The Cries of the Weak and Oppressed of Occupied Kashmir

Deserve the March of the Strong and Powerful Armed Forces of Pakistan

Kashmir Solidarity Day is again upon us, so how do we find the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir, a whole year since the last? The year 2018 was the deadliest in the last decade in Jammu and Kashmir, in which 160 civilians and 267 resistance fighters were martyred by the occupying forces of the Hindu State. Yet, the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir continue their righteous resistance to occupation, still patiently raising the call “Kashmir banayga Pakistan” (Kashmir must be Pakistan) and still defiantly burying their dead wrapped in the flag of Pakistan. So, what of Pakistan’s military and political leadership? What of those who have at their disposal hundreds and thousands of willing and able Muslim troops in the sixth largest army in the world? They contented themselves to issuing rhetorical statements which are not even worth repeating. As for Pakistan’s Foreign Minister in particular, he roams in London, raising the call for the “international community” to help address the Kashmir issue, as if Pakistan does not possess one of the finest armies in the world by which to help the weak and oppressed as they deserve.

O Muslims of Pakistan! Allah (swt) said,

وَمَا لَكُمْ لاَ تُقَاتِلُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلْوِلْدَانِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَآ أَخْرِجْنَا مِنْ هَـٰذِهِ ٱلْقَرْيَةِ ٱلظَّالِمِ أَهْلُهَا  

“And what is wrong with you that you fight not in the Cause of Allâh, and for those weak and oppressed among men, women, and children, whose cry is: Our Lord! Rescue us from this town whose people are oppressors.”[Surah An-Nisa’a 4:75].

What is wrong with the Ummah is that we are afflicted by rulers for whom the order of Allah (swt) means nothing before the orders of their colonialist masters. Islam orders Muslims to fight against occupation, but these rulers term it “terrorism” to please their masters, demanding the fighters lay down their arms and talk with those who have oppressed them for so long. Islam orders that liberation from an occupying army is through a liberating army, but these rulers demand that our troops exercise “restraint,” whilst the rulers normalize relations with the Hindu State, extending all manner of facilities to it. Islam rejects the dominance of Kuffar over the affairs of Muslims, but these rulers seek the help of the “international community” which is the key support for those who aggress against Muslims, whether the Hindu State, the Jewish State or the American crusaders. It is upon us to right this wrong which afflicts us, so that finally the cries of the weak and oppressed are responded to by the thunderous march of a strong and liberating army. It is upon us all to demand from all the officers that we know to extend their Nussrah for the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood, in order for them to be led in the lofty pursuit of martyrdom or victory when marching towards liberating Kashmir.

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم

 مقبوضہ کشمیر کےمظلوم اور کمزورمسلمانوں کی پکار، پاکستان کی طاقتور اور مضبوط افواج کے  حرکت میں آنے کا تقاضا کرتی ہے

آج پھر یومِ یکجہتیِ کشمیر آ پہنچا ہے  ، تو پچھلے  یومِ کشمیر سے لے کر آج  تک مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کی حالتِ زار کیا رہی؟2018جموں و کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کے لئے اِس دہائی کا سب سے خون آشام سال رہا جس میں 160 شہری اور 276 مزاحمت کار ہندو ریاست کی قابض افواج کے ہاتھوں شہید ہوئے۔ لیکن اس بدترین صورتحال کے باوجود مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مسلمانوں نے بھارتی قبضے کے خلاف حق پر مبنی جدوجہد جاری رکھی اور وہ اب بھی مسلسل یہی نعرہ لگارہے ہیں کہ ”کشمیر بنے گا پاکستان“۔ مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مسلمان پورے صبر و استقامت سے اپنے شہدا کو اب بھی پاکستان کے جھنڈے میں لپیٹ کر دفنارہے ہیں۔لیکن اس صورتحال میں پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت کا طرزِ عمل کیا ہے ؟ اِس سیاسی و فوجی قیادت کا طرزِ عمل کیا ہے جس کے ہاتھوں میں دنیا کی چھٹی بڑی آرمی کی کمان ہے جس کے لاکھوں قابل مسلمان فوجی اللہ کی راہ میں شہادت کے لیے تیار بیٹھے ہیں؟   افسوس کہ یہ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت ایسے بے معنی  بیانات جاری کرنے پر مطمئن بیٹھی  ہے جو اس قابل بھی نہیں کہ انہیں دہرایا جائے۔   جہاں تک پاکستان کے وزیر خارجہ کا تعلق ہے تو وہ لندن میں گھوم پھر  کر ”بین الا قوامی برادری“ سے کشمیر کے مسئلے پر ایسے مدد کی التجائیں کرتا پھر رہا ہے جیسےپاکستان کے پاس دنیا کی ایک بہترین فوج  نہیں ہے جو اِن کمزور وں اور مظلوموں کی مدد کر سکے ۔

اے پاکستان کے مسلمانو! 

اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا،

وَمَا لَكُمْ لاَ تُقَاتِلُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلْوِلْدَانِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَآ أَخْرِجْنَا مِنْ هَـٰذِهِ ٱلْقَرْيَةِ ٱلظَّالِمِ أَهْلُهَا

”اور تم کو کیا ہوا ہے کہ اللہ کی راہ میں اور اُن بےبس مردوں اور عورتوں اور بچوں کی خاطر نہیں لڑتے جو دعائیں کیا کرتے ہیں کہ اے پروردگار ہم کو اس شہر سے جس کے رہنے والے ظالم ہیں نکال کر کہیں اور لے جا“

(النساء، 4:75)۔

اِس وقت اِس امت کی خراب حالت کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ اِس پر ایسے حکمران مسلط ہیں  جن کے لیے اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کا حکم ان کے استعماری آ قاؤں کے حکم کے سامنے کوئی حیثیت نہیں رکھتا۔ اسلام مسلمانوں کو قابض فوج کے خلاف لڑنے کا حکم دیتا ہے  ، لیکن یہ حکمران اپنے آ قاؤں کو خوش کرنے کے لیے اس عمل کو ”دہشت گردی“ قرار دیتے   ہیں اور جنگجوؤں سے ہتھیارپھینک کر اُن سے مذاکرات کرنے کو کہتے ہیں جو ایک عرصے سے ظلم کے پہاڑ گرا رہے ہیں ۔ اسلام کےحکم کے مطابق قابض فوج کے قبضےکو ایک فوج کے ذریعے ختم کیا جانا چاہئے لیکن یہ حکمران ہماری فوج کو ”تحمل“ کی پالیسی پر چلنے پرمجبور کرتے ہیں اور خود ہندو ریاست کے ساتھ نارملائیزیشن  کی پالیسی پر گامزن ہیں اور اسے ہر طرح کی مراعات فراہم کررہے ہیں۔ اسلام مسلمانوں کے امور پر کفار کی بالادستی کومسترد کرتا ہے لیکن یہ حکمران ”بین الا قوامی برادری“ کو مدد کے لیے پکارتے ہیں جو خود مسلمانوں پر مظالم کرنے والی ہندو ریاست، یہودی وجود اور امریکی صلیبیوں  کی حوصلہ افزائی میں کلیدی کردار اداکرتی ہے۔ اب یہ ہم پر لازم ہے کہ ہم اتنےعرصے سےاپنے خلاف ہونے والے غلط عمل کو درستگی کی راہ پر موڑ دیں تا کہ آخر کار مظلوموں  اور کمزوروں کی پکار کا  جواب دینے کے لئے ایک طا قتور نجات دہندہ فوج شیر کی طرح دھاڑتے ہوئے حرکت میں آئے۔  ہم پر لازم ہے کہ ہم جن جن افسران کو جانتے ہیں اُن سے مطالبہ کریں کہ وہ نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کے لیے فوری نصرۃ فراہم کریں تا کہ کشمیر کی آزادی کے عظیم مقصد کے حصول کے لیے  انہیں حرکت میں لایا جائے    اور  وہ دومیں سے ایک درجہ  حاصل کریں؛غازی یا شہید۔
