Raheel-Nawaz Regime Imprisons, Harasses and Abducts Sincere Advocates of Khilafah, whilst Traitors Roam Free

On 11th May, the Pakistani media widely reported on an article by American journalist Seymour Hersh, regarding the US raid on Abottabad four years ago in which Osama bin Laden was reported killed. The article detailed the extensive collusion of General Kayani and General Pasha with their colonialist masters in helping the US attack on their own country. It detailed their providing logistical, intelligence and military cooperation to ensure that the US raid was executed successfully and that the US marines were well protected and operated without interference.

The Abottabad raid also marked a new phase in Hizb ut Tahrir’s struggle in the country. It was brutally targeted by traitors in the political and military leadership for severely accounting them for their collusion with America and their neglect of their duty towards Islam and Muslims.  In fact it was Hizb ut Tahrir which issued a strong leaflet immediately after the Abottabad raid, addressing the sincere officers of Pakistan’s armed forces, highlighting the collusion of General Kayani and General Pasha with the US. Issued on 7th May 2011, the leaflet said:

“O Sincere Officers of the Armed Forces……. It is a slap in your face that this violation of Muslim Land was only possible with the complicity of those who command you, who took an oath as you did to protect this Muslim Land and its people from the enemy. Yet they broke that oath to adopt the role of cheap spies that spot the houses for their thieving masters to violate them. Does it not make your blood boil when you read of the extraordinary meeting between ISAF Commander US General Petraeus and your Army Chief, General Kayani, at Chaklala Airbase on 25 April 2011, to be followed that very same night with General Petraeus making a teleconference with a White House meeting chaired personally by US President Barack Obama. Then the very next day, the ISI Chief, General Shuja Pasha, made an unscheduled attendance to a meeting of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, a meeting which he is not usually part of. It is this meeting that Obama hinted at when he haughtily announced the death of Bin Laden, saying, “And finally, last week, I determined that we had enough intelligence to take action, and authorized an operation to get Osama Bin Laden and bring him to justice.””

It was Hizb ut Tahrir’s strong accountability that rattled the traitors in the political and military leadership. They had no response for the words of truth carried by its members, so they moved to target the party with a string of abductions across Pakistan which included the abduction of Hizb ut Tahrir’s spokesman in Pakistan, the pious and sincere politician, Naveed Butt who was at the forefront of exposing Pasha and Kayani’s treachery. This 11th May completes three years of his abduction by government agencies and his whereabouts are still unknown. We ask Allah for patience for him and his family and for Allah (swt) to secure his release and avenge him against those who oppressed him.

The shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir commit to their Lord that they will not waver in proclaiming the word of truth in front of the tyrants. They commit to continue until Allah sends His victory, which pleases the believers and humiliates the tyrants and their colonialist masters. Just like the Kayani-Zardari regime, Hizb ut Tahrir is at the forefront of accounting the Raheel-Nawaz regime for its subservience to the US and as a consequence dozens of its members have been arrested. They have been booked under false charges in an attempt to silence the party. And InshAllah like the Kayani-Zardari regime before it, the Raheel-Nawaz regime will find the party patient and steadfast against its oppression and would continue to expose its crimes against Islam and Muslims.

Hizb ut Tahrir advises the sincere officers in the armed forces, the sincere politicians, thinkers and leaders of the Ummah; it does not help the Ummah if we vent our anger against the old regime and its crimes and we curse it and we seek its accountability, whilst the current regime perpetrates the same crimes, with the same, perhaps even greater intensity, against Islam and Muslims and we remain silent over it. Islam urges us to account the current rulers, the Raheel-Nawaz regime, which has launched a war on Islam in the garbs of the National Action Plan. So join hands with Hizb ut Tahrir and earn the pleasure of Allah by working to remove these rulers and establish the Second Khilafah e Rashidah which will punish all criminals and make an example out of the traitors. RasulAllah (saaw) said:

أفضل الجهاد كلمة عدل عند سلطان جائر

راحیل-نواز حکومت اسلام کے داعیوں کو گرفتار، ہراساں اور اغوا کرتی ہے جبکہ امت کے غدار آزاد گھومتے ہیں

11 مئی 2015 کو پاکستانی اخبارات نے امریکہ صحافی سیمور ہرش کے مضمون  کے متعلق خبریں شائع کیں جس میں چار سال قبل ایبٹ آباد میں امریکی حملے اور اسامہ بن لادن کی ہلاکت کے متعلق انکشافات کیے گئے تھے۔ مضمون میں تفصیل کے ساتھ جنرل کیانی اور جنرل پاشا کے اپنے استعماری آقاؤں کے ساتھ قریبی تعلقات کو بیان کیا گیا جس کے تحت ان دونوں نے اپنے ہی ملک پر حملے  اور سامہ بن لادن کو قتل کرنے کے لئے امریکہ کو نقل و حمل، انٹیلی جنس اور فوجی تعاون فراہم کیا۔ اس تعاون کے نتیجے میں امریکی میرینز کو بھر تحفظ حاصل ہوا اور انہوں نے اپنا آپریشن بغیر کسی روکاوٹ اور مشکل کے پورا کرلیا۔

ایبٹ آباد حملے کے بعد پاکستان میں   حزب التحریر کی دعوت میں بھی ایک نیا موڑ آیا۔ اس غداری کے خلاف  حزب نے ملک کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت کو سخت تنقید کا نشانہ بنایا اور امریکہ سے یاری اور اسلام اور مسلمانوں سے غداری پر  ان کا بھر پور احتساب کیا ۔ اس عمل کے نتیجے میں ان غداروں نے حزب کو اپنے انتقام کا نشانہ بھی بنایا۔  حزب التحریر نے  ایبٹ آباد حملے کے فوراً بعد ایک انتہائی سخت لیفلٹ جاری کیا جس میں افواج پاکستان کو مخاطب اور کیانی و پاشا کی امریکہ کے ساتھ یاری کو بے نقاب کیا گیا تھا۔ 7 مئی 2011 کو جاری ہونے والے اس لیفلٹ میں کہا گیا تھا کہ:

اے افواجِ پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران!۔۔۔۔۔۔یہ آپ لوگوں کے منہ پر ایک تھپڑ ہے کہ اسلامی سرزمین کی یہ کھلی پامالی اُن لوگوں کی ملی بھگت کے بغیر ممکن نہ تھی ،کہ جن کے ماتحت آپ کا م کر رہے ہیں، اور جنہوں نے اسی طرح اس سرزمین کو دشمن سے محفوظ رکھنے کا حلف اٹھایا تھا ،جیسا کہ آپ نے اٹھا رکھا ہے ۔  تاہم انہوں نے اپنے اس حلف کو توڑ دیا اور دشمن کے لیے سستے جاسوس کا کردار ادا کیا ،اور اپنے آقاؤں کو اُس گھر کی نشاندہی کر کے دی جس پر وہ چوری چھپے ہاتھ ڈالنا چاہتے تھے۔  کیا اس وقت آپ کا خون نہیں کھولتا جب آپ یہ پڑھتے ہیں کہ افغانستان میں اتحادی افواج کا سربراہ امریکی جنرل پیٹریاس(Patreus) اور آپ کا آرمی چیف جنر ل کیانی 25اپریل2011کو چکلالہ ائیر بیس پر ملے ، اور پھر اسی رات کو جنرل پیٹریاس نے وائٹ ہاؤس میں جاری میٹنگ میں ویڈیو کانفرنس کے ذریعے شرکت کی، اور اس میٹنگ کی سربراہی امریکی صدر اوبامہ خود کر رہا تھا۔  پھر اگلے ہی دن آئی ایس آئی کے سربراہ جنرل شجاع پاشا نے آرمی کی جوائنٹ چیفس آف سٹاف کمیٹی کی میٹنگ میں غیر معمولی شرکت کی ، حالانکہ آئی ایس آئی کا سربراہ عام طور پر اس میٹنگ کا حصہ نہیں ہواکرتا۔  یہی وہ ملاقات ہے جس کی طرف اوبامہ نے اپنی تقریر میں اشارہ کیا ، جس میں اس نے نہایت تکبر کے ساتھ اُسامہ بن لادن کی موت کا اعلان کیا ۔  اوبامہ نے کہا : ”اور بالآخر پچھلے ہفتے میں نے فیصلہ کیا کہ اب ہمارے پاس جاسوسی کی اتنی معلومات آ گئی ہیں کہ ہم ایکشن لیں اور میں نے اسامہ بن لادن کو پکڑنے کے لیے آپریشن کا حکم جاری کیا ،تاکہ اسے سزا دی جائے”۔

حزب التحریر نے سیاسی و فوجی قیادت کا  بھر پور احتساب کیا اور چونکہ ان کے پاس اپنی غداری کو چھپانے  اور حزب کے سچ خلاف کچھ بھی نہ تھا لہٰذا انہوں نے حزب کو نشانہ بنایا اور ملک بھر سے اس کے ممبران کو اغوا کرنا  شروع کردیا جس میں  حزب التحریر کے پاکستان میں  ترجمان،  مخلص اور ایماندار سیاست دان، نوید بٹ  بھی شامل ہیں جو کیانی و پاشا کی غداریوں کو بے نقاب کرنے میں پیش پیش تھے۔ اس مئی  حکومتی ایجنسیوں کے ہاتھوں نوید بٹ کے اغوا کو تین سال مکمل ہوگئے ہیں اور کچھ پتہ نہیں کہ انہیں کہاں رکھا ہوا ہے۔ ہم  نوید بٹ  اور ان کے خاندان والوں  کے لئے اللہ سے صبر  اور اغوا کرنے والوں کے لئے اللہ کے غضب کی دعا کرتے ہیں۔

حزب التحریر کے شباب نے اپنے رب سے یہ وعدہ کررکھا ہے کہ وہ ظالم و جابر حکمرانوں کے سامنے کلمہ حق بلند کرنے سے پیچھے نہیں ہٹیں گے اور یہ کام  اس وقت تک کرتے رہیں گے  جب تک اللہ سبحانہ و تعالٰی اپنی مدد و نصرت نہ بھیج دیں جو ایمان والوں کے لئے باعث مسرت اور جابروں اور ان کے ستعماری آقاؤں کے لئے بدترین تزلیل ثابت ہو۔

حزب التحریر راحیل-نواز حکومت کا احتساب  بھی ویسے ہی سختی سے کررہی  ہے جیسے اس نے امریکہ کی چاکری کرنے پر  کیانی-زرداری حکومت کا احتساب کیا تھا۔  اس کا نتیجہ یہ ہے کہ درجنوں ممبران کو گرفتار کر کے ان کے خلاف جھوٹے مقدمات بنادیے گئے ہیں تا کہ حزب کی آواز کودبایا جاسکے۔ لیکن  جس طرح کیانی-زرداری حکومت نے حزب کو ثابت قدم اور صابر پایا تھا ویسے ہی انشاء اللہ راحیل-نواز حکومت  بھی اپنے ظلم وستم کے سامنے حزب کو استقامت کے ساتھ کھڑا پائے گی اور حزب ان کے اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے خلاف جرائم کو بے نقاب کرنے کے سلسلے کو جاری و ساری رکھے گی۔

حزب التحریر افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران، مخلص سیاست دانوں، دانشوروں اور امت کے رہنماوں کو یہ کہنا چاہتی ہے کہ : پچھلی حکومتوں کے جرائم کے خلاف اپنے غصے کا اظہار کرنے سے  امت کو کوئی فائدہ  حاصل نہیں ہوگا جبکہ موجودہ حکمران پچھلی حکومتوں سے بھی زیادہ اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے خلاف جرائم کا ارتکاب کررہے ہیں اور ہم اس پر خاموشی اختیار کرلیں۔ اسلام ہمیں موجود حکمرانوں کا احتساب کرنے کا حکم دیتا ہے۔ راحیل-نواز حکومت نے نیشنل ایکشن پلان کے تحت اسلام کے خلاف جنگ کا اعلان کردیا ہوا ہے۔ لہٰذا حزب التحریر کے شانہ بشانہ چلیں اور موجودہ حکمرانوں کو ہٹا کر دوسری خلافت راشدہ کے قیام کی جدوجہدمیں شامل ہو  کر اللہ کی خوشنودی حاصل کرلیں ۔ آنے والی خلافت تمام مجرموں کو سخت سزا دے گی اور غداروں کو نمونہ عبرت بنا دے گی۔رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا:

أفضل الجهاد كلمة عدل عند سلطان جائر
