Re-opening of the NATO supply line and military operations in the tribal areas are Haram; they are treachery against Islam and Muslims

Re-opening of the NATO supply line and a new military operation in North Waziristan both represent more treachery from the rulers, who already have a long list of treasonous crimes. Even during the blockade of the land supply route, these dishonorable rulers continued to allow the supply of arms and ammunition to America through an air corridor. Within the last week alone, US General John Allen visited Pakistan twice. He and General Kayani released a joint statement expressing their resolve to eliminate safe heavens for terrorist on both sides of Durand line. This exercise is an attempt to expand the so-called war on terror in the tribal regions to include North Waziristan also for the resumption of the NATO supply line. Simultaneously, in the last few days, attacks on the Pakistan army in the tribal areas have escalated and soldiers have been killed brutally, just as they were before the start of the Swat operation so that a favorable opinion could be generated with in the masses and Pakistan army so as to spread this war of Fitna into other areas as well.

Kayani and the traitors in the political and military leadership have no respect for the blood of our soldiers whether it is spilt at Salala or in Dir. The need of the hour is not to conduct a military operation in tribal area, rather the situation demands a strong military operation against the network of American agencies, including Black Water in the country, the closure of American bases and embassies, the expulsion of American diplomats and intelligence agents and the termination of the American war of Fitna in the tribal regions. American agencies, including Black Water, keep spying on Pakistan armed forces, initiating attacks on them and then put the blame on tribal Muslims. They even have offices in residential areas, such as Lahore’s Gulberg. The opening of the supply line and military operations in the tribal region are both Haram. Allah SWT said:

إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمُ ٱللَّهُ عَنِ ٱلَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِى ٱلدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُواْ عَلَىٰ إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَن تَوَلَّوْهُمْ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُوْلَـٰئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّالِمُونَ

Allah forbade you only those who warred against you on account of religion and have driven you out from your homes and helped to drive you out, that you make friends of them. Whosoever makes friends of them (All) such are wrong doers.(Surah  Al-Mumtahina 60:9)

So has the time not yet come that the officers of the armed forces decide whether they will follow the foot steps of Rashid Minhas who refused to follow orders and stood against the treachery of his senior, or will they follow the legacy of General Niazi who’s adherence to Yahyah Khans orders led to the division of the country? Do not you not see as your fellow country men that first America ruined this country with the help of Musharraf and now Kayani and his supporters are destroying Musharraf’s leftovers. O sincere officers! Arise and give the nusrrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah and do not give a moment longer for the traitors in the political and military leadership to sell the country completely to America for then you will not have anything left to save.

سپلائی لائن کھولنا اور قبائلی علاقوں میں فوجی آپریشن کرنا شرعاً حرام ہے؛ یہ اسلام اور امت مسلمہ کے ساتھ بدترین غداری ہے!

نیٹو سپلائی لائن کی بحالی اور شمالی وزیرستان میں نئے فوجی آپریشن کی تیاری حکمرانوں کے جرائم میں ایک اور جرم کا اضافہ کر دے گی۔ لیکن اس بندش کے دوران بھی ان غیرت سے عاری حکمرانوں نے امریکہ کو فضائی راستے سے ہتھیاروں کی فراہمی جاری رکھی۔ حالیہ چند دنوں میں افغانستان میں امریکی فوج کے سربراہ جنرل جان ایلن کی دو بار پاکستان آمد اور جنرل کیانی اور جنرل جان ایلن کا سرحد کی دونوں جانب دہشت گردوں کی محفوظ پناہ گاہوں کو ختم کرنے کے لیے مشترکہ کوشش کرنے کے عزم کا اظہار درحقیقت قبائلی علاقوں اور شمالی وزیرستان میں فوجی آپریشن اور نیٹو سپلائی لائن کھولنے کی تیاری ہے۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ پچھلے چند دنوں میں افواج پاکستان پر قبائلی علاقوں میں حملوں میں اضافہ کر دیا گیا ہے اور انھیں وحشیانہ طریقے سے قتل کیا جا رہا ہے جیسے سوات آپریشن سے قبل کیا گیا تھا تاکہ افواج پاکستان اور عوام میں قبائلی علاقوں میں جاری امریکی فتنے کی جنگ کو مزید علاقوں تک پھیلانے کے لیے رائے عامہ کو پیدا کیا جائے۔

کیانی اور سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کو سلالہ اور نہ ہی دیر میں بہنے والے فوجیوں کے خون کی حرمت کا پاس ہے۔ ضرورت قبائلی علاقوں میں فوجی آپریشن کی نہیں ہے بلکہ ضرورت ملک میں موجود امریکی ایجنسیوں اور بلیک واٹر کے نیٹ ورک کے خلاف ایک بھر پور فوجی آپریشن ،امریکی اڈوں اور سفارت خانوں کو بند کرنے، امریکی سفارت کاروں اور انٹیلی جنس اہلکاروں کو ملک بدر کرنے اورقبائلی علاقوں میں جاری امریکی فتنے کی جنگ کو ختم کرنے کی ہے۔ یہی امریکی ایجنسیاں اور بلیک واٹر ملک بھر میں افواج پاکستان کی جاسوسی کرتی ہیں، ان پر حملے کرواتی ہیں اور پھر ان حملوں کا ذمہ دار قبائلیوں کو قرار دیا جاتا ہے۔ ان کے ٹھکانے لاہور کے گلبرگ جیسے رہائشی علاقوں تک میں موجود ہیں۔ سپلائی لائن کھولنا اور قبائلی علاقوں میں فوجی آپریشن کرنا دونوں ہی حرام ہیں۔ اللہ سبحان و تعالی فرماتے ہیں

إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمُ ٱللَّهُ عَنِ ٱلَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِى ٱلدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُواْ عَلَىٰ إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَن تَوَلَّوْهُمْ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُوْلَـٰئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّالِمُونَ

(جن لوگوں نے دین کی وجہ سے تمھارے ساتھ قتال کیا اور تمھیں تمھارے گھروں سے نکال دیا اور تمھارے نکالنے میں اوروں کی مدد کی ،اللہ ان لوگوں سے دوستی کرنے سے منع کرتا ہے ۔جو ان سے دوستی کرتے ہیں وہی ظالم ہیں(الممتحنہ۔9) ۔

کیا اب بھی وہ وقت نہیں آیا کہ فوج میں موجود افسر فیصلہ کریں کہ انہوں نے راشد منہاس کے نقش قدم پر چل کر اپنے سینئیر کی غداری کے خلاف کھڑا ہونا ہے یا جنرل نیازی کی طرح یحییٰ خان کے اشاروں پر چلتے ہوئے ملک توڑ دینا ہے؟ کیا عوام کی طرح آپ نہیں دیکھ رہے کہ کس طرح امریکہ نے پہلے مشرف کے ذریعے ملک تباہ کیا اور اب وہ کیانی اور اس کے چند حواریوں کے ذریعے بچا کھچا ملک ادھیڑ رہا ہے۔ اے مخلص افسرو! اٹھو، خلافت کے قیام کے لیے حزب التحریر کو نصرة فراہم کرو، اس سے پہلے کہ فوج اور سیاستدانوں میں موجود امریکی غدار ملک کو مکمل طور پر بیچ دیں اور پھر تمہارے ہاتھ بچانے کے لئے کچھ نہ بچے۔
