Bomb Blast at Parachinar, Kurram Agency

Sectarian Fighting Only Benefits the Enemies of Islam

Twenty-five people were killed and over sixty others were wounded, in an explosion at a public market in the town of Parachinar, northwest Pakistan, on Sunday 13 December 2015. The ashkar-e-Jhangvi group has claimed responsibility for the bombing. Reuters reported a spokesman for the group, Ali bin Sufyan, as saying that the attacks are in revenge for the killing of Muslims at the hands of the Syrian president and Iran. The Pakistani authorities have shot dead a leader of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi group, and his two sons, and a number of its senior leaders, whilst in detention. In the last month, authorities shot and killed a high-ranking leader of the group, during his arrest as well. This attack comes in the wake of an ISPR tweet on Saturday, 12 December 2015, that 3,400 people have been killed in operations against what have been described as Islamist rebels during the past eighteen months.

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan hold the Raheel-Nawaz regime responsible regarding maintaining security and safety in the country and blame it for ethnic and sectarian conflict between factions in the society and Islamic schools of thought. Indeed, the departure of some of the mercenary fighters to fight the sincere revolutionaries who are fighting the tyrant of ash-Sham is with the knowledge of the regime. Either the regime itself sends them to assist its fellow tyrant, who in this case is the kufr Baathist regime in Syria, or it turned a blind eye as they departed; so as to please the master of the regimes, America. In addition the Raheel-Nawaz regime is fueling sectarian strife, as it has killed leaders of the Jhangvi group, provoking reprisal from those associated with the group. As if that were not enough, the regime has killed 3,400 of the tribal fighters, provoking further reprisals. Moreover, it is known that the regime itself arranges bombings or paves the way for their occurrence and so the responsibility for the sectarian bomb attacks fall upon the shoulders of the agent regime.

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan, emphasize that the Syrian revolution is a blessed revolution inshaaAllah. They are revolting against the international crusader network which is behind the kafir Baathist Nusayri regime in Syria. It is not allowed for any who believes in the oneness of Allah (swt) to align with the Crusader alliance, NATO, “the biggest Shaytan “against our people in Syria who are fighting off the vicious regime that killed Muslims and violated their sanctities. To do so is invoking the wrath of Allah (swt) in this world and the Hereafter, for Allah (swt) said,

وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ خَالِدًا فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَعَنَهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُ عَذَابًا عَظِيمًا

“But whoever kills a believer intentionally – his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him and has cursed him and has prepared for him a great punishment.” [Surah An Nisa’a 4:93].

Moreover, avenging the people of Syria from the conspirators means addressing the root of the problem and not its branches. And the origin of the problem in Pakistan is a regime that is fueling sectarian strife and sending mercenaries to fight the believers in the Sham, or allowing it. Therefore, the treatment for the root of the problem can only be by working with Hizb ut-Tahrir for the overthrow of this regime and the establishment of Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood, which will mobilize armies in support of our people in the land of Sham, the Blessed, unlike the current regimes that mobilize some Muslims against others in order to implement the plans of the West, particularly America, in the Muslim world, including Pakistan. It is known from the Deen by necessity that it is not permissible to kill one who is Muslim, or even the non-Muslim citizen, under the pretext of revenge for our people in Syria. Allah (swt) said:

قُلْ أَغَيْرَ اللَّهِ أَبْغِي رَبًّا وَهُوَ رَبُّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَلَا تَكْسِبُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ إِلَّا عَلَيْهَا وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى ثُمَّ إِلَى رَبِّكُمْ مَرْجِعُكُمْ فَيُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُونَ

“Say, “Is it other than Allah I should desire as a lord while He is the Lord of all things? And every soul earns not [blame] except against itself, and no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. Then to your Lord is your return, and He will inform you concerning that over which you used to differ.” [Surah al-Anaam 6:164]

It is mandatory that all the sincere Muslims unify their efforts in Pakistan, whether they are from the army officers, the tribal fighters who fight against US crusaders or the carriers of the Islamic Dawa, to direct the Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir, the bearer of the project for the Khilafah State on the method of the Prophethood, which will assist all vulnerable Muslims on the earth, whether they are in Syria or Palestine or Kashmir. Towards this great Fard (obligation), we call first of all to the sincere officers in the Pakistani armed forces, and then to all those dignified in their Deen, including the fighters of the tribal areas and the people of Pakistan.

يَا قَوْمَنَا أَجِيبُوا دَاعِيَ اللَّهِ وَآمِنُوا بِهِ يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ مِنْ ذُنُوبِكُمْ وَيُجِرْكُمْ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ

“O our people, respond to the Messenger of Allah and believe in him; Allah will forgive for you your sins and protect you from a painful punishment.” [Surah al-Ahqaaf 46:31]
