورٹی ادارے نامعلوم اور غیر معروف تنظیموں کے ذریعے اس قسم کے وحشیانہ سانحات کرواتے چلے آ رہے ہیں تاکہ افواج پاکستان کو اس امریکی مطالبے کو پورا کرنے پر مجبور کیا جائے کہ وہ افغانستان میں امریکی قبضے کے خلاف برپا قبائلی مزاحمت کو کچلیں۔ لیکن پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے اس کے باجود امریکی جنگ کو ہماری جنگ قرار دیا۔ ہر بم دھماکے اور درجنوں افراد کی ہلاکت کے بعد حکمرانوں نے خطے میں تباہی و بربادی کی اصل وجہ نہ تو امریکہ کو قرار دیا اور نہ ہی اسے خطے سے بے دخل کیا بلکہ امریکہ کے مطالبے پر افواج پاکستان کو قبائلی علاقوں میں داخل کر کے جنگ کی آگ کو اپنے ہی ملک میں پھیلا دیا۔ 9/11 کے بعد اور دسمبر 2014 میں پشاور آرمی پبلک اسکول پر حملے سے قبل تک ایسے حملوں اور بم دھماکوں کو قبائلی علاقوں میں فوجی آپریشن کرنے کے لئے استعمال کیا جاتا رہا۔ لیکن اس کے بعد سے چاہے پشاور آرمی پبلک اسکول پر حملہ ہو یا لاہور میں گلشن اقبال پارک میں بم دھماکہ، ایسے سانحات کو سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے ملک بھر میں اسلام کے نفاذ، خلافت کے قیام کی سیاسی جدوجہد کرنے والو اور افغانستان و کشمیر میں امریکہ و بھارت کے خلاف جہاد کرنے والے گروہوں کو ختم کرنے کے لئے نیشنل ایکشن پلان، فوجی عدالتیں اور تحفظ پاکستان ایکٹ جیسے کالے قوانین بنانے کے لئے استعمال کرنا شروع کر دیا۔ اور اب سانحہ کوئٹہ کے بعد سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار اس سانحہ کو پھر ملک بھر میں اسلام کی آواز کو دبانے کے لئے استعمال کریں گے۔

سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار اس سانحہ کی ذمہ داری بل واستہ بھارت پر یہ کہہ کر ڈال رہے ہیں کہ اس دھماکے کا مقصد پاک چین اقتصادی راہداری کے منصوبےکو ناکام بنانا ہے۔ حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان، سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں سے سوال کرتی ہے کہ کیا تم میں یہ ہمت بھی نہیں کہ ہندو ریاست کا کھل کر نام لے سکو؟ اس کے علاوہ اگر ہندو ریاست ان تخریبی کاروائیوں کے پیچھے ہے، اور یقیناً ایسا ہی ہے، تو اس صورتحال میں بھی یہ امریکہ ہی ہے جس نے بھارت کو یہ سب کرنے کے لئے افغانستان میں داخل ہونے اور اپنے اڈے بنانے کا موقع فراہم کیا۔ لہٰذا راحیل-نواز حکومت کا ہندو ریاست کو پاکستان میں بدامنی کا ذمہ دار قراردینا درحقیقت بل واسطہ یہ اقرار ہے کہ امریکہ ہی پاکستان میں بد امنی کی اصل وجہ ہے اور یہی حقیقت ہے۔ اور چونکہ پاکستان میں بدامنی اور تخریبی کاروائیوں کا اصل ذمہ دار امریکہ ہے تو جب تک امریکہ اور بھارت کو دشمن قرار دے کر ان سے دشمنوں جیسا سلوک نہیں کیا جاتا پاکستان میں امن کیسے قائم ہو سکتا ہے؟

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان، پاکستان کے مسلمانوں اور افواج کے سامنے یہ واضح اعلان کرتی ہے کہ امریکہ اسلام اور مسلمانوں کا دشمن ہے۔ اگر دشمن کو اپنے گھر میں داخل ہونے اور آزادانہ گھومنے پھرنے اور اپنے گھر کے دروازے، یعنی افغانستان میں اسے قدم جمانے کے لئے مدد و معاونت فراہم کی جائے گی تو پاکستان میں کبھی امن قائم نہیں ہوسکتا۔ پاکستان میں امن کے قیام کے لئے ضروری ہے کہ امریکہ سے اتحاد توڑا جائے اور اس کی موجودگی کا خاتمہ کر دیا جائے جو صرف خلافت ہی کرے گی۔ لہٰذا مسلمانوں کے جان و مال کے تحفظ، انہیں امریکہ کی غلامی سے نکالنے اور اسلام کے نفاذ کے لئے، افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران پر لازم ہے کہ وہ نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کے لئے حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ فراہم کریں۔ اور پھر خلافت پاکستان اور خطے کے مسلمانوں کو امریکہ کی مسلط کی ہوئی جنگ اور اس کے نتیجے میں ہونے والی تباہی و بربادی سے نجات دلائے گی۔

يٰأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ بِطَانَةً مِّنْ دُونِكُمْ لاَ يَأْلُونَكُمْ خَبَالاً وَدُّواْ مَا عَنِتُّمْ

“اے ایمان والوں! تم اپنا دوست ایمان والوں کے سوا اور کسی کو نہ بناؤ۔ دوسرے لوگ تمہاری تباہی میں کوئی کسر اٹھا نہیں رکھتے۔ وہ تو چاہتے ہیں کہ تم دکھ میں مبتلا ہو”
