Raheel-Nawaz Regime Seeks Conciliation Between American Agents

The Pakistan’s Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif, and the Chief of Army Staff, General Raheel Sharif, set off on Monday morning, 18^th January 2016, to the “Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” and “Islamic Republic of Iran,” purportedly on in a “peace” mission aimed to calm tensions between the two countries! Sources told the newspaper “The News” on Saturday that for some days, Pakistan has undertaken contacts with the respective capitals, Riyadh and Tehran, to ease tensions.

We would have congratulated these efforts that superficially seem to be efforts for reconciliation between two countries, but we know well that these two countries are not Islamic states, as they call themselves. These two states are in fact secular by their respective constitutions, laws, domestic and foreign policies. So we must put these efforts in the right political context, i.e. in the context of the domestic and foreign policies of the Raheel-Nawaz regime, which are to secure American interests in the region, as well as their protection in the rest of the world.

Indeed, the Saudi regime was established upon the ruins of the Khilafah (Caliphate) state within the Arabian Peninsula, after the alliance of the Saudis with the Wahaabis to stab the Uthmani Khilafah in the back. Subsequently the Saudis established their state upon a secular constitution, separating the Deen from the lives of the Muslims. They divided the political and religious powers between themselves and “the Sheikh,” the government scholars. It is this regime that became furious in the wake of the burning of the Saudi Embassy in Tehran by supporters of the Iranian regime, yet it did not bat an eyelid over the killing, besieging and starving by Iran and its Hizb of the men, women and children in the Abode of Islam (Syria)! This shows clearly that the monarchy in Saudi Arabia is a regime that betrays Allah (swt), RasulAllah (saaw) and the believers. Moreover, it is an accomplice with Iran, its Hizb and the coalition forces to eliminate the blessed revolution in Syria. So in the light of these facts, can anyone conceive that the Pakistani leadership is doing its best to mediate between “brothers” or is it eager to preserve the agents in Iran and Saudi Arabia, reconciled and united against their common enemy, Islam and its supporters, as well as those undertaking a revolution against the tyrant Syria, and by doing so the Raheel-Nawaz regime is again securing American interests in Syria?!

As for the Iranian state, it exploited Islam to secure agents to America. It has used the Muslim Jafari school of thought and its government scholars to lead the country, giving an Islamic garb to its secular democracy, which it misleadingly calls Islamic. The reality of the Iranian state is that they do not rule by the Quran and the Sunnah, it is a secular state, separating religion from life. Thus neither do the Iranian Constitution and its ensuing laws have anything to do with Islam and nor do Iran’s domestic and foreign policies. Iran’s agent rulers have repeatedly conspired against the Islamic Ummah for the benefit of America. They killed more than a million Muslims in America’s war on Iraq, a conflict which had nothing to do with Muslims but was a conflict between competing US and British influence upon Iran and Iraq. Iran’s rulers conspired with the American occupation of Afghanistan, as they conspired with the occupation of Iraq. And now it is conspiring agains the blessed revolution of Sham in order to maintain US influence within Syria, by securing it from the consequences of the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood. Has this state anything to do with Islam, such that the Raheel-Nawaz regime must reconcile between them and the Saudi regime?! Can these efforts be considered good in any way?! If the Raheel-Nawaz regime really was of the people of righteousness and conciliation between Muslims, it was upon it first to bring conciliation between Pakistan and its sister Bangladesh, when the years of estrangement between them have exceeded four and a half decades. And if they really were from the people of righteousness, they would ensure that the Raheel-Nawaz regime and the Sheikh Hasina regime would both journey to their respective masters in Washington and London without returning!

The Raheel-Nawaz regime strives to serve US national interests and it is clear it is simply a department within the foreign departments of America, so accordingly it is obligatory upon the Muslims and the sincere in the Pakistani armed forces to overthrow the regime, give their leadership Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of a Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood, which will bring glory for Islam and its people and erase the disgrace which cast a shadow over the lands of Pakistan, the Good, the Pure as a result of this heinous regime’s treacheries.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ

“O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered” (Al-Anfal:24)

راحیل – نواز حکومت امریکی ایجنٹوں کے درمیان صلح کی لئے بھاگ دوڑ کر رہی ہے

پاکستانی وزیر اعظم، نواز شریف اور آرمی چیف، جنرل راحیل شریف، 18 جنوری 2016 پیر کی صبح ” سعودی عرب “اور “اسلامی جمہوریہ ایران” کے دورے پر روانہ ہوئے۔ بظاہر اس دورے کا مقصد دونوں ممالک کے درمیان کشیدگی کو کم کرانا ہے! ذرائع نے اخبار “دی نیوز” کو بتایا کہ پاکستان  کئی دنوں سے ریاض اور طہران سے رابطے میں ہے تاکہ کشیدگی کو کم کیا جا سکے۔

ہم ان کوششوں کو سراہتے جو بظاہر دو ممالک کے درمیان صلح کی کوشش ہے مگر یہ جانتے ہوئے کہ یہ دونوں ریاستیں کوئی اسلامی ریاستیں نہیں ہیں، جیسا کہ یہ دعوی کرتے ہیں، بلکہ اپنے دستور، قوانین، خارجہ اور داخلہ پالیسیوں میں یہ دونوں ملک سیکولر ریاستیں ہیں، لہٰذا ہمیں ان اقدام کو درست سیاسی سیاق و سباق میں دیکھنا چاہیے یعنی راحیل-نواز حکومت کی داخلہ اور خارجہ کے سیاق میں جس کا مقصد خطے میں امریکی مفادات کو یقینی بنانا اور عالمی سطح پر اس کی خدمت کرنا ہے۔

          جزیرہ عرب میں بنی سعود کی حکومت خلافت کے ملبے پر قائم ہے کیونکہ بنی سعود نے خلافت کی پشت پر چھرا گھونپنے کے لیے وہابیوں کے ساتھ اتحاد کر لیا تھا۔ پھر اپنی شاہی ریاست کو سیکولر دستور پر استوار کیا، جس میں دین کو مسلمانوں کی زندگی سے الگ کر دیا گیا۔ انہوں نے سیاسی و مذہبی اختیارات کو اپنے اور علماء کے درمیان تقسیم کیا جو کہ درباری علماء ہیں۔ سعودی حکومت طہران میں ایرانی حکومت کے آلہ کاروں کی جانب سے اپنے سفارت خانے کو آگ لگانے کے بعد مشتعل اورمتحرک ہو گئی، مگر ایران اور اس کی حزب کی جانب سے اسلام کے مسکن شام میں مردوں کے ساتھ ساتھ خواتین اور بچوں کو قتل کرنے اور ان کا محاصرہ کرنے پر ان کے کانوں پر جوں تک نہ رینگی! یہ اس بات کی واضح دلیل ہے کہ سعودیہ کی بادشاہت اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ، اس کے رسول ﷺ اور مومنوں سے وفادار حکومت نہیں ہے۔ شام کی مبارک تحریک کو کچلنے کے لیے سعودیہ نے ایران، اس کی تنظیم اور اتحادیوں کے ساتھ ساز باز کر رکھی ہے۔ کیا اس کے بعد بھی یہ خیال کیا جا سکتا ہے کہ پاکستانی حکومت “دو بھائیوں” کے درمیان صلح کرانے کا نیک کام کر رہی ہے یا وہ ان دونوں امریکی ایجنٹوں، ایران اور سعودیہ، کو ان کے مشترکہ دشمن اسلام، اس کے داعیوں اور شام کے سرکش کے خلاف تحریک چلانے والوں کے خلاف متحد و متفق کرنا چاہتی ہے، جس کا مقصد شام میں امریکی مفادات کا تحفظ ہے؟!

جہاں تک ایرانی ریاست کا تعلق ہے اس نے امریکی ایجنٹوں کے قدم جمانے کے لیے اسلام کو استعمال کیا۔ اس نے مسلم جعفری مسلک اور اپنےسرکاری علماء کو سیکولر جمہوریت کو اسلامی رنگ دینے کے لیے استعمال کیا جس کو یہ گمراہ کن طریقے سے اسلامی کہتے ہیں۔ ایرانی ریاست کی حقیقت یہ ہے کہ یہ ریاست قرآن اور سنت کے مطابق حکومت نہیں کرتی بلکہ یہ سیکولر ریاست ہے، اس نے دین کو زندگی سے الگ کیا ہوا ہے۔ ایرانی دستور یا اس سے نکلنے والے قوانین کا اسلام سے کوئی تعلق ہی نہیں، اور نہ ہی ایرانی داخلہ اور خارجہ پالیسی کا بھی اسلام سے دور دور تک کوئی تعلق نہیں ہے۔ ایران کے ایجنٹ حکمرانوں نے امریکی مفادات کے لیے بار بار امت مسلمہ کے خلاف سازش کی ہے۔ انہوں نے عراق کے خلاف امریکی جنگ میں دس لاکھ سے زیادہ مسلمانوں کو قتل کیا، جبکہ یہ وہ تنازعہ تھا جس کا مسلمانوں سے کوئی تعلق نہیں تھا، بلکہ یہ تنازعہ ایران اور عراق میں امریکہ اور برطانیہ کی بالادستی کی جنگ تھی۔ ایران نے افغانستان پر قبضے میں امریکہ کے ساتھ مکمل تعاون کیا، اور اسی طرح عراق پر قبضے میں بھی امریکہ کے ساتھ  تعاون کیا۔ اور اب یہ امریکی مفادات کی حفاظت کے لیے شام کی مبارک تحریک کے خلاف سازشیں کر رہا ہے، وہاں نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کو روکنے کی کوشش کر رہا ہے۔ کیا اس ریاست کا اسلام کے ساتھ کوئی تعلق ہے کہ راحیل -نواز حکومت ان کے اور سعودی حکومت کے درمیان صلح کرانے کے لیے لازمی بھاگ دوڑ کرے؟! کیا ان کوششوں سے کسی خیر کی امید کی جا سکتی ہے؟! اگر راحیل-نواز حکومت مسلمانوں کے درمیان صلح کرانے کی اتنی شوقین ہے تو پاکستان اور بنگلہ دیش کے درمیان صلح کیوں نہیں کراتے جو کہ دو سگے بھائی ہیں، جن میں چالیس سال سے زیادہ عرصے سے تعلق ٹوٹا ہوا ہے۔ اور اگر یہ اتنے ہی اچھے ہیں تو راحیل-نواز حکومت اور شیخ حسینہ کی حکومت دونوں ہی اپنے آقاوں کے پاس امریکہ اور لندن چلے جائیں اور کبھی واپس نہ آئیں!

راحیل-نواز حکومت امریکی مفادات کے حصول کےلیےبھاگ دوڑ کر رہی ہے جیسے کہ یہ حکومت امریکی محکمہ خارجہ کا کوئی دفتر ہے۔ اس لیے مسلمانوں اور پاک فوج کے مخلص افسران پر فرض ہے کہ وہ اس حکومت کو برطرف کر کے نبوت کے طرز پر خلافت راشدہ کے قیام کے لیے حزب التحریر کو قیادت دیں، اور اس طرح اسلام اور اہل اسلام سرخرو ہوں گے اور اس پاک سرزمین کی پیشانی پر لگے اس حکومت کی خیانتوں کے داغ کو دھویا جا سکے گا۔

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ

“اے ایمان والو! اللہ اور رسول کی پکار پر لبیک کہو جب وہ تمہیں اس چیز کی طرف بلائیں جس میں تمہارے لیے زندگی ہے اور یاد رکھو اللہ آدمی اور اس کے دل کے درمیان حائل ہو جاتا ہے اور یہ بھی تم اس کی طرف لوٹ کر جانے والے ہو” (الانفال:24)۔
