Raheel-Nawaz Regime Prepares to Hammer Another Nail in the Coffin of Occupied Kashmir

As every day passes, the Raheel-Nawaz regime supervises the undermining of Pakistan and Muslims, to ensure the dominance of India. Even whilst seeking to fragment and demoralize the Afghan Taliban in their efforts to eject the American crusaders, the Raheel-Nawaz regime works incessantly to give up Occupied Kashmir to the Indians. On 8th January 2016, local media reported that the regime is mulling upgrading the constitutional status of its northern Gilgit-Baltistan region, which is also claimed by India, in a bid to provide legal cover to a multi-billion-dollar Chinese investment plan. Sajjadul Haq, spokesperson for the chief minister of Gilgit-Baltistan Hafiz Hafeez ur Rehman said, “a high level committee formed by the prime minister is working on the issue, you will hear good news soon.” It is inevitable that this lying deceiving leadership would dangle the Chinese CPEC as a justification for the move. However, the reality is that it is just another nail in the coffin of Kashmir. Including Gilgit-Baltistan in the constitution cements the current Pakistan control of Northern Kashmir. This will provide India with the justification to maintain the current status quo in occupied Kashmir, such that the LoC becomes a de-facto border or soft border, in accordance with the American plan for Kashmir that it began peddling in the time of Musharraf. Moreover, energy starved and geographically disadvantaged, India will be the biggest beneficiary of the CPEC, to ensure that its energy and trade transit requirements are met.

Our duty as Muslims is to eradicate all occupation of the Islamic Lands, dethrone the rulers who are supporting the occupiers and re-establish Islamic Khilafah state in their place. Only the Khilafah will unify the Muslims as one state under the rule of Islam, uproot the fake borders that the kuffar have imposed between the Muslims and end the occupation of the Kuffar. We invite you to work with Hizb ut-Tahrir, which is working with seriousness and perseverance for the re-establishment Khilafah, by the permission of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, Al-Hadi, An-Nasir.

فَلاَ تَهِنُوا وَتَدْعُوا إِلَى السَّلْمِ وَأَنْتُمْ الأَعْلَوْنَ وَاللَّهُ مَعَكُمْ وَلَنْ يَتِرَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ ْ

گلگت-بلتستان کی حیثیت میں تبدیلی

راحیل-نواز حکومت نے مقبوضہ کشمیر کے تابوت میں ایک اور کیل ٹھوکنے کی تیاری کر لی ہے

ہر گزرتے دن کے ساتھ راحیل-نواز حکومت بھارت کی بالادستی کو یقینی بنانے کے لئے پاکستان اور مسلمانوں کے مفادات کو قربان کر رہی ہے۔ ایک طرف تو یہ حکومت افغان طالبان کے درمیان پھوٹ ڈالنے اور انہیں مایوسی کا شکار کرنے کی پوری کوشش کر رہی ہے تا کہ وہ امریکہ کو افغانستان سے نکال باہر کرنے کی اپنی جدوجہد سے دستبردار ہو جائیں تو دوسری جانب راحیل-نواز حکومت مقبوضہ کشمیر کو بھارت کے حوالے کرنے کی تیاری کر رہی ہے۔8 جنوری 2016 کو مقامی میڈیا نے خبر شائع کی کہ حکومت شمالی علاقوں میں گلگت-بلتستان کی آئینی حیثیت کو بڑھانے کے لئے کام کر رہی ہے، جس پر بھارت بھی حق دعوی کرتا ہے، تا کہ اربوں ڈالر کی لاگت سے چینی سرمایہ کاری کے منصوبے کو قانونی تحفظ فراہم کیا جاسکے۔ گلگت-بلتستان کے وزیر اعلیٰ حافظ حفیظ الرحمان کے ترجمان سجاد الحق نے کہا کہ، “وزیر اعظم کی جانب سے قائم کی گئی اعلیٰ سطحی کمیٹی اس مسئلہ پر کام کر رہی ہے، آپ جلد ہی اچھی خبر سنیں گے”۔ یہ بات اب یقینی ہے کہ جھوٹ بولنے اور دھوکہ دینے والی یہ قیادت چینی سی پی ای سی (چائینا پاکستان اکنامک کاریڈور) کو اپنے اس عمل کے جواز کے طور پر پیش کرے گی۔ لیکن حقیقت یہ ہے کہ یہ عمل کشمیر کے تابوت میں ایک اور کیل ثابت ہو گی۔ گلگت-بلتستان پاکستان کے زیر کنٹرول شمالی کشمیر کا حصہ ہے۔ اس حصہ کو مکمل طور پر پاکستان کا حصہ قرار دے دینے کے بعد بھارت کو یہ جواز ملے گا کہ وہ مقبوضہ کشمیر کی موجودہ حیثیت کو برقرار رکھے اور لائن آف کنٹرول عملاً ایک سرحد یا نرم سرحد بن جائے گی اور یہ سب کچھ مشرف کے وقت شروع کیےجانے والے کشمیر کے لئے امریکی منصوبہ کے عین مطابق ہوگا۔ اس کے علاوہ توانائی کی شدید قلت کا شکار بھارت، اس سی پی ای سی کا سب سے زیادہ فائدہ اٹھانے والا ہو گا کیونکہ اس کے بعد اس راستے کے ذریعے وسطی ایشیا سے اس کی توانائی اور تجارت کی ضروریات پوری ہوں گی۔

مسلمان ہونے کے ناطے یہ ہماری ذمہ داری ہے کہ ہم مقبوضہ اسلامی علاقوں کو آزاد کرائیں، ان حکمرانوں کا اکھاڑ پھینکیں جو قابضین کو مدد فراہم کر رہے ہیں اور ان کی جگہ خلافت کو قائم کریں۔ صرف خلافت ہی مسلمانوں کو اسلام کے زیر حکمرانی یکجا کرے گی اور مسلمانوں پر مسلط کی گئی نام نہاد سرحدوں اور کفار کے قبضے کا خاتمہ کر دے گی۔ ہم آپ کو دعوت دیتے ہیں کہ حزب التحریر کے ساتھ کام کریں جو انتہائی سنجیدگی اور استقامت کے ساتھ خلافت کے دوبارہ قیام کے لئے جدوجہد کر رہی ہے اور اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے حکم سے ایسا ہو کر ہی رہے گا۔
